Always great food. This particular day, the staff needed a bit more training but they were very polite.
The employees were nice and friendly. Super busy, so the station by the drink fountain was messy. To be expected with kids and all. Fresh cooked food. Good and consistent with Panda Express.
The food here is always, ALWAYS, fresh. I’ve driven through Alabama several times this year and every time I have stopped here it has been the same in quality, taste, appearance, and service. If i ever could recommend a Panda Express to eat at, this is the location and state i would not only suggest but also I’d drive to just for the authenticity in quality of food and service of the polite employees. The only comment adversary to this i will make is that the portions are off for the sides, I’ve gotten a plate each time and very little chow mein is added.
They catered my parents 50th anniversary party. They prepared excellent food, and delivered on time. The manager made sure that we had everything we needed. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Feeding 100 people was not a problem, with great results thanks to Eric the manager. Everyone loved the food. I highly recommend this place.
Whoever was in the kitchen today, September 22 @ 1 pm. Pleaseeeee let them know that this has by far been the best panda plate I have ever eaten. So good, and the noodles were actually not dry!! Amazing, great job.

The older lady working the drive through was so nice and her customer service was impeccable, I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-a. She deserves a raise. The food was yummy too! Wow! 10/10
The food was great but the service was even better. Miss. Akeema was a huge help and I would come back just because of her kindness and service!
Definitely recommend this Panda. I know it has some bad past reviews, but this was the first time I've been here and they must've really turned it around. Prompt and friendly service. The manager was also friendly, and the new staff was learning quick. The restaurant was very clean, and well stocked. Plentiful portions of all very good food. I had a plate White Steamed Rice and Super Greens, with Black Pepper Sirloin Steak and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. Also had an order of Cream Cheese Rangoons.
I went to panda this evening with my roommate (1/9/26) The entire staff on shift were fantastic. They had a steady line pretty much going out the door and were still providing excellent service to each individual. Both orders were cooked perfect; they gave very generous portions; & lots of sauces! Highly recommended, and all of the staff deserve raises.
I usually go about ones a week with my kid. (Saturdays )I’m really surprised about all the negative reviews. We never had a problem or disappointing experience with the food. The manager and staff are always pleasant and friendly.

This is my second time tried at Panda Express. I didn't like first time but this time is better for taste and service. I'll try one more time for try keep to favor store.
The sweet fire chicken and orange chicken were great. The broccoli beef had a good flavor but not much beef at all. I did not like the spring rolls or sweet and sour sauce. Overall pretty good for a chain Chinese place. You get to sample the dishes before selecting them which was a huge help in deciding what to order.
First time trying Panda Express, got a recommendation from a friend. And I have to say, I was very impressed with the food. I ordered the Double Honey Chicken with fried rice, 2 veggie rolls, an apple pie roll and a Mango Guava Tea. Everything was great but the tea was lacking a bit as far as sweetness but hey that might have just been the end of day brew. 10/10 would recommend.☺️
Visited this place 2x already for 2 consecutive days. So I've received in the mail, this 3pcs. Panda Express Coupons which basically gives me a buy 1 take 1 kinda deal.. and I have just been paying $8 for my meals here and it is delicious and the serving is more than adequate, which is really good. So 1 plate gives you 1 entree and 2 sides.. You can select a variety of sides. So far, I'ce tried the Teriyaki chicken (insanely good), orange chicken (perfect for my taste), noodles, fried rice, jumbo sweet and sour shrimp, and a beef dish that I forgot the name. All of it, I would really recommend for you to try. By the way, always check at your receipts because they might just give you a free deal once you answered their survey. They only offer take out at the moment. Dining area is closed. You'll know where their located at because you can smell the delicious foods from a far, that's coming from this restaurant. Keep it up guys. Good job.
Is it the best American Chinese food? No. But it’s quick and easy to pickup when in a rush for a bite. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are my go to dishes. I can’t have the sesame chicken because they put pineapple in it. I don’t trust fast food shrimp, and the beef and broccoli is just boring. Their cream cheese wontons also aren’t very good. The egg rolls can be a hit or miss for some reason. I also think the dishes are too sweet. They don’t pair well with the soft drinks. But they still get 4 stars for fast and friendly service, consistently good dishes (the two I like), and creative payment methods.

This Panda Express makes me mad everytime I go. First, they dont sell sweet fire chicken, ok, not your fault. BUT...When you get there it's we currently dont have this, we currently dont have that and also we dont have that over there either. It's so aggravating. My food was ok, wasn't too bad but I couldn't get what I wanted.
Placed an online order and went in to pick up. Store was very busy. Discovered when I got home they forgot the rangoons as well as 1 entree from each meal. Disappointing, but what we did get was at least fresh and good.
There is no changing table at this location. Which was super upsetting on top of the experience I had. I was asking for a plate order to be modified and the girl taking my order kept asking if I wanted a bowl with a half and half and I clearly said no and explained what I was asking for. She then asked if I wanted double meat and I said no. So then she said if I didn’t want double Meat, I was ordering a bowl. So I said okay give me double meat. She didn’t, and rang me up for a bowl. So I didn’t get the amount of food I was hoping for and was not full at the end of my meal. I’ve never had my order be THIS big of an issue at any other location.
Look when you do, DoorDash or GrubHub, please seal your bags somehow and like really good make sure they’re sealed like with the sticker or something or you know Staples or you know whatever our delivery today was a little suspect because my dog started barking so I opened the door and like she was sitting it down and she just turned her away really fast and I was like oh OK thank you And it looks like it was opened and then re-tied again so I just wanna say I don’t know what she did. I inspected the food and it looked good but please start selling your bags better like something that we could tell if it’s been open or not becausethat’s not good customer service
Today’s food deserved a one star but USUALLY they are fresh and good. Today the honey shrimp had a thick gooey texture vs the typical honey shrimp sauce.. not sure why you would serve this to your customers like we wouldn’t know the difference. Too many inconsistencies with food quality. I won’t be back for awhile. .
Fast Chinese food with options. The food is mostly hot and fresh but occasionally some of the less popular options can be less than. The food isn't prepared to order since it's a buffet style. I used to eat here often and have started to less as the quality has been a little lower and the selection is always limited when I go in. My favorites are the Beijing Beef, the Crispy Almond Chicken (limited), and the Honey Sesame chicken (limited).
My experience here was just ok. For paying an extra 1$ for the walnut shrimp, I got less of it then I did the teriyaki chicken. I remember back in the day they had the plastic to go boxes that seemed to work better for portion sizes .The teriyaki chicken seemed rubbery and chewy. .Rice had hard pieces throughout and was a bit hard to get through. Overall I’d come just for the honey walnut shrimp which I still believe is the best thing about their menu.

It was only 7:30 PM, but there was no Supergreen. The noodles also had a different, unpleasant smell compared to other locations. The orange chicken was soggy. Only a white man who appeared to be the manager was kind and working hard.
Personally, I love panda express but this location in each case has got a real problem…. I’d say at least 7 to 8 times out of 10.. They’re out of white rice!! And this is at 11:05 AM!! White rice is the main staple of most of the dishes!!! I don’t understand what the problem is, steam extra, get there early whatever but every time I go out there and there’s no white rice you’ve wasted a trip for me.. I don’t eat fried rice and I don’t really like the lo mein, but I will get it because I’ve already driven… If it wasn’t for The white rice problem, I would give you five stars… You say managers get paid $75-$100,000 a year… Well, you need to hire somebody else to make sure You have plenty of white rice!!! Just my humble opinion

I don't know why I'm always receiving a bowl full of rice and a tablespoon full of the meat I ordered. Waste of my money!
I ordered through Ubereats and the orange chicken was ok, tasted decent but the sauce was too sweet. Then the chow mein appeared and tasted like regular Italian spaghetti noodles. They were also dry and unseasoned. They didn’t even have any sou sauce on them and they didn’t even put any soy sauce packets in the bag. Maybe it’s because I got delivery. I’ve gone to Panda Express in the past and other Chinese restaurants and the noodles are always Chinese and seasoned. And they always give soy sauce packets. I know some restaurants don’t give delivery orders the same food, they give lower quality because you can’t see. Which they shouldn’t do. Because I find it hard to believe they use regular spaghetti noodles with no sauce or seasoning all the time and nobody ever notices. This is also my first time eating at Panda Express in well over 6 years maybe they changed their noodles and this is what they regularly offer now. Just odd that people are ok with it. No one in any other comment mentioned this which is odd.
My favorite place to eat . I ordered in the drive thru the black girl seem so dull like she didn’t want to be at work but I ordered two chicken egg rolls the girl told me they only had one I’ll have to wait on the other just pull around and they’ll bring it out . I told her just give me two freshly made I decided to go in to wait , whole time they had chicken egg rolls that wasn’t even fresh I waited 10 mins on food that wasn’t freshly cooked like she said they would be they had room temp rolls a whole pot of them displayed . Also one girl was coughing over the food . After realizing what they gave me it made me nauseous . I won’t be going back for a while
I just went there. The girl on the drive she didn’t heard what I asked for, she just asked if that was my order. I asked for a sprite and gave me sparkling water. Very disappointed because this is my usual place for lunch.
Love Panda Express, however; this location needs to get its act together. I ordered broccoli beef with Super Greens at the drive thru, all I got was broccoli beef and some "scraps" of old soggy cabbage. I also ordered 4 egg rolls and only received 3, with no dipping sauce. Usually, I would just keep quiet, get it fixed at another visit. But I will not be going back. Sometimes when the food is so bad, you just can't go back, but I can let everyone else know it was bad.
Ordered online order for pickup two hours in advance. Get to the location got text saying my order was ready however it was not. Sat and waited 30 additional minutes waiting on fried rice they said. The floors were extremely greasy feeling to your feet and the atmosphere itself seemed dingy. We did not get an apology, have a nice day or anything when we finally did receive our order. Food tasted decent I guess but for the price will be going somewhere else next time. That being said will never visit this location again.

Do not get panda express via any type of delivery. They forget things, and they give you BARELY enough food. I got a plate for my grandmother and they didn’t even put the second meat choice and there was barely any of the first meat choice. I got a bowl of honey sesame chicken and rice and I counted 6 pieces of chicken. Three of which are incredibly tiny. It’s already expensive enough and the workers clearly don’t care to make sure the order is correct or that there’s enough food when it’s a delivery.
About a year ago we had hairs in our food. Multiple hairs. Tried it again recently and again found a hair in our food. Never eating here again.
I placed an order for a meal with a medium drink. An since they didn’t have any medium cups, they said I had to pay for a large or I couldn’t get the meal
This place is absolutely disgusting. There was trash all over the floor, the lady who made my food kept coughing in it and all the other food on the line so I know it's not sanitary, and the guy who cashed me out was so rude. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink, sauce or anything, and I know they're supposed to. I emailed customer support already but no one has emailed me back so I'll try DMing them on Facebook I guess. Seems like the whole company just doesn't care about the customers that keep them open.
If I could give zero stars then I would. The food was actually okay but there was one worker who was extremely rude. I came in and had an online order and she told me to show her the page that lets her know I was here. I wasn’t sure what she was talking about so I showed her my confirmation email. She said oh I thought you were door dash. I had misinterpreted what she said and thought that she had someone else’s order so I stepped back a few feet thinking she was gonna grab mine. Then she asked me if I was waiting on something else and I said no and then she shouts out loud “I don’t know why she just walked back when I got her food!” And literally the whole store could hear her. The she proceeds to leave my food on the counter for another worker to give to me and walks off angry. There was only two people in line when I came in. I feel that it was just a misunderstanding and I wanted to apologize but she stormed off before I can even tell her. I will not be back as I feel like this could have been handled better.
So disappointing. I was overcharged and didn't notice until after paying. They could not process a refund for the overcharge amount so to make it right the manager gave me a free meal card and said get whatever I like. I went back and it was a different manager, the store manger. That manager up charged me for the shrimp. I shared that I was back because the previous manager said that my meal would be comped to make it right. The store manager was so aggressive I almost just left. He said if I wanted shrimp just pay. I did. It wasn't about the money. It was that if you are going to make things right, do that. Don't upcharge me while borderline yelling then walking away.
Okay so I decided to try the new Panda Express in Montgomery Texas for the first time. Came in at 11:45 and they were out of 6 entrees and two vegetables. Asked the manager why are they out of so many items when it was only 11:50 at that time her only reply was we are working on it. The only young man cooking what’s doing his best but it was obvious that they had not been asking him to prep more food based on the conversation. Not only myself but clients ahead of me and behind express their dissatisfaction. Very bad first impression.
I don’t even know where to start. I got the teriyaki chicken and as soon as I bit into it, it was ALL slimy and just pieces of fat. I’m starving so I kept trying to eat it but then I noticed this weird yellow stuff that looks like worms and I’m literally sick now. I will never return to Panda Express. The quality has been unacceptable for years now but it was the only thing close so I tried again and regret it. I need a refund immediately. Please do better. You are making people sick!!!
I usually resort to Panda when I’m away from home and traveling. Between meat choices and rice/noodles, it’s a whole hardy meal. However, this Panda’s rice was thick and mushy. Noodles were solid. And the new almond chicken was 60% breading and the sauce was very oiley and burnt.

Absolutely disappointed. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the beef & broccoli had maybe a couple pieces of beef, and everything was bland like they forgot seasoning exists. Paid good money for a plate of disappointment. I’ll never be back.
Taste is pretty good. The problems I experienced are in long wait times and half of the menu being a ‘wait’ because staff don’t keep primary offerings available during peak business hours (noon on a weekday). The staff are not rude but there is no sense of appreciation or urgency in how they serve. The food is good as one would suspect. The experience itself needs some work.
I'm not really sure where to start. The food is usually pretty good. The problem is it managed poorly. I try to eat there pretty frequently, but here lately Ive found myself looking for other options. Here's the deal- probably 50% of the time when I go through the drive thru, I am told that they are out of stock on some food item. It's so bad that it has becomes their standard greeting. "Welcome to panda. We want to let you know that we are out of......." (rice, sesame chicken, noodles, etc) The other half of the time they are saying that they can only accept credit cards through the drive through and not cash. Weird, but ok.....whatever. But I can't even count the number of times that I swing into the drive thru only to be met by a chair or a cone indicating that the drive thru is closed. There have been a a few times where I drove up without a chair blocking it and I was told that the drive through is closed, and I must come inside to order. They have become such a laughing stock that when you say you're going to Panda, people are starting to say, "I bet you they're out of this....or.....I bet their drive thru is closed!" Out of all the restaurants I've been to in eastchase over the years, I have NEVER experienced this. Ever. All of this speaks to bad management. Every bit of it. A good manager knows how to inventory food, people and even cash to keep.their business running properly. I think that the regional manager ought to look into this location and see if they can provide some assistance. It's a great restaurant, and I think with a few minor tweaks in managemen It would really prosper.
I visit this place at least three times a week. I am really let down by how the window staff, particularly a customer service representative named IZTEL, handled the situation. First of all, as I was halfway down the street enjoying my small bowl, I noticed that my rice was undercooked. It was so tough, it felt like they just took it out of the box, added some grease, and served it in the bowl. I had to go back through the drive-through, and mind you, it was raining. The staff member seemed upset, as if I had offended her, and told me I would have to wait 13 minutes for the order I had already paid for. I requested a refund, and she immediately became irritated, as if I was the one causing trouble. When she got an attitude, I tried to return my drink, but she refused to take it. Eventually, she refunded me my money and asked for my phone number. However, she only refunded half of my order and didn’t give me back the money for the drink I was trying to return. By the time I set the drink down, it had spilled all over my clothes and in my cup holder because there was a hole in the bottom of the glass. I ended up going in 3 to 4 times and wasted 15 to 20 minutes there due to the cook's negligence and the terrible customer service. I had to go in a third time to get the refund for the drink, and the manager also seemed annoyed. I’m not sure if they are related, but her attitude seemed to reflect the overall vibe from the window staff. I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the food quality. The chicken was seasoned well, but the rice was hard and completely uncooked. When I returned for the third time to get the rest of my refund, I saw them dumping out a large pan of rice.
