My wife likes the hot chocolate from here. Nice and friendly staff. Clean place.

Very pleasant young man working behind the counter. He actually came into my place of business a few hours prior to my visit to this location. We bonded over similar interests. When i walked in and approched the counter, he recognized me first (i was still in my uniform since i had just gotten off work) and he pointed at me and said, "I just saw you!" Very sweet kid. I didn't get his name, but he had glasses and a beanie with pins on it. Will definitely visit again

Visited this location between 4 and 5 pm because we had a basketball game in the area. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the sour look on the face of the short man behind the counter. No greeting, just turned his back. The lady, working the window, came over, took my order and she was very pleasant. However, the small guy prepared our drinks and continued to have a look of disgust. The young lady poured my coffee, brought it over to the pick up area and I thanked her. Little man finished the other drinks, placed them on the counter, in front of him, and walked away without saying a word. I had to ask the lady if they were, in fact, what I had ordered. The little guy was rude and, based on his behavior, likely a racist. The management of this location would do well to discipline the guy or fire him if he refuses to correct his behavior. I gave it two stars because the young lady was very nice and did a good job. The little guy is just that, little, he makes it a bad experience and is very unwelcoming.

Ordered through the drive thru. The barista forgot the cookie crumble and did not add enough mocha sauce to the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. It tasted watered down.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences ever. I came here specifically because it was the best reviewed store nearby. I ordered the easiest thing on the menu - one Venti Cold Brew, just black. I was THE ONLY customer in line, and it took so long to get served, I thought I was being punked, "Where's Ashton?" I thought? "Oh man, I paid cash and didn't take a receipt, they're going to tell me I didn't pay... don't freak out, just play along." The place also looked like they hadn't cleaned since they came in to open for the morning. There was trash everywhere, the furniture was all over the place. And there were these three employees...just chatting about Fortnite, the Kardashians, or whatever these kids are into nowadays. Look, I try to be fair, and I imagine that I just walked in at a bad time. Maybe they just got slammed and needed a breather. Who knows. What I do know is that this was well below average for the typical Starbucks experience, and there are enough stores in the area to not have to visit this one again.

This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks now, as someone who worked at this location for years, now when I come to get a drink, it’s always either rung up wrong, made incorrectly, it’s a 50/50 on if whoever I’m speaking to even understands what I’m trying to order or if I’m now speaking rocket science on top of Starbucks’ dumb language. There’s often times my drink will have a hair in it, or my iced drink comes out hot, or I’m being argued with over having to pull up further to the drive through, or having to be on hold without being told to wait. Overall I don’t understand how it’s so hard when again I literally worked here for years and never had a problem myself. It’s fast food drink service I guess the bar is so low and customer service is a dead concept, Starbucks doesn’t care about its “third place” concept clearly.

I stopped at this location for the first time and will NEVER return I will drive far out to go try another location I order a honey citrus aka the medicine ball and a ham and Swiss croissant first the honey citrus taste like water then my ham and Swiss croissant was undercooked I requested that my croissant be cooked twice in order for the bread to be a little more cooked and I said please and still didn't get it went thru drive thru cashier was nice I returned to the inside of the store I'm assuming the manager try to down play the fact my drink tasted more like water by say we doesn't have measurements on the amount of water to add really I go to the Zelda Rd location they make it right and hit the point every time even down to the croissant so shout to the workers at the Zelda rd location they follow directions well and do and outstanding job this location need to get it together and also they young lady I encounter and asked her to let the worker know to make sure my drink was strong your nonchalant attitude shows on your face.

This starbucks always gets my drink wrong. I order from the one on eastwrn blvd and get a perfect cup just Cafe misto 8 pumps of hazelnut. Vaughn rd location make my coffee taste like its coming form the gas station down the street, no shade on GS coffee but if i order the same cup at 2 different locations I expect it to be made the same way. # disappointed cup of joe

The worst location in Montgomery. The Caucasian, short guy (who is typically in drive-thru) has the most horrid customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have noticed, upon my visits there, that he is very selective of who he decides to give good customer service to. There was no greeting or anything and the exchange was cold and short. When ordering, I was cut off many times before I was able to even complete my order. And to add insult to injury hurt, my husband’s refresher was the absolute worst. I wouldn’t return to that location even if I was paid to.

Highly disappointed in my service. I still haven’t drink my refresher because I’m disappointed. I asked for strawberry refresher VENTI light ice extra lemonade and this what I was given. Still had lots of ice lol I didn’t order a cup of ice. The worker already didn’t take my order at the speaker after 5+ mins of waiting, I had to drive to window. Expected better.
