Ristorante curato con bella atmosfera, menù molto curato e di ottima qualità, servizio impeccabile, personale gentile, molto apprezzato
L’Hostaria Uva Rara in Franciacorta è un luogo magico, che merita pienamente la sua menzione nella Guida Michelin. L’atmosfera raffinata e curata si accompagna a una cucina di altissimo livello e a un servizio impeccabile: il cameriere che ci ha seguiti era preparato, competente e mai invadente, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti straordinari come il “Carciofo al Carciofo”, un carciofo ripieno di crema al carciofo con fonduta di Grana Padano, nido di porro croccante e olio alla menta, e l’“Estate Iberica”, un polpo gallego arrostito su crema di patate e pimento con salsa al peperone giallo. Entrambi raffinati e deliziosi. I risotti, vialone nano al Franciacorta e tartufo nero, erano impeccabili, perfettamente mantecati e aromatici. Un’esperienza culinaria memorabile, che consiglio vivamente a chi vuole scoprire il meglio della Franciacorta!
La prima volta qui, ma torneremo sicuramente. Un ambiente elegante ma non troppo formale, un atmosfera calda e molto curata. Ci trova immersi in questa stanza con volti e camino, arredata con grande stile ed è già magia. Abbiamo scelto il menù Lago ed i piatti sono stati tutti un’ottima scoperta, saporiti molto equilibrati e presentazione ottima. Il giovane cameriere è stato molto preciso e davvero attento nel servizio, complimenti! La proprietaria ci ha consigliato il Franciacorta rosè ed è stata davvero una scelta super azzeccata! Ottima qualità/prezzo. Nel menù ci sono un sacco di piatti interessanti, torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi! Complimenti allo chef e al personale di sala, davvero un ottimo ristorante!
Abbiamo scelto di cenare in questo ristorante, complice il regalo di una smart box. Parcheggio molto comodo di fronte all'ingresso, ma sono presenti in zona, lungo la strada, molti parcheggi liberi dati i numerosi sentieri naturalistici presenti. Il locale è molto pittoresco, sale interne con pietra e vetrate, un bel giardino fresco e tavolate spaziose. Dall'esterno meno invitante, ma fidatevi ed entrate... Mise en place e servizio sono quasi al pari di un ristorante stellato, ma con la genuinità di una conduzione familiare, che fa sentire a proprio agio chiunque. I piatti sono il vero fiore all'occhiello, gustosi e saporiti con il giusto grado di ricercatezza. Tra gli antipasti abbiamo provato il polpo, veramente delizioso, e l'uovo 61, squisito. Tra i primi calamarata; risotto Franciacorta e tartufo; spaghetti al Franciacorta con tartare di gambero blu e tartufo; tutti eccezionali. Come dolce merita un'assaggio il gelato al rosmarino, freschissimo e aromatico... La selezione di vini dalla cantina è ottima. Una menzione speciale ai prezzi che sono nella media, per un locale di questo tipo, ma ottimi se valutati in rapporto alla qualità del cibo...abbiamo trovato tutti i piatti molto buoni, e in riferimento al prezzo molto soddisfacenti. La cena nel complesso è stata piacevole e rilassante, complice anche la musica diffusa, e torneremo sicuramente a godere del meraviglioso locale, a dieci minuti dal lago d'Iseo, e ad assaggiare qualche altro piatto della loro intrigante cucina.
Location Elegante, servizio eccellente ho preso un antipasto di salumi misti eccezionale con giardiniera e petali di cipolla ,fusilloni di ragù bianco d'anatra all' arancia e un dolce strepitoso alla camomilla, qualità prezzo Alta .Ma pienamente soddisfatta.
Ancora una volta siamo ritornati in questo ristorante che ci colpisce sempre in positivo. Questa volta abbiamo usufruito di uno “smart box” e devo dire che è stato un bel regalo. Oltre al buon cibo abbiamo assaggiato un franciacorta Clarabella rosé che sicuramente entrerà nella mia cantina. Ritorneremo
Ristorante assolutamente consigliato, piatti molto buoni e curati nei dettagli, le porzioni sono adeguate e le materie prime ottime. Il personale è gentile, attento e premuroso. Abbiamo usufruito di una smartbox: prenotazione veloce e puntuale e servizio ottimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente perché sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita. Consiglio il carciofo come antipasto, davvero delizioso; ottimo anche il vino
Ottima atmosfera, da cena romantica, il personale super gentile e sempre attento. abbiamo provato il menu terra, che dire, veramente tutto ottimo e fresco... portate giuste... le lumache sono state una graditissima sorpresa .. ottima scelta di vini.... e per finire i dolci sono il top, la creme brule alla lavanda ti avvolge con il suo profumo... la crema del tiramisu era leggerissima....
Esperienza culinaria molto positiva. Sono stata a cena sabato con il mio compagno, location intima e molto elegante, servizio veramente attento ma non invadente. Cibo veramente ottimo, cantina molto assortita. Sicuramente tornerò.
Ho pranzato ad Hosteria Uva Rara assieme al mio ragazzo tramite un cofanetto smartbox. Personale molto cordiale e ambiente molto raffinato. Bellissima la sala con il caminetto, resa ancor più suggestiva grazie alla musica rilassante in sottofondo. Portate uniche nel loro sapore e molto ben impiattate. Lo consiglio!
Abbiamo mangiato da voi oggi (5.1.26) a pranzo. Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo scelte diverse possibilità del "Business Menu" Già il fatto che ci sono varie possibilità di scelte eg; antipasto e/o primo e/o secondo, menu completo, e così via non è da tutti. Lista dei vini locali e non solo, e guidati da Alessandro abbiamo scelto un bianco dalla Montina. Il cameriere che ci ha servito parlavo inglese molto bene ( siamo 5 madrelingua ) ed era molto professionale e discreto.. Veramente complimenti e torneremo presto. We had lunch at Hosteria Uva Rara during our trip to Italy earlier this year. What a treat! A Michelin-star rated restaurant, and it was obvious why that distinction has ben bestowed on the restaurant. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Cured meats, to fried battered vegetables, to Casoncello, to Tagliata, with sliced beef steak as a main course and fresh fruit pie for dessert. Our chef-created special menu was superb. Red and white wines accompanied the meal and paired perfectly with the courses. Service was impeccable. A gorgeous restaurant, and a fabulous meal. Highly recommend.
We went there on Monday for dinner and were the only couple inside. So if you want to have a “private” dinner you can do the same😄 The food was great (especially octopus and guinea fowl) nice atmosphere and very friendly and polite staff. Recommended for sure!
Not only is the food amazin……. Work class, but the team are now my friends. Both the front of house and the chef all came to talk with us and after 2 meals we are all proud to have a made a friendship. Thanks for the amazing Italian food and hospitality

Un buon ristorante, dove l'esperienza è consigliabile, il prezzo è molto a fuoco con quello che è stato servito. Nulla da eccepire, il menù e molto vasto e c'è assolutamente possibilità di trovare un piatto che possa piacere; unica nota dolente è che forse ci sarebbe voluta una maggiore spinta nel piatto uau.
Siamo 3 coppie di amici, e dopo 3 ore d'auto arriviamo sul posto. Parcheggio vicinissimo, edificio splendidamente ristrutturato. Servizio cordiale, cibo ben preparato e carta vini interessante. Ottimi dessert, prezzo nel range per il tipo di locale.
Cibo davvero buono e curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo scelto il menù di lago, che consiglio vivamente: piatti equilibrati, ben presentati e ricchi di sapore. Una menzione speciale va al cameriere che ci ha seguiti, un ragazzo giovane, estremamente gentile e preparato. Ha saputo spiegare ogni portata con chiarezza e passione, mettendoci subito a nostro agio con un sorriso e qualche battuta, sempre con garbo. Un'esperienza piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, da ripetere sicuramente!
Un buon ristorante ottima accoglienza bel menù. A 15 minuti dal lago , in una collina , c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Carciofi per antipasto, polpo 🐙 di secondo e dolce al cioccolato. 35 euro senza vino . Tornerò a provare anche altri piatti. Eccellente selezione di vini locali con prezzi onesti.
A positive experience, with impeccable service and interesting dishes, although not all were equally successful. We visited this restaurant, which isn't located in the historic center or in a busy area, so it's a bit of a walk to get there. However, it was worth it. The restaurant has several rooms, but that day, perhaps because it was lunchtime and there were only 5-6 tables occupied, only one room remained open. The one we were welcomed in wasn't the most characteristic, but it was still well-kept and quiet. The service was truly impeccable. The staff is made up of young people, very polite, professional, and attentive to detail. A concrete example: at the end of the meal, without me saying anything, one of the waiters brought me a new napkin simply because he noticed mine had fallen. A gesture that demonstrates attention and care for the customer. Moving on to the food, the experience was overall positive, although some dishes impressed us more than others: • The octopus: well-executed, tender, and tasty. • The low-temperature (60°C) egg: we weren't entirely convinced, the flavor was rather bland. • The risotto: very good, balanced, and well-creamed. • The ravioli: compared to the other dishes, they were less interesting, with less attention to flavor. As for the desserts, we tried three different ones and thoroughly enjoyed them all: beautifully presented, balanced, and enjoyable to share. In short: a restaurant with great attention to service and dishes that, for the most part, stand out for their quality and flavor. A few less successful dishes didn't ruin the experience, and we would definitely return to try more.
Fine food in a rustic former farmhouse. Taste that delights, service that is attentive yet unobtrusive.
Parking across the street. Nice outdoor seating, breezy and cool even during hot August. Well translated English menus. Friendly staff who will take the time to explain the dishes to you. Zero wine knowledge unfortunately, do your best and take something you know. Payment by credit card, only inside. Don’t wait for the bill to come.

Fifth time we visited the Restaurant, always great food. Visited again last summer, seems like its a new menu concept, we where disappointed.
Avoid this place . Extremely expensive, terrible service . I am used to Michelin starred Restutant so I don’t mind paying if service and good is right But we took paccheri 5 literally 5 of them for 22 euro They made us pay coperto 5 euro while in the menu is 3 Stay away !!!!!
