Sono stata questa sera a cena con un mio amico e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ambiente davvero accogliente, personale gentile e cibo di qualità. Abbiamo provato la pasta con le sarde e l’orecchia d’elefante, entrambe molto buone. Lo consiglio♥️

Osteria in centro a Monza degna di nota: ambiente avvolgente, arredamento peculiare e curato. Apprezzabile il tipico risotto alla monzese. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Padrone di casa gentile. Merita una visita, consiglio la prenotazione. Torneremo

Buon cibo semplice ma curato il menù non cambia ma tra le specialità milanesi e ottimi piatti a base pesce suggerisco gli spaghetti con le sarde il cibo e la qualità è stata molto apprezzata. Personale gentile e cortese. Locale con pochi tavoli ma molto accogliente. Atmosfera rilassante con musica piacevole. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

Piacevole locale improntato (con molto gusto) alle antiche trattorie. Servizio ed ambiente piacevolmente informale. Cibo sicuramente gustoso e ben preparato. Vale sicuramente una visita. Prezzi medio alti ma ben rapportati a quantità e qualità delle pietanze.

L'Osteria Cavallari è un piccolo ma accogliente ristorante. La cucina offre un menu vario con piatti principalmente tipici della zona, taluni rivisitati in chiave moderna. Buono e cordiale il servizio. Prezzo buono con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

It's a very small but welcoming restaurant, with outdoor seating for when the weather permits. We had meat at lunchtime on a Saturday, and I must say both the fillet steak and the elephant ear steak were delicious. The wine was good, and the desserts were equally delicious (tiramisu and zuppa inglese). The price was absolutely reasonable and "humane" considering the usual fare in restaurants. We'll be back to try the risotto.

This restaurant is located in the center of Monza, just steps from the cathedral, in a very picturesque setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. We went there on the recommendation of friends. The staff was friendly, and the meal was accompanied by relaxing music. We ordered appetizers, risotto alla monzese, and an elephant ear cutlet. The price was reasonable. We were satisfied with our meal and will be back.

Location carina, in centro a Monza sul lungo Lambro. All'esterno alcuni tavolini vicino all'ingresso altri in un piccolo giardinetto all'ombra naturale di un paio di alberi. Anche l'interno accogliente e originale nell'arredamento. Posto tranquillo. Proprietario Andrea cordiale e disponibile. La cucina offre diversi piatti fissi con a scelta un piatto del giorno. Il prezzo è giusto . Ho preso gli spaghetti alle sarde buoni, il polpo con patate buono invece la tagliata di tonno non era una tagliata come uno potrebbe pensare ma una fetta di pesce fatto alla griglia. Bicchiere di prosecco ok !

Nulla di che, antipasti nella media, nota positiva per la bresaola ma nulla di troppo ricercato. I risotti sono un po’ slegati ma buoni, la carne non la consiglio. Non ci si può lamentare, ma nemmeno essere soddisfatti. Personale gentile.

We went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. I liked the atmosphere, as well as the food they served. The elephant ears were perhaps a little dry, but better that than greasy. The polenta with gorgonzola cheese was absolutely not up to expectations, runny in a sea of ​​melted cheese. The rest of the dishes were OK. One flaw was the staff... without a smile, very haughty, which didn't reflect the informal atmosphere that surrounded us at all. I don't think I'll go back.

Cibo scadente, polenta precotta da supermercato, riso precotto manrecato malissimo e un tiramisù immangiabile. Servizio poco cortese e poco attento. Alla fine hanno sbagliato pure il conto addebbitandoci per errore due dolci in più. Il locale è carino ma il resto lascia a desiderare

A terrible and totally unacceptable experience. We had a reservation for eight people at 8:00 PM. We showed up on time and, as soon as we entered, noticed that the restaurant was already completely full. At that moment, only my family and I were there, waiting for other friends, including two children, one of whom was crying because he was hungry. The owner very casually informed us that he had made a "mistake" and that our table had been assigned to other people who had arrived earlier, probably without reservations. The result: we were sent away on a Saturday night in Monza, with every restaurant full, as if nothing had happened. The worst thing wasn't just the mistake, which can happen, but the attitude: no real apology, no solution, no consideration for the presence of children. Indeed, the whole thing was dismissed with phrases like "It can happen, it happened to me too," spoken in an arrogant and disrespectful tone. We were genuinely shocked: we'd never experienced anything like this before. Even worse, reading other reviews revealed that this isn't the first time it's happened. My advice is this: if you decide to book, make absolutely sure the table is actually reserved, otherwise you risk finding yourself, like us, without dinner and no other options. An experience not to be repeated.

I strongly advise the owner to take a course in how to treat people, as he was truly rude and rude to us and many other customers. Abandoned at our table, we had to ask for the menu ourselves, and after waiting 40 minutes without even ordering (with a 2-year-old daughter), after we saw the owner go to take the order of a table that arrived after us, we politely asked if we could order. The owner's response? "WE DID YOU CHOOSE?!?" in a dry and annoyed tone. If it hadn't been for the fact that we had a daughter and on a Sunday at 1:30 PM there wouldn't be any other places for the seven of us to sit, we would have gotten up immediately. Having been seated since 12:40, they brought our food to us at 2:00 PM!!! In the meantime, we witnessed scenes from another world: people being forced to get up while eating to have tables moved, people with reservations arriving only to be rudely CHASED AWAY by the owner? "Go away, get out of here, I'm not cooking for anyone else today" and similar phrases. Now I understand that working in front of the public is truly stressful, but treating people like this is indecent. NEVER AGAIN. I also advise the owner to refrain from responding negatively to this review, lest he make another bad impression.
