A truly unique and unusual experience! We visited Qualunquemente Qocktail Experience, on Via Bergamo in Monza, for an aperitivo at the outdoor tables along the pedestrian street. The venue is known for its "sensory" cocktails... and I must say, it was truly a surprise! We chose non-alcoholic cocktails, beautiful to look at and truly delicious. The experience was made even more special by the initial tasting of the famous "Curaro Flower," which cleanses the palate and amplifies the flavors of the drink. An unusual and thoughtful touch. The appetizers also reflect this attention to detail: they're unconventional, designed to pair well with the cocktails, and creatively presented. Some are served with jasmine-scented vapors, while many others also stimulate the sense of smell, making the whole experience spectacular and engaging. Although we stayed outside, I stepped inside for a moment and can say that the interior is also well-kept, welcoming, and impressive. A truly unique venue, perfect for a different aperitivo. Must try!

An incredible bar with an incredible drinking experience! Visiting from Los Angeles, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a bar in Italy but this place has the ABSOLUTE BEST drinks with a twist. The menu had great options and the owner was so kind explaining and translating it for me. Every item has something special and different about it that you will not find at another bar. The service was top tier and the overall vibe was amazing. It’s very different from any bar I’ve ever been to in any country. I totally recommend grabbing a drink there, you will not be disappointed!

I approached this place with caution, because someone selling you an experience instead of a cocktail was a little strange at first. I can only say I was amazed by the mastery with which the flavors, aromas, and sensations in your mouth are harmoniously combined and captured within a glass. They offer experiences that engage all the senses, from sight to touch. The highlight is undoubtedly the "Curaro Flower," an inflorescence of a potentially poisonous plant, which here offers a palate experience unlike any other place I've visited so far. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant hour, pampered by the sensations these Masters create.

Unique place in Monza, unusual and very good molecular cocktails. Impeccable service, very accurate description of the cocktails and trained staff. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The barman is very professional and excellent at his job. I recommend everyone to try this experience at the Qualemente in Monza!

Excellent place to try original and unusual drinks. I recommend the curare flower experience. The presentation of the final drink is very thoughtful. The focus is on the drinks, so if you're going for an aperitif, they'll also offer small samples. The decor is very cute, and all the broken mirrors are interesting. Knowledgeable staff and a very friendly owner. A must-try experience 👍🏻

Localino molto carino, cocktail particolari e originali, i cocktail che ho provato hanno la loro particolarità e sapori unici. Bravi i ragazzi del bar che ti spiegano le varie fragranze del cocktail e come si “assumono” le stranezze che li accompagnano. Una location molto carina, do 4 stelle solo per il fatto che dovrebbero aggiungere piu cocktail 😁

Particolare idea di proporre cocktail in maniera innovativa e con possibilità coinvolgimento dei clienti. Personale attento e disponibile. Unica punto di debolezza è lo spazio interno del locale che è abbastanza ridotto e angusto.

I went with a reservation, and upon arrival, my table was already ready. 10 points for this because I usually wait, even with a reservation! The staff is exquisite! The girls are helpful, and the service was quite fast! Molecular cocktails. The ones we ordered cost 12 euros each. Upon arrival, we were explained how to consume them. The presentation at the table was nice and original. I'm not giving it full 5 stars because, having ordered alcoholic cocktails, they were watered down and low in alcohol. They tasted delicious, but they mostly tasted like fruit juices.

Drink molto scenografici anche se per una coca cola con due marshmallow abbiamo speso 10€.. il bagno quasi inesistente, davvero minuscolo e purtroppo in comune tra uomo e donna… noi siamo stati messi…

Overall, the drinks were good, with a very interesting design and presentation. When we asked for a platter for two (€14), we were instead presented with five olives, three taralli, four mini-sandwiches, and a basket of nachos. When we asked for a second platter (unbelieving the offer), we were told that the appetizer was actually for two people. The waiter, arrogantly and sarcastically, confirmed that if it had been ordered by a single person, all portions would have been halved (two olives, one taralli, two mini-sandwiches); an aperitif not worth the price of €7 per person.

Anima Mundi

As an aperitif accompaniment, for vegans with gluten intolerances like me, they brought two strips of carrot with some soft, watery fennel pieces, and a tiny bowl with two teaspoons of hummus to which they'd added vinegar... I've rarely seen anything worse; I might as well announce that there's nothing for us; they'd make a better impression. On the other hand, they also make some beautifully presented molecular drinks (I've seen them, but haven't tried them, so I can't rate their flavor). For seating with multiple people, they provide some very uncomfortable low cubes; especially if you're next to the window in winter, your back will freeze.
