No sauces or fancy toppings—that's why I emphasize the word "classic." Another detail that undoubtedly characterizes this place (and please, never change it) is the charcoal grilling. What they do on that grill is pure art. It's so refreshing to find places where the meat is cooked like this, with that smoky flavor. From my point of view, it will always be the best way to cook it. From the moment you arrive and smell the aroma, your mouth starts watering, whether you're hungry or not. For me, it's one of the best options in the city when you have a burger craving. I guarantee it. Plus, you can start with something simple and work your way up without breaking the bank. Their prices are quite affordable, enough to make you want to go there two or three times a week, I'm sure you would. 😏

It's a very clean place, the staff are very friendly, and the burgers are delicious. However, I would rate the food as follows: The bread is delicious, but it's very thick. Although that's good, I personally didn't like it that much. The meat has the exquisite flavor of charcoal-grilled meat, although I would have liked it to be a little juicier because it felt a little dry. They put very few vegetables (tomatoes, onions, and lettuce), although that's good because you always have the taste of charcoal-grilled meat and you don't lose the flavor. The ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard are minimal, so if you're expecting a burger like the ones you've eaten on the corner near your house, NO. They're not like that, but they're different, and trying something different will always be good, novel, and delicious.

They changed owners and lowered the quality and quantity of ingredients in their burgers; now they're super thin, and the worst part is they're still the same price. You can check out photos from before the change of owners and cooks and you'll see the difference.

They had me waiting for an hour outside the store. I only ordered 2 hot dogs. They weren't very busy, and it seems like they never took me into account. My order never came out. I had to leave. The people serving me were 3 kids, not even of legal age, who were completely out of order, they weren't organized, and they couldn't get it right.
