They don't sell medium or large drinks, even though they're part of the menu. This is due to the constant lack of inventory at this location. Basically, since they only conveniently have large cups, they're the only ones they'll sell. Any milk modification, even light, costs an additional 15 pesos. Soy and almond milk cost an additional 25 pesos. Incredible, but this location is much more expensive than even Starbucks and offers lower quality.

After 6 p.m. they no longer sell coffee so that people don't come to the airport expecting to drink coffee after that time.

Horrible!!! They're taking advantage of the fact that it's the only coffee shop in the airport, don't buy from them. A matcha and a donut cost $197 pesos, that's outrageous!!! And the matcha tasted like water, it was awful. Besides, they didn't even ask me what size I wanted, and they gave me the largest one when I wanted the small one. The woman serving me was incredibly lazy.

The coffee machine doesn't work, you don't have what's on display, the terminal doesn't work, I don't know why it keeps operating that way.

It had been years since I'd been to Punt de Cielo, and today I went with enthusiasm. However, when it came time to pay, they forced me to use the tip machine, which starts at 15%. I was furious that they were already trying to get me to tip before I even paid, especially since I hadn't asked for any special service. The machine also shows that the employees don't have a decent wage and have to "make ends meet" with this almost obligatory gratuity. This led me to not leave a single peso when I had planned to leave 10.00, and of course, I won't be going back to Punt de Cielo. 😡

The most tasteless and expensive coffee you can buy, I ordered a matcha that didn't even have color, it tasted like pure water, a phrase that was completely tasteless, worse than sock water, and the service was terrible.

I bought a coffee and they gave me the largest they had. I asked for decaf, but it wasn't available. The cups don't have lids, and they don't ask if we want it that way. It was unpleasant to get a big cup of coffee without a lid that spills as you walk. Obviously, I bought two other things, but the price seemed very expensive.

I got two coffees, asked for cream/milk and they gave us so little of it. The young girl at the counter this morning was so rude. I went back to ask for more milk and they said they charged extra for the milk. You judge from pic how dark the coffee is.

I bought four drinks and asked for an extra glass, but the waitress told me they couldn't give it to me because they charge her for it. Terrible service, and even worse are the company policies that charge their employees for a glass. Unacceptable!
