Mmmm mmmm, In N Out, a simple but fresh place. The food is simple and kinda basic sure, but it honestly tastes more fresh and less greasy and fake as other places. It's also at a great price! Also this special location, the employee helping me, I didn't get her name but she was very nice, so many pleases and thank yous and said "one medium drink for you, you may fill it over there and get free refills" or however she said it, but she made me feel very welcomed!

The amount of times I came here after a high school event is innumerable, and that's the only problem with this location. If you come after a high school event it will be full, and you will be waiting. The staff is mostly local students, and the food is great, which results in an overall great experience.

The Morgan Hill In and Out Burger is busy! That said the staff is extremely efficient. When there is a big line for the drive through they send an order person further out from the regular drive through and it helps speed up the line. Even with s big lineup, our food was ready when we got to the window! And the order was correct! Its our favorite In and Out in the bay area.

I walked into the Morgan Hill in n out burger today and my order was taken by the sweetest cashier, her name was Ella if I recall correctly. She always had a big smile on her face and I could tell she valued me as a customer. My order was 100% correct and when I asked for a fork and delightfully obliged.

Sometimes less is more and they’ve proven that. I wish they’d open up in Florida. It’s a must have while I’m in the area I know I know it’s not the healthiest but it’s the best fast food in CA.

This place off Leavesley by the Gilroy outlets is the best. Their burgers are always fresh and the crisp fries make it a great meal at any time. I can’t forget the ice cold drink with a variety of flavors. The service is quick and friendly. Don’t let the long line at the drive through discourage you from pulling in. The line moves really fast and the food is worth the short wait.

In-N-Out is always packed but that is only an attestation to the all-around great business relationship they have built with customers. In-n-Out is always extremely busy so be prepared to wait, day or night. The staff was friendly and tried to be as expediant as possible.The facility was clean and well maintained. The outdoor eating area was small for the amount of people that eat there. If you do not mind the wait and possibly eating in your car, which is an option when ordering, you should not be disappointed. The food is yummy, and for the most part fairly priced.

The double-double was......I cant even explain it. It like melts I your mouth with the cheese fresh lettuce and tomatoes, with the pickles. It makes me feel warm inside. The customer service was great. The lady that took my order was very understanding. She even had a sense of humor. She never had to ask me to repeat because she was actually listening. Giving this four stars with the knowledge that there are burger places better than this I’d rate the same or lower. Why the high rating? I go there usually about midnight after driving about 200 miles over the course of the day. I’m usually exhausted and hungry. I’m met by an immaculately dressed staff in an immaculately clean restaurant serving hot and tasty food swiftly. At midnight that’s what I want. Sometimes it’s the only relaxing part of my day and they respect that. I’ve found myself still there after closing and I’m never rushed out. It makes a difference

Compared to other locations, this one slightly overcooks and under salts the fries. Something is off about the flavor of the soft drinks also, but the burgers and milk shakes hit the mark.

Lines were very long on Friday 2pm. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get my food. Not sure what can be done to reduce the waiting time :(

First time trying it. Pretty good. Very fresh. Had a Double Double Animal Style. Very good. I think its a tiny bit overhyped but really good. Honestly, in n out burgers are always good, so nothing really to complain about in that camp. The service here is really good and quick. The drive thru line can be very long (like it stretching almost all the way outside the parking lot!), but that goes by quick as well.

You can’t go wrong with an In-N-Out burger. Burgers are always tasty, which is great. Cashiers are often in good mood despite long wait times sometimes. The dining room is often crowded and may benefit from more frequent cleaning, specially on weekends. This location is super convenient, just 3 min from the HW 101 southbound.

Best.Food.Ever (edit: six years later) food is still good! this place is very busy— but service is still relatively fast. i go around lunchtime and you can get your food in about 5-10 minutes, 15-20 if it is especially busy or if you ordered multiple items. i generally dont have anything bad to say about service, although sometimes they do mess up the order— giving raw onions when i ask for grilled onions or not putting pickles when i ask for pickles. there are seating areas outside and there is also a drive through. the womens bathroom has two stalls (one is accessible) and two sinks. bathroom could be a little better though.

Full disclosure, I have a love/hate relationship with In-N-Out. I hate fast food and try to avoid it at all costs simply due to trying to eat clean and healthy. That being said, after a concert or night of clubbing or bar hopping, few things are more readily available and inexpensive than fast food. In-N-Out is the best of bad choices, IMHO. That being said, if you ever ever eaten at this establishment, you already know that their food is delicious, despite having a beef patty thinner than most supermodels dream of being. But if you want beef, you can always hit up their double double or add patties to match your ladder of caloric desire. As for this specific location, I visited on a Wednesday night, and as always the drive thru was bustling, but the line was relatively short inside. The staff were above and beyond friendly and professional. Everyone seemed focused on their tasks and happy to be there. Their kindness and helpfulness seemed very genuine. The wait time from ordering to receiving the food was only a few minutes. Waiting while hungry definitely makes time seem to move slower, but I believe Einstein can explain that better than I. Do a different Google search for that answer. The price per value is always on point at In-N-Out and their meals actually reflect the more photo representations on the ordering wall. Most fast food joints hand over a burger that looks like it’s lived on the streets, strung out on meth for a decade, and then stepped on before being presented to me. My only complaint? The bathrooms were overflowing with paper towels. It was around 9pm. This is unusual for this location. Things happen. Perhaps they had an abundance of sick calls that evening and focused on delivering food and checking the restrooms every other hour? Everyone on staff appeared to be working diligently, so I hesitate to condemn the location for a si file rough evening and local patrons that can’t seem to 1) compact paper towels in the trash or 2) miss the trash can altogether. At the end of the day, fast food patrons are pigs at a trough, more concerned with eating and grunting than cleaning up after themselves. Thumbs up to the Gilroy location for making my visit a delicious, almost regret less cheat day.

I visited this location yesterday 4/20 around 9pm. The reason for a three-star for service is not because of their customer service. Their customer service interaction with their guard were satisfiable. How I decided on a three-star rating for now was because the dining area needed some TLC. Especially the garbage cans. There were two employees walking the floor and witnessed a guest trying to dispose of his trash but could not due to the already full garbage cans. I understand I do not know the Dynamics behind the scenes as far as being understaffed or not. It is much more appealing to upkeep the appearance of your store. Food was still good and hit the spot!

I try to write only positive reviews BUT this is more of an FYI PSA I LOVE YOU msg: I usually don't do "fast food" and the last time I visited In N Out Burger I realized a few things: why can't don't they offer organic foods? Their menu is so simple and cost difference would be minimal for organic tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and bread. Also, these days, organic grass-fed beef is also available more affordably: why isn't that an option? And the drinks are a disaster to have with a high fat meal. But what's most concerning is there is no "In-N-Out" whether it's 11AM or 830PM the place is packed, lines are long, and a poor employee must stand amongst the toxic fumes to alleviate the wait times. Please consider your health and maybe forgo the drinks if a hamburger has got you committed to a 30 minute time-suck at the drive-through. And maybe wait until you get home and use your organic ketchup for the fries. Hoping for improvement in the American diet. It's worth it, y'all. God bless you.

Went in at the drive thru at around 11:30pm. There were 5 cars in line, and took 30+mins to get out of the drive-through. The employees were having a good day as we could see them joking around and high-fiving each other. I don't get it, they demand $20 an hour and put no effort. If I did that at my job, I would be shown the door. And before you come after me I did work in customer service for 15 years.

For the first time in 40 years my order was wrong. I ordered a protein burger to go... looked cindy the bag...lots of napkins on top...took it home. When I took it out it was NOT a protein burger... it 3as just a plain burger in a bun.... sooo disappointed.

Whenever I come to California for work, I always get In N Out and I’ve never had a problem with them before but today was the exemption. I went to the Morganhill location and the service was fast and friendly but the food not so good. The burger is good as always but the fries were cold and looked like they’d been overdone. I ordered two sides of fries and I’m just disappointed because I was looking forward to my dinner of In N Out. I probably won’t want to come back to this location again. One of the very few least experiences I’ve had.

We went through drive-through today and had ok service. I’ve only been once before to an In-n-Out (lived out of state) and got laughed at by the cashier for asking for medium fries. I understand the place is busy, but our bag was very messy. There was noticeable sauce all over the outside of the bag, napkins thrown right on top of the food, and it looked like everything was put together very quickly. The taste of the food was also just ok. It seemed like it was sitting for a while as well. There’s a lot of hype with this place, but maybe it’s just not for me.

Service was okay, but the burger and fries were not up to par. By the time we got handed the food, the fries were already cold and actually hard. The burger was the same not much flavoring because when you the food gets cold - most of the flavoring and smell is gone. We didn’t eat inside, so we got the order right away. I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered around 8:20 p.m. and didn’t get my food until 9:00 p.m.—over 30 minutes later. The person ahead of me ordered almost the same thing (just a single instead of a Double-Double and fries well done) and got their food in about 10 minutes. My order (#24) kept getting skipped as the board jumped all over the place—#80, #90, then back to #10, #95, #85, #30—and completely skipped the 20s. I finally had to speak up because it made no sense why people with much later numbers were being served first. When my fries finally came out, I had ordered them well done, but they were way overcooked—more burnt than crispy. On top of that, the floor was pretty dirty. Not completely disgusting, but definitely not what you want to see when you’re trying to eat inside. The food is usually reliable here, but the long wait, skipped order, dirty floors, and overcooked fries made this a really frustrating experience. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from In-N-Out.

The service was the only thing I had no problem with. At first, when I went in, all the tables were dirty. I couldn't find the napkins, so I had to go get toilet paper to clean the table. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, French fries, 2 hot cocoa, and a strawberry shake. The fries were nasty. They tasted like cardboard with a bunch of oil. The bread was hard and dry, and the patties were raw. The hot cocoa tasted like water. It didn't have any flavor at all. The only good thing was the shake.

Cold fries and burger. The worst service from a not even busy store. Not good. Terrible location, train your people!!! Would rate zero if an option.

This use to be the best in n out bots it's honestly the worst. Corporate needs to do a quality check. Never had my order wrong before. But this is the only location to get it wrong every time.

I ordered my usual, a Double Double Protein Style with extra lettuce, for th Ed ffg irst time I was very disappointed when I got my order. I guess the person assembling my burger was irritated with my order. It's like they took all the leftover pieces of lettuce and put it on top of my burger patties, my two slices of tomatoes were the end part because it had holes in the middle of them where the stem was removed. The whole thing wasn't even wrapped properly in the paper that helps hold the burger together before they put it in the sleeve. I had to take a picture of it because this is the first time I've ever gotten my order so poorly assembled. We sat on a booth next to the counter which has the self serve ketchup and napkin dispensers. Both napkin dispensers were empty and so were both ketchup dispensers. A customer went up to the counter to inform a staff member about the situation. She came out to check and was murmuring to herself, "this is not my job, I don't know how to change this out." She returned to the counter without addressing the issue. After I finished my meal, I went to the ladies restroom and it was disgusting. Like there had been no bathroom check by staff the whole afternoon. Paper towels over flowing from the trash can near the door, toilet seat protectors on the floor next to the toilets in both stalls. I went in there to wash my hands because after eating my discombobulated burger, my hands needed good wash. I overheard a lady in one stall asking for toilet paper from the other lady in the other stall because her stall was out. This is my first experience of such lack of attention by staff members at an In-N-Out establishment. I visited this place at 5pm on a Saturday. I know that they are super busy, but if other locations can keep up with standards this location should too..

I am not trying to hate but Ima give a honest review the survive was bad the person that helped us was rude the burgers were raw.

I want to start by saying the food and service time were great, and the cashier who took my order, Cat, was extremely polite and professional. However, while sitting in the restaurant, I noticed something that really bothered me. Cat appeared to make a small mistake on an order, and another employee was the first to loudly and openly call her out for it in front of customers in a disrespectful way. After that, a second coworker, Annette, also spoke to Cat harshly and said, “don’t be smart with me,” loud enough for others to hear. (Coworkers names: Kat, Annetta) It was uncomfortable to watch and felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since Cat remained calm and respectful throughout. Mistakes happen in fast-paced environments, but calling someone out publicly and rudely is not appropriate. I hope management can address this, because employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in front of customers.

This is the worst In-N-Out I have ever had!!!! I have tried so many locations around CA but this one was just awful. The burger was cold, the bread was burned, the fries salty, they took forever with the orders, for dine in or drive thru the waiting its crazy and not worth it. I recommend you to go to the Gilroy location or even San jose arw better.

We’ve lived in Morgan Hill since 2012, and for years this In-N-Out was great: solid service, consistent food, no complaints. I’m giving it one star because they recently split the drive-thru entrance in a way that makes it impossible to tell who arrived first. The result is constant cutting in line, honking, and arguments. Staff can’t reasonably manage it, so every visit turns into a bad customer experience before you even order. The split drive-thru creates a free-for-all where people cut in, and staff can’t and don’t regulate the line. It ruins the experience. Management and corporate doesn’t care, . Other drive-thrus in town don’t have this issue, and the food isn’t good enough to justify the hassle.
