Good pizza! Thin crust, which I like, good cheese to sauce ratio as well. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well. Great pizza place, and I'll visit again! 5/5 stars!

We ordered the Vegan Sur and really enjoyed the vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, and vegan sausage crumbles. The slices were a bit too irregular in size (with some twice the size of others) but the pizza tasted good and will definitely be going again. The pre-built pizzas are much cheaper than the build-your-own options FYI.

Casual and laid back atmosphere. Employees are very friendly and always make my son and I feel welcome. Pizza always hits the spot and salads aren't bad either. My favorite pizza by the slice,a must try! My personal favorite is the Big Sur but the figgy piggy is a unique twist on a sweet/savory pizza as well.

The staff is amazing AM (Cynthia, Jose & the cook Pollo) & PM (Hiro, Daniela, Selvin cook) crew, I know there’s a lot of new faces around and some of the OGs from way back when. I remember always talking about a vegan pizza option when I worked there. After leaving the company, to hear that there’s now multiple vegan options available at almost all locations blows my mind. I had the vegan Mt. Diablo today via Doordash and it’s definitely one for the books!! The flavor is delightful and they chose one of the best cheese alternatives”Miyokos Cashew Cheese” so soooo good! Thank you to the staff and PMH crew behind the scenes for making this possible. Will be back soon to visit!

Ordered ahead for carry out on a day I knew they would be busy. I arrived 4 minutes early and my pizza was just out of oven and ready to go. Staff was really nice and friendly.

I had a great experience at Pizza My Heart in Mountain View, and I especially want to thank Daniela for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. When I placed my order and later had to make some changes, she went out of her way to assist me and even helped make sure I could still keep the best discount available. It’s rare to see someone put in that much effort to help a customer, and Daniela did it with a great attitude the entire time. Her friendliness and dedication really made the experience better. I did not realize that Pizza My Heart was a chain until later but enjoyed my first visit there. I liked being able to order by the slice and appreciated the single serving salads to help balance out the meal. Since they heated before serving, almost had the freshly baked flavor. Reminded me a lot of similar pizza places in NY, but with much better service and eating areas that were clean and had a bit of character, like a real Italian resturant.

I absolutely love the pizza and not just because I worked with the company for over 5yrs but because it is truly amazing pizza. One thing I will tolerate, but don't necessarily care for and only experience from this specific location is the fact that the crust is always crunchy and or burnt. The location itself is great and the staff are very friendly and inviting. Perfect for a quick bite, by the slice or full pie salads are great.

2/26/23 ordered from the Mountain View store via their order now site. I called the store to add my loyalty point for my order but he wasn’t aware about it! Really! Also: they did not knock even when I asked them to do. They gave us 3 napkins! Wow! The pizza was left at my door. I am less impressed now!

Guys are super friendly here and their pies are delicious. I ordered a large pizza and decided to wait for it. It took 35 min after I was told it would only take 25. I later found out that a large portion of the pizzas in the oven were ordered through Door Dash which caused some delay.

Pizza. Instant gratification. What's not to love? This is very thin pizza. Fold & enjoy. Decent selection of ready-made pizzas by the slice. Quick made to order. And delivery. I really enjoyed the pepperoni mushrooms - small quarter size mild pepperoni and lots of portobello mushroom. Yummy!

Tried the vegan big sur. Tasty but probably too much garlic for me and the sauce was sweeter than I prefer. I wish the vegan options were available by the slice so you didn't have to grab a whole pizza. Or offer the option to do half& half pizza for more variety.

Good place for a quick reliable what you expect pizza. Nothing overly fancy or too underwhelming. I went around 4pm in a random day in the week and you get what you expect. By this time you get less selections and longer wait times for freshly made pizza. Got some quick slices and they were ok. Pizza got cold fast even after being reheated but nothing terrible. Service was really nice, and the place was nice and clean.

The amount of toppings is not consistent! One guy adds on plenty of toppings while another adds just enough so that you can identify what kind of pizza you're getting. Stopped by tonight but after one glance, I walked out and won't bother coming back as this is the second time this has happened! Have returned and been satisfied. Evidently, the person making skimpy pizzas has left. Anyway, you see what your buying before payment so not much can go wrong. The one in Sunnyvale is much better with a whole load of toppings and has Dave's Hot Chicken right across the walkway. To owner: That's not helpful at all! I like the veggie pizza and, so help me God, one puts just enough to sell it, another guy adds a lot of toppings. I can see it before I order so why would I order it? Once I realized what was what, I tried another store and found it much better. It's up to you to fix the situation! I'm not going to buy a couple of pieces and then complain. That's ludacris! Your place is closer to me so I may still stop and check, like I did last night, to see if things change.

Decent pizza value but don't bother to try to customize things as instruction following is not their strong suit. Requesting one ingredient less on a salad isn't even possible here. That being said if what you want is on the menu with no changes needed enjoy!

How can you NOT try a place called Pizza My Heart. I mean, c’mon that’s cute. You know what’s cuter? The little slice pizza boxes that they come with. That’s how I want my pizza from now on, snugly fit in its own little house/coffin. I really like the inventiveness behind their Big and Little Sur pizzas. Green onion absolutely belongs on a pizza and I will take that to the grave. The crust? Pretty good. It just barely folds like a NYC style pizza, which is nice.

Wish they would add more cheese to their pizzas and be little less pricey. But given that it’s not a chain, can understand. Not halal. Got the pesto pizza which I liked. The veggie pizza was simply okay.

-Sauce tastes like high fructose corn syrup -Crust is doughy and wasn't fully baked -Cheese is exactly the consistency as if from a defrosted frozen pizza Just generally poor quality and very much not worth the price.

We ordered an 18" Big Sur, which is large enough for 3 to 4 hungry adults. The pizza was bland—everything except maybe the crust was missing salt. You can also see in the picture that the pizza is slightly underdone. It's not raw or unsafe, but it definitely would have benefitted from some more browning. Children will enjoy this pizza just fine, but I will not be a regular customer. Also, be warned that the menu in-store doesn't show prices for their full-size pizzas, they only show the "by-the-slice" prices

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza through door dash. Ive never had soggy or super oily pizza than from this location. This was the first time I ordered from there and the LAST TIME. About 20 to 30 minutes after I consumed the pizza which was all I had for dinner, I had the most terrible stomach pains with frequent visits to the bathroom through the night and up into the morning. Someone preparing the pizza CLEARLY failed the hygienic rule otherwise why would I have gotten so sick shortly after consuming it?!

Pizza should have been good. But it arrived completely cold. Called to let them know and the person was not concerned. Blamed it on DoorDash even though I ordered from their website.

No delivery offered here. Ordered delivery from the pizza my heart website, paid delivery fee, gave a 20% tip but the delivery vendor never picked up the pizza. I had to pick up the pizza myself, 60 minutes after it was promised and, despite paying for delivery, was given no refund/discount.

The staff was nice. The atmosphere was okay. The pizza was complete garbage. Flat, crunchy pepperoni and the taste was awful.
