5th meal out, on our stay at Mar Menor Golf Resort and this, like the others, did not disappoint. Lamb Curry for two of the party and Tapas for two including me. Really excellent food, just what I wanted. The restaurant is really well decorated with great taste, the service is excellent, there when you want it but not overbearing and the glasses and tableware are really top quality. Great value and a wonderful meal. To be fair we have yet to have a bad meal or experience on "The Boulevard" at MMGR so why travel further when great food and service are just around the corner. Many thanks again.

We visited as a group of 6 and didn't have the book a table. The restaurant itself was well presented but extremely high ceilings and cavernous space made the place very "echoey". I would recommend perhaps a few furnishings to dampen sound more. That was the only tiny fault I could find with the place. The menu was varied, something with something for everyone. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. But the food was amazing. The chicken starter I had was superb but the lamb curry was on another level. If we revisit the resort, Boka will be first on my list for a meal

Absolutely exceptional restaurant, decor classy, and welcoming. The staff are extremely good attentive to your every need and friendly. Food was of a very high standard so well done to the chef. Wow what can I say fine dining absolutely beautiful food presentation and taste was amazing highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a special meal out or just meals out with friends and family cannot be any more helpful with meal and what to have the menu the food was amazing they are in A League of Their Own please give them a try you will not be disappointed we all had something different off the menu and it was all so lovely and fresh beautiful and taste delicious have been here for 4 days and this is the best food we have had we will be back.

Este restaurante nos ha parecido una grata sorpresa. El responsable nos ha atendido con gran hospitalidad, adaptando su negocio a nuestras circunstancias. La atención en todo momento ha sido muy correcta. La comida realmente rica. La carta es una fusión entre lo Mediterráneo y lo asiático (no chino). Quisiera recomendar algo en particular, pero es que todo lo que degustamos es altamente recomendable. De verdad que merece la pena acercarse a este sitio. Se merece con creces las 5 estrellas. A mejorar: que las cartas en inglés y español no son iguales (en español no vi el bacalao con rissoto, en cambio, había otro plato de pollo) y que la tarta red velvet, que la hacen muy rica, sabe a fresa (quien tenga un poquito de cultura pastelera entenderá lo que digo, quien no, disfrutará de una excelente tarta de fresa)

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Boka Restaurant. The chicken stuffed with prawns, paired with a rich blue cheese sauce, was both creative and delicious — a perfect balance of flavors. The fillet steak was grilled to perfection, tender and juicy, and the pepper sauce added just the right kick. The service was attentive and warm, and the atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable meal!

Este restaurante es una grata sorpresa que supera todas las expectativas. La comida es deliciosa y ofrece platos únicos que no son comunes en otros lugares. Quedé sorprendido cuando fui a cenar por la amplia variedad y la excelente calidad de todos los platos en su menú. Recomiendo encarecidamente a aquellos que no lo han visitado que vayan y luego compartan su experiencia, ya que es un lugar muy agradable.

Ha sido todo un acierto venir a cenar esta noche aquí. De verdad que todo estaba riquísimo, recomiendo el pollo tailandés y los mejillones!!! El personal muy amable y de precio la verdad es que estaba muy bien. Volveremos y recomendaremos.

Family of four visited Boka for dinner during our stay at Mar Menor Golf Resort. Overall we enjoyed the experience. Service was great and the menu is diverse. My only gripe was the portion sizes on the tapas / starters. We ordered a couple of things to share; olives from the tapas menu for €5 and calamari for €10 from the a la carte menu. There couldn't have been more than 10 olives and the calamari were served in a stainless steel flowerpot full of salad leaves with a tiny portion of smaller than bitesize squid and baby octopus on top. Very disappointing. Main courses were better. Cajun Entrecot was particularly nicely cooked and presented. Good place which just needs to work on the portion sizes.

The two of us had a very enjoyable meal. Had an apéritif before the 3 course meal, à bottle of wine, glass of dessert wine, coffee and digestif. The cost was €117

Omdat we in naast gelegen resort logeerden zijn we de eerste avond uit noodzaak (te lui om verder weg te zoeken) binnen gelopen zonder enige verwachting. Keuze gemaakt enkel op het interieur en de sfeer die dit etablissement uitstraalde. Bleek goede keuze, zijn in diezelfde week 4 maal terug geweest. Zeer verfrissende gerechten met subtiele Indische accenten en smaak combinaties. Service is bijzonder, uitermate vriendelijk, initieel gereserveerd maar als ze aanvoelen dat je het zelf toelaat, ontvang je hun warmte en voelt het zelfs amicaal aan.

Kreative und schmackhafte Küche. Für alle die mal was Mal anderes als Tapas möchten. Für jeden Geschmack gibt es was auf der Karte. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service. Kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Preise. Aber die sind ja in fast allen Restaurants im Boulevard im Verhältnis zu Restaurants in Los Alcázares ein überzogen. Beim Ambiente hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben. Aber es bleiben die hohen Decken, diese versprühen eine Hallen- Atmosphäre. Gemütlich ist das nicht. Also keine Top Empfehlung, aber gut.

Friendly welcome and good service. I don’t usually go for a curry when I’m over here but the Lamb curry at Boka is amazing. Our son loved The London burger. Underwhelmed with the Korean chicken and prawns (on a skewer) 2 prawns, tiny amount of sauce. When the bill came we realised that the mains do not come with sides included, 3 euros for rice with a curry and same with chips with the burger. The house white wine was lovely. More expensive than most places on the Boulevard. Go try the lamb curry.

We were impressed by the atmosphere and service from attentive staff at Boka, but slightly let down by our meal. The Chicken satay was tough but sauce was nice. However we highly recommend the Thai duck. We also had parmesan chicken which was delicious but a fairly small serving and could have been served with more vegetables and potatoes.

Boka er en veldig hyggelig restaurant som vi har besøkt flere ganger. Personalet er kjempehyggelig, og lokalene er svært koselig. Denne gangen trekker jeg ned på mat da jeg syntes det var veldig lite smak. Alle tre rettene var nydelig anrett på tallerkene, men smaken trekker ned. Vi lurer på om det er stor forskjell på kokkene på jobb, da vi tidligere har veldig god erfaring med maten

The tapas were off...my chicken sate was raw, very dry garlic bread and dry pork meat with no dip sauce. Ordered the duck with pak choi but no pak choi to be found on my plate. Ended the evening with a cafe asiatico that wasn't how it should look or taste...so expected more after all these 5 star ratings. Staff is very nice and interior is nicer than the average in the area. Score 7/10.

My wife and I went on Saturday, what an eclectic menu. Covering dishes from around the world. We started with onion bhajis , very good. I had the Korean BBQ and my wife had the Thai shrimp curry. Both were excellent. Definitely need to go back and explore the menu 😋

5 went to Boka 4 meals were excellent 5th meal ,a sirloin steak was uneatable,.It was stringy, fatty and grisley . £19 Said to waitress who admitted that some steaks are not as they should be. We got the bill asked for reduction but had to pay !

Le personnel est sympathique et le food est bon mais l’endroit est excessivement bruyant car ce restaurant attire des groupes qui boivent beaucoup. C’est malheureusement déjà la deuxième fois que nous vivons ce chahut donc pour nous ce sera la dernière .

Sadly just a bit lacking overall . Nice people but very hit & miss service wise. Food was very small portions. Tasty though. Atmosphere was a bit sterile and needed livening up with more people.

Went to Boka yesterday after a round of golf, as it was recommended by friends who live on the resort. Arrived at 4 pm and were alone in the restaurant. Ordered two large beers which were very refreshing. Started with a Christmas Festival Sharing Platter for 2 - € 17. Was very small and had no wow factors. The crab christmas tree was so small you couldn't cut it to share. Not good value. We then ordered Jamaican Jerk Chicken which was more Indian flavoured than Jamaican. As a starter for € 8 it was okay. We then ordered the "Delicious Lamb Curry" for € 14 and Basmati Rice for € 3. The portion was very small with 4 small pieces of lamb in a bland curry sauce. This was served on cold plates so the food cooled down immediately. The House Red Wine was light and tasty and served in good red wine glasses. The tables around us had still not been cleaned from the night before which didn't improve the visit. We complained about the curry and they reduced the price by € 3. It still didn't amount to good value for money and we left very disappointed.

La verdad es que no fue bien, al menos no todo lo bien que esperábamos. La comida estaba normal y los platos bien emplatados, pero no en sus mejor estado. Se les había terminado el entrante que habiamos pedido y nos recomendaron el pollo empanado, estaba bueno pero sin mas, algo que te encuentras en muchos sitios, una pena que sea eso lo mas destacado. De segundo pedimos la brocheta de pollo con gambas, la verdad es que el plato sorprende por su forma, pero nada mas lejos de la realidad, era una pechuga de pollo con gambas, no daba para más, no lo recomendaría, y también pedimos una pechuga de pollo gratinada con parmesano que dudamos de la calidad de la carne... un plato que te lo esperas lleno de sabor pero parecia mas que estaba tapando el estado de la carne de pollo. De postre unos bombones de chocolate helados, que no estaban mal, pero comiendo uno eran iguales el resto, sin ningún cambio de sabor, al final acababa cansando y el otro fue la tarta red velvet, que estaba tan dulce que parecia que estabas comiendo azúcar.

Verstehe die sehr guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe! Die Portionen klein und die Preise sehr hoch! Das einzige was positiv erwähnt werden kann, ist die tolle Präsentation der Gerichte und die gute Bedienung.

This has to be a joke! This was €36. I cannot believe this is what we picked up. We order the “Sicilian chicken Parmesan” as written on their menu: Fresh tomatoes and potatoes lemon balsamic vinaigrette. No tomatoes or potatoes just a dry piece of chicken with a smelly feet cheese. We also ordered the Korean bbq which came with the smallest portion of food I’ve ever seen and no spicy bbq sauce as advertised on their menu. We also ordered a side of potatoes which came as advertised. The last time I’ll ever order or eat here I’m so disappointed and hungry.
