Right in the Plaza de la Universidad de Murcia, we find this bar serving good beers with a variety of dishes for lunch or tapas. It has a large terrace where you can sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the company of your fellow students. Friendly and fast service.

Que desastre de servicio, me tengo que agarrar yo mismo el refresco del frigorífico h abrírmelo porque los camareros lo han decidido así, y claramente tengo que llevármelo a la mesa porque no tienen ese servicio pero te van a cobrar igual.. una y no mas me pillan a mi.

No se que ha pasado con la remodelación de maraña pero nada bueno, eso está claro. Llevo viniendo aquí años, ha sido un sitio de confianza. La última vez que vine habían quitado el servicio de mesas, los camareros eran bastante desagradables y tardaron un montón en atender nuestra comanda en barra. El colmo fue tras pedir algo para cenar que salió una cucaracha de debajo de nuestra mesa, tras matarla y avisar, el camarero simplemente la barrió sin decir una palabra. Gurl no 💀

Conozco este sitio desde hace años y años y cada vez es peor. El servicio malísimo, si pides que limpien la mesa, malas caras, un jaleo que llevan para pedir y que te traigan la comida. Y AHORA tienes que ir tú pedirla y traerla y las formas desganadas, de mala gana. Suerte tenéis de la ubicación que tenéis.

I've never expected much from Maraña; you go for the location and the price. But the second advantage is starting to disappear. It's a solution if you don't go back, but I'll leave this account for anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off. Please, stop blaming the waiters, who are quite well-behaved considering how overwhelmed they are. Complaints go to the owner.

Increíble pero cierto, tengo más de 5 años viniendo a tomarme mi cerveza sin espuma y las patatas con olivas y hoy vamos mi mujer y yo y cuando pedí la cerveza sin espuma me dice la camarera que me tiene que cobrar extra si me la sirve sin espuma. Para mí no tiene sentido. Creo que no volveremos.

Pésimo el trato de una trabajadora hacia nosotros una mesa de 4 personas, nos habló mal nos chilló y se rio de nosotros, pedimos hablar con su encargada y no salió, la gente de la terraza al lado nuestro no daban crédito a la situación con esta chica, ya que hablaba mal a todas las mesas. No entiendo como pueden tener personas así en un sitio cara al público, chica musulmana de gafas con camiseta azul.

Como que, "autoservicio"? Literal que para tener wue entrar y coger yo mi propia bebida me voy al chino y punto. Que si, que es una tontería, pero deberiamos preguntarnos por qué ha tenido tanta rotación con los camareros durante años... Y ahora directamente prescinden de ellos

Jamás en 47 años de vida he sido atendido por una persona tan desagradable y mal educada en mi vida.

Pero que es eso de pedir una consumición, no hay nadie en el bar, te sientas y te pones a tomartela y viene el camarero a pedir que le pague? Te crees que me voy a ir? Estoy dentro, soy profesor de la universidad y recién he empezado con una sustitución de varios meses y pensaba ir por lo cerca que está, pero después de exigir que le pague antes ni de terminarme la bebida NO VUELVO a ir, NO recomendable. Hagan el favor de formar a los camareros, ya que ni el servicio se retira hasta que no se vaya el cliente y mucho menos pedir que paguen al poner la bebida, no estamos en una discoteca donde se puedan dar la vuelta e irse. No vuelvo!

The waiter is quite confrontational, inventing arguments that are only in his own head and coming with a sense of grandeur to reproach you, or even threaten to leave the place. Very impulsive and not very reasoning. Since the restaurant's renovation, the essence has been lost; the self-service is completely lacking. They offer exactly the same as other nearby bars, but without a waiter. I'm not giving it a lower rating because it won't let me, but it would be interesting to avoid violent situations with customers who aren't exactly like that, falling into the biggest mistake you can make in the hospitality industry: inviting an entire table to leave due to a possible misunderstanding with a specific person. There's no dialogue or active listening, and you're acting like a Miura. With that attitude, the only thing you achieve is that people who have been coming for years and who are regular customers... gradually disappear.

Not a very good experience. The ticket seemed like an escape room. No one understood it. And the price was high. They even charged us 50 cents for a single dose of oil.

I'm not giving less because it's not possible. We waited more than 20 minutes to be served and we left without consuming because the waiter was waiting for him and it wasn't one of my colleagues. He shouted "hey" and came to the table to say that we were disrespectful to him. When my colleague apologized, he told us to leave the establishment. If he served us, 6 customers less, more than 20 minutes waiting.

They've gone crazy with the prices lately, 3 marineras, 1 pint, 1 quinto and a tinto de verano... €15.10, on top of that now you have to go to the bar to order, it used to be one of the best places to have a drink and a snack at a good price and today it's a place I'll never go back to, very expensive!!!!

We sat at a table where the sun was shining on us and moved it 2 meters forward where there was shade. The waiter who was serving us didn't give us any problem, but after 5 minutes, a waitress came out to serve another table and looked at us rudely and shouted at us in a bullying tone, threatening us and waving us around. We were amazed, the treatment was very bad, we won't return.
