We had our dinner at Los Panchos for the first time since we moved to Temecula, you have to check in first and they will put you on the waiting lists. I recommend to go early cause they got so busy, staff's are very friendly and our server was so attentive and very nice, the prices for the food was reasonable and the portions are actually big. I just noticed that the kid's quesdilla is a bit small portion and the side is a lot compared to the main dish, my daughter enjoyed it though. My husband and I got tacos 🌮🌮🌮 we loved it! The adult drinks are so good, we will be coming back to try their other drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so nice and very welcoming! ☺️ i will definitely recommend them 👌
We were greeted immediately and seated by the most friendly manager. Service was quick, and food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be visiting here again!
We went there for my son’s graduation dinner and Coco was our server. She was really good and the food was amazing. They even had a live band. Thanks again
Food was great, server was on it as well. Nice area, lots of other shops and such around and right next to the Temecula mall. Decor was nice, and big bar area.
Literally bomb. All the food was incredible. Service was fast and attentive. So many drink options and they were delicious. And shout out to the waitress that didn’t gatekeep where her shirt was from
The server was super friendly super smart You could tell he was an expert and knew exactly what he was doing told us the best things to order and made us the best drinks! It's a great restaurant and it has a good nightlife too.
Went for an anniversary lunch after church service. Atmosphere was as expected, and our server was very pleasant. Food was quite tasty. We noticed there was a 'longer than normal' lag between ordering both our beverages & our food, and arrival of items at our table. Noted the same pattern for other patrons as well.
3rd time here... so far I have really loved all the food that I have chosen. My mom has been wanting 7Mares caldo for a while... today I brought her here, she was hesitant because she rarely likes any Mexican food place (hole in the wall Or fancy, non ever satisfy her taste), but I am happy to say, that as I expected, Los Panchos did not disappoint, she Loved the 7Mares caldo... I tried the birria today, delicious as everything else I've had before.
Great Tacos, rice and beans are the best around. We also had guacamole topped with carne Asada. That was great to. Location, Temecula. Waitress was cute and attentive.
Relaxed atmosphere. The servers were not rushing us to finish and leave. Good place to hang out with friends and have long conversations.
The seafood and grilled food are delicious. I would recommend this place if you're picky about your seafood like I am. The servers were great, and you will have to wait a reasonable amount of time for your food if the place is busy, but it's not that bad. The music is great and you should try out one of their alcoholic flights.
The food was good, my favorite was the bitchin Cali burrito. My girlfriend had her first oyster and loved it! Anjeanet was our server, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely the best service we've had in a very long time. Thank you Anjeanet, we will be back soon!
This place was very vibrant, fresh food and very festive environment. 👌 Music was awesome , the customer service was very friendly and cheerful.👍.THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!!!☆☆☆make sure and ask for my girls ANGIE AND GABBY , FOR THE BEST SERVICE, 👌 👍 😍 and DJ OG ask for your favorite jams
I love the food! The service was great! Nice atmosphere and music, and sports coverage 👌🏽
Whoever was DJing tonight was rocking it with all his big booty anthems blasting. This was a *vibe* and if you don’t like loud music or watching the salsa on the table pulse with the bass then this place isn’t for you, especially after 9:30pm on a Friday. But if you’re looking for a late night spot with good drinks, good food, and a great DJ… this is the spot.
Delicious great atmosphere the mariachi lady is top tier fresh ingredients will return.
This was our first time here , and we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. Food and Margaritas were excellent!
Los Panchos in Temecula serves incredible Mexican food with bold flavors. Their craft drinks, especially the Mexican Mule, are amazing. The only downside? The DJ’s music is a bit too loud-turning it down would make the experience perfect.
Great atmosphere. Great Mexican food, fun friendly for dates. Or just to dine out with your family.
I've been to Los Panchos many times and always have a great experience. The food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. I went on Mother's Day, and they gave a rose to all the moms—such a thoughtful touch! The Pollo Los Panchos great and the Chipotle sauce is absolutely amazing—highly recommend it!
We've been coming at Los Panchos for years. We always visit with different family members and friends. Music is great. Service is awesome. Food is always fresh and delicious. Come before 6pm for happy hour for drinks and munchies.
Stopped in for brunch, sat in the bar area, and had a pleasant experience. Our waiter was kind and knowledgeable about their menu and drinks. The music was probably a little redundant they played like 20 bad bunny songs in a row, but they had football going on( probably could have one or two more TVss) food came out and was not disappointed! Hand-made tortillas, everything tasted authentic! Definitely recommend this place.
First time at this place and had a wonderful, authentic mexican meal. We came in around 3:30 on a Monday and were seated right away. Their food was fresh, plentiful, and hot when it arrived. My mom and I shared their sampler margarita flight thing: I forgot the name of it, but fun fact about it; they change the flavors of the sampler tray every time you order it, so it's always a fun surprise! It may seem strange to drink them with that sweet/spicy chili paste they smear on the glass, but it totally tastes better! (Must lick the chilly, it's so good!) LOL Both our waitress were knowledgeable and friendly. Cozy place to dine in with both small and large groups; highly recommended for real mexican food and dessert. (I had the fried ice cream)
I don’t necessarily look for Mexican food when I’m hungry because I always say there is nothing like homemade Mexican food but this place is an exception! The mood and decor was so uplifting and inviting, the music was perfect for the Scene and was not to loud. I ordered the Bitchin Cali Burrito and it was blasting with flavor. The carne asada was juicy, textured and salty in a good way, the shrimp was cook to perfection, good color not chewy it had a nice luscious crunch. The server was so nice and made my visit welcoming and fun, I would definitely recommend this place. There was plenty of parking and location is easy to find. I plan to visit again soon and leave a more detailed description and review of this establishment.
Its one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area food is delicious atmosphere is a Vibe service is on point they have live music and DJ on weekends Oh! Yea Los Panchos "and yes they have fried Ice Cream"
The refried beans here are so good. The rice is a little bland and the tacos are very full and delicious 😋. My boyfriend says the margaritas are really good. Service was good too. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
They have excellent food here and they make their own tortillas. I had the three mini tacos and they had a good portion of meat inside with an excellent blend of cilantto, onions and guacamole, staff is friendly and helpful and they offered excellent service, the place is a little loud with background music that fits this well decorated establishment, they have fair pricing and clean restrooms, I recommend this place for authentic Mexican food.
A real hidden gem with excellent Mexican food. The salsas are great. The Fiesta Plate appetizer is super tasty - don’t sleep on the chicken wings - they are goooood! The fajitas are the best we’ve ever had. The beans and rice are spot-on and the molcajete is delicious. They also make their own corn tortillas. They have really good drinks and a cool bar with a great vibe on a Saturday night. The breakfast is also really good. I especially like the Los Panchos Omelette and the Mexican coffee.
My husband and I were visiting from out of state looking for a quick drink while my cousin was on her way home from work around 4:00pm. Found this lil treasure. The bar menu was extensive, creative and tantalizing. So many choices I couldn’t choose. So we asked the manager lots of questions as he helped to figure out our “flavor profile”. He was SO knowledgeable, friendly and patient! We loved his recommendations especially the (watermelon) sandía cocktail with real sandía purée and wedge! Sadly I just can’t remember his name bcuz it’s been a few weeks, I apologize. I would definitely like to return and try several more drinks.
Ordered some caldo to-go for my boyfriend who didn’t feel too great while we were out here visiting from Utah. Food was delicious! He said the caldo reminded him of when his grandma used to make it when he was a little kid. He automatically started feeling better. I got the carne asada tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. So good! I wish we had some great Mexican food like this in Utah!
Located on Margarita Rd. near N General Kearny Rd. along Promenade Temecula. We were craving Mexican food after some shopping at the mall. We came here on Saturday afternoon for lunch and were seated right away. The hostess was not welcoming or friendly, but the restaurant seemed inviting. I had their 'Carne Asada Burrito', which consists of steak, guacamole & chopped salsa (pico de gallo). I added rice & beans for an additional $5 and Horchata as a drink. Everything tasted amazing with fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, and prices are fair. As we waited on our food, they brought us chips & salsa. The restaurant is clean and organized with nice decor. There's a full-sized bar with a live D.J. playing great music that keeps you in a happy mood as you enjoy your meal. Service was fast and efficient. Shout out to our server, 'Andres', who was extremely attentive and happily handled my niece's special request. Overall, we had a great lunch experience here and will definitely return to try other menu items.
This place is our flavor haven! The dishes are so authentic, you'll think you're on a culinary adventure. Drinks are perfectly crafted to complement the delicious food. Service is top-notch; they treat you like family. Come for the food, stay for the music, and leave with a full belly and a happy heart.
Have been here a number of times over the past few weeks and was drawn to the 3 Mini Tacos entrée (carnitas, pollo, carne asada). Filling, delicious robust are words I'd use to explain the tacos. Would order again...this time washed down with the LP Cadillac Margarita and unlimited tortilla chips. Will return soon.
Delicious food, I had the green chicken enchiladas, could’ve been spicier. the horchata was syrup based, but I enjoyed it still, our waitress was friendly but had another waitress give us attitude, there was no hanger in the bathroom for your bag or sweater but otherwise great atmosphere
Food was good. It’s a Mexican restaurant but they never played any Mexican music….. I celebrated my bday there and they brought out a mariachi sombrero and a frame. Gave me a shot which was good. Good was served after 5/10 minutes which was not bad at all. Waiting time was about 2 minutes. We went on a Saturday. I heard they have banda Thursday’s but would’ve been nice to have it on Saturdays when people are enjoying their day off work. Aguachiles were so good but very spicy! All in all we had a good time
*******Senergy Restaurant Git Card***** First time trying Los Panchos in Temecula. I found Los Pancho's on the Senergy Restaurant Gift Card Network which I found on sale on Costco's website. The gift card normally sales for $69.99. As of 4/15/2025 the cards are on sale for $57.99. That means you get a $42.00 bonus money. The cards work in a network of 8 states which 400+ Restaurant in the network. Los Pancho's was close to home so we gave them a try. Prices are high just like most places these days especially because they probably pay higher rents being around the mall property. The do have lunch specials and Taco Tuesday 🌮 😋 specials. This worked great with the cards since there are no restrictions against ordering specials like on other discount programs like Clipp. Food and service was good. We ordered the pick two special with cheese enchiladas and 4 ala cart Tacos 🌮 . Carne Asada, Carnitas, Shimp and Birria. The atmosphere was colorful and lively. I used $25 from my gift card and paid $22 with tip for the balance.
Went to dinner on a Thursday night. The bar looks like it was rented out for a party. It was obnoxious. We were in the dining room and could barely hear ourselves over the blasting Karaoke of drunk ladies that were so off key I’m certain dogs were wailing somewhere.
Food is OK. I did like one of their salsas that came with the chips. The fajitas have finely chopped meat mixed with the onions and peppers. Atmosphere is nice and our server was very nice. We didn't like that they added $4 supplemental charge that isn't for service or anything else. It's just a charge the owner decided to add on a couple months ago (our server told us). Also, it was $4 more for a margarita to be "skinny" style, so it was $18 for 1 drink. Just Sharing these things so others know prior to going.
I recommended my friend and I to eat here for dinner as the first time I came here the food and service was fantastic. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, but our server, who didn't even introduce himself to us was non existent. Once our order was brought out (by someone else) he never came by to see how we were doing. When we finished our meal, about 30 minutes, he still had not come by. I observed him several times go to other tables and he could clearly see our table everytime he went back to the kitchen area. I had to get his attention for the check. He didnt ask how the food was or if we needed to go boxes. Very neglectful. So disappointed. Food was fantastic; a saving grace for our time there.
I really enjoyed the DJ on Saturday night - the music was definitely the highlight of the evening and created a great atmosphere. However, the location could've been cleaner, and while it wasn't very busy, the service felt a bit slow and inattentive. As for the drinks, they were underwhelming for the price. Overall, it has potential but needs some improvement.
This place is in a great location. The menus are also pretty fancy. I ordered a Escalade margarita and it was delicious. The only thing is the food was average at best. Maybe we went on a bad night. Or maybe it's because we got there an hour before closing. My wife's taco shells were stale. I had bones in my chicken chimichanga. Overall there was a lot to leave us disappointed. We really wanted to like this place and will probably give it another shot in the future.
Food was ok. Carne asada was over cooked. Beans was a spoonful. The rice was good cactus salad was good. They need to get rid of the piñatas and the string of pennants from corona beer. Clean your lamp shades
My molcajete was not in a molcajete but a bowl with foil on top and food was kinda cold and got cold fast. Looked bigger last time I came. Been here a few times and loved it but today rubbed me wrong. My nieces graduation dinner. The cooks need to make the molcajete better that wasn’t cool
This place is Hit or Miss, the food is Great and the prices are fair but the staff needs to be thinned. I often come back for the abuse because they do really have that good of food. But I recommend you give yourself some time to emerge from this ordeal. Come on a weekend and you get the opportunity to listen to Way too loud night club music being pumped out by a DJ. Can't talk at your own table loud. The place does get busy in the evenings so there may be a wait. Parking lot is usually crowded due to multiple businesses in the same plaza.
I have been a customer at Los Panchos for about a couple of years now. I was always so happy with my experience. However, our dinner yesterday wasn't so great. I always get the same thing to eat which is shrimp in this delicious green sauce, rice, beans and corn tortillas. Well, the presentation of this meal has changed. Before, the shrimp used to be served sort of submerged in sauce in this separate dish/bowl with so much sauce! Now the shrimp was spread on a larger platter with barely any sauce sprinkled on it! That sauce was the best part. So that was disappointing. The rice did not have any flavor. The tortillas were good. The house margarita was the worst I have ever had: salty, sour and no good flavor. I could not finish it! The portion of rice and beans was small. So overall, I am not sure if I will be going back to this restaurant, unfortunately.
Food was delicious and fresh. Recommend the corn tortillas and any shrimp dish. We had a drunk woman fall on our table and knocked our drinks around. Unfortunately the restaurant did not observe the guest properly and served the guest too much alcohol. Lawsuit waiting to happen and ruined our dinner experience.
We go in to the Temecula restaurant, at least twice a week, never had a problem until Saturday night. Our waitress Amaya. She had the worst attitude. She was Very rude, And argued with us, even though she got the order wrong, she tried to make it seem like it was our fault. And also made Me wait. About 10 minutes for the tortillas that came with my meal., By the time she brought them, the meal was already cold. This was the last time we ever dine there.
Super disappointed with our last visit. We’ve been here many times and decided to go on a Friday around 2pm. We sat down and waited at least 10 min before our server Raquel came to bring us water and chips. She apologized for the wait, but then the whole entire time we were there it was suuuuuuper slow service. My husband ordered a beer towards the end and it literally took another 10 min to get it. The place maybe had 4 or 5 tables of people so it was not busy at all. We won’t be coming back with that slow of service.
We came at about 630pm for drinks and a couple appetizers at the bar. It was not busy. My sister had asked if they serve food at the bar (just to make sure before we sat down) and server attempts a lame joke at "no we dont serve any food anywhere besides here" and gestures to one half of the restaurant. I rolled my eyes and we went to sit down. The drinks were good and came in a timely manner. We then sat and waited for 30 minutes for some ceviche and queso fundido. They served a small portion of ceviche with freaking saltine crackers! Lol. For $17. Then the queso took even longer and was literally a microwaved bowl of cheap cheese. It all came off the bowl together in a long congealed strand and was practically inedible. I actually tried to cancel it before it came because it was taking so long but of course it shows up right after I ask for it to be canceled. It was my first time here and I definitely will not be back.
Food is great. Service is terrible. I tried giving them a second chance but had two bad experiences.
Our waiter was friendly but rarely checked on us, never refilled our drinks, and barely came by. On top of that, the food was hard and stale. We understand it can get busy, but better service and fresher food would have made a big difference.
Chips & salsa were good. After that, the food disappointed. We ordered a Molcajete, which is made of stone, keeping your food hot and makes for a nice presentation. Typically, these have good depth, theirs is a small plastic molded to represent a molcajete, and has aluminum foil. For $38 I would expect a decent size serving, it was not. I would suggest for them to compare what other restaurants are serving with this dish. The food it contained lacked flavor- even the sauce. Others in the party ordered different dishes and everyone made similar comments about food not having flavor, except for the beans, which were good. Service on the slower side, but waitress was courteous. The place itself is a nice venue.
The food was very good, but the service was god awful. Yesterday we went with my friends, the server was this short girl with a ponytail and she literally kept forgetting to do her job and just talked with the hosts in the front of the restaurant. We ordered bottomless mimosas, waste of money. Took like 15 min to get a refill. I wish I could have taken a picture of the waitress face everytime she looked at us and forgot that she was at her job and went to get our drinks. Bummer that a good restaurant like this has horrible service, please train them better or keep an eye so they actually work.
My family and I were there for dinner last night (it was my husband’s bday) we had our kids with us. Didn’t know a super loud DJ would be there. It didn’t bother us too much but by the end of our visit the music got a bit raunchy (not very kid friendly) maybe if the dj turned it down just a bit, the bar side of the restaurant would still hear/enjoy the music and the rest of us families on the other side wouldn’t have to shout over the loud music to try to talk to each-other. The worst part of our dining experience was the service. The food was decent, the house margarita was bitter and almost flavorless, but the server we had. He was rude and rushy. Took our order for drinks and food, and then never returned to check on us or get us refills of anything. We sat there waiting and watching him tend to other tables with larger parties but I guess since we were just a small family of 4 with two small kids, he didn’t think it was necessary to check on us. I normally don’t complain but it was my husband’s bday and he was unhappy because he had to wait for his drink refill that he didn’t get until the very end when he finished his food. The one time the server came to check on us, was at the very end when he assumed we were done and ready to pay. He approached and quickly asked if we needed boxes and the check. That’s not service, that’s just taking the customers order and then ignoring them the entire time and bringing their overpriced check at the end. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we won’t be making the 40 minute drive to eat here anymore. We are always very polite and well-mannered, even if the service is terrible. But this experience was disappointing.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced, took 10 minutes for a waiter to come and see me and my children, it was not a busy night by any means open tables everywhere. We ordered our food which came promptly and yes, it was delicious but never received any refill other than my son’s lemonade and me and my daughter had to go without water or drink of any kind, for the rest of the meal. We then sat and watched him scurry around (our waiter) while we waited patiently for our check for 20 minutes again no drinks on the table just waiting. I have never not tipped anybody, but this was a first he did not bring us our food, He did not refill any of our glasses, He did not bring us chips and salsa or original drinks. He literally did nothing as a waiter. Why has customer service gone downhill so much not only here but it seems to be just everywhere.
Super disappointing experience. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and left knowing I’ll never return. The service was so slow. It’s almost like they try to not interact with you or anyone else from what I witnessed. Waited 15 minutes for drink order (we had to go up and ask for help), another 30 for food order, 20 for food and 20 for check. Not sure how long I would have continued to wait since I had to walk back to the kitchen area to pay. We spent 1.5 here and most of it was waiting. Food was not great. Rice and beans were mediocre and food was plain. Burrito was sloppily made and gross.
It took 20+ minutes for someone to realize we were waiting to be seated. Mind you we in on a slow Monday afternoon. There were wasps and flies that kept pestering us.The restaurant had their front doors open.... Our food was mediocre. Two out of the three silverware had to be replaced from being dirty.Customer service wasn't the greatest. Our waitress kept disappearing.I wouldn't recommend this place. I was really hoping to have a good experience but unfortunately Los Panchos was a fail.
11/24 Seems like a fun place to dine but I called at 1:38 PM for a pick up order (3 food items and 2 aguas frescas) and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there at 2:10 PM, the girl said they must have lost our order. I could see it was on the hostess counter, then she noticed it too and ran to the back with it. She was back there for a few minutes and then came out and told me that the food wasn’t ready because there had been a rush. This seemed odd because it was well past lunch and there were plenty of empty tables. I asked her how long it would take and she had to go to the back and ask. She came back and said it would be another 10 minutes. It was clear she had completely forgotten to give the kitchen our order. Honestly the most frustrating part is her not being up front about it. Food was ready at 2:30. Terrible customer service and food was bland.
Unfriendly waitresses, spilled water and was asking if the could dry the floor because it was slippery and the waitress said they have to open the doors to let it dry and won’t dry it any more. In the mean time my son slipped and fell because no one was helping to clean it up. We ended up having to move table “ourself” to avoid more falls.Worst service we’ve ever had
I've had better menudo elsewhere than here. The small and large bowls look similar, slight difference for the price difference. I asked for no pata in my menudo and got several bits of pata bones. Cafe de olla is delicious except refills come as a separate charge. No free refills for cafe de olla! The best part of my food was the tortilla chips and salsa, those where bomb! Overall wasn't very impressed with this place as it was my first. I will not come back, dissapointed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone either.
Absolutely horrible service. Will never be coming here again. We had a reservation. We got seated (less than half the restaurant is full and there are 4-5 visible servers). No one came to our table, multiple tables got seated after us and were able to order their drinks and were given the typical chips&salsa. We waited over 15 minutes and decided to get up and leave due to the service and a server noticed us and decided to run to the kitchen and grab chips and offer them to us. We stated how long we had been waiting and left. I've never been to a Mexican food restaurant with such inattentive service. We wound up going to Guadalajara Mexican Grill instead. It's clear why they have higher reviews and seem to be much more popular. Very attentive, fast service, staff that seems to care you are there and chips&salsa and drinks within a minute of sitting down (every table was occupied they were busy).
We have been coming here for years and we have never experienced such bad service. I’m a firm believer on tipping but this time absolutely NOT. I waited for a drink for 45 minutes. Not only that but our waitress Monet, came up to us TWICE to have us pay our bill when we weren’t done with food or drinks. When I had enough, I went to the front to talk to the lady about the situation and pay our bill. She did not acknowledge me and kept cleaning the silverware, and also picked up a phone call in front of me while I was trying to explain to her about the service. She continued cleaning the silverware after her phone call and did not say a single word. I was appalled at the situation and embarrassed because we talk so highly of this restaurant. Never will I come spend my money on this restaurant again. It was an embarrassment and disappointment!
Terrible experience at Los Panchos Temecula. Our group of 20+ guests was celebrating a birthday when staff accused one of our guests of being drunk simply for pointing out a dangerously slippery floor and then asked him to leave. At the end of the night, the waiter made an extremely rude comment! Completely unprofessional and offensive. To top it off, we were overcharged on gratuity. Poor service, disrespectful staff, and billing issues. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place especially for large groups.
This afternoon, I decided to take my wife to this restaurant we had been wanting to try for a very long time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We waited patiently to be acknowledged, yet multiple employees walked right past us without so much as a greeting or any form of acknowledgment. We stood there completely unnoticed for approximately 10 minutes, which is unacceptable for any establishment that claims to value its guests. The lack of basic customer service and hospitality left a very bad impression. A simple welcome or acknowledgment goes a long way, and sadly, that was completely missing. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and because of it, we will not be returning. I truly hope management takes customer service and guest acknowledgment more seriously moving forward.
Super disappointed with both the service and the food. We’ve been coming here for several years with large groups and have never once been told that additional baskets of chips cost $4 per basket. We had a party of 12, received three baskets of chips, and the order already took a long time to come out. When we asked for one additional round of chips, our server told us it would be $4 per basket — after we had already ordered roughly $150 in drinks and $200 in food. I was honestly floored. This experience left us extremely dissatisfied, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I highly recommend reconsidering both your serving staff (specifically Monat) and your policy on charging for chips. Completely unacceptable.
The absolute WORST service I've ever received. The presentation of drinks on the menu are not what they actually serve. To top it off, we came to celebrate my dad's birthday and Monet ruined absolutely everything. Her energy, tone and demeanor towards the entire party was very unprofessional. I also did find a piece of hair in my food and asked for her to take it back. She asked me if I wanted anything else and I said oh no thank you. I honestly don't want to eat after finding hair in my food. She responded with a smile on her face, "OK, enjoy." I then asked to speak to her manager or supervisor but apparently there was noone there. She then began to argue with me about this entire situation. To have the audacity to argue with a customer especially after finding hair in your food is completely unacceptable. The plate was also charged on my bill and still had to request for it to get taken off. Will most definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We waited for a while to be seated . And while we were seated , the server gave us the menu . We looked at the menu . Waited for few minutes , the server did not came back to check on us . Having eaten in many Mexican Cantinas and restaurants . They usually serve you first with tortilla chips and salsa while looking at the menu . We waited and waited and still there was no server to check on us . So finally we get. Up and left . Very poor service . Cannot review for their food because how can we order when the server did not come back to our table where we were seated to ask us what kind of drink we’d like to have or ask us if we are ready to order our food because we were so hungry.
