Picked up cheese burgers for national cheeseburger day. On line order and pick up was fast, I think Tina (?) the crew chief there runs a tight ship! Everything tasted great.

Food is decent BUT cost is way way above board for what it is and therefore a recommended great once in a while. Chicken sandwich is over $10, and the chicken does not even cover the bun area as well as being extremely thin sliced and this is the 3rd sandwich that has been prepared this way. Additional toppings are extremely overpriced. This reminds me of how bad Farmers boys has become with value to quality as well. A combo meal is 18? Again extremely overpriced. In n out is a far better value for your dollar. Customer service is better there still also. If thats too expensive, McDonald's just announced today they are lowering prices for their combo meals because they realized how overpriced they have become. Despite The Habit winning the #1 burger review, they need to do better overall.

The habit I go to closes at 7 pm. We have a huge homeless, crime problem so a lot of our fast food places switch to drive through after dark, and in this case they just close it. Their food is good, but really expensive for fast food (however with the minimum wage being so high, the other places are catching up cost wise). I usually only get the sides, I special order my burger and have received it wrong too many times to chance it. I love the tempura green beans, sweet potato fries and onion rings. As for atmosphere, I'm never early enough to go inside, so I left it blank

After a very active enrollment period in assisting Medicare beneficiaries with improving their plans, we spent a week in Lake Arrowhead. On the way, we stopped at Habit for a quick bite. Great burger, cooked properly. They need to add pickles and a slice of red onion to the burger to get a fifth star.

I’ve enjoyed great meals at this location many times, and I have to say, the new steak sandwich on ciabatta looks awesome, but I have celiac disease, and I can’t trust Habit to make my salads Gluten Free as they must be. All was going well: I ordered a chicken Caesar with no croutons, explaining as I always do that I have actual celiac disease and it has to be GF. ‘No Croutons’ appeared plainly on the receipt pictured below. So I got my salad, saw no croutons, and started eating. About the 8th time I stabbed my fork in, something went ‘CRUNCH’. Who puts croutons on the bottom of a salad?! ! The counter person looked mortified when I told her. The manager gave me my money back and apologized, but I’m just sitting here waiting for a few more hours before I get sick. Celiacs Beware! It’s just not safe to eat at The Habit. Updating six months later, I elevated this location to four stars (from 2) because I’ve been here twice with friends and family without issue. I will always check my entire salad before diving in, but so far, so good. I did get a personal letter from Habit Corporate promising more training, so I can report that my incident was handled thoughtfully and appropriately.

Been coming to the habit Burger for many years. I've honestly not had it in quite a while probably sing probably since prependimic times. The 1st thing I noticed was the price increases which makes sense with rising food cost in the inflation. That being said I think their prices are still pretty fair it's only $9 for a meal which is all right my book. I'd be lying if I did say that the price of the teriyaki char is now 4.5 dollars but coming from when they used to cost $3 dollars but I still was okay paying that. More importantly it tasted the same as I remember just as good and just as juicy. The double Char was a good size, my 9 year old thinks he can eat like a body builder athlete and was o lying able to finish a quarter of the burger but it was a meal for me the next day! The quality of the ingredients are fresh and you can taste it. The teriyaki Char was just as good, love the grilled pineapple and the sauce. Their drink selection is very good as well they have different teas available as well as a condiment bar which I preceded to load my food with. Always a good meal here.

Great burger at a reasonable price. I prefer Inn N Out, but this isn't too far behind in quality. When I arrived someone told me my food was still being prepared. Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes and apparently my food was ready immediately after I entered, but the staff didn't say anything. Good place, nonetheless.

Something about the two ladies at the front (manager and assistant?), but they are why I don't tip for counter service. They forgot the milkshake. I go up to let them know and they say they'll bring it up. After awhile, I go back up and they forgot...again. Normally this location is good, but...to forget twice is just mind-boggling.

3.5 this time. Hadn’t been here since covid. Burgers are always fresh made to order. I tried the chicken salad with grilled peaches. It looked better than it tasted. French fries are ordinary, nothing to rave about. Like the sweet potato fries better. Parking is easy. Dining inside in AC was nice, it was 104 out today. $25+ for 1 salad, 1 dbl burger combo.

Prices are a bit too high in my opinion when too many other burger chains offer fresh at a lower price. The line was too long which in turned meant a longer wait for my food. Place was dirty with customers cleaning off their own tables. Small crews score bigger profits while taking in the orders but the lack of customer care and consideration lack BIG here. Food was delicious but not sure if I will ever return to pay for a $7.35 cheeseburger. If you like paying top dollar for a hamburger then this is your spot, just hope that you get a clean table

I’ve come here 3 times now and 3 strikes. I always order on the app so I wouldn’t have to wait. It said 10 minutes. I got there and the order says it’s done on the app. It’s not. 20 minutes goes by. Still not done. Anytime you go ask the employees they act annoyed your up there bothering them despite the app saying it’s done.

Paid close to $10 for an order of green beans and garlic fries. The portions were ridiculously small. Only a few green beans. The garlic fries had no seasoning, they were overly priced regular fries with a bit of graded Parm cheese. Very disappointed with our visit.
