Love there burgers and shakes are like back in the day those cajun fries are delicious and all toppings are free plus the choice of different drinks

I don't normally rate fast food places high but I LOVE five guys. I can easily eat here once a week. I don't know what I like more: burgers or fries!

Great food every time. So happy the added the Veggie Burger and the shakes. Place is always being mopped and cleaned and even the bathroom is good. Parking is great too.

They make them so quickly, I didn't have time to finish my peanuts - but I took them home with me to finish later. They have a great team working there - the place is so clean and orderly.

Just like other Five Guys. Good quick service. Reliable greasy juicy burgers. Fries are fantastic. Can't eat this stuff all the time but a real treat.

I think Shake Shack burgers are slightly better, but Five Guys kills them on the fries, the online ordering, shorter wait, no line and now this location offers hand-made shakes...$1 less than SS. No brainer now. Five stars for Five Guys.

Service was terrific short and to the point.Only ordered a cherry milkshake( without whipped cream) but it for sure was the best cherry milkshake I have ever had. ALL THICC and cherry juicy. Imagine a ripe thicc BIG bootied cherry being blended all up into yummy creamy goodness.Hopefully your mouths watering like mine was as it made it's way thru the big body straw. Once the shake hit my lips for the very first time my eyes crossed with delight as my taste buds did cartwheels .I ordered the small and wow I found it to be way bigger than what I imagined. It was so good and creamy l had to back up off of it and sit my cup down. I can only imagine how much better it would've been had I added some whipped cream. Maybe next time I'll whip than I'll nay nay.

Excellent burgers! The fries are delicious, what more do you want? I usually get a "Little Burger" small fries, I leave nice and full.

Yum! We love five guys. It's hard to find quick, delicious food in a kid-friendly environment, but this is it. All of the food is amazing, and the milkshakes are the best. I've been here dozens of times always received excellent service with a smile.

For the price the value is totally here. The hamburger is the most value compared to Shake Shake, and In-n-Out. The burgers at Five Guys, when compared to the recently opened Shack Shake, their is still no comparison. Recently went did a test between a Shake Shack, Five Guys, and In-n-Out and to me the winner is Five Guys hands down. The flavor and value of the burger is worth the price. The fries are always hand-cut and perfect, plus for a small you get more fries than Shake Shack and In-n-Out. The shakes at Five Guys are way better than the Shake Shack shakes. The bill was $18 compared to the Shake Shacks $24 for the same kind of meal. Keep up the great work Five Guys, your still the leader!

I love Five Guys. They make amazing burgers period. My favorite fast food burger by a long shot. My go to is a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, ketchup and mayo. The fries are outstanding as well. Food actually tastes real, not processed.

Was my first time trying five guys and I am definitely a fan. The guy who took the order was polite and extremely patient even though I kept getting stuff mixed up (long day). The burgers were great and the large fries was plenty for four people to share. Love five guys.

If you’re craving a good juicy burger, this is the place to go. I have been visiting this place for quite some time and I always want to go back. They usually cook the burgers well done, but if you tell the guys, they will cook per your request. Best burgers in town!

The Oreo milkshakes are very delicious and the staff is always friendly. The location also has a nice parking lot right next to it, for easy access to the location. I love going for the Oreo milkshakes since, this place has the most delicious Oreo milkshake I ever tasted, with crumbled Oreos in each sip; this milkshake has the perfect combination of Oreo creme and Oreo crumbles that it tastes like heaven. I wish that they had bigger sizes and the price for it to is cheap too, only around four bucks.

This place has to be the cleanest burger place I have ever seen. That alone is worth several points. Also, there seems to be remarkable retention in the staff. I've seen the same faces for years. Pricier than other burger places but I'll pay the premium for those two things alone.

Placed an order online for a future time. I happened to showed up a early thinking my order was made and it would be sitting there ice cold. I gave my name and they said they haven't started on it yet because I placed the order at a specific time. I was very impressed they picked up on the time and immediately began working on my order. Nailed the details too. Perfect order. Awesome place, working like a well oiled machine!

Music was a bit loud so hard to hear them calling out orders, but otherwise great service. Welcomed right as i walked in, order was correct. Not too much cajun spice, which for me is a good thing.

I like this restaurant, they have good burgers and fries. Their portions are good size , the food is always made fresh. Good location, the Mall right next to Auto Zone. Their staff is friendly and exhibit good team work well, the lady who is the manager always smiles and is friendly towards customers. Defenitely recommend.

Great burgers and their portions for fries are huge! I usually get the little burger which is more than enough but the regular burger is great too. This location has very friendly staff that makes your food in an open environment so you can see your burgers being cooked. The peanuts while you wait is a great treat too!

I love the burgers and fries here and the service is always very good. The only thing I would consider to be a con is the prices. They're a bit steep, but that is a reflection of the economy.

I had received the wrong order through doordash. When I called the manager said no problem. We'll make it over. Wasn't happy about having to drive there, but it was worth it! It was so sweet because when I picked it up he was waiting at the door for me and said my name. Got fresh fries and a complimentary shake! Such a great experience! I love five guys! I've been here countless times and the burgers are always tasty. This is a solid five guys and easily the best fast food in the area.

I always like it here and it's always good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The only thing is that they are under staffed at the time. Unfortunately a lot of people don't want to work. Nevertheless it's still good.

I would say it's just your typical 5 Guys. There is nothing special to rave about. It's basically a hamburger joint with fries and a few peanuts on the side

The burgers are good and so are the fries but I feel like they are overpriced. They have free peanuts if that's your thing.

Everything is always fresh! Tomatoes are firm, lettuce is crispy, and free peanuts while you wait. There are 2 upgraded soda fountains inside as well.

Good service, clean environment, and actually make the fries extra crispy if you ask for that. Unfortunately you can only get to it from one side of the street, but you can easily make a u turn at the next light.

The best of the "mid-fast" food chains. Hot fresh burgers. Glorious fries. Divine shakes. And peanuts to eat while they're preparing your burgers or dawgs.

Food is good, but pricey. At least they overload on the fries, so you don't feel like you get ripped off too hard. The freestyle coke machines were updated here, so now they actually function as intended.

Best burgers I've ever had. Fries are top notch. You can choose from many toppings and combinations. They serve hot dogs also but these are average, but if you want a mouth watering burger. This is it. Look to spend between $10-15.

Great tender burgers! Sadly, no red wine vinegar or olive oil for the bun. Sadly no roasted peanuts; they could have been offered in small paper bags with a cup or two of their traditional, unshelled peanuts per bag. Still...good burgers with a better than average list of tasty toppings. A good step above the rest.

The burgers were big and juicy. French fries were very hot. That means they were fresh. I got the triple burger when I didn't mean to but it was filling and I had my caloric intake for the day :-)

Great Chain! Burgers are only cooked when you order them, they tell you what farmer grew the fries you're eating (they buy American 🇺🇸) the toppings are included and fresh! It's about 5-7 minutes before you get your order and even a small order of fries tops what most other places as regular! I don't mind rating there, but if it's crowded it will be a wait-Quality is never rushed! Take it to Go but you won't be able to keep your hands out of the fry bag! At least I couldn't!

First time at Five Guys. Bacon cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake. Fries and shake were good. I didn't like the mayo on the burger, I'm kinda picky with mayo. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I'll say the burger was good, I want to give them another try before passing judgement on the burger. Order taker was very good. Store was clean.

They have good french fries. Though salted peanuts can be less salty.

This a great place for a burger and fries. The only reason I held back one star is because the burger was cold. If I had to guess, it would be that the toppings were fresh from the refrigerator . I didn't mind enough to say anything and I ate my burger anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️! Staff were friendly and kind.

The burgers are great, and the fries are downright amazing. Large fries=stuff the whole bag. Free toppings on burgers are also a plus. The service is a little bit too slow for my taste though.

Burgers are good, service right on, but chairs are cold, many are not stable and rock. Store was clean...but looks worn. Could use a spruce up.

I wish better cheese than just processed cheese. And better fries like Burger King does. Also, I wish they didn't have those white particles in the meat. I have seen the same white particles in the Nathan's hot dogs.

Not my favorite spot but it does the job, food is pretty overpriced compared to competitors (smash burger) food takes a while to be made most of the time. One upside is the free toppings and quality meat.

They only use peanut oil to fry their fries so I couldn't eat them and they left out bacon in my bacon cheeseburger. Their milkshakes are still very good and the burger was still good

1st time eating 5 guys in South Carolina was absolute trash. Nanuet vist was good, excellent burger and fries were okay this time. Friendly staff it is slow compared to others because each order is customized. It's also 4-5 bucks more than others for approximately same

Super meh 5 guys. Burgers are good, fries undercooked and soggy 9 out if 10 times. Soda machines are also freaking terrible. Under carbonated and over syruped for the last 5 years. Honestly a skip.

I also find it to be better than the other burger joints. Like Smashbuger or Shake Shack. My meal at this 5 guys location was typical. A greasy burger and fries. Not too much else to say about it. It is what it is.

Place and staff are clean. As usual the burgers and fries were excellent. I am disappointed with the crew that was in charge of prepping the order were not wearing masks. Nothing to do with covid but they were shouting instructions over the food. Will definitely come back because of the burgers.

Admittedly it's partly my fault but my first visit to Five Guys I asked for just a regular hamburger and I believe I may have been asked "anything on it?"(which I thought was like in addition to what one assumes is on a hamburger i.e., lettuce tomato ketchup etc.) to which I said no thanks. What I received was a hamburger patty on a bun - that's it.. It was the driest, blandest $10 burger I had ever gotten from a burger joint.

I used to frequent the Five Guys in Ithaca NY and consistently enjoyed the staff, service and environment. This location fell short. Went for an early dinner and it was pretty empty. Ultimately saw about 4 other tables worth of people during our visit. The staff was not particularly engaging to customers but really loud with each other and playful- nothing wrong with enjoying your coworkers but this seemed to the detriment of the service. The food was really only ok- a little slow and messier than I'm used to upstate. The restaurant itself was really dirty in the dining room, at the soda counter/machines and most especially in the bathroom. The women's toilets were *disgusting* and none seemed to flush!!?! Definitely skip those. I know customers are generally inconsiderate and nasty... Businesses can't always know a bathroom was just messed up but this was *beyond* needing a routine touch-up cleaning. I would have definitely reconsidered ordering if I'd gone in the bathroom first. But I guess I lived to tell the tale so.... What doesn't kill you!

Sloppy sloppy presentation. My husband had to go up and request a new bun because his was soaked in grease and condiments. When he approached the counter, the young man kept saying to him, " Its a burger bruh!" Very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a baby bacon burger with lettuce tomato and bbq sauce. The bread was so stale and hard , the cheese was also hard not melted. Lettuce had a lot of brown spots and burger patty was basically burnt.

It's very, very, mediocre. The burgers are small and only cooked well done. They also press all the flavor out of each and every burger served. The only reason to go there is the fries, but McDonald's next door is just as good. Save your money and go to White Castle or McD's. Don't believe the hype. Five Guys burgers suck.

Now this rating is solely for the actions of this establishments management..I love their food but NY has enacted that Masks be worn and social distance once inside. This was sooooo not the case on my last visit. To have people crowded at the pickup location without masks is unacceptable at this time.

Ordered my food directly from the website for delivery and I believe DoorDash picked my food among other foods, unlucky me the driver dropped off food for someone else whose order was only for one person and I am sure my food will be delivered to that person for an order of 2. This was my first time trying their food but never got the chance to, what is a burger without bun? I didn’t rate the food because I never got my food.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I love five guys—but now I don’t see myself ever going again. My burgers weren’t cooked—totally pink when we bit into them, the fries were half empty and the hot dog….wasn’t even the right shape or color…this is how people get sick!! Customer service wasn’t helpful either. When calling this location I was given attitude. Called the main headquarters and am expecting a refund.
