I would normally go to a more authentic Mexican restaurant in Napa, or even a taco truck because of the vast options we have locally, but today I was with my old pal Scott Boatwright and he wanted to go to Chipotle...go figure! Well, we went there and had some pretty amazing tacos, and the frijoles refitos were ...spectacular! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
The staff inside this fine establishment were extremely cordial as well as efficient. I tried the new chicken carnitas meat inside a burrito. I also chose hot salsa, corn, brown rice, guacamole, lettuce & white cheese. On the side, I scored some chips with cheese sauce. I will definitely order both again.

this is the best chipotle i've ever been to, every worker i've ever come in contact with has been nothing but extremely friendly with great service, the manager there is a top tier guy. I'll die for this chipotle in napa. i cant tell you how much i love going to this place
Service is good and proportions are great when walking in. But don't expect to get extra anything if you order togo. I often find myself paying for extra food I do not receive. But that doesn't stop me from ordering here. Still is good food.

the saddest damn chipotle bowls ive ever seen. the food is fine but it all tastes the same at all locations anyways. they just don’t give you any, my salad had like 3 pieces of lettuce and also they tend to not speak to you unless you get there attention so slay ig, go to the other one on soscol for better everything
Great to get vegan options, unfortunately all I tasted was salt. The amount of salt was such a turn off, not sure if I would go back.

So went there to get the brisket but they said they don't have that even though it's being advertised everywhere. They said they have some crappy sweet chicken instead and that if I wanted brisket I could go out of town. This is the only reason I went to Chipotle because I normally like real Mexican food. I got the carnitas instead and brought it home. To add salt to the wounds Chipotle ran a brisket add while I was watching the game eating my flavorless carnitas.
I never make reviews but this one I had to do.. they didn’t have chips, sour cream, fresh rice nor fresh veggies. I asked for white rice and the guy had to run over to the to-go service line to start my bowl because the main service line was empty. Next, I asked for veggies but there was literally scraps left and so I expected the person making my bowl to ask me if I wanted to wait for some fresh ones. Nope, she started serving the no longer distinguishable veggies on my bowl. I said “oh those veggies look really sad.” She responded with “yeah they don’t really look great, they must have mixed something with them” (the veggies were the color of over sauted mushrooms like a dull brown gooey color). Still no offer to make fresh ones. After the one pinch of veggies I said “never mind I don’t want any of those veggies.” She was very kind about it all but just not helpful at all. I continued to the next section and they were out of sour cream. Finished at the register and the lady says “can I offer you a drink or a side of guacamole but I can’t offer chips we’re out of those tonight.” Food tasted good just a very underwhelming and strange experience. Don’t recommend.

I politely asked if she could please fill the scoops all the way, but she told me that was the “standard portion size” and that if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra for double portions. The bowl wasn’t even half full… As someone who works in healthcare and only gets a short lunch break, I depend on a decent meal to get me through long shifts until 8 or 9 p.m. This was extremely disappointing. Chipotle really needs to step it up and stop penny-pinching. I know portion sizes have been shrinking for a while, but I didn’t realize how bad it’s gotten until now.
I cannot describe how infuriating this is. What even is this? It’s not a quesadilla. Not only is this the most pathetic size I’ve ever seen (false advertising at its finest), but why is it not even cooked? What?! Do the employees here know how to do their jobs? How do you wrap a completely cold Quesadilla (if you even wanna call this that) in tinfoil without realizing you've made a mistake? Are your employees even sober? As a former food service worker I understand the disdain for DoorDash orders but this is just negligent and moronic.

I placed my order for a burrito bowl with meat, beans, cheese, and rice. When Ana began preparing it, she was only giving half scoops for each portion. I Watched 2 year old daughter accidentally step on a cockroach dying on the floor. Also the Cashier tried to over charge me and when I asked for my receipt she wouldn't give it to me. Said she already threw them all away so I think I still could have been overcharged
I should have left when I seen how dirty the lobby was but my husband and I wanted to try something new. Within an hour of eating half of my meal...I was throwing up on the side of Jefferson Ave. Been in bed since. Never had food poisoning before and will not be going back to this place again. I honestly feel bad for the four elderly people that were there while we were.
I’ve been going to this chipotle consistently but today 10/10 was the last time. The lobby is consistently dirty with food scraps on the floor and on tables and the trash was full. It was surprising how dirty the lobby was given that there weren’t many people there for dinner which would give staff time to clean up. This store is terribly managed. I will have to go to the chipotle in south Napa.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle, and it had nothing to do with the food — it was the management. The manager on duty was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about an issue with my order, instead of helping, they gave me attitude, rolled their eyes, and basically made it seem like I was inconveniencing them just for speaking up. I’ve worked in customer service before, so I know what busy rushes can be like, but there’s never an excuse for treating customers with that kind of disrespect. It completely ruined the experience. If the people running the store can’t show basic courtesy, why should anyone want to come back? I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest corporate take a hard look at the management here. I asked for their name and they confidently said LISA as if she was immune to repercussions
Absolutely horrible never coming here again. Incredibly rude workers and they barely put any toppings on. When you ask for a little more they’re complete jerks and tell you that you need to pay more. Pay more for what you barely put any food on in the first place? Never ever coming back here again
Not sure if the whole staff was having a bad night or what but the service was the worst I have ever received anywhere. I ordered online, picked up my order. When I got home I realized one of our bowls was someone else’s order so I took it back. Told the first employee I saw, he then passes it along to another employee who looks as irritated as could be as if it were my fault that they gave me the wrong order. She tells me they’re all out of veggies and will not be making anymore because it will “take too long” even though they still had three hours before closing time. She finishes filling my bowl and then passes it back to the other employee. He throws it in a bag and sets it on the counter. There was never an apology. Surprisingly no “let me fix that mistake for you” attitude… very very rude and bothered. I will stick to the chipotle closer to my house from now on
