Excelente atención y ricos los alimentos, en especial la atención de Moisés el mesero.

El lugar estar muy bien decorado y es bastante amplio. La atención es buena y sirven muy rápido. En realidad solo probamos el desayuno incluido en la tarifa del hotel (Novotel), las porciones son buenas y la calidad y sabor son excelentes. Muy recomendable.

La verdad no comprendo porque está mal calificado el servicio es increíble. La comida está muy bien y está en frente de la entrada de pasaporte. Literal cruzas la plaza y ahí está.

Hugo Martinez hizo nuestra experiencia tan agradable. Nunca me había tocado en un hotel que ya habían recogido todo del desayuno y mismo así nos atendió como reyes. Nos dieron fruta, pan francés, y enchiladas verdes. Todo estaba delicioso y el ambiente muy agradable. Sugiero que vengas hasta si no te hospedas en el hotel.

Sabroso y el personal muy atento. Fui varias veces y siempre fue una buena experiencia.

El lugar es muy bonito y está decorado muy bien, tienen una terraza muy aguusto. Solo la comida no está rica, bastante "x" y los precios se me hicieron muy caros para la comida.

La comida estaba muy rica, pero la mesera atendía de mala gana y uno de los cubiertos estaba puerquísimo.

Mala atención, nos llevaron café sin preguntar si queríamos café, no me me pusieron azúcar para mí té, hasta que la pedí, y no pusieron pan blanco para mi desayuno, y lo pedí y me llevaron pan de caja integral.

The place has no valet parking upon arrival, the coffee is cold, you have to keep looking for the staff as they take cell phone calls and then walk outside, the waiters neglect their tables, the food is tasteless, and the bread is stale. It's clean, but the service is very neglected for a business tower. I don't recommend it.

Caro para lo que ofrece y muy mal servicio, hay que estar buscando al mesero y ver su cara de hastío desde el saludo. Para mi sorpe, el mesero más joven fue el más atento y amable.

Pedí un menú y me lo dieron incompleto (sin aguacate) aunque la mesera trato de solucionar con un guacamole solo le embarraron al pan, se quedó deficiente el platillo. La atención y servicio fue muy bueno

La comida a veces está buena y a veces está mál hecha y sin sabor, depende del cocinero, un platillo debería ser siempre igual sin importar que chef está. En el desayuno varias veces he tenido que buscar los cubiertos. Mi estancia será de 25 días y estas situaciones me lo complican ya que la empresa me indica que debo tomar mis alimentos aquí. Fuera de esto, Novotel esta perfecto.

I went with my family on a Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. The place where we were seated was dirty (there was trash lying around). On the table was a folded but used napkin (it had a piece of chewing gum squashed inside, so you couldn't tell), with the cutlery on top as if it were clean. We ordered red and green chilaquiles a la carte. They got our order wrong, but the worst part was that the food was cold. I definitely don't recommend eating there.

The food is just okay; it tastes halfway to what it's supposed to. If bringing four plates and two cups of coffee (which were cold, by the way) to the table is what you call service, well, the bill is the only thing worth mentioning. The waiters, despite being numerous, are conspicuously absent and inattentive. Don't go. I don't recommend it unless you just want to hang out with a drink, since the only redeeming feature is the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, and because the waiters are nowhere to be seen, you can enjoy yourself without interruptions.

We stayed at the hotel and ate there three days. The seafood pasta was poorly made with only three shrimp and a few pieces of octopus, the worst tortilla soup we've ever had, the breakfast buffet was very limited and overpriced. The only good thing was the chicken panini. They apologized for the tortilla soup but still charged us for it. We didn't have many options for eating out, which is why we tried the place several times, but I don't recommend those dishes. The Novotel hotel itself was great, with very good service and excellent rooms!

Restaurante feo y caro no vayan

El lugar muy limpio y tranquilo, no hay un hostess así que en lo que se dan cuenta de tu presencia en el lugar pasa bastante tiempo, la comida si pides de la carta ya está preparado no lo hacen al momento y la comida está fría ( pedí arrachera)

Está horrible. La peor experiencia, la comida no estaba del todo buena para el precio que tiene, además el servicio quedó a de ver y todavía cargan la propia como si de verdad se la hubieran ganado, le comenté que pusiera el 10 y me cargaron el 15

Salsas insípidas con sabor a refrigerador, mala comunicación entre meseros, se la pasan platicando entre sí y la comida de muy mala sazón, no tires tu dinero

Lo bueno que puede tener este lugar se opaca totalmente por el pésimo diría terrible servicio de los meseros, desinteresados, olvidadizos, de malas y groseros. Estuve hospedado más de una semana y fue la peor experiencia en este lugar. Ojalá alguien pueda disciplinar y medir el servicio de los meseros del restaurante les falta mucho. Con decir que pedí una sopa, era la única persona en el restaurante y nunca me la llevaron. Es una barbaridad.
