This Hteao location has been great several times over for our family. This location always provides great service with clean and friendly atmosphere. Also this is a great location located right off of FM 306. Highly recommend you give them a try for your tea and coffee needs.

This place is so cool! They have so many flavors of teas, with natural flavoring, both sweet and unsweet. You can also sample the teas before you decide 😁😁 It's to go only, there's no seating.

There is a great selection of tea available. There's so many flavors for the the whole family to choose from. Everyone was so nice and welcoming for our first visit. There was an especially nice worker name Claudia. This is a must. Sample 'em all and take your favorite home for a decent price.

Great expire overall. There are a whole bunch of flavors and most flavors have sweet and unsweet. I highly recommend the Mango and Sweet Georgia Peach flavor. When you go in, you grab your cup and fill it up with whatever tea you would like, then you go pay. They have little paper cups so you can have a sample before you buy your cup and at checkout they have pieces of citrus fruits (lemon, lime, orange, etc) and you get one complementary one to put in your drink. There are size small, medium and large cups. The medium is a very good size I recommend. The picture is of a medium Sweet Georgia peach tea with a orange slice in it. 10/10 experience with good prices, would recommend!!

I visit this location often and usually get a tea and a gallon. I arrived during a busy period, but still receieved excellent service. I was forewarned that it would be a wait, but I had time and waited. They were still quick and I just noticed the smiley face on the label. Good folk all around working there.

I really enjoy my order every time I visit. Ordering through the app is super easy too, I usually only order on the app when order a specialized flavor for the gallon size so I don’t have to hold up a drive through line. The app pickups are on time and sitting on the counter making it a quick in and out stop. I also really love their drink koozies. I’ve gotten 2 larges so I can have in each car no matter when I visit so I don’t have the drink sweating all in the cup holders.

Just had the most amazing experience thanks to Addy! I walked in so last minute needing 6 gallons and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flavors. And of course the tea here is always deliciouz!

Tons of tea options. I love that you can sample them all, mix and match and it’s a great price for large which is 40 oz!! The only problem this trip was that they were out of sampling cups, and for the sampling we had to use big cups.

Absolutely love this company. However this location runs out of everything. Never has tasting cup. Just today could not even buy a hollow of tea, no jugs. I will start driving 9.6 miles further to the next.

Normally it's 5 stars for me, but today it was off a little. I bought 2 large teas at the Gruene location. One Mango fresco and the other Georgia Peach. Both were sweet, at least they were supposed to be. I usually taste my drink in line but today I just bought them and left. As I was driving away I tasted the Mango Fresco and it was lacking sweetness. The flavor was there but very little sugar. I thought maybe it was a fluke and I was unlucky today. When I got home I tasted the other one and the same thing. The flavor was there but very little sugar. Almost sugarless. Now some people may think I'm petty for posting this but how many other people drank the same thing as me and didn't find out until it was too late. It's about $3.50 a drink for a large. So that adds up. I'm just a regular costumer who enjoys your tea but would like you to periodically taste your product to make sure it's up to standards before selling it.

I asked if she could quickly grab me some lemon at the window and she changed her story saying “I actually think we are out of lemon since a lot of our fruit went bad this week”. and then started snickering. Once I got my tea, it tasted off and was not very fresh. I didn’t drink the rest of it after seeing the other reviews on here of people getting sick from unsanitary conditions. Please train your teen employees better in both customer service and health safety!

The employee taking the order did not mention that the promotion was no longer valid or correct us in any way. When we reached the window, the total was higher than expected. Only then were we told that it had been a Thanksgiving promotion and was no longer running. The sign, however, was still posted. We asked if they could honor the price since the promotion was still advertised and we ordered accordingly, but after checking with the manager, they refused. This could have been easily avoided by removing the sign or clearly communicating at the time of ordering. Instead, we were left feeling misled and dismissed. Until signage matches pricing and customer concerns are handled better, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
