Excellent and personalized service. My son has food allergies and the service manager, Miguel, made it a point to make sure he spoke with us to understand our needs. Our server, Karime, was attentive to our order and made sure her manager was aware of our order needs. I highly recommend Gringo’s for Tex Mex food. Miguel deserves a raise and promotion. Karime deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service. The food was excellent- Zapata combination with Poblano sauce.

Had a great experience at this location. It was during the Sunday lunch rush and we waited less than 15 minutes to be seated. Karime was our waitress and she was nice, professional, and very accommodating. Miguel the manager came to check with me when I let them know I had a good allergy. He made sure to meticulously check if any portion of my dish would have an allergenic ingredient and made the appropriate changes so I could safely eat it. Him and Karime went above and beyond. Promote them both or give them a raise.

So we hit up Gringo’s New Caney for Dad’s 80th birthday. I had the Hatch Chili enchiladas. 10/10 they are so good. Dana had the tacos Al Pastor. 9/10 she loved them. Our server Autumn is a try gem. She never left our side and took great care of our very needy family. Pro tip download the AP and join the waiting list about 15 minutes before you arrive. Pro tip 2 join the reward program Tex Mex insider to get rewards and free food!

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Halie. She was warm, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in at just the right moments, and gave excellent recommendations from the menu. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and loves what she does. If you’re thinking about coming here, definitely do and ask for Halie if you can. She’ll make your dining experience even better!!

I stopped today to make a to go order. It has been a long time since we have had Mexican food out and a craving was brewing! Isaac helped me at the take-out counter. Jackie and then Brandi, made us welcome upon our being seated in their section. I ordered the Ribeye Street Tacos (no onion or salsa) with Elote on the side, and Dear Husband the Old School Chicken Tacos. Both of us had the black beans, which we loved. Brandi and her supervisor Jacki, deserve kudos for outstanding service. We felt spoiled, and enjoyed our meal gratefully. It was delicious! We shall return as our travels allow. Nice Tex Mex restaurant with a cool chill vibe. Can get pack if you dont arrive before evening hours. Compliments free ice cream and happy hour through out the week. Please advise they do enforce a four Drink minimum for small drinks, and two Drink minimum for Large. Over all cool environment and delicious food with prices that dont hurt the pockets. Good spot to catch lunch or dinner. I would Recommend

When I first relocated to Texas this was my favorite place come to, I was there at least once a week. However my car was broken into while eating at this establishment and it took awhile for me to feel comfortable enough to return. It was during the day and multiple cameras captured the incident but there was no resolution. Needless to say I stopped going to this establishment but after some time, I thought I should try it again. They used to give you pork skins while waiting for your meal, they don't anymore, the salsa is still amazing though. The green sauce is my favorite. My favorite dishes; seafood enchiladas and steak nachos. I remember getting three enchiladas before vs two now, which is a little disappointing. The Cadillac margarita is a really good. Happy hour is from 2-6 Monday- Friday ranging from $1-$1.50 off wine and rita's. All things considered, I will definitely return if I'm in the vicinity.

We came in for happy hour and decided to sit at the bar. The happy hour specials were pretty decent—drink deals but no food discounts. The bartender was quick to take our order, which was nice. We enjoyed the complimentary warm, crispy chips along with both red and green salsas. The Rodriguez combination plate was quite a feast, featuring fajita nachos, a chicken enchilada, a chicken taquito, guacamole, sour cream, and queso. It was a generous portion and more than enough for the two of us to share. And don’t forget to grab an ice cream cone for dessert—it's a sweet ending!

We went here yesterday to celebrate a birthday. We had a large gathering of 13 people. 5 kids and 8 adults. The waiter took our drink order the kids got their drinks but adults didn’t get drinks til almost 40 minutes later we actually got appetizers before our drinks. I myself ordered a pineapple margarita the drink was not drinkable at all and definitely did not taste like pineapple tasted like a regular margarita with no real flavor. My sister in law ordered a mago margarita and same thing . My sister in laws mom order a margarita and hers was straight up salt. You could see the salt sitting at bottom of cup. We told the waiter and nothing was done so my sister in laws mom had to go up to the bar and demand another drink. She got that second drink and it too was awful. Bar tender came to our table trying to make things right and remade mine and sister in law drink again with a promise it would be better. It was not better and they were undrinkable. Than came the food it was not very good food at all. The rice was extra dry and tasted old. Some food had so much oil on it that it was inedible. Other food had no seasoning or some to much salt. The manger said he would make things right. But that wasn’t the case I was still charged for a margarita I could not drink and food we could not eat. We asked for them to bring the cake out and they did. Usually they come and sing which they did not do. We had to get up several times to go find our stuff that we asked our waiter for. It was very disappointing and not a good birthday like we had planned.
