Love coming to this sonic, the girls working here are so nice. My son was crying because he didn’t like the toy he received in his kids meal and one of the girls kindly asked if it was ok for her to give him a new one. She didn’t have to do it but she did and I really really appreciate it!

Went later in the night ordered a super sonic jal cheese burger with large order of jalopenos poppers with ocean spray add strawberries and another cheese burger with medium fries. Gave us a sprite no poppers, mayo on my jal burger, drowned the fries in salt. No happy at all. Then when we called they hung up on us. Very unprofessional.

We got there right before closing and weren't really sure what we wanted. The staff was extremely nice when taking our order and bringing it out. The food was hot and fresh and a friendly staff. Great service!!

I've only had a few order issues with this place. All in all I really enjoy coming here. The carhops are always nice and if there's any problem with my order they always fix it with a smile. Then again, it's all in the attitude of the consumer when asking for a mistake to be fixed.

Entire area kept clean. Order ahead with app worked well for me today (mid-afternoon time). Access drive(s) are fairly close to freeway, so at times it can be congested. During heavy traffic times it's best to make Right turn for exit to keep back-up to a minimum. Full menu currently being served all day, every day.

Sonic is sonic, but on Christmas eve 2018, this sonic had GREAT customer service. We pulled up at 734pm. The attendant said that they closed at 730. We said we only wanted drinks, and he said, well, that's fine then. My point is that he had every right to turn us away, especially since it was Christmas eve, it he was kind enough to serve us. Sonic is awesome. I can't go there often because I'm trying to be healthy, but as soon as those deals on the app pop up, I'm there. Plus I love online service. Any place that's innovated and allows me to order then just drive to get my order so I can leave, I love. Mozzarella sticks are my favorite.

They kind of ticked me off a little bit... Tried selling me two twelve packs instead of the listed 24 pack of tenders for a dollar more. Kind of had to put my foot down. And the tater tots didn't come with fry sauce... Pretty sure they're supposed to. But the food was tasty and the delivery guy was pleasant... So yeah, overall pretty decent. Great place for ice cream where a DQ is not around.

Fast, food is always cooked right and brought to you nicely prepared. The only time we catch mess ups is usually because it's new staff. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 they should just have someone available to go fetch bananas. There have been so many times that we crave banana shakes and they're out! It's my daughters fav. But other than that they're super sweet and the food/drinks are freaking awesome. Not so pleased some of the employees were outside. Not sure if on break. But I arrived after the drive in booths were closed and they never tried to tell me this. I had to press the service button to be told that they only had drive thru service at that hour. Food service was fast and palatable.

Well, everything was made correctly however, my footlong was literally cold. My tea wasn't as ordered and even with 2 requests they didn't get the condiments right. To be fair, these were young people who were really busy and I don't believe it was done intentionally or out of laziness.

The food was good, but they messed up my order. I paid extra for pickles and tomato on my garlic buttery bacon cheeseburger, but I didn't receive them.

My breakfast sandwich bun was completely burned and the egg was a dried out mass. It's like they turned the heat up on high and just let things turn out however they may. Definitely not the quality I'm used to at my local Sonic.

Over all this location is okay. The app hardly works at this location. Over all this sonic is okay. But I am always disappointed in the sweet tea it is never sweet just taste like water. Sonic sweet tea has been my favorite drink and the only sonic I have found lately that makes real sweet tea is the Atascocita location. Please go taste the tea there. The sweet tea taste like plain water here But at least the staff seem nice here.

I received the food and checked it , it was all there but I had like 10 fries in the Carton😳, and the large Tater Tots were more like in between medium and small sized Order, definitely not a large.. I just want the upgrade and quality of Food we pay for🙁.. I asked for another order of fries and they brought it out to Me🍟.last time we didn't get the Gravy we ordered! We had some cherry 🍒 Lemonade and they were not good... they did not have no cherry flavor and had a taste also of Watermelon... That's one thing I don't like from Sonic alot of the times they can't get the Cherry Lemonade on point :(

They messed up my order, Mgr Jimmy said come back to fix, iwas too far away so when I did get back he has to leave so a lady noted to replace with sane item which was wrong and awful, I asked to get something else, same price, finally agreed to thar but wouldn't include the drink in meal unless I paid more? I had to drive back bc their mistake and you couldn't add the drink!! Done with this place

I've been here multiple times over the years and I think I finally give up on this location. They cannot seem to get an order right. Even something simple as a water with no ice. They give me ice every dang time. Rude management. I gave two instead of one but it's only because the car hop employees are friendly. The last time I got a small peanut butter cookie dough blast. It was absolutely terrible I could not eat it. I'd already driven away and didnt want to go back. There was so much peanut oil in the blast that it had solidified due to the coldness of the ice cream. So, I had a bunch of little chunks of oil in it.This normally happens when the PB is not stirred, which is just laziness. It's just scooped from the top. Sad, sad little place.

I've been eating at this Sonic since 1997. It has never been more disappointing than it is now. Maybe I'm just set in my ways, but their menu changes & price hikes are not helping them compete with all of the new fast food joints popping up on every corner & in every parking lot. You can change the name to "Premium" all day long, but it doesn't make the food taste better/different. The last several Oreo Blasts I've ordered tasted like they had peanut butter mixed in with it & the cookies stopped about ⅔ of the way down because it wasn't mixed properly. I didn't order cookies on top of vanilla ice cream. My last few strawberry lemonades had VERY few strawberries & it just tasted "off" to the point that I trashed it. It's just not as good as it once was. 😞

Burger was wrong. Server acted like it would be a problem to fix. Tots barely cooked. Got a strawberry cheesecake shake and halfway through something in it tasted like a dirty dishrag smells! It was GROSS! Will not visit this one again!

I was the only one there and the burger came out looking like it was just thrown together with no care. Barely warm. Tots were okish. Credit card readers are still broke going on weeks now. Someone inside was staring out at me while the server had to take my card inside to pay. I feel bad for the servers because now they don’t get a tip doing it this way.

I stopped by Sonic recently and ordered a couple burgers, I was really disappointed with the quality. The burgers were cold by the time it got to us the bun, the patty, everything. It tasted like it had been sitting out instead of being made fresh. For the price, I definitely expected a hot, fresh meal. The fries were warm but not hot. I normally enjoy Sonic, but this experience was frustrating. Cold food is unacceptable, especially when it’s supposed to be made to order. I hope the location improves both the food temperature and overall quality because this really missed the mark. The only thing fresh and hot was my onion rings.

I usually enjoy Sonic, but the ordering process has become very frustrating. The intercom system is terrible — the workers can barely hear me, and I have to repeat myself multiple times just to get the order across. On top of that, the person taking my order switches mid-order, which makes things even more confusing. By the time I pull up to the window, I’m never sure if my order is right. For a place that’s built on fast and easy service, this makes the experience stressful and not worth the hassle.

Food has gotten mediocre, the service stinks with the exception of a couple car hops. This place has really gone downhill. The burgers used to be fresh and juicy and now they are cold and dry. I used to love Sonic 🥺

Every time I go to this sonic I have a TERRIBLE experience. They never get my order right, and they interrupt me every five seconds before I can Finish ordering. Car-hops and nice however. 100% do not recommend. Drive to north park, the drive is worth it.

Got my order wrong. I also substituted my drink on my meal for a blast. Said it 3 times which one I wanted, cause she kept asking, I guess she couldn't hear me. Very slow service. I had an offer on my Sonic app that I asked to use. The kid said ok but still charged me full price for it. Then before I left I checked my order and i was missing 2 items. I pressed the button for help and told the employee that I was missing items. He said ok they would bring it out. I WAITED 20 MIN and they still hadn't brought my burger and chili cheese tots to me. I finally left. I will never make the mistake of coming to this location again. And to the manager, this is just a suggestion, but you should tell your employees that making obvious drug deals by the restroom is unacceptable and a reason for termination. But im assuming you are desperate for employees with a staff like that, because I'd hate to think your management skills are that poor to allow this kind of service!

5/17/25 Still the worst sonic you can go to, can't even get a drink right, sweet tea that's repeatedly not sweet and tonight they somehow messed up a powerade, only had flavor at the bottom of the cup and the rest was like water, had to change to a stall with the button and try to get help with it and just repeatedly acted like they couldn't hear what I was saying. It sucks because I live close to this sonic and have been going here for years despite the problems but this is the last time I get screwed over by them by paying for something and not getting it.

Went to sonic today, first the server looked liked she was scared to give me my food. I asked to see if I could’ve paid half and half with two different debit cards she immediately said no! So I gave her my debit card she took my food with her instead of giving me my food first then went inside to pay. Inside my bag I had to ketchup no napkins and I had a order of 4 cheeseburgers I asked for ketchup and received a cup with like 2 squirts of ketchup not even enough for all the tots we bought.

The Slowest service I have ever experienced in my life . The employees are very RUDE and have no sense of urgency. I waited for 10 minuets to take my order then an additional 15 to add a item that the car hop refused to add, because she only knows how to deliver food. This is the second worst sonic I’ve visited in the continental United States. I order a large tatortot with cheese, extra cheese . This isn’t extra cheese ,Barely any cheese at all . Got here to pick up my mobile order and it comes out on time, but the food was completely incorrect. I waited in the lane and told them their mistake, and the lady came out and took my food and drink back and said she'd be right back. She came back 15 mins later and said, "this was your drink" and after an awkward silence, "anything else?" I told her I needed my food and finally after 15 mins she told me, "oh this was your food." No, I got 2 grilled cheese and 5 fritos jr wraps the first time and I wanted my order, a double cheeseburger and 1 fritos jr wrap. She acted as if I had the correct order the whole time and walked off multiple times as I tried to explain.

Switch people mid order, which is what's usually done at other sonic's i've been to, but the second person did not hear me correctly and they put my order in wrong and i tried correcting it but she cut me off and told me my total. Then, i believe the second person that cut me off on the speaker was the one who had cut me off. They bring my food, and only hand me ONE drink. I tell her it's wrong and that one of the sides she charged me for was a meal i had tried repeating but was talked over. And i tell her the burger was PLAIN and she goes back in and gives me my new receipt already charged with the drink from the second meal she missed. She then tells me to have a good day BUT HAD ONLY GIVEN ME 2 DRINKS. No food. She brings me all the food. My meal was not plain. Had everything i didn't want.. i didn't even bother. My family has been coming here for years. However something has seriously changed with this Sonic recently. When we ordered from here last week, they did not give our entire order. My wife had to drive back up there to get my food since I'm disabled. Today, we had 2 separate orders. We could not hear the guy on the call box, so someone else jumped in to take our order. The first order they didn't give us the kids meal. Used the call box to let them know. When they brought it out, it was not the correct burger and had to use the call box a second time. On the second order, the hamburger was completely wrong and they gave us fries instead of tots. Had to use the call box to inform them a third time. We come here frequently and have not had issues until recently.

I visit this sonic very often & today I order a meal deal & then realized I only had a $100 bill to pay. The girl gave me my food & drink & went to go get my change. She came back & said they did not have change & she took my drink & bag of food away from me after I had drank from the drink & eaten out of the bag of food. I was completely shocked. No where did it say no bills larger than a $20.

Went in for some dinner with my spouse and got two sonic cheese burgers. Mine was correct while the condiments on his weren’t correct, he asked for a remake and the second time it came out the bottom bun was burnt on the outside and the top bun looked like it wasn’t even toasted. We also asked for easy ice in our medium drink and got a literal full cup of ice. He was told they were understaffed. That’s understandable but no reason for a burger to be made with no care.

I'm only giving 1 STAR because I can't give ZERO .....this place has gone DOWNHILL!!!! Maybe 2 stalls work ..... mobile pickup is the worst I have ever seen anywhere.... no wonder they have to stay open 24 hours , they can't make money any other way. Do not recommend. Take an extra few minutes and drive to Kingwood .... best advice I can give. We will not be back!

I always have problems with the store, but this franchise owner does not care about nothing Paid for strawberry limeade with real strawberries extra in the app and they gave me the same amount that comes regular called back and the manager didn’t even care to pick up the phone Paid for a large tater tot with cheese (warm) and a medium tater tot(cold) I literally ate two and then looked down and realize how many he was in there and knew that this wasn’t correct I took the same amount of medium tater tots and put it over to the top of them, and it covered the exact same space So not only did I pay extra money for a small with cheese, but if I would’ve did that, I would’ve told her two smalls instead of paying for one large and getting a small It’s insane and they don’t wanna do nothing about it, but I put but say sorry and still do the same mistakes every time I come it’s like really stupid

Don't spend your money here unless you want to be disappointed. The food service has degraded here. Use to be a good spot. Past few visit have been unfulfilling. Not fully spun shakes... asked for extra toppings it was light toppings. The candy was also very stale. Always getting partially of what is ordered. Smh

Tonight I stopped in to get a chicken fried steak sandwich and a slush. I also got a $1.50 Frito burrito. The service was good but I think that's only because this chicken fried steak had been sitting under a warmer. It had been overcooked and even if it had been served right away it was chewy it was like chicken fried steak jerky. I mean I paid $13 for this and a tip. The manager here needs to be punished for putting out bad food. This store has been excellent in the past. Now it's just terrible. Don't waist your money it thoroughly sucks now
