Alessio Pizzeria

The guy Fernando Arrue who posted the only bad review is obviously a manager or owner of a competing pizzeria so I felt compelled to post. Alessio pizza is consistently GREAT. Their sauce is the key reason. Also their restaurant is always clean and organized too. I have been going there for the past 4 years since I work nearby and have never been disappointed. About the only complaint I would have is that they close at 9pm on some nights.

By far the best pizza in the area. The guys are great too they’ll make custom orders even just for lunch. I have never been disappointed by anything we have ordered.

I dont normally do reviews but I felt the need to tell whoever is looking for pizza in the area look no further... the pizza is incredibly good very good sauce flavor... perfect crispness... 👌 ive ate at every great pizza spots In NYC these guys a a sleeper !!!

I’ll keep it a buck - place doesn’t look appealing but the food is so good. I def judged this place for years prior to ever stepping a foot in. It was only till my colleagues insisted I go and stop being snobbish that I stepped in and tried their chicken wrap. I AM IN LOVE

The best pizza spot in the area with the best service too!! I ordered 5 pies for my staff at 11am…delivered hot and fresh at 11:30am !! Everyone loved it!! Thanks guys

Amazing Deal and Amazing Customer Service I went there for the first time today and I was able to get 2 real New York sized cheese slices and a drink for $6.80 (that's including tax)! Not only is it cheap but customer service was great. Alex was behind the counter and he took the time to tell me what kind of pies they had without me prompting him. Oscar was also very kind and the customer service was great. I would definitely suggest it!

i have been coming to this pizzeria for a while now, almost every day for lunch and i would not change that unless they closed. the PIZZA is AMAZING, you would expect pizzerias to be inconsistent with their slices, but not this one. if you are a fan of pizza you have to try this, you will keep coming back. that's how i got pulled into it. BUT. not only is their PIZZA AMAZING, there DINNERS are at a top level just as well. the cooks really know what they are doing and they try to give you the best food experience possible for a pretty reasonable price. they have basically everything on their menu. I HAD to put this review up after reading what FERNANDO ARRUE said because everything that was said there was a lie and looks like something the competition would do to slow down the business. HUGE Recommendations for this Pizzeria review after you've tried, im sure it will be a good one

Perfect NY slice. Sauce not too sweet, no msg, short cut pizza dough here. Place is small but clean. Parking a bit difficult if you're not a good driver. Hope they keep up the good work. Staff good, not grumpy. Jan1 2026

The usual sides with barbecue wings (celery and carrots) were fresh and juicy. The wings itself were cooked nicely, of course weren’t dry, but juicy. For those of you that don’t like how chicken are sometimes slimy or have a slippery texture, the wings that are sold here don’t have that texture. For my fellow gym people, the food here are great for bulking up. For those of you that want to eat on a diet… well, I’m sure they have some vegetarian options that contain fresh vegetables. The pizza they have and the knots all look delicious. Go try their food! Always live your life with great quality.

Grilled chicken salad wrap was better than I expected. Pizza was just ok according to my husband and son but I personally didn't try it. I'd go there again based on the wrap if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way.

Good food but a little too expensive regular slice $3 sicilian $4. Never saw a siciilian at $4. Garlic knots 3 for $2 . Scared to ask what a pie cost. They don't even post their prices gee I wonder why😳.

So first visit, food is amazing but the guy that took my order was a jerk, he made a tapping sound with the pans on purpose to rush me into ordering, like he was in a rush to heat up a pizza slice and collect my $ … mind you the place was empty no customers. The girl cashing is a delight, she’s so sweet and polite! Second visit the girl took my order, but 3 guys from the back just stood and stared at people, was very uncomfortable.

So he should know instead he tells me that he can’t make another pizza until 20 mins . As a customer the pizza all look nasty and has been sitting for a while . I would like fresh pizza and he tell me oh it will be thirty minutes for four slices . I deny and I told them the pizza should look fresh but instead it look old and has been sitting .. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and the employee are very rude….
