Very clean restaurant. Indoor dining currently not allowed due to the pandemic but customers are still allowed inside to purchase their meals before leaving. Also, the drive thru is convenient. Orders are usually accurate & received in a timely manner. I've bought various meals here, ALL of which I've enjoyed. Big Mac & Quarter Pounder W/Cheese Bacon are my favorites), their French Fries are the best :) Staff are friendly & professional. I'd definitely recommend!

Recently the quality of their beef has improved .. It's made to order and tastes great. The prices are higher, but so is the quality. I now see actual fat dripping from my burger...a welcome departure from the mystery meat of yesteryear.

I had not gone inside that location for quite sometime. But the experience was good and I enjoyed the food and the service. It was nice to order from the cashier rather then the kiosk that you find at other locations. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the promotions and made suggestions guiding me through the order. I truly appreciated his help and the effort he put in.

I used to avoid this New Rochelle location due to poor service in the past. Yesterday, out of necessity, I went through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by an employee named Felícia. She was extremely polite, professional, and attentive. Because of her, I am considering returning to this location. I hope this level of service continues. Thanks FELÍCIA 🙏

I don’t understand where this low average review rating has come from. The fries were crispy fresh hot !!! A rarity from the usual cold floppy you get from most McDonalds. The Big Mac may have been the best one of my life, the sauce-topping ratio was iconic.

Sometimes this place is packed. The employee's are doing their best. Open 24hours which is the greatest advantage of this place.

This place has improved so much since their renovation. They have a security guard now so you don't have vagrants bothering the customers anymore. They've also installed ordering kiosks Wich makes ordering so much quicker now and you can skip dealing with the cashiers if human interaction isn't your thing. The food is still the same, though.

It is a McDonalds and it is as expected. Quality is okay, quantity (as in fries) is always good and the service is quick and friendly. I rank it 4 stars because it is neither poor (1 star) or exceptional (5 stars). 3+1 for the service. I ordered food for my wife at the drive-thru and the order was accurate. It was hot and, again, it was friendly and quick service.

Really good service at this location. The drivethru is usually quick, but they should have customers with orders that need changes, have them pull up or over (from the drive thru) in order to let the line move along. Still great service 👍🏽

The place was renovated not too long ago. Now it has technology up to date to place the orders on your own(big plus).

Went here for the 1st time at this location on Wednesday November 26th 2025 with my parents. We were here because we needed a quick breakfast before our busy day visiting in NY. This was about 5 minutes away from the hotel we were staying at- Hotel Noma. Now one should know what Mcdonalds serves- anything from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches and nuggets, and they also serve breakfast like mcgriddles, and various wraps and sandwiches. This location is open 24 hours. This location has ample parking, and we were able to find a spot right away. Walked in. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Only thing is that he did suggest to us to use the computer mobile screens for ordering since they have pictures, and we were unsure of what we wanted. Me- i'm fine with that-- but my dad can struggle with those machines sometimes. But, we were able to figure out what to order based upon the photos.The cashier also spent time and helped us with the machine if we had any problems. Which was useful. I got a medium coffee with McGriddles (which are pancakes!) My mom and Dad got a combo with a sandwich and small coffee. in total we spent $27.00. We paid via a credit card. We ate our breakfast at a table. Oh, and side note- most of the tables were dirty with crumbs on them and fries on the floor. Now we were able to find a clean one and sit comfortably but still. We did notice that same cashier trying to clean as well. We all enjoyed our coffee and food. I enjoyed my pancakes especially, and my coffee. Would most likely be back if we are ever in the area.

This location has a drive thru window. It's often crowded inside because it has a kids' play area. I definitely recommend the drive thru. If there is a new employee, you should check your order before you drive away. Experienced people there are great, but new guys seem to be left to learn on their own.

Came to this location as we were servicing our Mazda vehicles. We tried to use our McDonalds mobile app as usual but it was not showing a full list of the menu for this location, stating the location didn’t have those items. We proceeded to the counter to manually order and some items were available and some weren’t. This location doesn’t have mobile self service kiosks either. There is ample space for seating, and has a play zone.

We dislike the update and loathe the kiosks. I don't know what the chain was thinking, but the inside is not comfortable. There is NOT enough room for the double drive-through. Since it reopened we tried it twice and each time it didn't "agree" with the family so we no longer go. I've also noticed that less people go because the lines used to wrap all the way up the street. Census opinion no one loves the new look or kiosks.

They have an unethical practice of "bumping tickets" as soon as the order comes in as to appear as if the where able to "push out the order". Trying to beat service time. It's for the GM bonus. Although I may go here often its a place i kill time in between appts without having to go out if my way..other than that ..its often overcrowded and understaffed....between kids afterschool and delivery bikes taking up parking and delivery guys inside with big backpacks.. i can get frustrated waiting 10 or more min just to order at the counter.

Food ok. Could be more fresh. Staff courteous. Can be very crowded at times. Be careful when you pull into the parking lot. There is a curb that is not visible and sticks out on the right side and many cars hit the curb and road rash their tires and wheels.

The manager has an bad attitude. A employee messed up a coupon that you can only use once. And he said there was nothing he could do and was blaming the customer. The coupon was for free fries but he was not trying to give them to the customer. The food comes out fast though.

When they are good they are good.. but when they are bad they are BAD. I go to this location out of convenience. But if you have the time go to the next best you know of. The rudeness is what upsets me most ab this location. To be met with rudeness no matter how many please and thank you's you give is crazy to me. No acknowledgement when the orders are wrong and there is push back on little things like sauces no matter how much you order (unless they are suddenly in a giving mood which is rare but nice when It happens) . When you have to get out the car and go in to help them get something right to the point where the food is cold and you don't even want It anymore, something needs be done esp when you order off the menu (I could understand if you order random stuff). The 2 stars is because I have really just had enough with this location... Customer service is not easy by any means, however... this location needs training as far as keeping the positivity up and the orders correct.

The facility was just not clean. When I went to fill my drinks, there was some type of food or liquid on the soda levers. There was old ketchup near the soda holders. I've been to better and seen better. Too bad this McDonald's is so close to me but I will definitely not come back.

Crew must be overworked bc their demeanor towards mobile order pick ups has declined. Your drinks aren't packaged and you have get your own straws on the other side of the establishment. They leave your bag out on the counter and don't even greet you. And check your order before you leave, my pies has sauce all over the outside of the boxes. This is the third time in a row of poor service. I wonder if I were an Uber worker I would get this treatment🤔 I just came in for a snack! Maybe management should double check the work stations and responsibilities.

There was a strong odor of toilet smell throughout the restaurant, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unappetizing. It was evident that the odor was coming from the toilets, which were located near the seating area. To make matters worse, the toilets were messy, which added to the unpleasant smell.

Been going here sometimes. Always full, never saw a problem until today. I went for some sodas and 1 iced coffee and 1 caramel macchiato. All medium. I payed, waited and waited, never got my order. I had to tell them about it. The lady took my receipt and made the orders, gave me the medium iced coffee, but gave me a small caramel macchiato when I ordered a medium. Terrible service. I even told her it was a small she said “no it’s medium” like what? Overall they lost 3 stars.

Customer service is very poor. The staff is slow and takes hours to get your food out the renovation ruined the atmosphere of the McDonald’s I used to love and grew up with. My experiencs ever since the update have been poor which explains my rating.

Terrible service, why have the option to have food brought to you if they don't? Me and my girlfriend were sitting at the table with the number tent for over 20 minutes.. Thinking that they would bring it to us like idiots and they didn't call our order number nor did the kiosk give a receipt. The food was good, don't get me wrong. It's just that the Main Street McDonald's in New Rochelle here is bad for both its service & presentation. How so? Because the cashier on duty (4am on 4/26th, 2019) was just incompetent & insensitive! Why is that? Because she didn't take our order seriously enough, if at all. We ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins & 4 PC chicken tenders, & yes we had told her in Spanish (she only spoke Spanish). She instead charges us extra for a sandwich that we never ordered, but we took that & the rest anyway. She then tries to confiscate the sandwich (when we're at the table!) but it was already too late. I earlier said I wanted 4 pieces of tenders but instead I get 5 & they're all burned to a crisp! Now the worst part was that she even had the nerve to put eggs & cheese on the Mcmuffins. The problem is that my 2 associates were allergic to eggs & cheese respectively & they almost had a negative reaction right on the spot. No, they didn't eat either topping. They could have though! On top of that, the bathrooms were filthy as the human waste itself! Heck! Just earlier in the night, I used a bathroom in the nearby Radisson hotel & the toilet was literally covered in fecal matter & piss! Not just on the inside either! So I complained to the front desk & I was informed that they can't afford nightshift maintenance! My workplace has a nightshift maintenance crew & our bathrooms are never as dirty as that hotel's for that 1 night! My final complaint is the fact that I saw 3 hobos sleeping at & even on top of the dining tables!

I went to the McDonald's on Main in New Rochelle I ordered a chocolate Chip flappy And some bacon cheese fries Gave the lady a $20 bill and she hands me back $3 I said miss I gave you $20 where's my change she said you sure you gave me $20 I say yes so the managers and the location was there and they said that they will check the register for I guess overage had me wait there for 10 minutes without any answers so I came back inside and I approach the young lady and I said miss you know I gave you $20 and she kindly when her pocket and gave me the rest of my change which was $10 right in front of the managers so she was trying to be me out of $10 I would never return to To that location never again one of my worst experience Be careful count your change

McDonald's has definitely gone down hill. First of all they used to have an egg delight egg white sandwich for breakfast No longer 😕 Also the fish sandwiches bun are always toasted because bread is stale. They no longer have any special for fish sandwiches buy two for $6. They always have the same deals. Food has definitely not been fresh and good.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Most of the manager level employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand having a bad day but every time I step foot into this McDonald’s one of the many employees has A nasty attitude. The short Hispanic lady with short hair is especially rude and doesn’t treat McDonald’s customers with respect. Upper management seriously needs to come here and give a workshop on how to treat customers. Lastly, I literally only saw two employees with hair nets on. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.

This is not a fast food place. Staff is incredibly slow, lazy and rude. Went through the drive through to get a cup of coffee. Whoever was working had an open mic and could hear them talking. This location doesn't have the counter that you can place your order yourself. Last night around 8pm I was on the line for more 25 minutes because I had a problem with the app and nobody took my order, when I asked the woman, if they were taking orders she said with a bad attitude: "you have to keep waiting we are serving the drive thru" and I left because I am paying for food, not asking it for free. If you want to do priority to the drive thru, close the restaurant and focus on Drive thru.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I would. Like every other McDonald's I've visited in N.Y., the customer service is terrible. The first thing I noticed when entering the store was debris on the floor and condiments/beverage counter. I was there to pick up a mobile order, so I went straight over to the pick up service area. Second observation--staff move around and won't acknowledge you, or ask if they can help with anything. I stood there several minutes before having to practically yell to get someone attention.

i come here very often because I live close by. Food is good but service is very bad and the staff sometimes have a bad attitude. I order happy meals here frequently and something is always missing . The other day they gave me a boy toy when I said it was a girl , they never gave me the apple juice and they gave me apple slices instead of yogurt. In my opinion staff and service are bad.

The woman at the drive-through asked for my order. I asked for a number 9. She told me she didn't have it. So in the process of rethinking my order, she told me to come to the next window. I get there, and she has me waiting while she takes the next person's request and doesn't say a word. I asked her if I could continue my order and got no response. She didn't even look my way until I pulled off and left the drive-through.

I am addressing all the people who frequent this place, I spoke with the manager who is supposed to be there during the week, in a kind manner, I approached her and told her I wanted to cut a cake for her and she told me it was no problem. I told her it was for Sunday, that there was no problem, just that she should tell the other manager of that day with another rude lady with a headset who thought she was the owner of the place and I told her that I was not going to have a party, just cut a cake with the children and consume in the place, I tell you that she raised her voice at me, she made me feel ashamed with the people who were there, saying that there are no parties here, just knowing that I knew that there were people who bring their cake and sing happy birthday there. I left and I was not able to sing happy birthday to my daughter, there were only 5 children in the place at a table, they did not care. My daughter came out crying and told me here you cannot bring cake or have a party and the two managers, one said other information and the other lady with a headset thought she was the owner hahaha. Thank goodness nothing lasts forever. I do not recommend it at all. Lack of respect towards people who do consume. I frequent the place and see people who sleep there and take the table all day long and don't say anything.

I went through the drive thru last night and immediately the female taking my order was rude and sounded miserable. She was not paying attention to me ordering and would respond with a rude “what” whenever she didn’t hear me. She took my order wrong and did not give me the right sauces and told me to pull up. I went inside to see what was going on and sure enough it’s a bunch of kids with no manager in sight. I was ignored until I basically told one of the girls in charge of the online orders I needed my order corrected. She processed to laugh and snicker with another blonde haired employee with a headset. They were speaking in Spanish but luckily I speak Spanish as well. I told her I didn’t appreciate the bad service and whoever took my order sounds like they hate their job and they need to do better. She processed to tell the blonde with the headset and they continued to laugh. I will be calling corporate because this isn’t the first time they mess up my order and they’re rude about it. No apology or anything. Do better with your hiring process.

I went to this McDonalds for their promotion of a Free Quarter Pounder with cheese with a purchase of Large Soda & Large Fries. The crew member called over their supervisor who looked at the coupon and charged me for the Burger which obviously more money. I confronted the supervisor about my coupon and she handed me a totally different coupon then called over the manager. I eventually had to get out my car and walk inside the store to prove she intentionally over charged me which I didn't appreciate.

Where do I begin?...This was the WORST experience in carry-out that I've had in a long time. There were no signs directing the line to counter so the constant questioning of did you order yet between the customers became a regular thing. The wait on line was at least 12 minutes long and there was only one other person in front of me. After placing my order I waited at least another 15 minutes for my food. There were 7-8 employees that were working in the back and only 1 employee taking orders, and another making the to-go orders, which made the process go insanely slow. Then the employee taking the orders decides to go into the back and refill the ice machine in the middle of taking orders, which took about another 5-7 minutes instead of asking for assistance, leaving the line to get longer while he took his sweet time. Where was the manger during all of this? Your guess is as good as mine. I will NEVER bring my money to this particular location ever again. It took longer to get the food than it took to consume. It took a lot to bring myself to get McDonald's in the first place, as I haven't eaten it in over 5 years and after this experience, it will be at least another 7-8 years before I eat it again to be honest. I honestly wish that there was a no stars option for the abysmal service that I experienced. This trip was an eye-opener to the fact that I shouldn't be eating McDonald's in the first place and the word on the street is that this location is better than the one on North Street.

Spoke to manager before ordering, told her please make sure my Big Mac is cooked fresh on the grill, not a burger that is kept in there warmers, low and behold I get a cold Big Mac, I went back and told her my Big Mac is cold, she went back and within 1 minute came back with another Big Mac, can someone tell me how is it possible to cook a burger on both sides in just 1 minutes? I already knew it was another burger from there warmers which I hate because I’ve gotten sick from there burgers that are kept in there warmers. I’ve been to several McDonald’s and it seems to get hot fresh food even if you ask for it to be freshly cooked aka (made to order) its to much of an ask and inconvenient for them to do, this is why I like White Castle, they make everything fresh while you wait, White Castle food is never cold. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick my food up, the computers were down, so they didn’t have my order. No problem, but I need my money refunded. The app says to speak to the store itself to get a refund, so I requested the manager’s phone number because I had to leave and couldn’t wait to speak with them now. They stopped speaking with me when I said that and continued saying that someone will be out in a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came out, so I left because I had to get to work. The service here is terrible and the staff treats you like you are inhuman. I hope they have a number listed on their site for this location because I hope I never have to set foot in here again.

Horrible service they feel entitled no self-respect I encourage every and anybody to call corporate on the McDonald's on Main Street New Rochelle horrible service and they will still continue to be entitled because they work there management sees no different unless the people continue to voice their concerns about quality of service which is horrible

Not gonna lie I haven’t been to this place at all but just based off the reviews this place should be investigated & shut down completely lol. Glad I stopped eating at fast foods I’m never looking back 🫡

I can see that this is a busy store and the employees are working hard, but solve UberEats pickups issue please. 3 orders ready for pickup and the employees are not even looking at me.

The service in this Mv Donald’s has become so bad . I waited 46 mins on line for my meal that was sitting on the counter and no one care to call out the number to let the customer (me ) know it’s ready . I was tempted yo get it myself . And forget about getting your mobile order complete , after waiting for 1/2 n hr for my order they forgot my drinks which I waited another 15 mins for and much never came . So had to go inside to speak to a manager which helped me . With the amount of workers this place has become so unprofessional and I’ve been coming here for 20 yrs.

I usually get Big Mac and I should’ve stick with my regular order. Double quarter pounder (without cheese) looks just simply awful. Lost appetite immediately after I saw what was in the box. I feel like I can win a law suit for a false advertisement as this is nothing like what is shown in their menu pics 🙃. Also, I ordered a drink without ice but got it with full of ice instead? They seem to forget about the dipping sauces in the previous orders for nuggets as well (also they love to add ice in every drink). Don’t they hire people who can read or pack food with proper attention to detail? I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Ripped me off. I asked for a DOUBLE quarter pounder large. Gave me single instead. I asked for coke with no ice, you guessed it, gave me ice. Gave me medium meal for the price of large. I didn't mind the 3 other times but it's frequent. This one is beyond bad service...THE WORST. And it happens frequently. Don't waste your money and time in this place.
