This is a charm of a taco bell to visit. The service was great; they hand delivered the food to our table. The root beer was caffeine free and quite carbonated, I am happy to report. The whole place was clean and welcoming. And, best of all, the staff was quite friendly and hospitable. The only thing that can be improved is the price. $2.40 for a taco! That’s 10 minutes of working (at the minimum wage)! But, I guess that is the price that you will pay for quality food served in a friendly, welcoming, and quite clean atmosphere when you eat at this Taco Bell.
Huge shout out to the store manager she always has a great attitude and makes sure to take care of me when I come in. I’ve tried a couple different Taco Bell’s around the area and this one by far has the fastest service and most consistent food everything is always hot and delicious. This location has been renovated recently as well, so the inside is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would say this is definitely the best Taco Bell location around!

I went here tonight because it was raining and I just did not feel like driving to the Newburgh location. I was nervous because of the bad reviews but decided to try it anyone. When I walked in, no one was at the front counter which I was okay with because I prefer to order from the digital kiosk anyway. Not even a minute after I placed my order one of the staff members asked if I was taken care of. I was asked two more times by two more different employees. I got my food quickly and it was all correct. I would go again because of how nice the staff was and the food was great.
I came here after the bar and they made my food like rent is DUE. whoever worked 10:50pm 10/14, I hope all your pillows are cold and all you want in life happens.
It's fast food, it's what it is. The team is always busy, and still the service is always good, professional. The place is clean and quiet.
There is no luxury in this life that properly equates to that of the beefy 5-layer burrito from the establishment famously known as Taco Bell, especially when it's followed down my gullet by the love potion known as Mountain Dew Baja Blast. In an unapologetic world full of war, famine, drought, greed, and hate, we can all rest assured that Taco Bell will be there to balance out all that is wrong with our world.
I only order service 1 down cuz I often do not get all my order today for example missed my chips, and rarely do they get my entire order correct 😅 and I can't wait till I can drive to be Abel to check in front of location and walk in to ask for my missing items currently I'm injured and can't get it myself and my few times I'm Abel to get something because I saved up for it I end up with missing items 💔 However I have hads worse service in Newburgh location and I'm quite surprised by the review lol I opted to Avoid Newburgh because of worse stuff 😅 and when found this location my experience Has been way better 😆 I do notice worst reviews are from 2 yrs ago or older and those ppl hardly have any reviews done I honestly even wonder of the other location owner hads his friends review this location to cause horrible reviews because iv been coming to this taco for last 2 yrs and 3 yrs ago I hads gone to Newburgh one. I tried hoping every time I'd get a surprise but gave up and first started going to Middletown location WHICH IS AMAZING 👏🏾 love Middletown ❤️ but closest to me is this one or Newburgh now. If I drive tho I head to Monroe tho BUT to me definitely I completely avoid Newburgh one now . I LOVE TacoBell! ❤️
There was nothing wrong with the visit, it was a very average Taco Bell. The staff did a nice job and the place was clean.

the workers tend to be a bit rude, don't know if it's bc its understaffed or what. the only real complaint I have is the difference of the food taste and preparation from day and night shift.

Taco Bell has been getting overpriced lately. They charge $1 just for a little cup of sauce that probably cost them ten cents. It shouldn't cost $20 just to get a good meal from a fast food place. The food is ok though. It's not bad. This location sometimes is fast and sometimes is slow. The workers are usually at least somewhat friendly. Today I was unhappy because they forgot to give me one of the items I had paid for and I didn't realize it until I was already back at work eating.
This is the slowest drive thru I think I've ever been to. They could speed it up a little because the place always looks empty.

This Taco Bell for some reason is 30-50% more expensive on a lot of items from what the neighboring Taco Bell’s have placed there prices. idk what makes them think they are worth more. Why pay 15 bucks for a Mexican pizza meal when I can drive an extra 3 minutes to the other Taco Bell and get it for 10.
Poor customer service and very slow. Ordered through the app and was waiting 20 minutes after I got to the restaurant and when the food was ready it was rudely tossed on the counter without a drink cup. The server turned her back and walked away and I had to ask three times before I got my cup. Edit on this comment. The service at this location is 100% dependent on who is manager that day. When the woman is managing everything runs smoothly and orders are completed in a timely manner. When the man is managing he is always talking about something extremely unprofessional and you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your food even when ordering on the app. Once again waiting for my meal ordered over 20 minutes ago. This is ridiculous.

I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be a great taco bell to go to for myself and for delivery pickup. Now they separate the delivery people and have them wait for almost an hour to pickup the customers food. The last 2 months have been so different than what they used to be. There was an employee there named Brian that was excellent, so friendly and hard working I don't see him anymore. I avoid picking up deliveries there now. It causes the customer to wait forever and I won't pickup food for myself there anymore either

I was very disappointed to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru. Whatever happened to fast food?
We visited the new location early this afternoon. It took a really long time for our food to be ready. There were a lot of employees standing around while we waited for almost 30 mins. When we received our food we were missing half of it. Plus the size of the crunch wraps we ordered were really cheap. The design of the taco bell is very poor. We parked in the lot and got blocked in by the drive thru line. Overall, would not visit again.
Do not come here. There are so many reasons why you should avoid this place. This drive thru has no right calling itself fast food, the wait times here get ridiculous. Often they are out of the food you want. The serving size is smaller than you would get at another taco bell. Like others have said, just drive the 5 minutes to the other taco bell in newburgh.
Placed an online order at midnight with the expectation you would be open as both Google maps and the Taco Bell app list your hours as open until 1am. Roll up to the drive thru, and the signs are turned off, with the entire storefront lit up as though you're open. It was very disappointing to work 16.5 hours, driving a bus 400 miles, and getting back home expecting a quick run to Taco Bell for dinner, only to come away empty handed.

Hi i was there at 9:30pm today march 16. As soon as i got off my truck they locked the doors and turned the lights off. Made me angry cause i feel like they couldve atleast tell us to come in still since they close at 10 but no they dont care and mightve based it in my appearance. Its literally saturday, "busier than usual", people had also just came out of there. Not fair.
Don't go to this taco bell for vegetarian options they've messed up my food on 2 separate occasions now putting meat in food that isn't supposed to have it to begin with. It would be somewhat understandable if it was modified foods but I literally just ordered menu options and still ended up with meat.
This Taco Bell is terrible. It takes a long time without a long line and they'll give you only a table spoon of meat per taco and burrito. I was pleasantly surprised when I recently got a full taco, but the wait was still long. I see that it's recently under new management, so I'll attribute my full tacos to that.
So I gave five tries. One try=1 star. Each time I've ordered, I have not gotten what I had ordered, along with lack of a receipt to prove it because the drive thru is not handing them out. Real tired of it, guys. Do better please.
I'm finally done with this store. I've had multiple items missing. Been giving the wrong items, whether they didn't pay attention or given me someone else's order. I really speak out for fast food people because I did it for 4 years but this is getting sad. I just ordered 2 dragon teas. That's its 2 of the same item, was told they will ring up as Pepsi because they don't have the sku for dragon tea. In the 30 seconds it took to come around the corner, I was given 2 pepsis. Like I know it's not your forever job but effort counts in the business world.
This Taco bell is horribly managed. There Services are not compatible to our town in New windsor. Their posted opening time is usually 30 minutes later. Even when open, the wait is too long. The quality of food is poor as well.
I spent $9 on a meal that only had some lettuce a few bits of tomatoes a couple of pieces of steak and nothing else in it. I cannot believe how bad Taco Bell is getting. I could have went to somewhere else and had something delicious and it said I went there and I'm so sorry I did
Got someone else’s order. Returned it and got my order. It wasn’t even busy and it still took a while to get my order. I got a burrito supreme and there was barely any meat. Definitely do not recommend.
Went to the drive thru wanted 1 number one & two taco supremes on the side with a large Pepsi with my meal the lady at the thru was rude nasty doesn't understand English doesn't talk good English went to the window to pay she tells me $36:00 I told her what I wanted she started screaming and yelling at me I just paid for because I wasn't getting anywhere with her she gives me 2 large Pepsi small Pepsi 1 number 1 & number 3 I neveref iordered never again the worst Taco Bell I ever went to
Don’t order the chicken quesadilla from here. It’s a flatter than a pancake and I placed my order as a supreme with onions and didn’t receive any. I had to go home and cut my onions and tomatoes to add. Ridiculous.

I had gone to this location ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast. I had gotten home and the baja blast was seltzer, it happens sometimes the employees don’t realize the syrup is out. Then I had started eating my quesadilla and it was a regular chicken quesadilla. I had gone back. When I got to the speaker explained the problem, got to the window and the employee was trying to get the managers attention. Didn’t get it. The employee told me that the Baja blast was out, and handed me the correct quesadilla. The manager finally got to the window, didn’t even speak to me. Asked if I had paid cash or card for a refund on the soda. I said cash. He handed me the cash and didn’t even apologize, had an attitude.
I really wish I could give this place zero stars the never have food and online it says they close at 1am and they already closed by 12am

At 1115 pm I went to drive thru and ordered $40 worth of items. We waited behind 2 cars for over 20 min. By the time we go to window, the worker mentions that “we have No Beef for your orders”. …….order was cancelled and we left. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Very Poor Service
Ordered through GrubHub they put all the soft stuff at the bottom of the bag and the heavy stuff on top of it seriously? The fries should’ve been wrapped for delivery. They were cold when they arrived and I am only 1.1 miles from this place.they use some industrial canned cheese I think on the quesadillas. It was disgusting. We will never order from here again.

I ordered a plain chalupa and a plain dorito loco toco, both of them were not plain. I got nacho fries but they didn’t give me the cheese sauce. I also ordered the beefy 5 layer burrito and received a cheese bean burrito. This is the worst service I have received at a Taco Bell. Definitely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. Usually greeted with attitude when ordering especially if you take any time. The irony is this is the longest wait for fast food I’ve ever experienced every single time. They ignore you while chatting with each other at the window. Like me ordering is somehow interfering with their day. My order is typically wrong or something missing. The food is usually fine when you finally get it and that is why I keep coming back. Makes me wonder who is managing this place if anyone is……..
I was so excited to have a Taco Bell closer to my area but I was so disappointed after my first visit and most likely won’t be returning. Wait time was incredibly long even though I was the only costumer at the time, and when I finally got the food there was mold on one of my items. When I went in to show the manager, he seemed to be the only one actually working while the younger employees were standing around. He could only refund me for that single item even though I ate pieces of mold and there was clearly mold left on the food. Not the managers fault but definitely unacceptable.

I have lived in this area for over 30 years and always anticipated a Taco Bell close. Ever since this location opened there are constant problems. They quite often run out of numerous items and fountain soda. On a recent visit, I was told they were out of beef, chicken, and cheese sauce. The next visit they were out of Pepsi. This lasted over a week. We often try to order and they will close abruptly or lock the doors to the dining room. I am a huge Taco Bell fan but this is ridiculous. At this point, I would rather drive farther to ensure better service/quality. They have really really disappointed me!!!
No matter what time of day you’re gonna sit in that line forever. Food is fine but the time it takes to get a meal out is crazy.
I barely ever take the time to write a bad review but this Taco Bell location has earned it on a number of occasions. The staff doesn’t fail to display their lack of work experience, along with their horrible attitudes. The wait is always very long. The food has gotten me and my girlfriend sick. I’ve came to this location a total of 3 times now since opening and every single time they’ve got my order wrong. Even while placing my order the staff always seems slow and lost. This is definitely my last time eating at any Taco Bell period.
I am 1 of 4 customers, the only one waiting for a mobile order. Which was sitting stacked with 3 more hanging out of the register. There are about 7 kids working here yet no one is being serviced in a timely manor. It’s been 20 minutes and my $10 of food is still no where to be found. I think they need someone with a Little more experience to help them out before letting a bunch of kids fly solo in a brand new restaurant
Bug in my taco Just went through the drive thru Found a bug in my taco Called back to tell them and she said, “no you didn’t we don’t serve bugs here.” I repeated myself Then she hung up on me. Called back and was hung up on again by the “shift leader” Now they won’t answer the phone.

I have Been to this location only a handful of times and have had a terrible experience every time! Was last there about a week ago and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me then got my food which was stone cold and terrible! I will never go to this location again! Service and food quality very poor and they cost more then newburgh and Middletown location. Every other location I have been to has always been great and got hot food and drive through always fast but this location they are in another time zone and don't care and can't get anything right!
Food was incorrect, was charged extra but never received supreme tacos. The girl at the window who was ringing under “Brian V” was beyond rude, doesn't greet you, pretty much tossed the bag out the window and slammed the window shut mid sentence of me asking for sauce. Then sat there staring out the window and I had to wait until she reopened it while we had a staring contest… only to ask for sauce that she never asked if I wanted and no have a good night but did slam the window shut again. I could only laugh how rude this employee is. I called store to complain about my food missing what I paid for and the girl was very argumentative as to my order being correct when in-fact it wasn't. Then hung up on me. I called back and actually spoke with Brian V who would not provide the girls name so I can let corporate know and states there is no manager on duty. 12/17/25 9:01pm my husband came here the other day with my daughter prior to this and my daughter states she was like this too at this visit, very rude.
I am legit confused about how you mess up some fries order. Fries were cold like if they just grabbed them from the freezer. Unacceptable.
This taco bell has never given us good service and the food is hardly ever good - meaning the employees don't check the ingredients before serving their customers. The lettuce tasted like it expired, the chips were stale, and they had us waiting for our food for 20 minutes even though we ordered ahead of time and waited 10 minutes before going there. I absolutely do not recommend this place, at least until they make major changes to employee hiring/training, and managing this place.
Went to the drive thru this afternoon.ordered two tacos and a vanilla freeze. One car ahead of us, waited 15 minutes, no movement. Finally went inside, cashier did say sorry, no one in the dining room, no cars at the drive thru. Tacos were stale, maybe sat too long, the drink was no longer a freeze. I get it, it's fast food but this location needs a reboot.
I have not ordered here in a very long time and I should have never ordered again. I decided to take a chance after work and get the supreme luxe box. What is supposed to be in the box is a beefy layer burrito. There was no beef in my burrito. Instead, they filled the 5 beefy layer burrito with refried beans instead of beef. I don't know anyone who likes refried beans like that.But i'm not one of them. The last time I've had a beefy layer burrito, there was never 85% refried beans and 15%, beef, cheese and sour cream. I don't know what's going on at this location. But I know I didn't deserve that. I will continue to stay away from this location all over again.
Placed an online order and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and had no one said anything at the speaker. Store closes at 1 I arrived at 1130. We pulled up to the window to see if we could be helped by anyone. He helped the person in front of us and locked the drive thru window. I work fast food and I completely understand how it feels to want to go home, still not acceptable to “close” the store and ignore any guest that come through. I also know that when someone is sitting in the drive thru, you’re able to hear that there’s a car waiting in the drive thru. Not hard to do better & do your job. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund to my account.

Did a mobile order drive thru. We were told over speaker shift change. Pulled up to window and wasn't greeted yet. Total time in drive thru 18 minutes. Who is managing this place? Definitely not coming back.
Sat at the drive through there were a decent amount of cars, and didn't even order bc it was more than 10min and not a single car had moved so we pulled off the line. This was the worst “fast food” drive thru experience of my..life? I’m genuinely confused at how unbearable my experience just was. I had 3 cars ahead of me. Got there at 4:35. Had to make an appointment 7 minutes away for 5:00. Thought to myself, “let me just grab something quick to hold me over before this meeting”. It took 12 minutes just waiting on the line to order. I should have left after 10 minutes! But I was already in line and thought I just needed to be patient. I ordered 1 taco. One! I tried ordering the 1 dollar happy hour drink but the guy was so unsure about the price and the flavors and everything else that I’m not even sure what he ended up giving me. But, that’s all I ended up getting! Why? Because I couldn’t take it any longer!! I had placed my order, still had 2 cars ahead of me. Now it’s 5:03 and my appointment calls me because now I’m late. I frustratingly respond and explain how I’m stuck on a line but will hopefully only take me 5-10 more minutes since I already placed my order. Okay, now it’s 5:06 and I’m finally at the cashier. He keeps the window closed. I finally go “hello????” I remind him what I ordered because he did not remember. They clearly did not make my order yet. He made some sort of freeze and closed the window again. I wait another minute and now I’m really getting impatient. I wave for his attention and say, “what is going on? I have been waiting on this line for over 30 minutes..this is insane.” He says, “sorry, we have a big order”. I said, “I ordered one taco…can you maybe make that, now?” listen, I get that they may have had a delivery order or something but I ordered one taco, I was in line for the drive thru for over 30 minutes, and I was still waiting. Make the 1 taco maybe first? Like, come on…by 5:10 my appointment called me again and I frustratingly told them I was still on the damn line. By 5:12, I left the window hangry, with no taco, no refund, and just one freeze drink with way too much syrup. 40 minutes!!! 40 minutes in a drive-thru and my food still was not ready!! It was one taco!! Y’all…I’m shooketh. Literally missed my appointment for a friggin spicy potato burrito that never even arrived. What happened to the wonderful black man who used to make these fast and fat potato burritos? I’d be outta there in under 10 minutes, easily. This experience today was baffling to me. Customer service is completely shot on Tuesdays early evening. Don’t bother going here if you are hungry and in a hurry. Go there as an act of charity to help this gen-z generation develop their work ethic if you are feeling generous & patient, but my goodness..👀they gotta get it together. I worked in restaurants all throughout my teens and twenties…40 minutes at a regular restaurant with table seating and a server can even cause complaint…waiting 40 minutes for one taco from a fast food drive thru and still not receiving it is unacceptable.
Went there 4 days ago. At the counter for over 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us. He said we had to order from the kiosk per his manager. After we order from the kiosk, we saw many orders being brought to the drive-through window. The drive-through orders were obviously all placed after our order. Waited a long time for our food. That wasn't even the worst part. Several people walked in waiting at the counter. Girl from behind the counter, probably the meanest girl you would ever meet, was loudly screaming at the Door Dash man, after she got done arguing with a young woman who came in from the drive-thru line. Screaming and screaming at this poor man, who was very calm, just waiting for his order. I should have video recorded her and sent it to their corporate office. They cannot treat customers, particularly Door Dash, this way it was horrible. This place needs to close - the way they treat customers is just awful. I will never go here again and drive the extra 15 minutes to Newburgh.
Came here to pick up my friends Mobil order decided to put in my own order they asked if I wanted food in separate bags I said yes. I was reluctant to check bags being they gave me two thinking oh I had the Mobil order and my own. Get home and check they put her order in two separate bags never got my food. I have worked in the food industry for a long time myself and when I went to explain what happened they told me I was lying and that they had to check the cameras. Mean while they can see how stressful the situation was while having my friends baby crying. You think I would drive all the way out here while my friends food is cold just to get free food. Also told me he was going to come out and “ let me know” you were never gonna come out. The fact that this is over a $13 order is outrageous I am not that in desperate need to steal food. I’m just beyond shocked. Well guess on my way to McDonald’s now.
WORST TACO BELL EVER. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They have a bunch of highschool kids running the place that don’t know what they are doing. I paid for extra rice and claimed it was there but it wasn’t. The manager explained that each bowl gets three scoops of rice plus one extra (THAT I PAID FOR) when I asked to see the scooper it appears to be a one oz scooper when I got home I measured all the rice and it wasn’t even that. When I explained my frustration I was dealt with an immature manager and staff who did not understand my frustration of waiting 30 minutes to get a bowl that was under portioned. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WILL BE WRITING CORPERATE I AM IN DISBELIEF. It’s not about the rice even it’s about being treated like a human being one that expects to get what they paid for!
