Stopped by Diner 24 late night when it was busy and buzzing, and it still hit the spot. The vibe was perfect for after hours—classic diner energy, relaxed but lively. My waiter Nikki was wonderful and stayed attentive and kind even with the rush. Never felt forgotten or rushed, which honestly made the whole experience better. Great late-night food, great service, and exactly what you want at that hour. Would definitely come back.
This place is absolutely amazing. José was the best waiter and no matter how many times we called him over he was the sweetest. I chose the fettuccine with shrimp and butter cream sauce. I never tasted something so good. The chef deserves 10 stars! I will be returning. Thank you for making my twins 13th birthday a success.
I walked in the diner 11:30pm no later than 12:00am and I was greeted and simply made welcomed from a long week of work and long night studying and a overall absurd but very helpful amount of Adderall. I was givin an ample amount of time to decide from a very diverse menu without feeling rushed or that the staff was impatient! Customer service from Rosa and Denice was very EXCELLENT! THE WHOLE MALE STAFF are legit good people! I will always recommend and return! HYGIENE of the restaurant and staff was excellent as well!
So yummy!! Left house and came into the city for some late night eats and NOTHING I ordered disappointed . We got the Jalepeno mozzarella bacon mozerella sticks and the French toast and 10/10. Definitely will be coming AGAIN esp late at night. Came back a month later and got the Ruben, pigs in black AND French toast. Richard our server was so amazing and kind. Literally one of my favorite spots in the city.
Love the service and attention from the staff. Thank you Maria and Adriana for the service. The food was great and we didn’t have to wait too long to get our food. They were kind and attentive and they were helpful! Thank you so much! Definitely will come back!
This restaurant delivered an unforgettable meal from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, anticipating every need with genuine care and efficiency while maintaining perfect professionalism. The dishes were masterfully prepared—fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and flawless execution that made each course a highlight. The comfortable setting and thoughtful details elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to find a place that excels so consistently in both service and cuisine. Highly recommended; I’m already planning my next visit.
I’m a regular at Diner 24, the vibes, food, & atmosphere is always top notch! I've consistently encountered wonderful experiences, especially when I’m served by Niko. I usually stop by specifically for their milkshakes, which are truly next-level, more like a dessert from heaven rather than a typical milkshake. My go-to is the Napoleon milkshake with cheesecake chunks, and it’s a treat I try to enjoy about once a month. Niko consistently provides exceptional service. He always greets guests with a genuine smile, checks in throughout the visit, and does an excellent job making sure everyone is taken care of. His attentiveness and positive attitude truly elevate the experience. These days, dining out is a luxury, and quality service makes all the difference. Even if I’m just stopping in for a milkshake and mozzarella sticks, the care and professionalism Niko brings never go unnoticed. It’s always a pleasure being served by him, and he’s a huge reason I continue coming back.
This is like the best place I’ve ever seen. The vibes is nice. The people is nice like I’m pretty sure the waiter is nice. Everything is perfect here. I don’t think I have ever been to any other place that was as good as this diner and for me this might be the best one out of everything like the milkshakes was the best. The food was the best I can’t complain.
We had such a wonderful breakfast experience! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service truly made our morning special. Denise was our waitress, and she was amazing — so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a big smile. You can really tell she cares about her guests. We left feeling happy and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!
First time coming to this diner and was not disappointed. Service was great from the start. I forgot my server’s name but a wonderful gentleman with tan skin and short black hair. I had the chocolate chip pancakes and it was delicious. I had an amazing hot chocolate and the owner himself made sure it was made to perfection. I live in Brooklyn but this diner is worth traveling to the city for!
Richard was a fantastic server today to my partner and I. Even though he was clearly busy, he made sure our drinks were always full and every item was correct. He was very sweet and had a great attitude that made our experience that much better. He’s the type of server you hope for at a diner and made us feel very welcome.
We stumbled across Diner 24 and ended up going back a few times during our trip — it’s that good. The food was consistently delicious, with a solid variety of classic diner favorites done right. The service was warm and attentive each time, and prices were surprisingly reasonable by NYC standards. A great hidden gem in the city!
First time in New York and I was looking for a good breakfast restaurant, came across Diner 24 off Third Ave and it exceeded my expectations. Food was delicious and the service was great. Anything I needed I had it nearly instantly, and thank you to Denise for taking good care of me. I will definitely be returning.
You might come to 24 Diner because it's one of the few places open in the witching hours, but you stay for the quality of the food! Their smash burgers and pancakes are my go-to. Whenever I need to boost my mood, I get one of their amazing milkshakes. Love that you also get a side of pickles! This post was made in connection with a Toast promotion.
Absolutely no wonder the reviews for this place are as good as they are. I had one of the tastiest avocado sandwiches here and it was past midnight. The staff are the frrindliest in a very authentic way. Just really nice people that made the atmosphere so lovely. They're incredibly attentive and very quick. The decor is great and the place is spotless.
Such a great atmosphere and the taste is as good as their portions. Generous! The double smash burger with crab and then this was the first time I’ve seen a milkshake served on a plate! Unbelievable! Coming from down under (Oz), there’s no place like this back in Australia. This place is a must. ps. Not exaggerating
Love this classic American diner! The breakfast items were incredible. Even the side of fruit was presented beautifully and was fresh and tasty. Plus? Perfect cappuccino! And look at this peanut butter shake, icing on the cake for our dining experience! Denise was very efficient and I was impressed at how well she handled multiple changes. Everyone should go here on your visit to NYC!
Dinner 24 is "Superb" i have never been to a Dinner with Such Classic scenery & a Beautiful Atmosphere look & Music also there Food was Phenomenal. OMG There Shakes are So Amazing best Shakes Ever! And you can Edit your own shakesand the Hospitality that came with the Service was Great i'd without a Shadow of a Doute will come back this is a Excellent Dinner. And there Carrot Cake is Amazing. 😁👍👍👍💯
We came at 10pm, hoping for a fill. The reviews do not lie, this is the best breakfast food I have ever had. I ordered the chocolate croissant french toast, my boyfriend ordered a burger. He said it compared to shake shack, and I would say my meal beats anything I’ve had. I’ve worked at two breakfast places, one of them being a diner! And out of all the meals I’ve had I would turn them down for a chance to eat here again. Adreana was amazing and provided excellent service despite the late night!!
Portions are insane. Definitely worth every dollar. The Apple smoked bacon is delicious! Crispy, thick and cooked to perfection. The red velvet waffle is insane with a strawberry crunch ice cream on top. I loved the virgin fruit punch slushy. The ice was perfect. Service was fast and courteous.
Daniel was a great server and made the visit very comfortable and fun for my kids . He always checked on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything while waiting other tables . I will definitely come back and recommend dinner 24 because of the service and great food
A true breakfast gem that woke me right up after a long red-eye flight. The coffee was smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed to kickstart the morning. I also tried the pineapple mimosa — a refreshing twist with just the right tangy kick. My omelet arrived hot and packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients that tasted homemade. Simple, satisfying, and full of comfort — this diner delivered everything I hoped for. So glad I finally checked it off my bucket list!
If you eat anywhere in NYC it has to be here! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is amazing really feeling like a traditional diner. The food is the best food we’ve had for our stay here. We got the chicken tenders and they were juicy, crispy and delicious. We also had one of their famous milkshakes and it did not disappoint. The price is incredibly reasonable. Absolutely amazing thank you!
The food was AMAZING, and what really stood out was Richard’s service. He was beyond friendly, super helpful, and brought such a positive, welcoming energy that completely made the ambiance. You can tell he truly cares about guests having a great experience. Thank you, Richard, for going above and beyond. Food & service 10/10!
We got there around 1pm on a Sunday as a 4 adults and 2 little ones group and we got a table within 10 min. The owner/manager (?) came to let us know about the time estimate several times while we were waiting which is nice. When we were seated, a server came immediately to take fill our glasses and get our drinks order. Drinks were served promptly. Our orders also came out in a timely manner and everything was excellent and fresh. Our party got smash burgers, a cobb salad, a chicken sandwich and two kiddies menus. Each plate was very generous, warm, freshly made. Kids plates are huge and I guess they could have shared one! The salad and its dressing were really great! We really enjoyed our meal and all staff were on top of everything despite having a very naughty toddler who misbehaved a lot by throwing things and making a mess. Everybody was helpful and friendly! Atmosphere was great, Xmas deco all over, nice background music. It was super busy and it had that old fashioned diner vibe that we were looking for. Pricing is fair for NYC and I made sure to tip 25% for great service. Overall an amazing experience!
We’ve been coming to this place because they have great food, great service, the workers are awesome, the atmosphere is amazing, the vibes and energy are just there. They need to do something with the waiting though. When it’s crowded and there’s a line which there is always a line, they need to ask for the customer’s name so there’s no confusion and there is no cutting. They have a waiting area which is a small space for everyone to wait so if you leave the area you may lose the spot which happened to me when I was there. So, the best thing is to take the customers name and everybody will be happy. Also, our waiter was horrible. He never checked up on us to ask how we were doing, if the food was ok, never offered us beverages. One waitress, Adriana, was wonderful. She wasn’t our waitress, but I think she noticed that we were being ignored by our own waiter. She was very nice to us. I just wished she was our waitress. So, keep up the good work Adriana!!
Jorge and Alfredo were amazing! The vibe here (on the night we went) was very old Hollywood and falling in love. It was so nice to have classic music and not only clean but nicely decorated atmosphere to enjoy our tasty dishes! The banana and strawberry waffle was MIND BLOWING! Our servers were so sweet and attentive! Can’t wait to come back.
The Servers inside Diner 24 are all really nice and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly each time I’ve dropped by there to eat. I hadn’t been there in almost a year until tonight but it was cool to see so many faces on the staff that I remembered. Brianna was the server I had on my most recent visit. I wish that I remembered the names of the other servers I’ve had here in past visits but they were all warm & attentive just like she was. The food here is excellent. I highly recommend the tomato soup as an appetizer and the Greek salad with grilled chicken is a huge portion that they bring out in a jar and mix it all up and then pour all the contents into a big bowl right in front of you. The menu has something for everybody. I’m happy that Manhattan has a spot like this
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Diner 24 NYC, and let me tell you, this is no ordinary diner, it’s an absolute gem that elevates the classic diner experience to a whole new level! Open 24 hours a day, this New York hotspot is a must-visit for anyone craving exceptional food and top-notch service at any hour. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The atmosphere buzzes with energy, and it’s clear why this place is always packed, reservations are highly recommended! The staff, particularly our servers Andres and Denisse, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness, genuine friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests. They ensured every dish was prepared exactly to our specifications, checking in with just the right balance of care and professionalism. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I both ordered the 12oz Smash Burger with fresh house fries, and it was a flavor explosion. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with taste, paired with crispy, golden fries that were clearly made with care. Our friend Chris opted for the Turkey Club, and we were blown away by how tender and juicy the turkey was, nothing like the dry, bland versions you often find elsewhere. The portions are incredibly generous, leaving us satisfied but already dreaming about our next visit. A huge shoutout to Stratis and the entire team at Diner 24 NYC for creating such a remarkable dining experience. This place isn’t just about great food; it’s about the warmth, the vibe, and the dedication to making every guest feel special. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and book a table at Diner 24 NYC, you won’t be disappointed!
24/7 is the ultimate 24/7 Diner in NYC to get my grub on when hunger strikes.. I am a 90's veteran of the old restaurant and 24/7 is the ultimate step into NY future. My buddy came for the weekend from ATL and 24/7 was the perfect foodie vibe to catch his flight back to the A. We happen to meet the owner and we recognized him because he was in 24/7 moving and shaking the coffee pot from table to table. It was pleasant seeing the owner in action-action. We will certainly be back-back.
We had a late lunch at this diner on the Sunday before New Years and the atmosphere is so fun and festive. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. Richard, our server, was very attentive and his happy smiling, face just added to the overall feel-good, festive experience. Looking forward to coming back here again and again!
First and foremost from the walk-in we were greeted and seated right away, Our server Richard was beyond attentive and overall showed us a good Dining experience . From helping us order and choose what we want to pick To creating good conversations between the customers, It’s been a while since I’ve had a great server like him. The food was very good and it came out very quickly surprisingly considering I ordered a skirt steak Which was a perfect medium well !! The ambience and the aesthetic of the place really brings it all together Especially with the holidays approaching. Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10 definitely will be returning and asking for Richard lol
Thank you Denise for amazing service and great recommendations. Lovely smile and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious 10/10. Milkshakes was so nice and great presentation. Burger and hot dog was large size and so so delicious, the only thing was bit salty, probably it’s just me. Thank you!!
“From the time we walk through the door my family and I were welcomed! Fatma was amazing! She went above and beyond! Today is my birthday and she made sure my family and I were seated properly and she also assigned an Amazing waiter named Nikki. Our food was delicious, and service was excellent!..Thank you all for making this moment memorable🌸🎉!..We will definitely be back!
Very good American food restaurant. We went on Christmas Day since it was one of the few restaurants open (it's open 24/7!) and we really liked it. The place is nice, with a classic American vibe. We ordered the burgers and they were honestly incredible, served with delicious fries. They also have many milkshakes on the menu that looked amazing, though we didn't try them. We liked it so much that we went back two days later. We had to wait in line for a bit to get in, and the service was a little slower than the first time. This time we ordered the footlong hot dogs, which were incredibly large and tasty. We definitely had two great experiences at this restaurant. The prices are reasonable for being in Manhattan and for the type of food they serve.

Great diner. The best salad with shrimp I ever had! Great service and very clean. You won't be disappointed!
Delicious food in old-school diner size portions; gracious service; very reasonable prices. Great experience.

DO NOT ORDER THE GRILLED CHEESE! We had 4 great drinks, reasonably attentive waiter, and solid smash burgers. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese was terrible. I think it’s on a bagel? The bread was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Possibly an old bagel? This was disappointing because a grilled cheese is such a diner staple. The tomato soup looked beautiful, but was also not so tasty.
This is probably one of my most anticipated reviews of the year as I have wanted to try this place for a while now. Their shakes and stretchy mozzarella dishes were on my radar, but that trifecta is what I was gunning for! We were seated very quickly on a Friday night which is impressive as we came at a popular hour; the service was quick and we were offered drinks pretty fast. We started with the Mozzarella rectangles which had a cheese pull for DAYS. I was a little nervous that they came in Chilli oil as I am not a spice person, but it was not overpowering at all. The ranch on the side went perfectly with it and this was better than any mozzarella stick dish I have had in recent days. Given that this menu is huge, it says a lot that I would come back and order the same thing for my appetizer. On to the main courses, I was no match for this trifecta as it was huge, but delicious. I love the eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and caramelized onions on there; while it made for a messy bite, every bite was delicious. Not that there wasn’t enough on the burger, but since it is called the trifecta, shouldn’t it have 3 eggs on it instead of 2? It ended up falling apart and I had to eat some of it with a fork, however it was still one of the best smash burgers I had in years. I will say that the burger was 39 dollars which is steep because I did finish it all in one meal, but I did not mind as this menu item was on my radar for a while like I said before. I would be a tad more satisfied if this burger fed 2 people for that price, but I was quite hungry. One thing I noticed is the food flew out super fast which is a pro; our main courses came out before we were half way done with our appetizer. I would suggest waiting a little bit until we are closer to finishing our first dish before bringing out those monster burgers, but that is not a huge deal. One semi let down was the fries; they were okay, but nothing special and definitely not the best diner fries I've had. The burger goes up there with some of the best, but the fries do not stand up there with it in my opinion. If they were a little more salty, seasoned, and flavorful this meal would have been perfect. They were a little on the bland side, but definitely a level up from fast food fries. All of this said, this restaurant is definitely worth the hype and I would love to come back. Unfortunately I was full and unable to fit one of their amazing looking shakes into my meal, but will make an effort to leave some room next time. I also loved the holiday atmosphere; this was my first time here but I have seen how they decorate for the different seasons/holidays which is quite festive. The only reason I have not been here sooner is because it is in a part of the city that is tough for me to get to; if this diner was in my town, I would be here every week at least. It does not matter what I am in the mood for, this place serves breakfasts, lunches, and dinner food at all hours which is clutch. I would highly recommend anyone in the area who likes diner food to stop by as it is a nice customer friendly experience.
The host was welcoming & we were sat fairly quickly. SHOUTOUT to NICKY, our server; so nice and attentive! They have delicious Frozen Rose drinks (different flavors available.) We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks with a cheese pull (not as impressive as their videos online but still flavorful.) I ordered the Oreo Pancakes & my Bestie ordered the Chicken Parm entree. Both delicioso! My friend and I agreed we would return!
Went to this diner 2 weeks ago with my friends and we had a great time. We all really liked the vibes of this place as well as the music. Now, the food I don’t think it was the best. We all ordered different things and agreed that the food was not that special. The home fried I ordered were bad. I only ended up eating the omelet. The Oreo waffles though, were really delicious. Service was okay.
went at 10PM on a saturday night. the food was good but our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind the staff. It was also a bit more expensive than expected, and they were out of chocolate milkshakes which was a bit disappointing. the vibe inside is very cute though so it makes for a good date/hangout spot
I looked this place up & it seemed promising. There are definitely pros & cons. Final take: check it out if you’re nearby. — service was on point, friendly & attentive staff — cool diner ambiance, with a Photo Booth too! — food was okay, waffle kinda burnt & omelette undersalted — the coffee tasted burnt but the OJ was great! — it’s open 24 hours so super convenient

Sad to say my experience this time around was not up to par.. ordered what I usually get (chicken fingers), but when they came back from the kitchen, they looked completely different from usual, almost like they were pre-made. I had asked our waitress if the recipe had changed, since I had been a week prior and they were normal, and she said that they “did look a little different” but were “made from the same ingredients.” Just a little disappointed this time around, but turnaround on food was great as usual and our server was nice! (photo on left from website, photo on right from today)
The staff here was very friendly and made me feel at home. I wish I could say the food was delicious, but maybe I didn't make the right selection. The cappuccino was luke warm, the pancake had a different taste, and the strawberry on the oatmeal didn't appear to be properly washed. I do love the diner vibe and appreciate the staff.
I’ll be the most honest New Yorker to write a review. The diner has a nice set up and great service. Very attentive and making sure we’re okay and if we like the food. We got a Oreo snores milkshake and it was awesome. Very full to share among 3-4 people. The only problem is the food. We each ordered something different and yet they still tasted bland, no seasoning at all. Just a whole combination of blandness, unappetizing textures, and a lack of fresh flavor. Quite literally like hospital food. The only good thing was the milkshake and fries. I wouldn’t come back here for the food at all unless milkshakes, probably not even that too. It costs $120 for three people, price was never a problem, but to be that expensive for food that tasted like nothing is honestly insane.
I'd never heard of Diner 24 until a few weeks ago while watching the news during the NYC mayoral election. The neon lights and retro decor captivated me as the new owner described the comeback story they had experienced when it seemed the curtains would be drawn forever. He discussed the possibility of new locations, including one for the Upper West Side, but only if Mamdani's plans didn't harm small businesses. As he spoke, I salivated over the images of massive milkshakes and exceptional diner dishes that hypnotized and beckoned me to come soon. When I woke up around 3 AM with nowhere to go, I knew this place would be the spot. We mulled around until 6 AM and headed out. This was a steep trip from Uptown, so I was all in. When we walked up, the lights and the outside were precisely what was needed in the AM to get the blood going. It was welcoming, and the retro vibe rang my bell for someone who is a diner connoisseur. We walked in, and needless to say, there was no line. I can imagine that later on a Saturday, it may be challenging to get in. They seated us immediately and gave excellent service with a smile. We battled between the pigs in a blanket and the BBQ lamb short ribs, only to learn they had neither for the appetizer. The waitress explained that there were many things they did not have, an entire list. She noted some items were discontinued. Since I was primarily there for the shake and did not want to get the lobster roll because of its enormous portion shown in the images, I opted for fries so I could guzzle the drink. My friend ordered the jalapeaño grilled cheese and fries—diner food, of course. Our order arrived, and although the fries appeared to be my favorite, Ore Ida crinkles, they were half-cooked, with some frozen, and mainly small pieces. The grilled cheese was on low-quality bread, maybe Rainbow or something, and it was not cheddar, but nacho cheese. The slaw was bitter and flavorless with limp pickles on the side. I asked for honey mustard, and they brought a dollop of Dijon with plain mustard in the center. All wasn't lost, the Reese's shake was great! They weren't stingy and even brought the rest on the side. It was beautiful and tasty. I will return later one day to try the lobster roll, since the morning hours may not be the best time to dine. Usually, I look at reviews before I go somewhere. This time, I did so after we arrived to make sure I wasn't being too brutal—the food is generally meh. Notably, the service consistently earns above-average marks, and I have no complaints. They were a bit rattled when they had to keep telling us what they didn't have, but they were still pleasant. The last thing the owner should worry about is Mamdani's reign. He definitely needs to focus on food quality if he wants to move Uptown. Diner 24 has all the pieces of a great dinner, but they are scattered across the table. I want this place to be great, and since a 24-hour diner is a midnight or early-morning necessity, I will give it another try. But for today, it was a hard no. Diner 24 gets three stars because the shake was absolutely amazing, the staff were great, and they are doing the best they can with what they have. Still, the owner definitely needs to prioritize food quality. This place could be a city gem.
I will be honest, the experience was good. The servers were top-notch. They were very, very attentive and caring, always asking if everything was going well and how we liked our food. The service is no joke. Everyone was amazing and kind. Unfortunately, the food was sad. My burger looked flattened like pressed down flat. The meat on the burger was dry 😅. The chicken fingers were the driest! They were very dry; I'm glad we had a large side of sauce to dip them in. That milkshake was legendary! They totally went all out on it, but it was a bit much for me personally. Super sweet, but they loaded it with toppings.
I saw high reviews so we went. But the service was just OK. The Diner was half full. We sat at the front, all 7 of us. This place is a great diner for families with kids. But the service was alright. They ran out of syrup needed for a Shirley Temple, so they said a Strawberry Lemonade would be a good substitute. However, we all finished eating and they never brought out their drinks for 2 of my kids. No one even bothered to tell us 30min later that they ran out of Strawberry syrup needed to make the lemonade was finished. They sent someone to go buy it. It was ONLY after I asked that they told me they had to go buy something they needed to make the drinks. They served 3 of my kids and my wife and I our food but my last 2 kids didnt get their food until 15min after the rest of us did. I had to find the server and ask again. For a place that is half full, server should have checked in with us more knowing that drinks were missing and food. The atmosphere was very Christmasy which we liked. The food had some hit and misses. Their rice was underwhelming in the Fajitas. There was wayy too much of the milkshake given to us for 1 order. They even gave us the metal Shaker user to make it which was 3/4 full. Its like they made 2 shakes for 1 order. It was good diner food with a nice atmosphere. Update/Response: Choosing to get needed ingredients after it runs out, well done. Where did you read I said kids got their food early when I clearly said 2 of them did NOT. I forgot about all the little flies that kept flying around our table. The young lady at the front door was a stellar host. Very thoughtful and welcoming. I wouldn't want to come back here again, good thing I dont live nearby.

Terrible. The music was blaring extremely loud. The waiter did turn it down for a while, but then they turned it back up for a birthday song and never turned it back down. We had to scream to each …
Diner24 serves large portions of bland food. service was slapdash. The manager, in particular, was rude and hostile to a member of our table. I will not return.
Pleasant diner that opened about 2024 in great corner location, disappointing, seemingly unprepared for public opening, entrees mostly unavailable from menu, ventured on the easier classic mushroom omelet which took over 40min. to be served, with dark burnt home fries, food temperature was adequately warm, many staff but hesitant to serve. I spoke to the owner/server with comment that I'd return after 3 months to see if they will do better! Then I realized, never would I spend again on a diner with my worst experience in 2024.
I had a terrible experience at Diner 24 and will not be returning. While I understand it was New Year’s, I was seated IMMEDIATELY, there was little to no wait, and by 8 a.m. the diner was MOSTLY empty, so being busy was not an excuse. There were flies flying all around me and, even worse, in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Communication was poor, and I did not receive what I originally ordered. On top of that, the food itself was horrible. The service was inattentive and unbothered, with no sense of urgency or effort to properly address the issues. This place is over-hyped in my opinion, and I will not be returning. Waste of money$$
I have no idea how this place has this rating. The burger was absolutely horrible. Dry, not smashed but more formed thin, the bun was stale to a point where it felt insulting, the add on mushroom can costing 7 dollars and in a side plate and tasted like vomit. The steak sandwich.. from the first 2 bites i wanted to stop eating. Skirt steak overcooked and even worse, cut WITH the grain, i chewed and chewed until i had neck pain. The bread was better but soaked in garlic butter so overwhelming. It was the second day on the job for the waiter and it showed. The mushroom came 12 minute after the burger even though it was supposed to be inside. We thought the plates came with coleslaw ,they came with fries instead. We wanted to try the mulkshakes but we skipped it because we literally left half of the food because it's bad. Terrible experience.
