The owner Guy and his wife make this feel like a home. The food is amazing and atmosphere perfect for a first coffee date, catching up with old friends, or just sitting with a book to some great coffee and strong playlists.
Amazing food! The French toast is the stuff dreams are made of… And the potato bureka is incredible! Homemade tahini cookies also are a must!
I was there earlier today and had their kebab platter. It was served fresh, loaded with lots of flavor and overall very delicious! I also had a latte which was great as well. The ambiance is very charming and the service was great too. The owner is very nice and easy to chat with as well. All in all, 5/5 stars.
The food was amazing and all the staff were really sweet. I’ve been there twice in the summer and they had a great jazz band. highly recommend !!
Great food, great music, great vibes. They have at least one outlet. Note they ask you to only work with a laptop for an hour max Friday-Sunday too accommodate for other patrons
My favorite coffee place in East Village! The tuna avocado panini is unmatched as well as the service. The staff is VERY friendly and kind. I love you, guys. Stop here for coffee and my sandwich every time I'm in the neighborhood. And I still keep your sticker in my wallet :) Your logo is very cute and brings me good memories.
Obsessed. How have I been living in the east village for 11 years and only discovering the magic of b cup now?!? Perfect spot for tahini date shakes on a hot day or shnitzel lunch. Iced tea and lemonade is amazing as is their Israeli breakfast. We now go several times a week. Absolutely delicious food, you feel like you’re in Tel Aviv.. on Avenue B ;)
B Cup Cafe is a hidden gem with a truly unique vibe. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, personality, and the smell of amazing coffee. The staff are super friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do you can feel it in every interaction and every cup they serve. Their coffee? Top notch. Rich, smooth, and made with serious attention to detail. The food is fresh and flavorful the kind of dishes you’d expect from a place that actually cares. I had [insert favorite dish if relevant e.g., "the avocado toast with poached eggs"], and it was easily one of the best I've had in the city. The ambiance is cozy yet creative perfect for a quiet morning with a book, a catch-up with a friend, or even a casual work session. You can tell this isn’t just another generic cafe B Cup has character. Definitely worth the detour. Support local, and don’t miss out on this place!
Charming cafe in the East village. My friend and I had some time to kill before heading to the airport and decided to stop here for breakfast. I ordered a regular latte and an almond croissant. My friend got a caramel latte and a slice of banana bread. Both were delicious! The cafe has several milk and flavoring options for coffee as well as a larger breakfast menu if you want more than a quick snack. The barista who helped us was very kind. He even offered to help charge my friend’s phone behind the counter. There are some tables that are designated only for dining and say something along the lines of “laptop free zone,” but I can’t remember exactly. Another customer came in with their dog to order and then left. I assume this means the cafe is pet friendly. There was a sign in the cafe that said one hour limit for each table so we stayed for almost an hour and then headed on our way. Overall, a calm cafe with a variety of foods.
This place is a neighborhood GEM! My egg & ciabatta sandwich was insanely delicious. They have a great selection of breakfast items, bagels, sandwiches, and salads. 🥯 If you are working here - they have a printer, wifi, and plenty of seating.💻 They have a water station & bathroom. ❤️ Check this spot out!
B Cup Cafe is a homey, casual, loungy, and non-pretentious spot. It has phenomenal natural lighting, tasteful exposed brick inside, and varied seating. Great natural lighting: half the space features floor to ceiling windows. Variety of seating: if you’re lucky, you can snag a spot on the two couches in the back nook. There’s also a few padded seats in the main area. Cafe square tables like the inside, bar stool seating lines the windows, and if you any to soak up the sun, there’s even 5/6 patio spots. The drip coffee is surprisingly very solid. They didn’t show the beans they use or know the brand of the roasters, but they did know it was from Colombia: a medium roast. The coffee was a medium dark roast: actually ended up being highly drinkable and quite chocolatey. Great casual vibes here: hang-out, read a book, grab a bite, chat it up, maybe bust out the laptop. Additional amenities: indie music bops, bathroom, and water on tap. Drip coffee score: 4/5. Everything else score: 5/5. Overall Score: 5/5.
haven’t tried the coffee here, yet. did stop in to grab a snack. ended up getting an Inbal's Peanut Butter Cookie. it was really good, very peanut buttery, and not overly sweet. there’s a huge menu of both savory and sweet items as well as a full coffee menu. cafe closes by 4:30 pm each day. there’s a good amount of seating. well clean. well maintained. welcoming decor. service is friendly.
This place is charging $1.00 extra for oat milk. They are using Oatly brand (and not even the barista blend version). Like what year is it?? My latte was $8 and ~fine~. Cashier was friendly.
