First time trying salads here and the chimichurri salad was good! The proportion of the meat with the greens was just right. Dressing was just ok but it was still delicious. Staff was really nice too. Everything was prepared fresh and on-site.

This was my second time here. It's very clean and modern on the inside. The line moved quickly and the staff was very friendly. A base salad with no meat starts at $9.99 with 4 toppings. Any meat will cost u about $3 more. They have a variety of dressings and the staff chops the salad for you. It's a good tasting salad even though the price is a bit high. Wish they had sandwich/soup and salad combos now that Hale and Hearty closed!

The calorie information next to the menus really helped me. However, there are several downs I experienced visiting this location. The custom salad pricing has no big difference with the usual menus, and I think the salad base should be down priced a little. I have had other ingredients get mixed with my salad sometimes, and I didn't like that. One big thing would be the service consistency. The server did not ask if I wanted the recommended dressing, and he directly squeezed it without even asking how much. I think about the environment a lot, so maybe the plastic lid wouldn't be such a great option, and having to separate them when recycling.

I truly wish the staff made their delivery orders correctly because the food is good. I’ve been ordering since May, out of 15 salad orders, 10 of them have 2 or more MISSING toppings that’s I’ve paid extra for. Customer service acts like they can’t doing anything about it but if the staff did their job properly, there’s no need for correcting & RE-DELIVERING a salad order. Very few ways to mess up a salad order, that just means the staff could care less about the customer’s satisfaction because they don’t have to look you in the face when they send a half-assed food order out. I’ve added a picture of a salad they delivered WITHOUT ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS I ASKED FOR & PAID EXTRA FOR!

Absolutely disgusting, and I never leave reviews. It used to be a good one in Westchester. But this one was absolutely horrible they forgot my second protein, one of my proteins were steak which was awful and chewy with a lot of fat. I asked for a kale salad and got romaine lettuce just terrible!!

This has got to be the worst chicken salad I’ve ever had in my 60 years being alive. The chicken was burnt, they didn’t add the avocado, no vinaigrette Salad was warm.they plated it horribly I would not suggest anyone ever eat anything from this place. How do yall survive on Sullivan street? I’m a foodie and this was not food
