Amazing chicken, generous portions. The burgers are very good as well. This may appear to be fast food but everything is cooked to order. You may have to wait a little longer than you would at Macky D's or the Colonel's place but you will taste the difference. Sides may be hit or miss. I've only had French fries and Cole slaw, the fries were good, the slaw, so-so. Very nice people - great prices.

I was traveling in china in May and really missed the fried chicken in the neighborhood. I was so surprised that I found this place. I got the crispy chicken burger and 3 piece tenders. The fried chicken is exactly like the one I had in china! It's so crispy and tender. The meat is juicy and when you tear it, the meat just cames off easily. The bun is soft and ingredients are incredibly fresh. They make everything to order so when your food comes out, it is piping hot. The lady in the front is so hospitable and nice. The store is open by a family and the service is phenomenal. This is my second time here and I will keep coming back. I can easily say the fried chicken here is easily one of the best I’ve had in NYC.

I absolutely love this place! I come here almost every time — not just for the food, but because the people here are genuinely amazing. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family. The atmosphere feels warm and personal every time I visit. And their chicken? So unique and flavorful you can really tell they put care into what they serve. Highly recommend!!!

This place is super solid for casual takeout fried chicken. I got the Signature Chicken Combo 3pc with Chicken Skewers as a side ($12). The chicken skewers is a great option as a side, and tasted as good as authentic skewers. The fried chicken was amazing too - it was super crispy on the outside and insanely juicy in the inside too. For a casual takeout place, this blew me away. They also give you plastic gloves for the chicken, which is a really nice addition. Also, 3 pieces of chicken, 2 chicken skewers, a biscuit, and a soda for $12 is insane value, especially in NYC.

This is the best chicken money can buy. I love this place. Chicken burger SPICY. Order it. Not too spicy but the kick is there. unreal .. bun is soft. Chicken is actually so crispy, so juicy, insanely tender, flavor is delectable. You can hear the crunch on every bite of that sandwich. Mouthwatering. Everything is cooked to order. Fries are hot and crispy no sogginess detected. Sauces are delicious. Service is consistently friendly and amazing. They make everything to order so allow a couple minutes wait time for walk in orders/pickup. Local gem.

Haven't had a fried chicken burger that didn't feel like I was actively clogging my arteries until now. This burger was SO good. All their chicken is fried to order, so you get it absolutely fresh, it doesn't taste greasy at all. The burger had a nice spicy kick without it being too overwhelming. The chicken tenders were really chrispy as well. Staff was really nice too, they were helpful in explaining what's popular, making sure to ask preferences for cooking and checking in while I was eating there. They also had a fun game promotion going on that could potentially win you a free meal. I will definitely be back for another meal

A great spot that you should visit if you’re in the area and hungry! They marinade their chicken (super crispy, juicy and flavorful) and they make the syrups for the lemonades too. The strawberry lemonade was one of the best I’ve had. The crispy chicken sandwich was phenomenal. I got the combo with a side (fries) and a drink. The sweet chili mayo was tasty too. The employees were great as well 🙌

Hands down best fried chicken joint in NYC! All their chicken is freshly breaded and the food is always really hot and fresh. Their crispy sandwich burger is juicy with a soft bun. The fried wings are some of the best I've ever had! They have a ton of other options as well. They are also open late into the night all week and are priced very reasonably! The place is run by a family who always serve you with a smile and seem genuinely very hard working! We enjoy dining in because of their friendly service.

I'm a first-time visitor here, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The spicy fried chicken burger and grilled wings were standouts - absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back for more.

So far I like the chicken tenders and popcorn chicken best. Overall I'd say the normal sized bone in fried chicken is good. The takoyaki and the fried calamari is okay. Honestly I'm not sure how the fries are yet, I eat it last after stuffing myself with fried chicken. So I'm too full to judge. A small place with some seating. I wouldn't say it's amazing, but it's good. I'm going to go a few more times to try it out. Edit- -The cheeseburger is a normal burger, the bun is soft and it taste good. -I really like the chicken skewers. -I thought the chicken nuggets were just okay, but that might just be me being too full by the time I got to it.

Hit late at night after going out. Fried chicken sandwich was very crispy and hot. Not much flavor without the sauces tho, but it costs extra for sauce. Not as good as Jollibee or CFA

((4.25 stars)) did a pickup order from Crispy Burger for dinner back in December, 2024--i know, i know i type slow or life happens or some mix of events prevents you from getting things done on time. anyway, this very much is a fried chicken place--fried chicken by the piece (wings, thighs, breasts, or drumsticks) or nuggets, fried chicken burgers, and variety of sides like fries. onion rings, and more. they do burgers, grilled chicken sands as well as fried fish sandwiches but the focus is on the fried BIRD! little bit of wait when i went to pick up my order but i do think the food here is made to order, so it's not like they are just warming up pre-made food. and the from-scratch approach makes for a good Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which is what I ordered via a food app. the sandwich is accurately described on their menu as "fresh hand breaded chicken, with secret mayonnaise, and lettuce on a buttered toasted Martin's potato bun." the chicken piece is super crispy because it is heavily breaded and really locks in the seasoning's flavor and juiciness of the chicken. the flavorful fried chicken patty is anything but dry bc they are using dark or thigh meat, i believe... i opted for the spicy option which just adds a little bit of heat and additional flavor but it's still fairly mild heat-wise. the mayo or aioli sauce couples nicely with the fried chicken piece along with the crunch of the lettuce and the soft toasted potato roll. overall, a good satisfying sandwich that is a cut above the rinse-and-repeat of an okay chicken sandwiches from huge fast food places. the staff isn't very chatty, but they seem busy getting your food ready as quickly as possible. the space is really really small but colorful and cleanly maintained. there weren't any tables and chairs when i was here bc it has more of a delivery/takekout vibe. overall, this place serves enjoyable comfort food via a menu that centers around fried chicken and ain't nothing wrong with that!
