This resturant the ladys are very rude if you dont speak spanish they will rush you. I am allergic to chicken, i asked for a cheese empanada and when i got home it was a chicken empanada i bit into.in my entire order i ordered no meat and was still given the wrong item. Unacceptable.

Most horrible experience. I ordered oxtails $22 only meat. I received a container of gravy and bones. Any meat that was on the bones was just fat. I called and complained and was told that the meat was too soft. It was not even that favorable. I also ordered the tamarind juice. I could not even drink it. Tasted fermented and was way too sweet. Will never order from here again. I don’t even understand how it came up to $43. Ruined my Friday evening.

I paid $10 for this lunch delicious. But the price of it, it's so expensive, i got wide rice with beans and cow meat. And they literally gave me 2 pieces of meat.

Yesterday was my frist time buying food from this restaurant the person who served me took some pieces of meat out of my order the potatoes salad sticks take a picture when they show you your order I was surprised to see what got four pieces of meat for 4.00 dollars when I saw it has more pieces the four check your order before you leave

Ordered a dominican breakfast, it was bland. I asked the lady what my options were for meat and she just pointed and shrugged. They seem to be rude to black people so beware. Polanco up the block has way better Spanish food, prices and customer service.

I'm so upset about the money I just spent in there, in a way it's my fault because it can be very hit or miss with them. Today 11-22-2023 literally A DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving I stopped in there to pick up "three trays of food" because who's cooking tonight? I was surprised my total was $32.00 especially for the small trays I just ordered, as there are other Dominican restaurants in area that have specific prices for the "lunch tray" as I could've understood if I purchased the large tray. When I arrived home & took the food out the bag I was instantly angry. The two beef stew orders had POUNDS of rice inside with FOUR LITTLE PIECES OF BEEF AND TWO TINY PIECES OF CARROT, THE SECOND BEEF STEW TRAY HAD EVEN LESS! THE other tray is Pernil which looks like it needed to be cooked longer! WHEN I TELL YOU IM SO MAD THAT IT WAS ALMOST $40 for happy meals & undercooked meat. I'm HOT! So angry! Honestly? I really don’t know how they’re still open.

I don't know if they don't want to work or what is going on, but I just went in, and they said they only take cash; however, in the front window are listed the cards they accept. I wasted my time coming here for lunch.

I was giving this location one more chance to hopefully change My opinion of them but after today 9-3-22, I, We will never order again from here. They charge Us for sweet bananas, ordered only because they said We needed to add to our order because it was Below the total for a delivery?. And we called back to tell them we didn't receive Our sweet bananas only to be treated as a liar. Incredible!!!.
