Service and atmosphere was great. I ordered Mongolian beef and lo mein. Keith is an excellent server. My rating for the food is 2 stars because the beef was dry and lo mein was as well. I liked the flavor only for the price, in my opinion they need a new chef. My girl Stormy went with me 😃
This was my first time visiting, and I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. Beth and Daja greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. They introduced me to Alex at the bar, who crafted a refreshing Sunrise cocktail that was out of this world. I started with the pork dumplings appetizer—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and a great way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I had the Mongolian Trio Platter over white rice, featuring chicken, steak, and shrimp—all seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I finished with a slice of key lime pie that was absolutely delicious. Overall, a 10/10 experience. The staff, atmosphere, and food were all exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning
My girlfriend and I did an impromptu birthday lunch! Keith, our waiter, was amazing! He catered to all of our particular needs, with enthusiasm and professionalism. And he brought out dessert with a big sparkling candle; they sang and she rang the gong!! We had a blast. It was very celebratory and she was ecstastic. Thanks Keith! See you next time!
Jesse was amazing ! He made my experience wonderful, food was great I had sesame chicken and fried rice it was perfect . Also my lychee martinis were bomb ! I would definitely come back to this location again .
I loved my recent experience at P.F. Chang’s. Jesse was a great server! His energy is so contagious and positive and inspiring. My food was lovely too! Will definitely be back.
The food was delicious and everything was really good. The service was excellent as well — Jessy was very friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Great service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Service was great and fast. Alex the bartender made sure I had a great experience, very nice person, he made me a drink that was very flavorful that I enjoyed 🍓❤️food was great, and the manager made sure the guest were doing okay. Def recommend stopping by. 💖
I was at this Union Square location and served by Michael. He welcomed me as soon as I sat down. He came back later, explained the menu and then helped me to scrutinize it. He brought me water and told me to let him know whenever I was ready to order. I really appreciated that because as I am an experienced diner, PF Chang’s menu was new to me. Michael came back, I ordered my lunch, Mongolian beef with a side of a hot and sour soup. I also ordered a glass of wine. Michael told me PF C has a special 1/2 price of a bottle of wine. That saved me money but I was taken aback how nice and thoughtful Michael was. Mongolian beef was really tasty. The H&S soup was ok. All in all, the meal was delicious. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere was excellent. I would come back again. I higher recommend it. Sit in Michael’s station.
This restaurant has more of a luxury Asian vibe with an amazing ambiance and excellent friendly service. Big portions, delicious flavor, and great drinks. Everything here is satisfying and full of flavor.
Jesse was a great service, very hospitable. The food as always was solid and delicious. Definitely worth a visit! The interior is looking a little worn though - and am sad they took out the tree!
Me and my partner came here for dinner before they closed, the service was the fastest i think I’ve ever experienced, waiter and waitress were really nice. California roll was absolutely to die for. The orange chicken was the best I’ve had and fried rice was fantastic. 10/10 experience I recommend. It is on the expensive side but I still think it’s worth it. If you have the money to go, don’t waste your time thinking about it.
Came to P.F. Chang's randomly and it truly turned out to be one of the best possible outcomes I have had in a while. Great atmosphere, amazing food and presentation, drinks were spot on and delightful, and the kind gesture to sing my friend a "Happy Birthday" was the icing on the cake. Our server Melissa was exceptional. What an amazing waitress. Was kind and welcoming, wonderful knowledge of the menu and great recommendations. P.F. has now been added to our rotation of upcoming restaurants in the future. Thank once again for such a memorable moment.
Amazing Solo Experience at P.F. Chang’s I’ve been to this P.F. Chang’s before, but today I came alone—and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I ordered the orange chicken and a strawberry margarita, and everything was delicious. What made it even better was how comfortable and welcomed I felt. I didn’t even feel like I was dining alone because the staff was so attentive and friendly. Huge shoutout to Q, Lexus and Danny—they were amazing the entire time. They checked in just the right amount, made great recommendations, and genuinely made the experience feel special. Definitely recommending this location to anyone, whether you’re coming with friends or solo. I’ll be back for sure!
Came here for a Friday afternoon lunch and had an amazing dining experience. My server, Keith, was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated the calm atmosphere of this location. Would definitely come again!
I throughly enjoyed my experience at this P F Chang's in Union Square area. It had very nice atmosphere and a warm reception upon entering the establishment. Our server Lexis was very pleasant and gave us great customer service.I had the Mongolian Tofu with brown rice....Chefs kiss. The food was DEEEEEEEEEEELIOUS!!!! I love when they are attentive. I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!
The atmosphere of this place is really selling it for me. The overall vibe is calm and jazzy, perfect for enjoying some nice Italian cuisine. Highly recommend this as your first stop for New York City pizza.
My friend told me that the pizza here is life changing. I was thinking, Little Italy’s?? Like the ones all over the city?? Well let me tell you they were not wrong, this location in specific, Little Italy’s the Third, had one MEAN SLICE!!! Got a plain and a pepperoni just to try out the classics and see the hype. Y’all the crust on this pizza was the thinnest I have EVER seen. Like i’m honestly impressed that they even achieved something so thin. Literally thinner than paper I couldnt believe it. Flavor of both was good, great hold and crisp. But just look at the dark char on the bottom. THAT is the color I like to see!!! The outer crust was especially crispy and delicious too.
What can I say… Little Italy III pizza hits every time — Whether you’re drunk or just heading home from a long day of work. They are always there for you. Even ready with a handy to-go vessel for 1. Today I got the Pepperoni. While it was good, was a bit salty for me. Overall it hit the spot. After months of “Pending Grade”, thrilled to see they are back at A status!
I’ve found this place just walking around the city with friends. We were hungry and in the mood for some New York pizza. I got a pepperoni 🍕 and a white slice with garlic knots. It was all delicious. Today I was in the city again and had to stop and taste their Sicilian. I got a corner slice of course. They are very generous with their cheese and their sauce which made it even more delicious. The crust was crunchy and tasty as well.
sooOoo my husband introduced me to SQAURE pizza for the first time not to long ago, and specifically from this pizza place, ITS SO GOOD! each crunch is perfection ✨ every pepperoni is tasty 🍕 and each red pepper 🌶️ flake is SPICYY, this pizza is SO GOOD, and i love my husband for introducing me too this pizza world 🌎
Right to the point. Yes, yes, yes. It's an alrivera approved. The staff is unbeliveable. The service and attention to the customer is top notch. 100%, 100%. Maybe the best pizza spot in NewYork, and coming from this Bronx Boy, that is staying a lot. Fantastic in every way from the food, service to the ocation. Get off the train at Union Square and get your person to Little Italy Pizza. The scilians, yes plural because I had four and counting. They blew me away. The pizzas and garlic knocks are 100% alrivera approved. The huge menu selection is a killer. I ate here three days straight, twice a day and shall make this spot a alrivera approved favorite. Little Italy Pizza III is alrivera approved and approved and approved. Forget the rest and eat at the best. I am taking my own recommendation and coming back tonight. Little Italy Pizza has an alrivera approved best ten in the world. See you there. Don't wait and enjoy the best. Alrivera approved.
you know what, my pizza was excellent. hot, crispy, fresh basil. i’ve been walking by this place for weeks and finally had time to stop in on my way to class. well worth it. only tried the margarita but would for sure try others. pizza price is a great deal. soda/drinks are $3+ …so, typical for new york
My favorite spot for a quick NY pizza in the city. Don’t expect 5star service but it’s quick and efficient. The pizza itself is absolutely delicious. Whether you’re in a rush, or want to enjoy a quick bite by sitting down, I don’t mind driving from the other side of the city for their pizzas
the food was good but could be better, however, the service was AMAZING! everyone was so attentive and kind. our server Angie was fantastic! constantly checked on us and made sure we were well taken care of. will def come back and try other dishes and make sure everyone knows about Angie :)
We dined at P.F. Chang's in January and had the pleasure of being served by Lexus, who truly made our experience exceptional! As a picky eater, I appreciated her patience and attentive listening. Her recommendations were spot on, and I enjoyed trying new dishes thanks to her guidance. While the food was decent, Lexus's welcoming personality and outstanding service made our evening memorable. We'll definitely return, and I look forward to being served by her again!
This is one of my favorite pizza spots around 14 street. I like how the crust is crispy and you can see that on the bottom. I like to get the BBQ chicken and add hot sauce and cheese on top. I get the garlic knots when I’m feeling big back. The service is pretty smooth unless it’s hectic. The staff are pretty good at their job. Atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes homeless people may linger around or sit inside while you’re eating.
Little Italy Pizza III near Union Square provided me with by far the best slices of pizza that I had in my touristy tour of pizzerias downtown. The crust was a marvel to behold with it being razor-thin, thinner than most any pizza I’ve had, but crispy and foldable. The crust alone was something to be celebrated, but the sauce had wonderful flavor and consistency. It wasn’t the cheap, pasty, overly seasoned stuff that the other tourist traps were using. And the cheese just complemented the whole thing being just a little greasy – in a good way. If you’re in the touristy areas and don’t have time for a sit down meal but want a quality NYC NY style pizza experience this is the place to go!
Super practical pizza stop in a busy are, prices on all ranges and they provide dressing and spices for their slides. They are quite frequent for the alumni of The Universities around Union Square, you can get whole pies or even the classic cheese slice combo 2 slices with pop for around $6 dollars. It’s a deal hard to beat around those lands. While the place is small it does provides some sitting inside but having Union Square Park around is so easy to grave your slice and walk to greener pastures. The consistency of the pizza dough is more on the crunch Side. Great option for something on the fly.
Last night was a very distasteful experience after eating there for years, while bringing family and friends, and supporting that establishment. I ordered 3 regular slices and 1 buffalo slice (the last one they had) for my son (5) and I. I then ordered 2 pepperoni slices to go for my son and requested a BOX for the slices, since the brown bag they placed it in had an oil leakage the moment they handed it to me. After placing the 2 slices in the box, they guys behind the counter made a loud announcement for everyone including myself to hear, by telling me that the little box are for 3+ slices. As if I didn’t already purchased 4 slices moments before purchasing 2 more slices, spending over $24. They watched my son and I eating our slices and had the audacity to fix their mouths to tell me some bs. We were also there the night before (Halloween night) and I spent about $16. That was one of our favorite pizza places since he started growing teeth in his mouth and that was about 5 years ago. As a big foodie there are so many better pizza places that aren’t overpriced with rough crispy bottoms. I used to order large pies with different toppings to go and take it back to the Bronx. I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again‼️The only thing that held me back from putting them in their places is the fact that I had a blunt to block out any negativity including my whining son. They definitely would’ve heard my mouth if I wasn’t relaxed 🧘🏽. I’ve always greeted them with respect and for some odd reason they always seemed to be snobbish, but will give their fair skinned customers the upmost respect no matter how nasty some are, cool. A small ssa PIZZA BOX was the last straw ✌🏽.
For a place with such a pretty ambiance and somewhat high prices, the food and service were overall disappointing. When we first walked into the restaurant, we were excited to try everything - but the hostess didn’t even acknowledge us. She was on the phone, but she could’ve at least glanced over or nodded to let us know she saw us. Instead, we stood there awkwardly until what seemed to be a bartender came over and silently pointed at seats. No greeting, no “hi,” no welcome, not even a smile. It was a strange first impression, but we were hungry, so we brushed it off. The menu felt a bit all over the place. The wine glasses were dirty, unpolished, and had visible stains. We ordered the miso lobster dumplings, which came out lukewarm - not even close to hot. The sauce was good, but the dumplings themselves lacked flavor and were mushy. For a twenty-dollar appetizer, we expected much better. My girlfriend ordered a Caesar salad with salmon, and while the salad tasted good, the salmon was dry. It was also unclear on the menu how much the salmon upcharge was. We also tried the crab wontons and the Mongolian beef with lo mein. Every single dish came out lukewarm (Hence why we thought everything was frozen), and the funny part is that we sent the crab wontons back because of an issue, and when they returned, they were actually hotter than when we first got them. The presentation on the dishes was nice, though. As for service, we were never given water, and when we finally asked, it took a while. The server offered me a refill on my Coke and brought it quickly, but never checked in with my girlfriend about anything. He was kind, just seemed very laid-back and a bit slow but other than that we enjoyed his service. I also asked for a dinner menu and never received it. And this wasn’t during a rush; the place was slow when we arrived at 3 p.m. We also really enjoyed the chocolate souffle, it was really yummy a good choice for dessert. We might give it another shot in the future, but definitely hope for a better experience next time. Hope the feedback helps improve the place.
I visit this PF Chang’s location frequently, and often order the kids chicken fried rice to-go as it is reasonably priced and easy for me to eat quickly in between a busy schedule. The employees are very kind and quick! However, today while finishing the rest of my kids chicken fried rice, I took a bite of the chicken, and felt something very sharp and hard poke my cheek. I spit it out, and the chicken had a piece of bone. I am concerned because as a former waitress of PF Chang’s, I have never witnessed bones in the chicken used for fried rice, but also because this is supposed to be a KIDS meal. Though I am disturbed, I am thankful this meal wasn’t given to a child as the bone is a choking hazard and could have easily cut the inside of my mouth. Keep in mind I typically order this meal multiple times a month, and this is the first I’ve encountered bones in the food. PF Changs, please do better.
The restaurant looks beautiful, but that’s where the compliments end. The food and service were a huge disappointment. It was our first time here — me, my husband, and his son — and for the quality of the Asian food, I’d give it one star at best. The portions were tiny, my rice was wet, and either the cook got the order wrong or the waiter did. To make things worse, my seasoned chicken sat for about 15 minutes before the rice finally showed up — completely ruining the meal. For the prices they charge, the food should taste a lot better and come out together. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I ended up walking across the street to Little Italy Pizza afterward because I was still hungry — and that pizza tasted way better than what I had here. Pretty place, terrible experience.
