Really good food at reasonable prices. It was quiet but we were there on the late side for lunch.
Unfortunately we arrived late. Ozen is open until 10pm, so we ordered items to eat quickly.
Only thing I can complain a bit was the temperature
Very enjoyable, great food and service
The food is always well prepared and tasty, an d they have a nice variety of Asian cuisines on the menu.
Best restaurant ever. Everyone is so nice and the food is AMAZING

An amazing place to enjoy food, quiet pleasant atmosphere and to focus on your matters in the meantime.
Fantastic dishes, I honestly think it's one of the best places to try Thai food !
Food looked amazing and tasted delicious, the staff was also super nice.

Where do I start?!! Me and my husband love this place! Ozen is our go to and let’s meet for lunch! Food is amazing and the lunch menu prices are really affordable!! The staffs are friendly
Great place. Have eaten here for years. Their variety is large, quality is reliable, and is an easy fix for take out/delivery.
Great lunch experience! Yummy food. Loved the shrimp tempura rolls and the deep fried ice cream
The BEST local spot. Great prices, great food, great service. Fantastic lunch special!
A very quiet calm place to sit down and have some really good food. The service is amazing.

Great for a quick lunch, friendly staff, and clean. Many selections in the menu. Fairly priced.
Food was excellent and not exspensive and you get alot of food for your money
I ordered the shrimp and broccoli, pork gyoza, honey bee ribs and the kani salad absolutely delicious!!!! I’m so happy I order here from Uber eats ♥️
Very tasty food, nice and quiet. The meals are very satisfyinf. After my second time here- I truely recommend.
Everything here is so so so fresh! It may be because they're new but I've tried half of their menu and everything has been beyond delicious
Very solid food at an affordable price, with wonderful service. Will be back for sure.
Great service and food! My favorites are the Dragon Roll, Shrimp Tempura, and Curry Puffs.😋Yummy!
I have been coming here for years. What I like best is the consistency. The food is always delicious and service is always professional, efficient and friendly. Also, there is such a wonderful variety and for the neighborhood the prices are very reasonable
Came at the slow time at the end of lunch (lunch is 11am to 4pm) and got the sauteed basil chicken with salad (or miso soup) for $7.50, spring roll with shrimp ($3.95 - much better than the usual cardboard egg rolls, although they donhave an egg roll for $1.80 - I didn't try the egg roll,) and Tom Yum soup ($4.75 without mushrooms - personal choice.) Entree was delayed until I had gone through everything else, but the soup, roll, and salad came at the same time. Good choice. I could sample all three and go back and forth. I asked for the Tom Yum and Sauteed Basil extra spicy, and they didnt disappoint. Everything was timed right, hot, flavorful, and fresh. Waitress was typical NYC - pragmatic and with an economy of words, but smiled and was attentive as well. Best of both worlds. For $7.50, the entree and salad would have been a perfect amount, no doubt. I'm having some sinus issues with the temperature here going from 4° last week to 65° today, so I really wanted the soup. I wish they had a larger version of the Tom Yum - I would have gotten that instead of the lunch. I'm glad I got all of it, though. There were choices of Chinese lunch fare for $6.95, I believe, and a choice of 2 or 3 sushi rolls for $8-11, and bento type lunch boxes for lunch as well. Hard to go wrong here at lunch. Dinner will be the next trip to see if the service, quality, and the cost to portion ratio keep up. Lunch was $17.35 with tax - $21 with tip. On a normal day, I probably would have skipped the roll (not because it wasn't good) and had either the soup *or* the lunch special, making lunch with tax *and* tip between $7 and $10 *out the door.* I can't really do that at McDonalds anymore. Now to get Tom Yum to go 😈
The food is delicious! They have a lovely saketini that's light and refreshing. The waitress was also very kind and patient though I did not catch her name.
My new favorite Thai restaurant! I’ve been here a couple of times and have tried a variety of their menu items; all have been great! I highly recommend the Thai Basil Fried Rice and Sesame Tofu!
Amazing food! try anything you wont be disappointed. Staff is very nice I've been eating here for years and haven't had one bad experience
We went during our vacation on may 2013. Such a good service, very friendly and funny. Chicken general tso's and triple tartar were amazing. It's defenetly worth it!
Very affordable lunch meals! And very tasty too!
The sushi and mei fun were delicious I prefer the Singaporean style
Had the Bento box lunch $12.95. Been here before. Very consistent and good. Best value around with very few places for that lunch.
They gave us really fresh sushi. Yummy vanilla icecream
I stopped in for a late lunch and there were only 2 other diners, but I saw several take out/delivery orders going on. I had the Buddhist Delight lunch special with miso soup. Everything was fresh and flavorful and good portions. A great deal.
I love this place, Im speaking for alot of people who are A huge fan of Ozen. The staff are so amazing, and kind. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is like your at your own house, perfect sushi place, will be coming back again <3.
If you're looking for Asian food and you or your friends/family could not decide where to go, you've been debating whether to go Chinese, Japanese or Thai. Then go to Ozen, a fusion of three of the most popular Asian cuisines in town. Oh and they even have Vietnamese special, if you haven’t tried one. So, sit down inside and feel the nice Asian atmosphere that will make you decide what to get. My sister took me and our parents to this place one evening. We just took the subway and walked from 96 Broadway to the next block. Of course, the food is great. No doubt about that. That’s already a given but the price is even amazing. They are very reasonable and affordable to average people. The thing that really impressed me the most is the beautiful place. It’s like fine dining. The lighting is cozy and food presentation is really awesome. I really urge you to see it. It was really a nice treat my sister did for us. We even took pictures of the food. It was one of my memorable moments in New York City and I’m sure it will satisfy your Asian taste.
I love this place. Delicious food and wonderful service. Hadn’t eaten here in over 2 years and finally got back. Outstanding as ever. Pad Sieu, Tom Yum, sushi was great. Roast Pork well cooked and flavorful. Solid establishment, I’m glad to see they are still here and serving terrific dishes.
My friends and I actually love this place and we "discovered" it some time ago, and to out delight it has gotten ever better over time. REally reasonably priced for great food, very friendly and good service, what a find. Sorry I have no photos , my friends take them but I don't have a copy on file, and I don't know why....
This is a neighborhood place. Competent Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, sushi in one place. Nothing fancy but inexpensive, big booths and empty so you always get one. Great place to actually have a conversation and eat for $20-30 each.
Honestly, the best Chinese food in this neighborhood, love literally everything, shrimp with garlic souse, shrimp lo mein, any a la carte sushi.Always fresh and yummy 😍😍😍 staff is always friendly 🙌🏻
I've been going here since taking my mom out on her birthday back in 2011. Service and food has been spot on ever since. I usually have the chicken teriyaki with some white rice and miso soup. The prices are pretty decent too.
If you want a local community asian resturant with great prices and friendly service, then look no further. Their sushi specials are a steal.
Great spot, good food, huge selection of dishes, and incredibly affordable! The owners are the best too. Always a go-to for me if I’m wanting something delicious and warm!! One of the best neighborhood staples!
Healthy delicious Asian food. Lunch special prices. Social distance is practiced in/out side. Delivery & curb side pick available.
I had the Katsu combo with a crunchy tuna roll and it was tasty, friendly service, clean establishment, price was fair.
Very quick service, decent food and a wide variety of foods. Good for larger groups and delivery as they have quick delivery.
Good vegan options for a treat put food is flavorful and service is good and they do what you ask them to do in how you food is prepared good choice for vegans as a treat.
Sushi/Sashimi was GREAT, service NOT-SO-MUCH. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean.
Food is good. The service and attitude not as much
I Love this spot the location. The food is good and the portions are filling. Try the tempura shrimp appetizer it's my favorite. They even offer desert fried bananas.... omG
we order take-out from this standby as often as we eat in. excellent shrimp tempura, pineapple fried rice and regular lobster specials are among our favorites. family feud may be seeing some changes of late.
Seems like your typical chinese/asian restaurant for take out in manhattan. there is nothing super sepcial about this place that stands out from the rest. it is definitely better than your hole in the wall joint but overall the food is good and portions very generous and friendly staff with clean dining room. i guess there isn't much more to ask for if i was in the mood for this style asian food.
Why does all Thai food here taste too sweet? No matter. The Japanese menu is quite comprehensive. Go on Tuesdays to be sure the sushi/sashimi is absolutely fresh.
Comfortable atmosphere, moderate prices, and tasty food...A good neighborhood restaurant...I've been there several times before and will definitely return...
Great Food, Great space, Been eating there for years, at least 8 years. No complaints. Try the Honey Bee ribs, delicious
Got the sushi and sashimi for one and the dinner special. The sushi & sashimi was okay at best. Wouldn't come here expecting top-notch sushi or sashimi, but it better than pre-made rolls and sushi elsewhere. Dinner special was a bit better. We chose Beef Negimaki and the eel and cucumber roll for the special which was tasty. Service is minimal. We were the only customers in the store, and the server wasn't particularly helpful nor expedient. Atmosphere is more of a comfy diner with dim lighting. Overall average Asian fusion with a comfy vibe.
I called ahead for a group of 8 but there was no need. 20 minutes into our dinner on a Friday night we had the place to ourselves. The place has great sushi and is definitely a pan-Asian cultural fusion. Be prepared for a lengthy menu and a lot of options.
I've only ever ordered delivery from Ozen, but have had mostly pleasant experiences. The food has always been pretty consistent, with the exception of my last order of edamame. There was such an awful taste to them that I couldn't even eat more than a few! It was extremely disappointing and quite disgusting to say the least. Otherwise, I order exclusively from the Spa Cuisine section, which is standard, but quite tasty with the white garlic sauce. My boyfriend has ordered a lot of their Chinese dishes, like the chicken and broccoli, and has never had a bad thing to say.
The food was good as was the service. I tried the Vietnamese curry which was good but also tasted very Thai-like. Overall nice experience and will go back.
General Tso Chicken was pretty good, except it wasn’t crispy, as promised on the menu! The sushi was great and brown rice was nice. It was a fairly pleasant meal.
Our neighborhood pan-Asian place, with an emphasis on Thai. Their lunch specials are very good - lots of options for entrees and you get soup or salad (greens and ginger-carrot dressing) for around $10. Am partial to their Thai fried rice dishes.
Inexpensive and sushi is exceptional. Thai chicken coconut soup is very good. We have gone three times in a six week period and have been happy with the food and price.
I went here to eat lunch with family, we started off with fried calamari and shrimp tempura both wonderful and the sauces were amazing. Then we received our salads which can complain, once again sauce was amazing. Then we ate the entree I choose Pad Thai and well it was good but it was too over welling for me on the taste because I was expecting more of a peanut flavor sauce but it was more acid then I usually have had. Someone else got sushi, California and avocado roll which were delicious as told. Then for dessert we got green tea ice cream which was okay. Only thing would be that the service wasn't that great.
The food is a little bland even the spicy items. However the customer service is amazing.
I've spent a lot more of my life than I'd care to admit eating at the Stonestown food court, and I've never seen anything this high quality there before. This is great Central rasian comfort food; lamb and potatoes is my favorite entree, and plov is a great side for it. A hidden jewel of hearty, delicious food in the Stonestown food court.
This is my first time! Ordered with co-workers, food is good but the driver was very disrespectful! he said "f*@#! you" and I was about to give him a tip and he stormed out...
The food is pretty nice and you have and opportunity to pick your meal from a diverse menu with tons of options!
It was a delivery.. Driver after I clarified the address with him went to the wrong building... Then screamed at me... i pre paid the tip.. note: do not prepay tip... I called resturant to complain, they really didnt care.. I had prepaid.. Driver calls back and asks me to come down to lobby and I asked him what address is he at .. he could not tell me... he was still at a wrong address.. then he calls and says he cant get in the door.. i said my name is in the box at the door sir if you are at the right door... he hangs up.. three minutes later knocks on door.. I amswer he appears with motorcycle helmut on and literally tosses the food and turns and walks away.. fine dinning at its best....
Way overpriced for serving size. Taste- just meh. Music is pleasant and staff are attentive and courteous. Left hungry and paid a lot.
The food is ready good, but prices on the menu are not accurate, you have to add 1.50$ for each item 10% gov tax 18% services fees At the end for 4 people I expected to pay 55$ and I paid 80$…
I went to this place for quick dinner. The food is okay, I would say like average Thai food. But compared to the place where it is located their food pricing is really good. They have both indoor sitting and outdoor sitting (depending upon the weather). The place is located on upper west side Manhattan. Parking can be very challenging as finding street parking can be difficult sometime.
Ordered Beef Sautéed Broccoli and Beef with Assorted Vegetables. I don’t know what these dishes should taste like, but it was a thick brown bland sauce and chewy beef that felt like I was chewing on fatty steak. Is that how this meal is supposed to taste? We also ordered brown rice with each dish and it smelled like… moldy? Tobacco? Wet box? Honestly I don’t know but it was gross. I ordered it delivery through seamless. It was delivered earlier than scheduled but I didn’t like it enough to have more than a few bites or keep it as leftovers. The vegetables were acceptable.
Thai is not very authentic. Feels like your generic catch all Asian place, doesn't do any specific cuisine particularly well.
I ordered a three roll special with spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy yellowtail for lunch. The rolls are filled with fried bread crumbs to make it crunchy. It tasted very fatty and was unhealthy. In addition, the rolls have the fish blended where you can have the old fish mixed in with the fresh ones. The fish in the rolls do not taste natural because they put it in the blender and puree it with the fried bread crumbs. This was not good for my diet or stomach.
The curry is just basically spiced water. Tasted like an already weak curry cut with water to make it cheaper. Sweet potato rolls were soggy and didn't have much flavor. The vegetables were mushy and flavorless. The sesame chicken was decent. If you avoid the curry you might have a better time. Service was good and it's a nice quiet restaurant.
Recently order chicken pan Thai and noticed paper towel soaked inside my food. I called and sent the caller a picture to let them know what was the issue and they said its possible. I asked for a refund and they told me its impossible. Very rude why would I 8 months pregnant soak a paper towel in my food. Working in the health field this issue will be addressed from above!!!!!!!
Me and my coworkers went to buy food on our break ..I work with a mobile company and after I finished eating I had went back in to ask if I can use the restroom..the host automatically said “only for customers” so I continued to ask if I wasn’t a customer cause I picked up my food .. she then said “ only for dine in customers” ..she was so rude and that is insane then after all that she lied and said it wasn’t working … I’m not a customer bc I picked up my food just bc of that I wouldn’t give them my money again and the place was empty
Terrible Shrimp tempura de food is not worth it, not recommended at all, I complaint about the food and the waiter didn’t take it off the check
I went there 2 times and I will never go back again. The behavior of the staff is bad. How you treat me is a clear reflection of how you feel. They cater to specific customers.
Sushi not fresh and 9ver price for what u get along with TERRIBLE service. The place say they close at 12am,i got there at 11 and was told they were closed but only for takeout. I order my food and they bring it out. I order a uber and am waiting on it and the cashier guy comes over at around 1145 and tells me to leave because they are closing soon. This after I've spent about 40 dollars in food and was sitting there for only about 5mins after ordering waiting on the uber. If u value your money don't come here!
I have visited this reataurant for several years without incident. Yesterday, I brought my family in for a family dinner at 3 p.m. Of the eight family memberws five of us got food poisoning yesterday evening. No other food was inbibred yesterday; the restaurant was rude and uncooperative. There can be no question that our food poisoning came from yesterday's meal.
Walked past and saw the menu. Looked forward to ordering in from a new place. The wasabi Shumai were tasty. The pad Thai were salty and pretty tasteless but the Bo Luc LAc (which we used to get at Saigon grill) -the barbecue beef cubes -were extraordinarily salty, the beef had a furry consistency, with an accompanying salad with a tired Potato crisp sitting on top - and this $18 dish after we tried two cubes each landed in the garbage. They say a salty meal means the cook is in love..this cook must be starry eyed!
Very bad food. The Tom Kha soup was really bad; seems like it was made with bad coconut milk or something. The food was very salty. Would never come back. Used to be this place was good, but not anymore. Waste if money.
I normally don’t write reviews but the sushi the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was not fresh and all and smelled spoiled. Took only two bites and threw the rest out.
We went to this place for convenience as it was next to where we were staying. It was extremely gross! It tasted like they pre-make all the food and then just zap it in a microwave. The noodles were super soggy, the egg drop soup was slimy, and the vegetables in the fried rice were still cold. Nothing was good about our meal and it was super expensive. The waitress walked back and forth our table as if she was had nothing better to do than watch us. It was uncomfortable! We literally ate nothing and walked out of there with an 80 dollar tab. I don’t want anyone else to experience this. This is the greatest city in the world and we were extremely disappointed with this place. How could a place like this even exist in New York City??
I am a regular here, but latelt this place has been lacking!!!! Wednesday evening I had taken my spouse there for dinner and the customer service I received was very very poor. The young waistresses were not very attentive, didn't bother to refill my water, made me wait for food because she had forgetton and even brought someone else's fried rice to my table. I was very unhappy with how my evening turned out and lets not mention the very very small salmon terriyaki portion they provided to me for my dinner bento box. I am not sure what happened but this is not the way this place usually operates. Very unhappy. And not sure if I want to recommend this place anymore!!!!!
Forced me to buy 5 cans of soft drinks just to use the bathroom. Not nice. I understand ‘customers only’, but a bit of flexibility on how you define someone as a customer increases your chances of getting future customers - even regular ones.
