Planned a surprise brunch for my best friend, happy I chose this spot! Good food, good mimosas and great service. Dj was also great — the music was our favorite part!

TorolocoNYC is amazing! I had such a great experience here. The food was fresh and flavorful, the drinks were on point, and the vibe was perfect for a night out. Went after a well needed travel day, had the Alambres and it was amazing , it was so delicious and flavorful, also ordered the corn which comes off or on the cob. I was a fan that there was an option for that. Definitely would return , the outside view definitely does not do the sizing inside justice .

Absolutely amazing! The cheese jalapeños fries were a stand out. Good flavourful food. I loved the atmosphere- the deco was on point. This is how Mexican food is meant to be cooked! There’s one thing I’m sure about now and it’s that I’m “Loco” for more.

Arsenio and Ryan were impeccable! I came with my wife after a long day of work, tired and frustrated. All of that went away when the frozen margarita and swirl were brought to the table. Very well taken care of and as for the nachos, TO DIE FOR!!

We tried the coco loco cocktail and it was super interesting and delicious and creamy. It had coconut flakes which was interesting and helped the flavor. Really large ice cube though that takes away from the amount of cocktail, but still decent for price.

This is maybe one of the best mexican places that I’ve tried. The food was so flavorful. The waiters were polite and responsive. The environment was fun but a bit dark. The lighting could be better. I had the nachos toro loco and Birria Torta. It was amazing. The nachos was full of toppings and very tasty. I snapped a photo after I ate everything so I’m attaching an empty plate :))

We came here for dinner and the food, drinks music and service were great! The vibe was great and the prices, especially for the area for how good everything was ...chefs kiss. Highly recommend the cheese crust steak tacos! We also had the spicy guac...which was definitely spicy! 🔥 and we also ordered the chimichangas which was yummy 😋 Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. You wont be disappointed.

From the outside - restaurant seems small and common. But when I got inside - totally different vibe. Music was great, service was excellent and the food was impressive. Will return and bring others. Had the guacamole - nice! Street Mexican corn - favorite and the steak tacos...wish they were more then 3 but healthy serving and veery good.

Flavor of the food here tasted excellent actually. I believe it’s because it might’ve been “fresh”. Although you can’t exactly see what’s going on in the back it tasted really good to be honest. This might be the best fast poke bar I've been to. The was fresh, the portions reasonable, and the bowl delicious. The warm rice, and the seasoning they chose for the "Classic" bowl, played a big role in this but I also enjoyed the seaweed salad. Everything was extra tasty.

Hit Pokelab for lunch and it did not miss. Got the classic poke bowl — super fresh, packed with flavor, and a really solid portion. Staff was kind, fast, and on point. Perfect quick stop that still feels like a treat. Absolutely worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood.

I built my poke bowl, and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! For the protein, I went with bulgogi, and it was bursting with flavor! Highly recommend to try it and for sauce sushi rice vinegar and sriracha aioli both GF.

Cute poke place with friendly staff. They have a great variety of toppings and prices are reasonable too. Remember to bring cash if you want to avoid the credit card fee of 4%. The area for seating is pretty nice and you get a complimentary green tea, which is a pleasant bonus. Highly recommended.

Great selection of protein and prices!!! I had a burrito because I really do think that the seaweed wrap makes it so much better. I tried their special sauce it’s unlike any other sauce I have had anywhere else. Now I’m literally craving for that sauce! Staff is friendly and fast. Bathroom is coded and clean. There isn’t a lot of seats but you can expect that from any Poke place. Great gem of Brooklyn!

So have gone a few times and the food is your basic poke bowl items. Sometimes the service is very friendly and the fish looks fresh and the last time I was there (at 11am) the fish was not too fresh and looked a bit dried out and the service was not good. I ordered 3 bowls and asked for smaller portion for one of them (charged at full price for the smaller portion) but got an attitude from the server and kinda left me not wanting to go back. Thought smaller portion at full price would off set some spicy mayo on the side. Maybe I’m wrong to think that

I absolutely LOVE this spot since moving to Williamsburg. The freshness, thd flavors, portions, price, the service when I go in, how fast it gets delivered when I order online. However, they recently changed the bowls they serve the food in from plastic to eco-friendly carton bowls, like the ones at Chipotle and I'm frustrated. As much as I'm for eco-friendly material, these carton bowls absorb the oils, aromas, flavors, and sauce, changing the taste drastically inevitably making the food taste a bit bland and dry. Not sure what the "better" alternative is but I'm disappointed and unfortunately feel it will impact whether I continue purchasing in the future.

Tried Pokebab for the first time this week — portions were generous and loved the “seared tuna” as a protein option. This is a pretty solid poke spot. I chose the ginger & wasabi mayo sauces and they complimented the bowl well. They add the sauce right after the base & protein, felt like it needed an extra layer of sauce at the end after all toppings were added so that your first bite isn’t so “dry.” Nevertheless, it was tasty & after mixing well, we were able to enjoy the consistency more. All ingredients seemed fresh and the place was kept clean. Staff were friendly!
