Looks like a really organized bakery old school vibe. Had a giant hot round bread, delicious crusty and airy with a strong foundation. The meat pie is filling. Fantastic bakers you have here.
I came here to buy some bakery goods. The Apricot Strudel is presented very beautifully and tastes good. Apple turnovers are a great treat. You can even buy the goods here to be used as a gift bcuz that’ll be nice too.
This is not a restaurant! It's a bake house that makes traditional Samsa, Bilyashi, pirashki, leposhki, and all sorts of middle estern breads. It's a great experience when you take your food right of the stove. When you bite samsy in a hot-worm version, you enjoy that crispy layer of crusty dow and juicy meat with an adding sauce that is out of this world, which tastes great.
Great prices Kosher pastry and Russian Bread and Samsa varies fillings great for everyone you don't have to be Russian or Kosher I love the spot you can't drive by without smelling the FANTASTIC MOUTHWATERING AROMA

I was drawn in by the smell. The bread, pastries and meat pies are all really good. Staff is nice and are helpful enough to help me decide what to get. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

Wow. That's all I have to say. Where shall I begin? My wife brought the bag of goodies to the car and the smell was fantastic. She gave me a meat pie and now I believe I am spoiled for life. Worth taking the day off from work to come here (just kidding but I would do something like that) for these meat pies and bread. Rock on and keep it up.
Everything we sampled was so delicious and the owner was very hospitable, even giving us a tour. Highly recommended, enjoy this hidden gem.
Great breads and desserts. The smell from the shop is so good. Important to support Bukarian businesses, and it is so good
Good taste! Love it!
The best samsa in all of nyc. The portions are more than generous for the price and the taste is amazing. The meat filling was bursting with flavor and was absolutely juicy and spot on with the spices. The store also has pastries and different kinds of tandoori bread. I will definitely be returning for more!!! Yum!
Great whole wheat bread, samosa, pastries. We get bread from here weekly. Much better quality than store bought toasts.
They opened up on Saturday night just for my group to get some bread, and let me tell you it was worth the voyage to get it fresh. I'm talking the most heavenly slice of Uzbekistan. And it's an excellent value too! Best way to end any trek by far
Delicious fresh bread and the meat samsa are out of this world hot and juicy from the oven. Excellent quality and value.
Great place. Was using their bread, sambusa and noni toki for 10+ years. Now they added place that you can use to make a meeting of 10-20 persons. So I just had a party for 15 friends. Great tasty food for 3 hour stay and it cost us under $300 ( less then $20 per person). We had more meals that on any party that charges you over $100 "PER CHAIR" and had a great opportunity to talk and hear each other in like old style "HOME ENVIRONMENT".
Whether you live in the area, or not, the different types of bread here, are interesting, the crispy flatbread-type bread, called Toki is special, like Matzah, but better, and a huge circular, rounded shape. But the thing to get, the thing to travel here for, is the samosa. Beef, lamb, or pumpkin, all are great, warm, and authentic. It's a shop - you get your food and leave, it's not a restaurant, so you are not going there for the atmosphere, and I am not taking stars off for that. I've actually been coming here for over a decade and don't remember if I ever wrote a review, but either way, here is one.
An excellent, old-school, Bukharian somsa bakery. All their somsa and other items taste great… lots of meat inside each somsa, and minimal fat. And kosher. Just the way I like it. And always service with a smile from the gentlemen that work there. Thank you baradarim.
I always stop by for their belyashi whenever I’m in the area. The owners are incredibly friendly and sometimes even offer small samples of their pastries or bread to try, which is such a nice touch. But the belyashi is still my absolute favorite!

small bakerie in a cull de sack street which is kosher and serves fresh rye bread shaped like a toll house cookie. The bread is moist and is rye bread but of a very light texture. The meat pies were very flavorful and crispy. The service was good. The rye breads they had were either small or very large. Since we are a small family we bought a small bread and three meat pies.
The samsa were piping hot, crisp and perfectly baked. The fillings were quite nice. I was not expecting thick chunks of meat and was pleasantly surprised. It's a basic, neighborhood operation so don't expect bells or whistles. Just tasty baked things
While the non-meat samsas and the outside desserts leave a bit to be desired, the meat samsas are very tasty and the toke is AMAZING! Fresh, airy, crunchy -- my main regret after ordering was not getting more. Prices are reasonable for the freshness and quality -- recommended.

I took one samsa to try, it was underbaked, I asked to give me a baked one, he gave me a stale warm one, no napkins, the sauce can't be called a sauce, I couldn't eat it, I didn't swear, my health is more important. I don't recommend it to anyone
