I have traveled to Venchi locations all over the world. This location is so convenient to the park and the quality is excellent. Sean was absolutely lovely and truly made my experience so delightful. Even in the winter Gelato is always a good choice. The pistachio and tiramisu are my favorite flavors. They also have amazing vegan options. Their vegan chocolate is RIDICULOUS.

For the vegans: they have 4 flavors. Aztecs (chocolate), strawberry, mango, and raspberry. They all tasted great but the chocolate and raspberry were absolutely divine!!! The store associate, Katt, was so kind and helpful. They let us try everything and gave us wonderful recommendations as well. 10/10 experience and we will be back! 😁

Me and my friends stopped by this cafe looking for a spot to try some cheese we bought next door. We were greeted by Alexander who made us some great coffees and let us use the indoor seating to try the cheese we bought. He was nice enough to provide us utensils and chocolates with our coffee which went really well with the cheese, jam and crackers. The whole experience felt very idyllic. We'll be back

This chocolate shop is definitely on the expensive side, but the experience makes it worth it. The quality of the chocolate is exceptional—rich, thoughtfully crafted, and clearly made with care—but what really stood out was the service. Kat and David were incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the chocolates without ever making the experience feel rushed or pretentious. Their attention and warmth turned what could have felt like an intimidating luxury purchase into something genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking to treat yourself or buy a special gift, this place—and especially the service from Kat and David—is well worth it.

A friend introduced me to Venchi Chocolate and Gelato, located: Columbus Ave, and now it’s my go-to spot whenever I want a quick sweet treat. What started as a casual recommendation quickly turned into a staple. The gelato is unbelievably smooth and flavorful. Every scoop tastes premium and perfectly balanced. My go-to flavor is pistachio, but the seasonal flavors are always worth trying, too. And the chocolate selection is next level. Beautifully made, decadent without being heavy, and clearly crafted with care. The staff are warm, welcoming, and generous with samples, which makes choosing even harder in the best way. The shop itself is clean and stylish. If you love great chocolate and Italian-style gelato, this place is a must. You will walk in for just one thing and leave with a bag full of joy.

This is such a great place, I visit frequently and love everything here. The hot cocoa is the most decadent and warm one I’ve ever had, and the icecream is truly out of this world. What a beautiful place, and such incredible food. Special shoutout to Katt, for being such a great employee and so kind. Amazing experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the place smelled like pure chocolate heaven. The staff member greeted us with a tasting tray and explained each flavor with real enthusiasm, it felt more like a mini chocolate tour than a sale. Every piece we tried was incredible, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. Naturally, we ended up buying much more. The coffee was excellent, the store beautifully organized, and the atmosphere calm and elegant. A perfect stop for anyone who appreciates fine chocolate and great service.
