I'm not gonna lie but I hated this location. Back about 3 years ago.ive always gotten my order wrong and the costumer service was horrible. Every since they got a new team and specially NOAH I keep coming back. Everyone is nice and polite but NOAH goes beyond that. Thank you for the great service NOAH!

This location is just yet another McDonald's. You know what you should expect in terms of the food offerings and the service. And they usually do a good job delivering. This location is no different than virtually any other McDonald's, so if you're in the area and you like McDonald's then there's no reason not to go here.

McDonald's in East Palo Alto on East Bay in Ravenswood needs help with alot of language barriers. Latino-speaking employees are very rude! We wait very long when they tell us to park, no free apple pie or ice cream for the long wait. There is a price difference at this McDonald's. Very expensive need than others in that area. Always forgetting the order. 🙄 please fix this its so not professional and very inconvenient.

This is actually a good McDonald's. Got my order promptly. They filled up the fries to the top unlike some stingy McDonald's locations where it's only 2/3 full. Plus this location is still doing drink refills even with the soda fountain machine gone. Will be coming back to this location in the Bay area.

I guess we learn new things about mcD daily. The Newark McD charges $2 for an apple pie but the Fremont/Mowry charges $1.29 (up from $1). Newark charges $1.11 for large drink and Fremont/Mowry $1. I can say that Newark has really improved the quality of food and speed of service.

Busy but never packed full of people. Drive thru can take a long time so proceed with caution. It might be faster to go inside when drive thru line is long. Food comes out relatively fast except when during peak hours or there are newer trainees. Food is consistently fresh and hasn't disappointed me.

This location has improve it service from a year ago. We stopped going to this location a year ago due to its poor service. Almost every time we went there our order was wrong or missing an item and the wait time was ridiculous, but this past couple month it has very much improved and the employees a lot more pilite.

Ive always been treated with respect here. Once my order was made wrong, but staff fixed it quickly. This is a busy location, so sometimes there is quite a wait. I've never had issues with the staff here.

The filet-o-fish sandwich tasted terrible! They still don't use a full slice of cheese like they used to when first came out, it ticks me off!! Not my favorite McDonalds. The drive tbru woman got my order wrong and gave me back incorrect change, when i asked her about it she no its right. So i pulled up to next window where i continued to add up my order and check it against the reciept and the total came to $13 and some odd change so like i usually do in this situation is count out the rxact $20 bill and exact change so i would get $7 back. She only gave me $6 back. So i spoke ti tbe drive person at the next window and she could do anything so sbs got thw woman fron the first window. Nowvthid woman just wants me gone and goes and gets a dollar from her till and basicslly throws it in my car.then says something in spanish o the other ladies and they all laughed at me as i was pulling away. I have had a few other issues with the employees there and always in tbe drive thru. No milkshakes all the time, this is sovthey dont hurt their speed of service #s, another time they wouldnt open even thought it was passed the time to open the women got on her headset and told me to leave we are open. I really thiink you should consider better training for your drive thru staff. Unfortunately i go to McD's wY more than i should but i wont be going to tbe Newpark McDonalds ever again.

For the second time in a week, I was given a sausage biscuit instead of the sausage mcmuffin with egg. Minor problem. But I hope it doesn't become repetitive. The other McDonald's establishments don't seem to have this problem.

During this pandemic craziness, it is easier and faster to order and pick up at curbside than waiting in a long drive thru line. Make sure your meal is warm and not cold. Make sure your french fries are nice, fresh and crispy. Make sure your sweet tea tastes like sweet tea. Employees dont taste food or drinks unless they are on lunch break so they wont know if you don't say.

Ordered a big mac meal and chicken nuggets. Didn't taste fresh. The lettuce was old and the beef patties were razor thin. Fries were stiff and dry so probably old too. Service wasn't good either. They hardly acknowledge you and carry on with conversations amongst themselves. Old, decrepit building. Don't think I'm coming here again.

This place varies so much. Sometimes the so called A team is working and food comes out quickly. More times than not that team is not present. I've gotten wrong orders, food to go when I clearly said for dining in, and found them clearly lacking in basic customer service. I will continue going here because it's easy and on the way to work. Don't journey and eat here if it's out of your way. It's not worth it. Stay away on weekends. Really bad then.

Conveniently located, but parking is confusing. Trash cans not convenient to exit. Restroom gross. In fact, this time I'm going to focus on the restroom, because I feel that the condition of the restroom is just as important to the condition of the dining room. When the restroom is neglected, it makes one wonder what else is being neglected. When customers and employees both are using a poorly maintained facility how clean can we say the dining room or kitchen REALLY is? In this case, it was clear there had at one time been an overflowing toilet because of toilet paper (once upon a time wet, and now dried out) stuck to the stall legs, and even fecal matter still residing between a stall leg and the wall. The toilet seat (and lid) had clearly NOT been cleaned in a long time (the sides and even the underside matter too). The stall door swung in and out. The soap dispenser hung crooked on the wall (probably by one screw) and generally the whole bathroom looked like it needed to be hit with bleach.

McDonalds is the same their pastries are very sweet to me there's to much sugar in them other then that, nothing really to tell, oh I didn't like the Mc Rib sandwich, but Jack in the Box has a new chicken sandwich which was surpringly good, as good as popeys just smaller.

Ordered food in the drive-thru, the individual at the window was rude. The sauce was not included in bag so I parked in front and ran in to grab it, when I came out about 30 seconds later, I found my passenger window broken and my backpack missing - which I only had on me in the car because I was on my way home from work. 2 stars for the location and the unfriendliness.

Sadly, the service has fallen in efficiency over the years. Wrong order, out of food, 16 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars. When my kids were little, this was a treat. Now its taunting 🤯 Hope the owners make improvements or they'll end up like the market behind them 😔

The staff are always lovely, especially the older Hispanic lady who works the afternoons. However today is a very hot day, in the 80's. Imagine my shock when I went into this establishment and it was hotter inside than outside! I took a picture of the thermostat that is locked up when it was at 83°F! This is an OSHA violation in the state of California, if I come back on another hot day and it's still like this, I will absolutely report this to OSHA. While uncomfortable for customers, I cannot imagine how unbearable this heat is for the poor workers standing over hot grills and running around.

Overweight girl in the back took forever to make my food. Then she gave me a dirty look and shook her head when I kindly asked what was taking so long. Very unprofessional service from the younger generation. Only decent employee was an older Hispanic lady who apologized for her Gen Z coworker’s negligence and got me my food immediately.

It took 15 minutes to get our food, still not hot! No TP in the ladies restroom. I worked here 30 years ago and they still have the outdated tiles from then! I think I will stick to In N Out next time.

Well I tried to call to give my complaint but they do not answer, so I will review them here. First the coke taste funny, second we got 3 quarter pounders and 1 was burnt to the point of not able to eat it. Shoe leather would be easier to chew, the other 2 were so salty my grandson could not eat his. I will not be visiting this store again and I will be asking the city not to approve their remodel Because if they serve food this bad no point in having the restaurant open.

Bad experience, no air conditioning on a hot day. Out of toy for kids happy meal. The chocolate milk which I bought extra as a upgrade had a foul smell due to lack of proper cooling. Two words :place sucks, won't visit or advise some one to visit there when it comes to kids health and the food they serve to kids.

I ordered a #2 Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin combo for breakfast. When I pulled off from the drive through and opened the wrapper to the sandwich, I was flooded with a smell of s***. Extremely slow drive thru (10-20 minute wait, or longer, if they make you pull into the wait stalls). "Food" delivered cold and hard, especially the fries. Drinks served to the brim, which drip all over cup holder. Milkshake machine is constantly broken. Consistently botched orders. Careless, clueless, inept and untrained, special needs, industrial food assemblers. Old, raggedy, vomit colored building. Newark deserves better. Instead of being disgusted, go to the four star, corporate owned McDonald's, in Fremont, on the corner of Decoto and Fremont Blvd.

Ordered for pickup via the mobile app at 8 PM. Doors were locked, employee was leaving the building out the other door, saying they're closing and we need to go through the drive through. There were at least 15 cars stuck in the drive thru, so I just left. Never got my food that I paid for - McDonalds app should disable ordering for pickup if the place is closed.

"I visited this McDonald’s, which is advertised as open 24 hours. Despite seeing staff working inside, they completely ignored us. One staff member even noticed us but didn’t bother to respond or inform us if they were closed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have been appreciated."

We always go here because my kids, like most kids, can’t get enough of their food. However, we run into problems every time. If it’s not a wrong or missing order, it’s rude and lazy employees and the manager! This place gives McDonald’s a bad name. They should be trained in good customer service and taught not to act as if we’re getting our food for free. Even if it were free, they should treat everyone nicely.

Sunday evening 7/09/23 At The drive through….. we ordered coffee water and an ice tea as we were driving up you can see the guy swishing his fingers in the cup of water before closing the lid . He and the coworker exchanged quiet laughs and didn’t think we didn’t see what he did.. disgusting behavior and needs to be fired immediately he could have been tampering with many peoples food.
