I'm an early bird and didn't want to wake my Hotel roomates so I found myself wandering over to the local Seattle Embassy ( Starbucks ) every morning that I was staying at the nearby Hotel. It was the earliest place I could acquire a cup o joe by walking distance. It felt like every other starbucks experience in my life...
A bit noisy and small, however they have very fast service. I would certainly recommend for a quick stop. I would not recommend if you are looking for a place to study.
This is a drive-thru location which makes it convenient when you are on the move. The lobby is small but still offers plenty of seating options as well as outdoor seating.

I was there with my 85 year parents that didn't understand the terminology and the team there were very kind.
Newer location. Large parking lot in the shopping center. They were well stocked with pastries and sandwiches. The staff was friendly. They have a drive thru.
Lately Starbucks has been a hit or missed but not in this location they have high quality consistency

This is a brand new location across the street from the old. The change was all for the good. The availability of parking is a vast improvement. There's a drive thru and the cafe is far more open and airy. The staff is the same and it's still the same friendly atmosphere.
Fast and efficient Starbucks in Newark. Not too many homeless camped out and the staff was friendly. Drive thru works quickly.

My previous fave barista is here! And greets me happily when I walk through the door! Usually pretty busy. Wish there was more room for more tables and chairs. I'd complain about the number of "computer geeks" who hang out to work, and TALK way to loud during their meetings... But sometimes, it's me too! 😆
The store is good considering it seems to be renovated recently. The service is polite and quick. Keep it up!
This is my favorite Starbucks location. For how busy they are in the mornings and early afternoon they are quick in the drive thru. If you're ordering mobile the ETAs given are accurate. Staff is amazing and friendly and I love their use of puns!

Benny! If you haven’t met this wonderful person, you need to switch where you are getting your morning coffee from and come here! Exceptional customer service, a beautiful smile and an absolute vibe! I gave up buying Starbucks for my New Year’s resolution and I will buy a coffee from time to time just to get my Benny fix. I received the highest level of hospitality and customer service at this location. Aaliyah gave me and my two dogs the best vanilla bean frappe and pup cups arguably ever. Confidently I can say she is good at what she does , and hopefully management can recognize all the great things Aaliyah does for this establishment!
S/O to the night crew. Just left whatavurger each young man spoke with respect, and handled each customer with care. That's rare these days yet so important for many reasons. My food is always hot when I swing by for a quick bite on the go. I don't mind if I have to wait because I know we’ll receive hot food.
The woman working the cash register was very kind and polite to myself and everyone else who walked in. Genuine and impressive which is rare these days. She is still working as I’m leaving this review and deserves recognition. I didn’t catch her name. The food was hot and fresh, classic Whataburger style. Service time was fine. The tables and floors were immaculately clean, which is hit or miss with other locations. Overall this is a fantastic Whataburger.
Props to the employees working during the ice storm! Although I did curbside and they forgot my fries so I had to go back inside but then they gave me fresh ones! Also I ordered food and they forgot the picante but then they gave me some ㅤᵕ̈
Not a super late night run but late enough, too young gentlemen were in there left shorthanded because other people didn't show up to work and handled their business, took care of customers walking in the door upset, the drive-thru line I was super long, and probably just a screwed up night for them. They handled it well 🤙🏽🤙🏽
I had such a great experience at the Whataburger in Lewisville off Stemmons Freeway thanks to Greg. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and on point with everything. My food was ready right when I got there, and he made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and Greg really stands out. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides!😊
I was running errands and needed to satiate my hunger, so I popped into this Whataburger. The restaurant was quiet with patrons eating. I didn't have to wait long to put in my order. I can see there is a steady drive thru traffic as the employee making burgers never stopped for a break. I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was piping hot. The spices came through. The outside was crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. The sandwich was nice and filled me up.
Recent remodel to more efficient, automated and quick ways to making your drink. Excellent, friendly baristas! Indoor and outdoor sitting.
With only 2 people in line it took 15 min to get an order. More attention is spend on online orders and drive thru. Unacceptable
I'm at this Starbucks as I type! This is the NEW and IMPROVED Starbucks that used to be across the road, I heard on the grapevine that their old location will become a Peet's, I'm excited about that. Fantastic spacious parking, something the other location did not have. Also has a drive-through, yet another improvement. Although I never use those drive throughs, I like to sit and contemplate my coffee with my fellow caffeine consumers. One whole wall is dedicated to laptop users. Along the wall, there are roughly six tables and each has a power outlet underneath the bench seating. What would be nice if there were chairs so someone could sit opposite -- there certainly is enough room for it. There is one large conference table and a small cozy nook with three chairs and teeny tiny table. But why is it FREEZING inside even when it is cold outside?!? I guess it is so folks like me don't linger too long with their laptops...
Usually everything goes smooth at this Starbucks but when you are in the drive through and are told they have no soy for your soy latte and four cars are ahead of you, there should be some sort of compensation, not jist sorry
Glad to have a Starbucks back in Newark. The service is the only thing lacking here, some of the employees have glazed over looks on their faces and don't even recognize your existence unless yo speak up. It's a departure from the customer service you'll encounter at other Starbucks,but it'll do for now.
Nice Starbucks with convenient parking. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Service was fast. At 5 p.m. on a Sunday, the pumpkin bread was fresh.
Went through the drive thru
One of my favorite Starbucks. The staff is very friendly. The coffee is above average and the seatings is enough where you can always find a seat. Since this is not in the middle of downtown it's pretty steady but never too busy and good place to study.
This location has improved significantly. In the past, I often pre-ordered online only to arrive and find out my items were out of stock. Sometimes, the staff seemed annoyed when I asked about my order, as if I should have known, but I had no way of knowing since I was able to place it. I stopped coming for a while, but after returning these past few days, I’m impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, they work well together, and my orders have been hassle-free. I actually enjoy visiting this location now.
Nothing too fancy, cold inside and parking isn't too bad. Drive-thru took longer than expected. Friendly staff is the best part.
Service was really good in a very busy store. This review is more about the products than the people. I bought a turkey pastrami reuben this morning that was just horrible. Looked like the maker ran out of meat and just tried to hide that by filling the sandwich with slaw. There was only one thin piece of meat that wasn't even big enough to cover the bread. The Mercato grilled cheese is amazing... the pastrami is NOT. I ate the tiny piece of meat and threw the rest away. I think this is the first time Starbucks has ever disappointed me. Sad.
This store is one of the busiest Starbucks you'll ever visit. The people are generally friendly but they are plagued by equipment breakdowns and short staff situations leading to frustrated customers and stressed-out workers
This is kind of an average Starbucks. Drinks come out mediocre ("good enough" but never "great"), service is rough around the edges (no attention to detail). Because they have an excellent location and a drive-thru, I still come here out of convenience. So does everyone else... so they're often sold out of stuff. They've got a large-ish space but seating still feels cramped and usually full.
The atmosphere and location for this shop are lovely, Sven more impressive since its it he heart of Newark. But the service here leaves a LOT to be desired. I've almost never gotten my coffee orders correct, and the baristas are incredibly dismissive and rude. And the music the employees play is distracting loud- it's a coffee shop, not a nightclub!! A far cry from most of the Starbucks franchises I've been to, even in the roughest parts of town... Still, if you need a fancy coffee, here's where you get it.

The wait on a sunday was the longest drive thru wait at a Starbucks I've had! About 20 minutes, only to wait 5 more by the window and be handed a cold cookie (it had been warmed up when I ordered 10min prior) so I asked for it to be warmed. They hand me the wrong drink and size, I point it out and she said it would be another 5min and I was charged for the small size. I was so over it so I said it was ok...I've been here multiple times and I always say maybe they had a bad day or someone called off....but every time can't keep getting worse (but it does).
Torn leather sofa, dirty floor, no one to clean the tables. Service are inconsistent, sometimes quick, sometimes slow, I waited for 10+ minutes for my mango dragonfruit refresher drink, and there’s no other customer except me, at least 4 staffs at the counter. Three stars because the mango dragonfruit drinks really refreshing. Love it!
It’s very obvious they don’t have a good system going for their drive thru/ mobile orders. I usually never come inside but the day I did. my order room 25 minutes and the lobby was pretty much empty. they were catering to all the drive thrus . Doesn’t seem split up well. I ordered 1 drink 2 food items. I saw other food items going and going by.
Waited in line for about 10 minutes thinking the person in front of me was placing a large order. When I finally got up to the kiosk to order, I was told that their drive-thru was closed and there was a cone in the driveway, which is not true. Four more cars behind me. They informed me that the system was down and they weren't taking orders. They could have had somebody outside informing people or truly blocked the drive-thru off if they weren't able to take orders. Instead. I was stuck in a line behind people trying to place orders at the window thinking it was only the kiosk that was down. I will actually give them another try tomorrow morning, but if this is another fiasco I will never stop at the Starbucks again.
Only good for drive-thru. I waited in the empty lobby for an extra 10 minutes because there was no indication that my drink was already done and ready.
This day used drive through. I had to repeat my order a lot of times and my drinks were not right they didn't add a cherry in my sons vanilla steamed milk and added wip although we said NO wip. I asked for a grande iced white chocolate mocha with light ice and no whip, they gave me a venty hot white choc. Mocha with wip. Line moved slow and did not have time to have them make me the correct drink. Also, I was not offered my receipt. So I'm not sure if they charged the venty or grande that I asked for. The lady wasn't very friendly. Might get better service walking inside, not sure.
Terrible place to actually do some work but if you just want a drink it isn't bad. But even then sometimes you have to wait like 20 minutes for them to pour you a cold brew.
They were cleaning but front door was still a mess. 2 different employees worked on it but it was still dirty. Restroom was so bad I didn't want to order my iced tea that I went in for.
Always a minimum ten minute wait and the inside is always filthy. The drive thru folks need a lesson in customer service as they never say hello or thank you. I’ve never had a consistently bad experience at a Starbucks prior to this location. Oh and wearing air pods listening to music on the job while taking your order isn’t cool.
I come to this store a couple times a week and it’s seems like the last two months it’s been about 50/50 weather they get my order correct BUT the lower rating is mostly because the workers try to avoid eye contact or even acknowledging customers who actually come inside. I get it, they’re busy BUT customer service has to be PRIORITY ONE! Step it up please.
Driver thru is the only reason they get 2 stars. Workers are moody, no sense of urgency and inefficient with their work. Only reason to come here is tmobile next door. Go to cedar or the multiple fremont locations. All are much better.
The services and drinks that you receive really depends on which baristas are on shift. Some of the baristas here are nice and helpful; while some are unfriendly and give you an attitude while they are the one that messed up your order. The latest visit is on the bad side. One of the drinks in the order we placed through the app is actually unavailable in the store, while the customized Frappuccino that should have coconut milk in it taste odd and surely does not has extra strawberry puree. When we address it to the barista he said they are out of coconut milk and so most likely it is oak milk or something else that they put in the drink... what!? We waiting about 10~15 minutes in the store for them to make the replacement of the Lavender Cream drink that isn't available. And for the wrong Frappuccino? Nope, he just said "I told you we don't have coconut milk" when we address it again. Both of their inside and outside trash bins are full with more trash sliding off to the ground, tables are sticky with spilled coffee/creamer/food crumbs... and that barista is spacing off? May be he is assigned for cashier only, so he just stand there when we see the other barista lady running crazy preparing all the incoming orders. The two stars that we still giving is for that poor girl who made the replacement drink and apologized for the long waiting time while her colleague did nothing to help her.
They need to pay more attention when receiving the orders they got my drink wrong and my food ass will wrong
Every time I go here for a pick-up order, they are out of something that was not marked as been out in the app. (But they are always good about substituting for something similar, even if it is a little more expensive.) In the past their drinks have usually been at least "ok", but today's mocha frappuccino was disgusting. It was like there was no sweetener in it at all, and the top half was a solid block of ice. (I ordered exactly the same drink a couple of days ago, and that one was perfectly adequate.) And since my husband picked it up for me, it didn't get tasted until it got home or I would have had them remake it immediately. They were out of my usual breakfast sandwich (which was not reflected in the app), so he got me an egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich because I had been wanting to try it. The egg frittata had a bitter undertone. I will not be trying it again. The only reason they got 2 stars for food was because the cinnamon coffee cake was excellent. Poor food/drink, good people, OK atmosphere.
I got a frappuccino, they forgot to give me a straw which isn't a big deal but I couldn't really ask for one because the person making drinks in front of me was super aggressive and either didn't notice me or refused to. The other two people there were the same. I understand that it's busy and that you're probably understaffed, but maybe consider keeping straws in a place where people can get them without having to ask you?
I was forced to leave a critical review for this Starbucks location due to the unacceptable service I received this morning. Despite being in the store for five minutes, I was ignored by three employees who were preoccupied with making drinks and warming food. The presence of mobile orders only added to the chaos and did not live up to expectations of reducing wait times. The growing crowd of people waiting for their mobile orders only added to my frustration. I will not be returning to this store again due to the unsatisfactory experience
The time on the app constantly changes by the time you complete your order” 3-6 min” turns into 20. I’ve had to leave my drinks there because you have to come at least 35 minutes in advance if you have time to wait.
The food took forever to come out to me. I always do curbside but this particular day the line was short so I did drive through. It still took more then 5 min to come out to me. The lady at the window was nice though.
Second time going through the drive through. 2pm no traffic. It took 15 minutes to get a patty melt and a chicken sandwich. Not sure what is wrong with this branch.
The food was cold despite being the only person in line. Coffee tasted old, bitter, and had an almost burnt taste. The hot apple pie was barely room temperature. The brownie I received had multiple pre-opened holes in its packaging so I couldn't even try that. I had gotten food here before, and it was alright before, but this time was definitely the worst experience for me at a Whataburger. I will definitely be more mindful to try to avoid this location from now on at least for the late-night and early-morning snacks.
This place was just bad. I definitely am not "that guy" , but this night shift was horrible. On top of them messing up my order completely, they lack plain common hygiene. I didn't even eat my burger do to A. Them messing it up (I did not inform them of the situation) and B. THEY DIDNT USE GLOVES. Uniforms used to be about tucked in shirts, clean uniforms, and WEARING GLOVES. NOBODY HAD GLOVES ON. AT ALL. This female staff member picked this guy's ear, not even kidding, then touched a bun from a burger, with no gloves. Made the whole burger with no gloves. Tables were not cleaned, trays were JUST wiped, not cleaned and trash everywhere. Like what in the hell? In the 10 minutes I was there, three other people walked back in to inform them that the staff messed up the orders. If it was busy, I'd understand, but the restaurant wasn't busy. Just sheer laziness. Only reason it got 2 Stars by me is the fact it's Whataburger and ALWAYS tastes good. From what I saw in just 10 minutes, I can't even imagine what they do that I don't see. Just bad.
Bad service. The coffee maker told me the espresso frap is not sweet like they made. Looks like the store is different from any Starbucks I have attended.
Terrible service, drinks were made but name not called. When we asked if that was our order the barista said "don't know check the name". There was only one other customer in the store at 5:45am.
Drive thru always takes ridiculously long! If it’s going to take that long for drive thru might as well drive to another location and go there, it would be faster 🤦♀️

In this Starbucks today. One of the rest room was closed. They said somebody messed it up. The other rest room could not be open. The code they gave me was wrong. They could not open it with their key. All I got was “I am sorry”.
Completely Ridiculous. Waiting in line at drive thru, when an employee came outside to "fix" the line and get it out of the street. Got pushed back one place in line and saw the car behind me lose three or four places in line. They have no clear sign for the line once it extends past the drive thru. Should have started with the last car in the drive thru, then work back to the ones in the parking lot and street, not the first car they see when they come outside!
I've been to this Starbucks countless times and I dont even know where to start. It is literally the worst starbucks I've ever seen. I kept going to this location because it is on my way and they always, ALWAYS, got my order wrong. I always get a mocha with no whip cream and 2 out of 3 times they will put whip cream. Last 3 times I asked for a mocha it felt like it was watered down and last time I let them know and the girl at drive through was giving me the recipe instead of trying to understand what might be wrong. So I ended up getting another watered down mocha. I believe it would help if she checked if their chocolate pump was clogged or what may be wrong instead of trying to teach me how to make the drink which I have no interest in.

Horrible customer service and management that is very different from the way it was years ago when good, hard working people could be hired. Starbuck’s issued a refund for the way that I was treated but I would stay away from this store until they have cleaned house.
One of the barista, young man on Saturday afternoon - was very arrogant and rude. Management should take note and ensure customer satisfaction.
Terrible customer service almost every time I come to pick up my mobile order. baristas behind the counter stare while I stand at the counter waiting all the while continuing to talk amongst each other. They do not acknowledge when I come in or while I’m standing at the counter or ask if I need any assistance. Drinks as always good though. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
Order two drinks one caramel macchiato with regular ice and dragon fruit with coconut milk light ice. I asked for light ice but they failed to do so. One of the drinks was for my friend and unfortunately the drink didn’t taste good and it had too much ice in which it made the drink taste water down. I wasn’t able to go back and return the drink or have them remake because I had get back to work. But I will definitely not be going back to this spot. I’m very upset of how the drink turned out to taste, my friend was looking forward to it and it was not what she expected and it sucks that this was her first time trying it as well.
I’ve been to this Starbucks countless amount of times but not once I had a satisfied experience as a customer. There’s always a problems either with the person who takes my order or how my order is made. Really not pleased with the service here, my coffee taste more like old rotten coffee and I’m still upset with how the lady treated me when I tried to tell her to make my drink the way I asked originally. A week ago, I came here and a lady took my order, she was mostly on her phone and the with me being the only one in line for the drive thru, she took 8 minutes to pass me just one coffee and gave me a good amount of attitude.
This is by far the worse Starbucks I've ever been too. They operate at snail pace. If you have 30 mins to wait, regardless of what time of the day u go. then feel free to waste ur time coming here. It's a franchise where there is no real management. So no one that works here actually cares about this place or their job. Drive through is about a 40 min wait after 8am
I order a grande white mocha frappe with two added shots they gave me a cup of dam near nothing but espresso. i’m pretty sure they did it on purpose. How can you make a mistake like that? also I do Uber eats and pick up orders here every morning and the day before writing this review I went to get an order at that Starbucks. The staff continuously just walked away from me and didn’t acknowledge or Greet me. They just looked at me and turned their back’s like I wasn’t even there. They know I was waiting to be helped so I gave them a bad review on the Uber app and then they do this to my drink the very next morning. And they have gotten my drinks wrong multiple times and my Uber eats customers drink & food orders also.
Today was definitely the last time going to this location after giving them several chances. I can’t remember the last time I received a correctly made drink and decent customer service at this location. Every single drink I’ve ordered in my last 4 visits were made incorrectly. I drank two of those drinks instead of returning them because the employees looked straight up irritated and I didn’t wanna bother. When I DID say something, it was nothing but attitude and more irritation. Did y’all not train these baristas on the LATTE method or do they just not care/listen? It’s one thing to mess up, it’s another thing to mess up and then take it out on the customer. Sorry but if I’m paying $7 for a drink I’d like it to be made correctly. Anyways, it would be a waste of money to go here after 12 for coffee, you’re better off drinking McDonald’s coffee at this point.
Not trying to be rude but cashier who helped me today seemed to have a dandruff issue. As he was reaching for my payment, he scratched his head. That's when I realized he had dandruff all over his head and shirt. Not trying to be rude, but maybe of I saw a hair cap I would feel more comfortable. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
The worst service I've ever got in Starbucks!!! I always buy cappuccino dry and ask to pour hot milk for me into separate cup. I've never have issue to place this order, however in this location I've been told that they going to charge me for the extra hot milk. I explained that this is an order I usually make but the team was rude and reply that I will not be charged for milk now but they will never fill this request again. Strongly disappointed with such low level of sevrvice which doesn't comply with so large and successful franchisee like Starbucks!!!!!

The customer service here is atrocious, Refused to make a custom drink I order at Dozens of other Starbucks. It's a shame because they're so close to my work. I’ve unfortunately had the same encounter over and over with a specific afternoon worker. she has curly hair and a bow tattoo / other tattoos on her arm, maybe piercings. She ALWAYS has an attitude, every time I see her I instantly know it’s going to be an uncomfortable interaction. If you ask her for something she won’t even say “ sure”, she doesn’t respond at all. she gives a nasty look and doesn’t even respond to me saying “ thank you so much, have a good day”. “ how are you “ she, she looks at you like she wants you to stop talking. I didn’t want to blast her but this is like the same experience every single time from her. and it’s uncomfortable to be ignored and not be responded to or talked to when im trying to sort out an order . this location needs to seriously reevaluate their team members. I don’t need to be buttered up but I don’t want to be ignored and not even be given simple manners every time I come in as a regular.
Extreme long wait time. I did a mobile order 10 minutes before I came to the store and I had to wait additionally 25 min. People who went to drive-tru and who ordered in store AFTER I came to the store were helped sooner. So then what’s the point of ordering ahead? Plus they didn’t make my order and I had to asked them what happened and they said that they would work on it since maybe someone took my order (which wasn’t the case, I was there) or their system (them) got it messed up. Avoid at all cost.
Would give it 0 stars but can’t. Placed an order online and the estimate was 20 mins. Arrived and drinks were ready. Waited over 20 mins and 2 crossaints never came out. Asked the staff several times and all i got is “your order is almost out”. Many other people had the same issue. I understand theyre busy but they were definitely prioritizing the drive thru. I ended up leaving 30mins with a cold coffee and no crossaint.
Worst Starbucks of my life. Took 45 MINS to give my latte on Saturday morning. Absolutely a nightmare. I had already paid so there was no going back. I waited for 15 mins, then went to CVS, shopped, came back, and my order was still on received. I really wish Newark had better local coffee roasters.
It says 24 hours. I always come late at night and the lobby is always open. Today 2/10/26. At 1:08. The lobby is closed. I see no one working at all. The place looks abandoned
Me and my family were planning to eat inside. It was exactly 1:08am and we were planning to eat inside then to find out they closed all the doors. I didn’t see nobody in sight in the drive-through was extremely full. And we didn’t wanna wait through the drive-through and get cold food so we decided to leave
So disappointed ! I just picked up my carry out order and the amount of gravy was ridiculously low. I ordered the three chicken tender meal with my choice of sauce (gravy). Usually I don’t have an issue with this location but now I do. You charge us for the gravy which is a dollar ( not bragging about the price) but if I pay to have gravy I expect it to be filled all the way to the top as it should be!!!! Other than the gravy issue, the food was fine. But seriously don’t do this to your customers.
It literally takes 30 minutes waiting in a drive thru line to get a burger and fries. This happens every single time at this location. Do better.
If I could give -100 for service I would. Unbelievably terrible customer service in the evening/night time. Don’t waste your time with this location. With 10 employees in the kitchen and 2 customers in line you’re looking at 20-30 minutes minimum.
I came here to order take-out at 12:43 AM, and there were only two employees working the night shift. They had to make burgers and talk to customers at the same time. When a customer walked into the store, they didn't even acknowledge them or ask what they needed; they just let the customer wait for over 30 minutes just to take their order, and then another 15 minutes to receive the order. Is this really a fast-food restaurant? I arrived here at 12:15 AM, and I have only just finished placing my food order now. The service is terrible. Even when seeing a lot of customers coming in, the employees still worked slowly. I understand why your store only has a 3.7-star rating, and it truly deserves only a 2.0
I had to repeat my order 3 times until they finally got it right. I waited in the drive through line more than 10 minutes until they finally came to get my credit card for payment. They charged the wrong amount so they had to ring the order again. After a nearly 30 minute wait, they came to ask what I had ordered. I never got my food!!! Worst customer service, too long of a wait for the type of food. I'm late now because of them! Never again!!!!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally went inside to check on the food. They said the guy was on his way out to my car. Went back to my car. No food. Waited another 5-10. Finally got my food. The fries were clearly old ones that had been thrown back in the fryer. My burger (supposed to be plain and dry with bacon) had mustard and a singular piece of bacon on it. Took the food back inside. Manager was nice and helped me resolve my issue. The cooks behind the counter were clearly screwing around. I had to tell them at least 3 times what the problem was and why I needed it remade. Mind you, the restaurant had exactly two customers. I was first in line in the drive thru yet in the end waited almost 45 minutes to get fresh, correct food. I cannot afford to eat out very often so I was extremely disappointed with this entire experience and will not be going to this Whataburger again. I thought I'd stop by here since it's close to my work, but I'd rather just go to the ones in Denton that never give me anywhere near this many problems.
We decided to use the drive-thru so we wouldn’t have to get out of the car. After placing our order, we were directed to the second lane. An employee came out to give me the total, and when I told him I was paying through the app, he asked to “borrow my phone.” At that point it became clear that the second lane doesn’t serve much purpose if there’s no wireless way to take payment. Even if I’d been using a credit card, the employee would have had to take it inside to process the transaction. Ultimately, I had to leave my vehicle in the drive-thru, walk inside to pay, then return to my car. Right after that, they still asked me to get back out again because they couldn’t hear my name from the window with cars running in both lanes. This was immediately after I had already given them my name while paying inside. Overall, the process was disorganized, inconvenient, and the customer service didn’t help the situation. I’d recommend avoiding this Whataburger location. They could take a few notes from Chick-fil-A on efficiency and courtesy.
If I could put zero stars I would. As someone who had trouble with food already, I’m traumatized. It took them 45 minutes-an hour to get four sandwich meals out. They didn’t have any napkins or straws out, all the drinks looked nasty, and no one was even up front to take our order. THEN when we received our food, it was ALL WRONG. When I went to ask them to fix it, the cook slammed my burger into the trashcan and gave me a new one, that was fully raw. The chicken sandwich i got was raw as well. This. Is. Disgusting. I will never eat at Whataburger ever again. This whataburger establishment needs to be evaluated by many many people. Not to mention every one was VERY rude. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever.
Too slow for even whataburger standards. Just sitting more than 12 minutes for basically a breakfast taco doesn't make sense. When I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:22 am, no one was there but me, so something needs to be spot-checked randomly by daytime management
One of the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever been to the lady acted like she didn't even want to be there take care about 10 minutes before she even acknowledge me to take my order and then it took probably another 20 minutes to even get my food
Service is bad, food is bad, don’t waste your time or money. I went and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger jr meal then they first gave me the wrangler jr and then I had to go back and get it fixed they didn’t put any sauce on my sweet and spicy bacon burger. I should’ve gone to a different location.
Once again this location proves to me how poor they handle their customers or there quality of service / product … time and time again this place disappoints, and every time I try to give it another chance because everyone loves Whataburger, but this locations throws the reputation down the drain. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. This Whataburger is convenient but it is definitely not efficient. Today it took me 35 minutes to get 2 honey butter chicken biscuit and a cinnamon roll. When I pulled up this the drive through I was the 3 car in line. The guy at the drive thru tells me to pull forward because it’s going to be even longer … WTH.. He says “we are short handed….” SMH … Whataburger I am not even close to being a manager but I do know this, if your short handed then close the dining room and leave the drive thru open, and free up those people to make for food more efficiently to make more money…
