Food, service, is exceptional, the atmosphere is also except on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 when it is kids time. The kids really enjoy themselves and it is great they create this for them.

Always friendly at this store! The food is always fresh and orders are accurate. I went through drive through today and Kyla waited on me. She is always so kind and happy, as is the rest of the staff. Great experience every time. Way to go Kyla!

Nobody runs as smooth as Chick fil A. I’ve never had anything but a great experience here. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is fantastic.

Chick-fil-A has very good chicken, and their quality is always consistent. I just wish they offered a larger variety of hot sauces or spicy options for people like me who enjoy more heat. That said, their customer service is second to none. Every visit, the staff is friendly and professional, and their drive-thru is super quick and convenient. It’s always a smooth and pleasant experience, which keeps me coming back.

Standard Living

This is a newer one that opened in Newburgh. Very clean and always great staff. This one has a lot less traffic than the other two in Evansville. They sometimes have the Hadi Shrine Clowns once a month!

Got here at 5:40 to wait for the grand opening. Came in and it smelled like a new car, the line went by quick, the employees were kind, and the food was great! I was the first person to go get seconds and use both registers during my visit. 10/10 would recommend!

Try to Chick-fil-A breakfast biscuit sandwich for the first time it was just as good as all the other items as usual, and had small hash brown bites. Very kind and quick service. Clean atmosphere was inviting to sit and enjoy a meal.

Personally, I’ve never been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A—but this location is an absolute standout. It’s like a shining beacon in the area, and honestly, it’s made me consider what it would be like to own a Chick-fil-A myself. No matter how packed it gets and it’s always busy you’re never waiting more than 10 minutes. That’s incredible, especially when you compare it to places like McDonald’s, where you might be the only car in the lot and still end up waiting 20 minutes just to be told to pull into a numbered spot. Whatever this team is doing, they’re doing it right.

Went to this fine establishment expecting the best service ever. After all, Isaac Middendorf and Johnny Dalton are employed at this location. However, when I went inside, Isaac Middendorf (mind you nearly a 3 year veteran of the fast food line) did his best to hide from me. He hid in the back of the room as soon as he saw me walk in. I'm convinced he put something in my Milkshake. That was NOT appreciated. But it did taste better. Isaac has ZERO communication skills and really needs to work on it. Food was really good, especially that milkshake. It was kind of dirty inside, the seats felt sticky and there were kids running all over the place with their grubby dirty hands.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 30 chicken nuggets, drove off to find i received chicken strips instead. They were good don't get me wrong, but not what I ordered.

The quality of the food has declined recently. The fruit cup was mushy. The fries were burnt and too salty to eat. The chicken overall has a different taste and texture that is worse than previously. The restaurant did send a reward credit for an entree and two sides. When I order food, I want to be able to eat what I order. Newburgh location needs to evaluate what has changed with their quality.

I asked for tomatoes and extra pickles Never received them. My bill for a medium waffle fries and a medium drink over 13 dollars. I won't go back. Go sit down at a nice restaurant and get good service. If i spend that kind of money i want my order right They never returned my phone call. Ditch these guys

Ordered on the app for lunch. Got there and waited almost 30 minutes for my food and they weren't even busy. French fries were so salty I couldn't eat them and my chicken sandwich was cold. Definitely a disappointment from this location

Well, don't go here yet. They aren't open. Completely drove 80 miles out of my way to get a somewhat healthier fast food option and they are going through employee training? Well, maybe don't have a fake 5 star review for a restaurant that hasn't even served a single meal yet. Probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Never going again.
