It's in a gas station so the atmosphere ...is a gas station.. Donuts are over $3 A pop.. Waited forever just for a regular large coffee.. Employee sat it on counter instead of where you pick it up and never said a word.. Guy taking my order as simple as it was got it wrong... You decide

I always order an ice chai latte with a hot coffee for my husband. If I go in the morning or early afternoon my drink comes out perfect. When I go later in the afternoon they always give me what tastes like ice coffee. I should know by now to try the drink before I leave. Please teach everyone how to makes the drinks. Waste of money.

Horrible, horrible expreince. Given the reviews, I expected better, so my experience must be the Saturday afternoon crew. They forgot part of my order. The hot chocolate was not warm enough and it had clumps. Look at the photo. Gross. My iced coffee had sugar sitting at the bottom of the cup because they didn't bother mixing it. And my half caf coffee was labeled as a full caffeinated drink. And the drive through took nearly ten minutes and I was just the third car when I pulled up.

Ordered a large iced coffee black. Got a cup filled to the top with ice and a splash of coffee for 4 dollars. Straw wouldnt even go in without breaking. Ripped off

I usually come to this Dunkin every single morning when is extremely busy and I have no issues whatsoever! Today I came at 6pm There was absolutely no one In the line and I waited 21 minutes for a coffee and two donuts! The Young kids working this shift are doing anything but serve the customers! Specially, when there’s just one customer

They really need folk that are passionate about their job, especially in the customer service industry. The whole atmosphere was horrible my small hot midnight was cold and horrible. Why I can't get what I ask for that's on the menu board $6 meal bacon croissant they said they couldn't do it. And then drop my money on the ground. What the heck. Something needs to be done about this. If you don't like your Jobe or where you work just leave stop dishing that negative energy out on your customers PERIOD!!!!!!!😡

Worst Dunkin. Staff ignore the line in lobby. Take and complete one order at a time instead of moving line though. These people need to be retrained or new staff brought in. This location gives the bean an awful reputation.

They used to close at 8:00, now 7:30pm. Been there 4 times in the past month before 7:10 and they did not have any coffee hot or cold. Where I am from if you walked in at 7:29pm they would make a fresh pot. Also after you place an order at the window and you say thank you their response is no problem not your welcome. Some times I’ve sat at the drive thru speaker for a while and no response. Went in and no one had a headset on. Taller guy is very polite tho, location in Port St Lucie in Mobil gas station on St Lucie West Blvd

just awful. this place needs an entire new crew and new manager. The bigger blonde girl who’s usually taking orders has absolutely no customer service skills. i come here almost every day and every time im treated the same. the manager doesn’t do anything about the complaints she receives about her employees and honestly i believe she must encourage this behavior for it not to stop. if i could rate this dunkin -10 stars i would. the one down the street is 10x better and destiny serves me with a smile EVERY time.

It is perplexing why I would request the absence of cheese from a product only to receive it with the very ingredient I explicitly stated I am allergic to. This practice not only violates my dietary preferences but also raises concerns about the potential for legal action against these large corporations. It appears that employees are more concerned with their mobile devices and reading simple instructions than addressing customer concerns and ensuring their safety.

The Dunkin’ Donuts on Saint Lucie west is a circus . Everything I ordered was burnt Why would you even send that out? It literally takes .5 seconds to make this garbage food anyways why wouldn’t you just remake it.. Whole crew should be fired

The people who took our order were extremely rude, and i did not expect that. They ignored my partner and took orders politely from three people before him. All we got was two avacado toast. People behind us got their order before us. He had to approach the counter to ask if our food was made. They rushed it and the bread was barely toasted
