Jill, at the Bar, anticipated all my needs and managers unnecessarily (but appreciated) followed up to gauge satisfaction. 100% satisfied with the food, Sauvignon Blanc choices, gorgeous view and service!

Absolutely memorable experience dining in tonight! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Our waitress, Misty was truly exceptional. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, offered fantastic recommendations, and had a wonderful, cheerful demeanor that really enhanced our meal. I got my dish as requested (vegetarian, spicy, and hot in temperature). Make sure to ask for Waitress “Misty”. The food itself was delicious for the rest of our group – perfectly cooked and beautifully presented (see photos). We were so full to the point where we had no place for any deserts. Mah-M🙂🙂d

We had a great lunch at P.F. Chang’s and I was very happy to find several gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu. There is a $1 upcharge for gluten-free versions. I have celiac disease and had no symptoms after eating here. We visited during lunch and ordered from the lunch special menu, which offered a really good value. I had the following glutenfree options: • Cup of Egg Drop Soup • Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps – absolutely delicious! A perfect mix of textures and flavors, one of the highlights of the meal. • Beef with Broccoli served with white rice – also super flavorful and well-balanced. Prices were: • $16.99 for the beef lunch combo (includes starter + entrée) • $17.29 for the lettuce wrap combo (includes starter + entrée) Everything was clearly labeled, the flavors were spot on, and I felt safe and well cared for as someone with celiac.

I’m newly obsessed with this location thanks to Yazzie!! Her service was the most incredible my family have had in years, and she truly pulled together my birthday celebration. It was such a special night and she helped us find items that worked for everyone as a first timer myself, and her timing was incredible too. She has such a good memory it’s crazy- she memorized a solid 8 or so orders inputted at once, she’s incredible and I can see why so many people recommend this location to me now!! Go in for great service and great food!

The meal was amazing. Charlie was our server and went above and beyond. Good conversation, and the food was wow!! It's been a long time since I visited a P.F. Change. I'm glad we came here for my birthday lunch!!

Everything was delicious. I recommend the Mongolian beef and the signature lo mein. We also got the peach boba refresher and it was perfect. Not too sweet and amazingly refreshing. Our server Cassidy was awesome. The booth we sat in was a bit cramped and she made it happen for us to sit at a more comfortable table. Additionally she was cheerful and gracious and on the ball. The food runners and other service staff were also very chill and had good vibes. Overall, a delicious meal with great service. Will return here most definitely.

Five of us came for lunch. We got 5 entrees to share and 2 appetizers. The food was excellent except the Mongolian beef. It was tough or overcooked. The gentleman server was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and didn't keep us waiting for the check. I'd like to address the dark lighting in the women's bathroom. At first I thought I had to find a switch. No switch. What do you do to accommodate visually impaired people like myself? I bumped into the wall and door jam. Luckily I'm fine. You can make a nice ambiance with a little more light. In my opinion, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Had a great dinner at P.F. Chang’s in Newport Beach. The ambiance is stylish and modern, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The dynamite shrimp and Mongolian beef were flavorful and well-prepared. It gets a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall, a very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back!

Food was excellent!! Steak was succulent & well seasoned. Tempura Calamari was scrumptious! Chicken lettuce wrap was so good I’m craving it every day. Ambiance was awesome! Had a nice view! Service was pretty top notch. The server communicated really well. The food came out really fast. The only issue is he spilled an entire glass of water on me. 😅 I would totally return and bring my family over!

The service was great. Our server was on top of it and made sure that we were taken care of. The food on the other hand. A complete miss. Now this May not be representative of all their food but I got the chicken Lo Mein. I should say I got all mein and no chicken. Bowl full of noodles with 3 Nickel sized pieces of chicken. When I asked for more our server had to fight with Managment not to charge me?? The noodles themselves, not great. I feel like I’ve gotten better mein at Panda Express for 3x cheaper the price. The quality of food and the price do not match up in my book. Im sure other dishes they have are delicious but for me, not impressed at all.

I absolutely love their Mongolian beef here. However, the service we’ve received the last couple of times we came was not good at all. Our server wasn’t friendly, our order took a long time even though there was only one other family there. Many waiters and they were just standing around talking. We weren’t asked for refills and really wanted a refill. When we ordered our drinks, we received the wrong drinks and I truly believe our waiter did it on purpose. We ordered dessert and they forgot and brought us our check. We insisted on our dessert and it took them a long time. I finally let the manager know and he compted our desserts and drinks so that is why I give them a 3 overall. Otherwise, I would be giving them a zero. I won’t be going back again. It was a bad experience overall.

We had luch at P.F Chang. The stuff was friendly, but most of the food we odered (lettuce wrap, mongolian beef, Kung Pao Shrimp) tasted a bit too fried and heavy for our liking. Portions were generous though.

Way to crowded. No respectful communication from manager or hostess. Felt like cattle and no one realy cared. Waited 2 hrs. Had a reservation but was still never seated 21 minutes after our time. They cared more about to go orders then sitting customers already in restaurant. We left and ate at McDonald's and taco bell. True story. Will never come back to this location. ✌️
