Update: management gave 2 free subs for me and they have fixed their mess up. This is how a place should be managed and I appreciate what they did to fix it. Thank you I usually have a great experience here. And I will continue to go. But today horrible. The lady doing the salad area for the subs ruined my sub and still made me pay for it instead of offering to remake it. Put lettuce on my teriyaki sandwich that was correct then asked for ranch. She grabbed the ranch that was fine then I said can you please put very light oil and vinegar she proceeds to grab the mayo and put mayo on my sandwich and I said no, ma’am I said, very light oil and vinegar after she literally just started putting the mayo on my sandwich I was like, looking at her like that’s not what I said And she just Looked at me and was like sorry and I was like I said very light oil and vinegar. She grabs the oil and vinegar and drowns my sandwich. And they still made me pay for the sub. So I’m going to throw away the sandwich and now I have to figure out a different meal for me tonight. I did call the manager afterwards and she offered to remake the sub after I had left already because there was a line to the door and didn’t wanna make my family wait on eating their hot subs because the lady didn’t want to listen. Plus who knows how long that would have taken. I’ve never had a problem with this place and I will continue to go however, they really need to reconsider working staff. If they cannot handle a rush they can sit out if they need to. Ruined my dinner plans completely.

I’m writing this review to acknowledge the fact that Subway does not only have the best foot longs, but their salad’s are spectacular as well. As an intentional healthy eater I was really impressed by this salad. They basically treat the line like a salad bar. Instead of having a 6in. bread as your sub you can switch it out with this salad, and the result is something truly remarkable. Quite happy with my visit. We’ll done subway! I’m impressed. A little small for the price, but extremely healthy and exquisitely tasting 😋

We have ordered many times and food is always on point (which it should be since your watching them make it lol). The only thing in question is the employees working are a hit or miss. They don't come off very friendly and give that look they are unhappy having to work/serve you. I understand when people have bad days, but this seems to happen often at this location.
Service is always different. Sometimes it's very competent..other times they tell you that you can't pay with a $50 bill because management told them not to accept anything that large. Today was fine except when I got home, my boys let me know that the extra meat and cheese wasn't put on their sandwiches that I had ordered. The paper bag handles don't hold any weight at all. The nice ladies do warn you about it, though. Otherwise, it was all done quickly, and the food was delicious!

I came to this location 5/28/24 around 4:45pm, when I came in the location it smelt like dirty rags or dirty mop water. I’ve been to this location once before but that was in the day time and my experience was fine. As I walked in no one acknowledged me for about 5 mins. When she got to making my sandwich she was rude “what do you want” was her exact words. My experience isn’t even what I’m upset about. As my sandwich was being made a Hispanic man came in he was about early 40’s. May I add he was speaking English! I believe her name was Ciera or Celina. She was extremely rude to the man saying “huh”, “what” , & “say it again”. Mind you he was speaking English! I left before she finished his order but it made me very sad for the man that he is still experiencing things like this.
Look, when I write a review I always try to be fair and honest. However, this subway has failed to provide the most basic of services. To put this in context; I have been ordering off the subway app for a while now. I have never had an issue with my orders. I have ordered from multiple different subways and my order was always right. This subway however, does not know the meaning of “more”. All I wanted was more vegetables; that’s it. Instead I get the puniest sandwich you’ve ever seen. At first I thought maybe they were busy and was trying to get through their orders; I would not be upset about that. Instead, every time I order it’s the same. I ask for more and I get less. It seems to me that either the employees are incompetent or the owner is instructing the employees to ignore “more” on the receipt. Most likely the latter.
Alex was nice but rushing and was being trained. The other lady finished my sandwich and barely wanted to give me extra vegetables. Small amounts here and pricy. I'll try another Subway.
It's ridiculous I have to pay $24 for two subs. The sides were nasty and they always want to be skimpy on sandwich. The people are rude and have bad customer service.

I ordered two sandwiches for our lunch break today, including a flatbread with turkey, veggies, and extra jalapeños. The sandwich had very few veggies and only two pieces of jalapeño, despite requesting extra. I didn’t have a chance to check it until I returned to work, so it was too late to fix the issue. This was disappointing and not what I expected.

Worst customer service ever ! Same as the last time I went here! I thought I'd give them another chance but they were so rude when I walked in to get my order guy ask if I was there to pick up the online order I said yea he said "Thank God" so rude! My food wasn't ready when it said I waited watched them throw food at each other ! The girl working was super rude slamming open the door mad because she had to make my subs thats your job! They need to replace the workers that worked tonight because it's bad for subways business good way to lose customers that spend alot of money there . 9/29/22 Time was 8:00pm
Took 45 minutes extra for 2 sandwiches I preordered about 20 minutes before. The girls served all walk ins first and made any preorders wait longer. Shame on management for not having more help. I’m not happy that the young ladies were not able to balance the orders but management should’ve staffed the store better. There’s no sense hitting close to an hour and still waiting. Never coming here again.

I called and the shift manager wanted us to take the sandwich back, which my husband did. No apology or any kind of offer to show their mistakes. If anything, the could’ve allowed my husband to bring back the sandwich that was wrong and make us a new one to compensate our time and gas. All in all poor customer service and management needs to retrain these young workers.
TERRIBLE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. Childish even the old lady in there, They wanna snicker and laugh about you then when you ask them to give you a moment the man child slamed his hand down and was annoyed. This shop doesn't accept $50 and$100 bills and the service nathing I go hear Sunday April 13 some 5.30pm And believe me, you'll be hungry don't go. Take chips and soda some gas station but this subway don't go .
Paid online and they claim order not recieved and that I should cancel, I tried and would not allow me to cancel I had to order again and they made me pay twice! owner Vickie Joyner refused to refund my money I already paid for online. Subway will not respond to me either. IT IS ILLEGAL
Absolute disappointment. Tomatoes with no taste. Food was thrown together. Barely a smear of tuna on the footlong tuna sub. Get the cheesy rollup... one inch of cheese and 7 inches of bread. Many other issues. And another food place bites the dust.
