Comfort food: they do right. Great place if you're patient enough to wait 5-10(ish) minutes because the food is usually made to order instead of sitting under a warming lamp.

We stopped in to grab an ice cream cake, but also had to grab the one and only cherry dilly bars. They were delicious.

Great place. I had a strawberry shortcake blizzard and I didn't expect chocolate ice cream with the vanilla. It tasted like frozen dirty mop water with strawberries in it.

Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean. Briana was very friendly and super helpful. Would come here again.

I was amazed with the customer service displayed by these employees at this Dairy Queen! After we got all our 13 orders confused and messed up, they didn't get all fussed up, and we figured them out in about 10 minutes. Then they also went above and beyond in being waitress! We were impressed! And their food is great!

This is my favorite ice cream place in The Falls!!! The owner, Mike is there pretty much every day which makes it a more family atmosphere! He's a great guy and ensures every customer leaves satisfied! Not too many owners around like that!The different flavors and ice cream are amazing.i miss a few favorites but all in all this is an amazing place to get ice cream and relax! 2 thumbs up Mike!

I used to hate coming to this place when it was "backwards" - felt so odd reaching over passenger seat to pay and that funky little basket they'd shove in the window sometimes to get your food to you? No thanks. After the remodel though this is my new go-to Dairy Queen. It's AMAZING inside and it's the delicious Dairy Queen you know and love. Really great looking building, great food. All in all a great place for some ice cream and chicken fingers!

Great place!!! Great food, Great service, Great prices. If you're hungry, thirsty or want a nice treat this is your next stop. I had a burger dinner here and was back for a freshly cracked egg breakfast sandwich. The kids loved the pancake and bacon platter. We WILL be back when in town.

The inside closes at 11pm and the drive thru was open. Consistent service even though the drive thru worker was not wearing gloves. I appreciated that they offer the non dairy dilly bar I'm just used to when the dilly bars were made fresh to order with cherry and butterscotch as well not prepackaged. The good old days!

Clean atmosphere. Hamburgers are grilled and fries nice and crisp. Everything was nice and hot. Very pleased. Girl at the counter was very pleasant. Reasonable prices considering everything going up. Will be back.

Stopped in for an 85¢ Blizzard (til 4/23/22). The staff was very polite and patient as it took me a minute to decide which Blizzard I wanted. The restaurant is always clean.

Clean, well run Dairy Queen with the usual selection. I love the Cherry dipped Dilly bars. Yummy They also have I've cream cakes and other ice cream novelties plus a few grill items.

Dairy Queen has the best food ever. They are way better than burger king, McDonald's and Wendys. The associates are nice. Dairy Queen has never messed up my order.. Love this place....

Mike's DQ is top notch. Staff is always polite & order is accurate every time "my wife & I" have been there. They're doing something right because the store has been there as long as I can remember.

For an ice cream and fast food restaurant, they are very good and consistent. Their burgers and French fries are both good. Clearly DQ is known for their frozen treats. The blizzards are amazing. They have the best ice cream cakes. They also offer cupcakes which are a single serve version of the bigger cakes. If you haven't tried one yet, you are missing out.

This was the best chicken fingers, fries, & cheeseburger we've ever had. DQ definitely blew me out of the water. I didn't expect for the food to be so delicious. The staff was very kind, helpful, & patient with assisting me in using the coupons on the app. Of course we finished our meals with Blizzards & they were delicious as always.

Being from Texas it was hard to see that Steak Finger Baskets were not on the menu. Burgers and blizzards were good though. Restaurant was clean as well. I'd recommend eating here.

The burgers and chicken tenders are delicious but the fries were not fresh at all. Newly remodeled, very clean and plenty of seating.

I love the newly built location which is in the same lot as the old, the layout just makes more sense. The food is always hot and fresh. It's nice they have a full fast food menu on top of the ice-cream selection. I haven't been inside this location, I always hit the drive thru, which is fast service always.

Just ate here not even an hour ago, it's more expensive than most fast food places and takes a few minutes longer to get your order than most as well but it's definitely worth it. It doesn't taste like fast food, it tastes more like sit down restaurant food and is very filling. Great breakfast menu, biscuits and gravy ate on point. And 1/2 off customer appreciation day is one of my fav holidays lol.

The food here used to be amazing but lately it's gone downhill items missing from my order always out of bananas for banana splits and tonight I ordered a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream they tried to hand me one with whipped cream and when I mentioned it they just scraped the whipped cream off the top and handed it back to me

The place itself is great Mike really took care of us with an ice cream cake and he put the writing on it. But the business is in a not so great neighborhood.

The hot food was ok. However I purchased a peanut buster parfait. The hot fudge was not hot fudge. It was either pure chocolate or 2/2 and 1/2. But completely gross. For the price it sucks

Would be nice if they made cars that are waiting for good orders wait in the parking lot to instead of hold up the line in the drive thru. You’re in line forever !

The product here is good. Service can be very slow at times. Main issue is that it cost us almost $30 for a milkshake, medium blizzard and a banana split! That's just crazy! For ice cream!?!?

I have a couple favorites only DQ has. Overall food is good, Blizzards amazing. That said, accuracy even in small orders and service is another story. In person ordering recommended and check your order before leaving. Delivery, definately never again! Extra cost, for a sloppy mess incorrectly made and frustration.

This location has gone down so much. Had a blizzard, wasn’t anything special. We’re waiting in there for about 20 minutes. Place was crowded and there is no clear area for waiting for your order to be called and to order.

Ask for fresh out of the fryer fries within 5 minutes order was dropped off at table again as usual very disappointed not sure why but so much potential to be five stars but for the price very disappointed I'll try again next week like I do every week Did go back filling week and there was improvement so they did redeem but finger were a little over cooked but meal was made with more pride

Where do i start?? My entire order was wrong when i went in and ordered lunch and icecream for my children and i. Owner is less then friendly. Funnel cake was about 2inch by2inch and overpriced at almost 5$. After i asked if it was big enough for them to share. Then they messed that order up too. How do you mess funnel cake and ice cream orders up? And its pricey. But i took my kids there as a treat and they have been anticipating it for over a week so i didnt want to rain on their parade. And just let it be. However they did say sorry. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place where i didnt want to ruin my kids experience more then they already did. So they ate their icecream and i made a special dinner to make up for the wrong lunch. I will not return due to rude owner and over priced & messed up order.

Mike's DQ is not the same as the old one. The service is terrible, the prices are Outrageous, the food is not the same quality. Its sad this used to be my favorite ice cream place the had the best chili dogs. NOT anymore

This DQ needs a bit of work. I've witnessed an employee eating while preparing someone's food without gloves. And the wait is always a bit long. Also, you expect your order to not be correct or consistent. Therefore, I always go to the other location on Military Rd.

Lately drive through VERY slow. Young lady said she was the only one working drive through. Raking in alot of $$$$. Should always have more help on drive through. employees always pleasant.

Staff did nothing but talk and play around. After repeating my order 3xs they still got it wrong. The manager who was a older gentleman was very nice and patient with his staff and customers.

On April 17th 2016 I went to get ice cream but left with none I made my order for ice cream sundaes and asked for something extra and was told I would get charged extra for it which was fine but when I didn't get the extra I said something to theworker and she snapped her lips and had a attitude cause I said something and I wasn't the only customer I don't think I would have gotten mad but they shouldn't treat people like that I have worked with the public and never treated a customer like that even when they got me mad.and this wasn't the first time with this worker.I have never been treated like that by any of the other workers very upset.

Why buy an $8 large blizzard when you could go to 7-Eleven and buy Buffalo's own half gallon of Perry's delicious ice cream ($6.49) and scoop out half and put it in a paper cup. P.S. I wasn't disappointed by the products. I was disappointed with the price. Do you understand now? - 2 ⭐ for the price and - 1 ⭐ for not giving me a courtesy call after i turned in an application for employment when you were hiring and mentioned i live 1 BLOCK AWAY ON WELCH!

Out of my 2 experiences eating there I ordered a banana split blizzard and there was one layer of banana split coating the top and after a few bites I’ve realised it’s all vanilla. TERRIBLE DO NOT EAT HERE. RIP OFF

This place sucks they gave me half cooked fries that was still frozen in the middle put my barbecue sauce chicken in a container with no lid and put a napkin over top of the chicken so now I have to eat napkins with my chicken don't go here

I was in line to get a shake. For whatever reason the order for person ahead of me was taking a long time. Instead of asking the person to pull into a parking spot to wait for the order the rest of us were made to wait for that order to be done. Meanwhile my shake was sitting on the counter melting. Very poor service.

Worst pecan cluster blizzard ever Asked for minimal pecans and it was. loaded with them. A swirl of caramel at the top, no chocolate and the rest was vanilla soft serve. If I wanted soft serve ice cream I would have requested that

i ordered my mom a 2 for 4 and i asked for a strawberry misty slush and they charged me twice for the strawberry’s when i asked for a medium and not a large. then in the slush it was a Reese’s piece in there and sadly my mom had a allergic reaction to it and had to go to the ER. Very disappointed and angry.

I order 50 dollars worth of food for my family of 4 lastnight February 25 2023. And let me tell u something it took 45 mins to make my food and yes only car in the drive thur. But today my whole family is deathly sick. None us can move and it's the worst feeling ever to know they sever food that can make you very deathly sick like this.. I can see if it was one of us four, but whole family is a little bit out of hand. If I could I would give negative stars 🌟. Well a updated I took ny family to the emergency room and we all have food poison from you guys. I will never come back to your restaurant again. Worst place ever. Door dashed dinner the workers apparently can’t read, stole my order, or are just plain lazy. Didn’t even receive half the order. Like how do you mess up an order. Especially when they are spending alot. Make it make sense. You need to do some retraining. And I don’t want no generic response. Have some real customer service since your staff don’t. And the ranch dipping sauce was spoiled it was a big chunk.
