This is hands down one of the CLEANEST restaurants I've ever been to and consistently clean, even the bathroom is impeccable! The food is fresh, delicious prices are good and the service is amazing! I don't live close to Mr. Ventry's but I make a special trip out to enjoy this restaurant. Love it here! 💖

Each time we eat here, our server is very attentive and polite. The pizza and wings were delicious. My wife also had the Summer Salad and enjoyed it very much. We have also started with the Eggplant Calabrese. It was very good as well. I love eating here!

Had a wonderful dinner this evening. Greek style Fish and Lemon pepper Fish were both delicious. Baked potato was a little underbaked but it still was delicious and they were Hugh. The restaurant is spotless and beautifully decorated. The other staff were very friendly and it is my pleasure to share my awesome experience with you.

We came across from Canada to do some back to school shopping. We asked around for a really good pizza place and we were told that this is a must try! So we did, and we were definitely not disappointed! 10/10 we highly recommend :)

The service here was great. I ordered pizza and 3 different types of wings and while i was waiting the staff behind the counter recommended two other pizza slices so i bought them (both were great!). The order was ready when they said it would be and the wings were fantastic! Perfectly cooked, and sauced. We ate wings at 3 different places on our vacation and this place was the best by far. Mr Venty’s is now our go to spot in Niagara Falls.

Nice selection of menu options. Chicken fingers were large, tender moist and served hot. Dining companions had a huge salad topped with cheese and beef and said it was delicious. Will try that next time. Brooke , our wait staff, was kind, efficient, and checked in on just the right number of times.

I live here on the town on Tuscarora road I order every weekend and I'll tell you the pizza and the barbecue wings on the pit are the best I've ever had I've been to a lot of states and tasted a lot of food in there absolutely excellent always delicious🥰, I also worked for the United States Postal Service and LaSalle Post Office and the main Post Office downtown absolutely chose mr ventry's pizza first for any occasion!!

We love going to Mr. Ventry's for dinner as they always make you feel welcome and the food is always top notch, so having a large family lunch here was a no brainer. My husband and I hosted a luncheon with family at Mr. Ventry's following our daughter's baptism. Danielle was great to work with, she took care of the details of the reservation. She reserved the back room for us, and it was the perfect space to gather and enjoy our meal as a whole family, there was about 20 of us. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. Colleen and Brooke made sure our lunch went off without a hitch! They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. We were able to enjoy time with our family and not worry about a thing as they were so attentive to our group. Absolute rockstars! Highly recommend Mr. Ventry's for a small lunch or dinner party! We will definitely be back for future dinners and parties!

Great pizza, not too thin, not too thick. The sauce is savory with a hint of spice without being overwhelming. It gets busy, a lot of seats though.

Mr. Ventry's, moving to a new location, provided them with an upgrade all around. It's no longer a pizzeria with seating, but a nice restaurant with a more extensive menu. The location and parking situation is much better as well. Although I miss being able to grab a few slices in the old days, I enjoy the restaurant much more as it offers a nice variety of good food.

I enjoyed the sauce not sweet. Good amount of sauce and cheese. Proper ratio. Good cup and char. The belly or undercarriage was cooked well had a good easy pull but not undercooked Crust had some snap to it. Overall a good pizza for $20

The parking lot is very big. Lots of seating, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The day we were there the air conditioning was stuck on so the restaurant was very cold. The food was quick to order and pick up. Food was hot & fresh! We ordered a half sheet with 12 square slices. Prices weren’t bad. My only complaint was that the pepperoni’s were very spicy (imo) and the kids didn’t wanna eat the pepperoni so we had to peel them off. Honestly that’s really the only reason I gave 4 stars. Pros: very cheesy and the bread wasn’t super thick but had a nice crisp to it.

Our hostess/waitress was fabulous! The food is good, my Spring Strawberry Salad was fresh & couldn't be more perfect! My husband's BBQ Burger was excellent. Our pizza was good but a little on the burnt side for my taste, however, some people might love it that way. I didn't say anything because they already were kind enough to seat us after the dining room had just closed, and we were their last inside dining customers so close to closing. And the pizza really was just "right on the line," so I'm still giving 5 Stars across the board.

Pizza was good but two of my three slices were ice cold. I don't understand how that could happen. You would think they would warm it up before giving it to you. It wasn't like I took it home to eat I ate it there. The Pizza did taste good but cold. The wings were good but very salty. I decided to give them a try because some local told me that it was very good. Beer list is very boring. It would have been nice to try a local beer other than generic Bud light and Miller lights.

Yesterday was our anniversary so we went for dinner at Mr. Ventry's. It was our second time there, and we were anxious to try some dinners there without our son. The garlic Parmesan fish was amazing! My eggplant parm wasn't as good as I had hoped, unfortunately. We were comped my meal and they sent us home with a dessert and pizza, along with many apologies for a dissatisfied meal and underwhelming service. They went over and above to apologize and sincerely were hoping we'd return. We will go again for sure. We're not vindictive people. I tell this story to show their sincerety and authentic care about how their restaurant is remembered. That stuck out for me.

The server brought out a large pizza (8) slices and I said “ That’s a small?” She said yes, however when we received the bill we were charged for the large. I love the rice balls! I get them often. 1st time on the eggplant caprese, and it didn't disappoint. The only thing is I'd like more balsamic and some fresh basil with it. The eggplant stayed nice and crispy even after 8 min drive home and getting settled to eat.

It was okay. It was clean. I asked for an appetizer as my entrée and was given a small plate, anyhow. Asked for water and was told it was gonna be a minute or two. That felt weird. Nice presentation on some of the meals. Nothing special.

The table service was good, and the kids loved their food (penne pasta with meatball for one, pizza logs for the other.) my wife and I ordered the Meat Lovers pizza with white sauce, and the crust was very under cooked. Over all the experience was good, and the food was reasonably priced - I would go back, just not have the pizza. An oddity at checkout - we paid with a credit card, and the waitress returned our bill with someone else's card. That wasn't caught until the next day, so we are working out an exchange by mail.

If you love thicker style crust, then Mr Ventry’s is perfect for you. The wings were really good as well. I just would’ve like them to be, a little more crispy.

Stopped by to have a bite to eat and we decided to have the beer battered fish fry and it was a battered frozen fish not fresh fish. Restaurant is very nice we will go back again but I think next time we're going to go for the pizza and wings which looker delish. My daughter and son in law said it was terrific. My personal recommendation would be that if they were going to serve beer battered fish make it fresh or don't offer it at all because it will only be a detriment to them. Anyone that likes beer batter fish wants fresh fish especially for $11. 95 and website shows $10. 95.????? My wife took hers home because she couldn't eat it. Service was very good all the servers were very nice.

Mediocre pizza. Margarita didn’t have any tomatoes on it and instead had clumps of feta. Pizza was also cold when it came out.

My friends raved about your restaurant so made reservations for my husband and I for my Friday birthday dinner. Very disappointed. Seated in a booth by the kitchen with a lot of traffic. Ordered baked Cajun fish with side salad. Brook offered french fries, baked potato or side salad. Not told side salad was extra. Came with cheese and garbanzo beans that I don't care for, ate it anyway. Fish was good but found two bones in it, only ate half.. Told Brook and she apologized with no compensation. My husband had a bowl of beans and greens and the beer battered fish, good but had to wait for tartar sauce which should have came with the fish. My husband had a root beer and I had water. $17.50 for baked fish and $17.00 for beer battered. $55.00 later, I was still hungry and went elsewhere. If I return, will try pizza.

Ordered a pickup order and walked in to the two girls behind the counter backs to the customers both playing on their phones. I could care less about being on your phone but you have one major role to greet customers coming in to pick up food and you both failed miserably. I stood there and waited for 4-5 minutes just to see how long it would take them to do their job. Do better Mr ventrys.

Ordered pizza well in advance for 6 pm pickup time. Walked in at 6 and was told it wasn’t ready, had to wait an additional 22 minutes before getting the pizza I ordered. Not too many people in line , maybe 5-6. Other people were making comments about their wait time as well. No real sense of urgency from the people behind the counter. Food was good but I definitely think they need to be faster at preparing orders instead of making customers wait. Especially when the order is placed well in advance.

My sandwich seemed like it got cooked in the microwave. My lettuces is disgustingly old and the fries are sauggy. Money down the drain. Never again!

Nice place with a nice staff. Prices are high. Got 3 pieces of pizza and it was 8.91$. Two of the slices were old fashioned tomato pie. No toppings other than oil, tomato and parm. Still almost 10$ for 3 pieces of pizza is a lot. Quality was just ok.

Good food but I hated how they handled tipping. They charged 20% gratuity on the bill presented to me and then also asked me to sign the tip bill — essentially asking for tip twice. I felt cornered and embarrassed enough to sign the tip bill with more tips. Never came across such a shameful, greedy tactic before. Tipping culture gone way overboard. I do not recommend the place solely for this reason.

The waitress came back to the table four times to ask what my to-go order was and then when we were ready to leave she said oh honey. I'm so sorry I totally forgot what you to-go order was. We are here in new york on vacation and wanted to try a New York pizza. We ordered ahead and when we got to the restaurant, the lady told my husband, very rudely, " he burnt your pizza, and you owe .15 more cents as well." No apologies, no trying to make it right for us as a customer. Most places would tell you not to worry about the .15 cents, and would have at least given some kind of discount or compensation for their mistake.. We have never been treated so rudely. I think the staff need more education on customer service. Even if your having a bad day, do not take it out on the customers. It was not our fault.

Ordered the eggplant parm and the pizza logs. The eggplant came with 3 small soggy pieces that couldn't have possibly been made to order. Not only was is soggy, it was almost raw tasting and very very bland. The meal was mostly thin spaghetti with a horrible bland sauce and it needed about a pound of salt to make it even edible but in the end I couldn't eat it unfortunately. They also didn't send salt, pepper or eating utensils or even a napkin and I told them I was staying at a hotel. The pizza logs were good but served with the same bland marinara. I've never had worse Italian food in my life.

Pizza was burnt 4 times upon delivery and too hungry to send it back, cut off the burnt parts and there wasn't much left

So I've ordered here a bunch. Usually food is a little later than told . Today it was actually on time unfortunately they burned my $24 small pizza. It tastes nasty And was way expensive in the first place. Very disappointing!

They have the nerve to call this burnt, crustless, tiny pizza "A NYC Large!" Absolutely tastes like a frozen pie. A real disgrace and it's nothing like what I bought before from them!

The chicken cutlet sandwich on “Italian bread”…this looks like the toast I would have with my eggs..not my chicken sandwich 👎🏼👎🏼 Had to remake my toast when I got home.

I've been going to Mr. Ventrys for little over a year. Yesterday was Father's Day and my daughter took me there. Pizza was good, wasn't their best but their wings got a D-. They were not meaty at all, very thin. They were over cooked. If it wasn't for the blue cheese, I would have stopped with the first one. My daughter usually eats 5 wings and I eat the other 5 wings. Lets just say we didn't eat them all. That was just the food, now our server did good until she forgot that we were her table. She took on another task there and we never saw her again. I went to the front desk to get to go boxes for our pizza. I said we haven't seen our server. Short time later she showed up and apologized and apologized. I always talked highly of Mr. Ventrys pizza but I dont think I'll be going back. My daughter and I like Santoras pizza or Say Cheese pizza. Good pizza and wings. I gave Mr. Ventrys pizza a D-. Hopefully they make some changes.

They added a 5.00 tip to my order that I aint allow. There thieves watch your bill. I did come to the store on the 24 of July it's the 30th no money or call back. Like I said watch your bill .

After hearing that they had a good fish fry and baked fish, we decided to try it. That was a mistake. The baked fish arrived cold and appeared to have baked from frozen in the pan still swimming in its liquid, very unappetizing, and the baked potato we got with it was not cooked all the way and was still hard in the middle. I ordered extra tarter sauce and they only gave us 2 of the small .75oz packets of them. The fried fish was no better. It looks like they just pulled it out of a freezer, threw it into the fryer and then sent it out. I was surprised how much appeared to have been from frozen especially at the prices they want for it. If you're looking for a good Fish Fry in Niagara Falls, this is NOT the place.

The last two times we've ordered from this restaurant, they've screwed up. Sent out a pick-up order, and delivery driver straight up stole our food. Do not give them your business.

their pizza sauce is bitter' and the staff' or at least the people that answer their phones and take orders are often rude' and don't care about the customers and they often screw'-up' orders which they will go out of their way' to charge You" wayyyy' too much". their prices are absolutely astronomical'!! the highest around"!!. do Yourself" a favor and order from Leons' ......or just about any other place'. they are trying to get' bye' on their name". back in the day' Ventrys' downtown location had great food and service' but this new place' on the blvd. is a scam'.

This is why I’ve always been told don’t go a family run family own business in Niagara Falls because they’re never wrong. They screw everything up and they never will admit it. This ventrys is one of the worst as far as management wouldn’t know if it was the food cause I couldn’t eat. It picked up my pizza sub in the box was a pickle well OK but the pickle juice ran in the entire pizza sub breading so it tasted like pickles. I hate pickles. I tried calling the owner or manager. I don’t know what he is and told him my story and I said, could you remake it or give me credit towards it cause I’m not gonna eat this his response was I’ll give you 10% but I can’t refund your money. The place any normal restaurant pizza place I’ve gone to never put a pickle with their pizza sub they say they do it all the time. Well, I doubt that this is a family run family own business and let me tell you they acted always right. Never wrong and refused to give back money. Can’t tell you if the food sucked cause didn’t eat it. All I can tell is management sucks and by the way, the poor person who takes the order you’re very rude.

Soups are terrible! Beans and greens nothing but oil. Chicken noodle was SPICY! Nothing but black pepper. Meatball was BOILED! Barely cooked. Had a bad experience last time we thought we’d give them another shot. This time we are done never again all our food was thrown away and we ended up eating cereal.
