Ordered 2 pizzas on the LC app. I arrived to pick up pizzas that were ready according to the app, they were not ready. I asked the cashier, she said they will be out shortly. I wanted 10 minutes. And asked again... she said they're almost done. People would come in and go out with pizza. Some people ordered pizzas while I was there and left while I waited for mine. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting and asked to talk to manager... she would not come to talk to me. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting for a pizza that I had ordered online and was ready according to the I finally got my pizza. Really bad service... the managment is evenworse. .

Baking with old dough making the crust and bread look cracked, not cutting the pizzas, the premium pizzas still look cheaply made, no extra cheese on extra most best, 10 mins wait time on regular classics, burning them and still selling them like that crazy. Go to the rio rico location I beg everyone It’s better.

Pésimo servicio!!!! If we order five pizzas, give us the five pizzas you have ready....... Don't tell us to wait 20 minutes for our pizzas if you have some ready! First come, first served!!! It's amazing on how they roll this store...... Wow!

Little Caesars has alot of business however as I was waiting for an order I wasn't very please with the employee that was doing cashier duties and then going back to the preparation area and preparing food without washing her hands and handling food items. This was done on several occasions. Not good.

Arizona weights and measures please check this place!! Worst service I've ever gotten!! The menu says $4 for cheese bread but it rings up at $4.99 + tax whichcomes to $5.42. When I talked to the manager she said first tried to say it was tax so I pointed out that the receipt said $4.99 + tax and that state law says she has to honor the posted price she said I know but we can't change the price and then just WALKED AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING ELSE!

Service isn't bad. But NO ONE wears mask. The lady on the register had her mask as a chin dipper. And while i was there, i saw 3 other employees, non of them had mask. Such a small place, you would think other wise. So I just got my pizza, and ran out for my disinfectant spray. Not going back. Peter Piper Pizza/Pizza Hut is so clean and respectful when it comes to health and safety. Im just sticking to them from now on.

Free 2 liter soda if you order online with portal. Just punch a code in portal, grab your hot n fresh pizza and free 2 liter soda and out the door right?? Nope.... Pizza held behind counter when you use the free 2 liter promo on line ordering. Wait 20 minutes in line to ask where your portal pizza is.Then cashier says this store no longer giving free 2 liter sodas. Says u have to pay for it. .... Failed the audit today and last week. .....False advertising. Store needs to be fined.

Terrible. Not going back. Ordered through the app. Promo (Free2L) on the app offered 2 liter with pizza purchase. Purchased New $6 thin crust. Picked burnt looking pizza at pizza portal and grabbed my 2 liter like it showed on attached receipt. Asked cashier if she needed to ring up 2L somehow. I showed her receipt. She said can't take 2L she asked co workers which didn't seem to speak English. They spoke among themselves that the manager told them not to honor promo. They never spoke to me directly but understand Spanish. I asked for a refund and receipt. They were not helpful or pleasant to deal with either. Understandable why the employees are being replaced by portals and automating the pizza making process.

Saturday 11th August 2018 7pm I order the 5 meat pizza, ordered it well done, repeated well done the kid said ok, he said 15 min, I thought to myself that's the normal bake time, 20 is the well done... sure enough I get the pizza not well done all the toppings in center of pizza, I get home pizza is not cut right have to cut my self.. poor management I know I know it little Caesars but dang get it right. the best part is when I was sitting waiting for my pizza this other teenager walks in asking for a application another girl hands it the the kid, then the kid that attended me hugs and said hi to the kid and then the best thing, the kid behind the counter grabs a pizza and gives it to his friend, the way I know that he didn't pay is I heard the employee say its will be 5 bucks and change, then his friend said no fool, then the employee said thank you have a good day, and his friend just walked out with a free pizza. 5 bucks is not much, but how many times a day , a week, a month does that happen!? just some insights for the owner..
