All of the food was amazing and the staff friendly! It's our new favorite spot in Norfolk! Highly recommend!

Absolutely everything was spot on! Do yourself a favor & stop on in sometime. Everything is done in-house...even the tomato free ketchup (which is amazing)... you'll thank me later.

We stopped in for lunch while visiting family. No idea what to expect. It was very good. We all want to go back again on our next visit. Great food. Great service. Not intrusive, attentive. The place has a nice charm about it. We were able to visit without any struggle. I personally found the choice of music quite fun. Very high quality experience.

Visited 4/30/23 for our Anniversary. Our server Adriana attended to us regularly and made the evening feel special. The drinks were good (and strong). We ordered the Sausge Platter for the starter, and it was wonderfully presented and the sauce was amazing. My wife had the Pan Seared Chicken and it was delicious. The vegetables and mashed potatoes were just as good. I ordered the 16oz Ribeye and it was cooked wonderfully (medium rare... As God intended) although could have used more Salt/Pepper. My only real complaint was the purple sauce, I believe it was the "House Steak Sauce" on the Ribeye was sweet which threw the entire savory vibe of the plate off. To end the night we ordered the Fried Cheesecake which had us in awe. It was the best dessert we have had in awhile. Otherwise the atmosphere, service and food was impressive and we'll definitely be back again!

Had the appetizers, the tomato mozzarella. Those were delicious. The bread and queso was wonderful. Ended up with a 8 oz filet cooked perfectly and the baby potatoes which were awesome. Had the salted caramel cake. It was delicious. Definitely will return. Great service. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food was very minimal time. Thank you everyone at 411 wonderful job 👍

We arrived just before 11:00 am. It was not crowded. The breakfast menu that we were given looked good, but wanted to see what was on the lunch menu, so asked to see that too. So many good choices! We settled on wraps. Delicious! My side was grilled veggies. I expected something bland but was very surprised at how deliciously they were prepared. If we get back to Norfolk we will certainly eat here again.

So when I came in this place I didn’t know what to expect but I took a chance.I order a ribeye steaks medium well and sauté onion and potatoes when the steaks come it was DELICIOUS, well seasoned and cooked to perfection the chef definitely know how to cook very young kid with definitely a passion for cooking and I also order the salted caramel cake was also delicious so my overall experience was a 10/10 I definitely recommend this place you won’t regret it

The food was excellent! The service was ok but really slow. It was 20 minutes before we got our coffee. And we were there for about 1 112 hours total. Overall, I would recommend just expect to have long wait time.

Kay our server was amazing. She was jovial and had a great attention to detail. The food, we had breakfast, was amazing! The coffee was rich and smooth. Norfolk truly needed a place to eat some delicious and nutritious breakfast. Thank you 411 for filling the void! We tried the new pumpkin spice bread this morning, Wow!

Had a Dinner here, very good food good quality and taste . Service was greate , they have very good choices of Fish and Meat . Nice place strongly suggested

I try supporting local restaurants instead of chains so went here. Saw the menu prices & wished I would've gone to a chain to save 5 or 6 bucks, but figured I'm here. Just got the 2 egg breakfast but was glad I came at first bite! Sautéed veggies were exquisite. Somehow the bacon & sausage were better than anywhere else. Totally coming back!

Great restaurant. We stopped in for lunch. Service was very quick. The burgers were perfectly cooked and came out hot. I'd definitely come back again.

Excellent food, friendly and professional waitstaff! Really enjoyed the pan seared chicken with vegetables cooked perfectly on top of tasty mashed potatoes, recommendation from the waitress, and she was right. We didn’t have to wait too long, but it was very busy, understandable for Saturday night. The manager also checked on our table. Great experience definitely will to go back when visiting Norfolk.

During our annual road trip from Northwest Iowa to Boulder, we decided to stop in Norfolk again, having enjoyed the town's charm the previous year. Although the restaurant we visited last time was closed, we were fortunate to find The 411 open, and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. Traveling with our dog, we always look for places with outdoor seating. While The 411 has a limited number of patio tables, it worked out perfectly for our lunch visit. The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone, including kid-friendly options. The banana nut bread French toast was a standout dish; sweet, rich, and truly memorable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience relaxed and enjoyable. If you find yourself near Norfolk, be sure to stop by. The 411 provides excellent food and genuine small-town hospitality in equal measure.

If you’re in Norfolk and craving a legit, perfectly cooked burger, 411 Restaurant is where you need to be. I’ve tried burgers all over town, and nothing compares to what they’re serving up here. The real standout? They actually know how to cook a proper medium rare burger—something surprisingly hard to find. Most places either undercook it or turn it into a hockey puck. But at 411, they nail that perfect pink center every time. Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The ingredients are fresh, the buns hold up without getting soggy, and the toppings are spot on without overpowering the patty itself. Whether you’re going classic or trying one of their specialty burgers, you can taste the difference. Service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back and clean. We had an absolutely amazing time and meal here at 411!!!! The food is absolutely top notch! Highly recommend!

Traveled for work to Norfolk, was there 3 days and that was the only restaurant I visited the whole time spent there. Food and service was very impressive, owner is very pleasant and welcoming. Will highly recommend this restaurant. Loved the salmon, vegetables was delicious. The banana French toast was superb 👌🏾

It is a very fancy place the service is so awesome. The food it out of this world. I had the elk burger and it was the best I am have had.

Stayed in Norfolk for 5 nights and ate both breakfasts and dinners here. Staff and cook was incredibly friendly and helpful and food was the best in town (Indian restaurant next door was also very good). This was our "to go to"place during our stay and I would highly recommend it!

My husband and I came in on a Wednesday night had the baguette with queso dip & the boom boom shrimp to start. Both appetizers were amazing. Very flavorful, nicely presented, great portion sizes. My husband got the filet with baby potatoes. Steak was done to protection and baby potatoes were crispy but moist, very nice. I got the ruben and fries. The fries were good but the Ruben was dry and not very good. All in all we would go back.

This was a very neat little spot downtown. The ambiance was 👌🏽. Food was good. The only thing I hoped for differently was that they had bottled tea rather than fresh brewed. I prefer fresh brewed tea. But, it was a great experience.

Got the Jake Burger, with fries and coleslaw. The burger good, but not great. I expected the jalepenos to be spicier but didn't notice them at all. Fries were good, but the coleslaw was very good. Atmosphere and service were very good. I will be back to try other food.

My husband and I ordered 10 Oz sirloin medium rare. Came out as two 5 oz thinner cut pieces NOT medium rare at all. Sat us at the bar which was fine but not much attention from the bartenders. Not what I expected for paying 100 dollars

Not sure how a place like this is in Norfolk, it definitely has a Benson/Omaha vibe. Staff is super friendly. Full bar with phenomenal drink menu. Kitchen is a bit slow but they said they are short staffed today. Prices are much higher than I would pay for the same food in Omaha, but I'm ok with it seeing as the alternatives were fast food or typical diner food. The $6 Bloody Mary is likely the best one I've ever had and the pickle in it tasted homemade but the staff said it is from a jar. Best pickle I've ever had in a bloody Mary. I can usually throw back a few brunch drinks but this one packs a boozy punch in a good way. You definitely get your money's worth. I ordered the breakfast burrito and french fries. Don't come here on a Sunday if you are in a rush. There was some mistake in submitting my order because after waiting for 45 minutes the waitress realized the kitchen didn't have my order. I didn't have time to wait so they gave me my drink for free. I'm bummed I didn't get to try the food. 3 stars for the excellent drink, cool vibes, and friendly service. Everyone makes mistakes, I used to be a server and I've done it. I would come back and give it another shot next time I'm in town.

Establishment/Environment was great. Staff was attentive. Food was good but the value/quality ratio was a little high for what it’s worth.

What can I say, the food wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Some technical issues. I don't like soggy bread on my patty melt. Then heavy dishwasher stains on the glass they expected me to drink out of. Disappointed.

The restaurant is a nice atmosphere. However, they were out of steaks and about half the menu items the night we ordered, including the filet dinner I ordered. I tried two other options, but they were out. Finally the waiter suggested they did have halibut as a last resort. The orders took a while and the food was just so-so. The bill was high! When I got home, I checked my receipt and was charged the full $45 for the filet meal!! Since we were traveling, it was too late to take it up with the restaurant. A disappointment at best.

Nice place, food was decent pretty pricey when it's just okay ... I'm always looking for the wow factor. I think the server was new but she was nice couldn't answer my questions. Which wasn't a make or break...

Slightly impressed that had separate gluten free menu but GF menu did not have any prices on it so had look back and forth to compare to regular menu for price. Was not made aware that additional $2 for portabello cap instead of regular bun. Was not informed that upcharge $2 for sautéed veggies. Menu is deceiving as says choice of side with burger and offers portobello cap but no mention of these being extra cost. Chairs are gross, full of crumbs behind cushion which inadvertently discovered when gripping cushion doing simple back twist.

This place has potential but not having several items on the menu on a Friday night is not acceptable. Hot apps were good but we did not stay for dinner due a list of items they were out of. I’ve heard this is not new and the owners should address this. ***Follow-up for Danny: Contact not necessary Danny. I don't respond to contact on real feedback. Service was great but for the price you pay, you should get superior food and I’ve honestly had better for way less. Not sure how Norfolk will support a business of this price range. This kind of establishment belongs on Long Island or Manhattan. We probably won’t be back for a VERY long time!

Restaurant is overrated. Food is not bad but also not excellent. Just mediocre. Food is overpriced and menu doesn't match with the website. Fish and chips looked weird. It was my first time here and I expected more.

1 star for the atmosphere. It's a modern, cozy, welcoming location. Another star for the great staff they had. They were thoughtful and top notch but the service was slow even though the restaurant only had 3 tables at the time. Now for the food, the ingredients are good quality but poorly executed. The wings are not krispy. They were a soggy mess with bland flavors. The steak was beautifully ❤️ presented but the flavors were one dimensional. The vegetables were missing any kind of flavor. The cocktail they have try to take from the modern spicy infused with sweet flavors but they miss the mark. Instead of completing each other they are just lost leaving you with some bad jungle juice in college. The beer though, I am not a beer lover but the beers they had a tap are to rave for but they have a better selection across the street. It's a shame because Norfolk needs more restaurants like these but they are just missing the mark with their food.

They get two stars because the food is decent. This is a fantastic place if you enjoy waiting to be seated even when there are plenty of seats and "helpers" if you enjoy overpriced food and overrated service. Mind you, this is Norfolks #1 rated "Best" place for breakfast and many other things. Again, food is overpriced, and service is subpar. The environment is particularly enjoyable. Won't be back after giving this place a handful of tries and same lack of service due to unnatentiveness.

Ate at the bar and the bartender made good drinks, was told about the tomahawk/cowboy ri eye special but not the price. I knew it wouldn't be inexpensive so I ordered it med-rare. The steak arrived 100% med well and very under seasoned, to make it worse it was $120. Really disappointed.

We used to really love it here not so much anymore. Three of us went for breakfast. The eggs tasted really weird almost like they were bad and were so salty. The fruit was slimy. All the water glasses had little black bits stuck to the inside and 2/3 of the silverware was dirty. Service was good and attentive. Probably won’t be back after that. For almost $70 for three breakfasts I’d expect everything to be excellent.

All I can say is that I wish I would have read the reviews before driving an hour to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservations were at 6, didn't get food until 6:50. There was just two people in our party. Restaurant wasn't full by any means. I had the salmon which was the smallest portion I've ever seen, literally three bites worth. There was three pieces of over cooked asparagus and squash with it, oh and a handful of pearl onions. My spouse had the flavorless ribeye that was overcooked along with some baby bakers that tasted like they sat overnight in a refrigerator. Lastly, someone needs to tell the waitresses when people are ready to pay(waited 15 minutes to get the ticket) don't be refilling water glasses, let the other wait staff do that. Overpriced, with slow kitchen that needs to brush up on culinary skills, and wait staff that was very friendly but didn't manage their time. P.S.. we hit fast food restaurant on the way home, best decision of the night.

It was not ok even the food was super pricey the atmosphere was very loud and echos. The wait time was over an hour and this is common and I've tried this restraunt before and same thing. The table were wobbly and nit sturdy. I never got a refill on water even. 10/10 DO NOT REVOMEND. save your time and $.
