I LOVE Popeyes Chicken! We don't have one where I live. I was passing by in Sac on Watt and decided to bring some home. Imagine my disappointment when the biscuits were super stale, over salted, and crumbly and the chicken had a burnt flavor. It was really dark brown almost black instead of golden and was not really edible. $50 in the trash 😭 I won't be back; lesson learned.

They never have your order ready..you always have to go park. Twice I was told it would be about 8 minutes for my chicken, at a chicken restaurant. Last time I went I waited for it and got the fattiest chicken breasts I have ever encountered and received regular chicken strips instead of spicy. I work in a restaurant, it's not that hard to get it right. And they literally sell chicken, how can you always be out. Always. This is by far the worst location. I guess I can say at least the employees were nice and polite.

Not ok....I literally asked about the 10 dollar box....at first I asked about the 23.99 but it was supposed be mixed as explained...ok cool ...but the 10 dollar 2 piece or three strips were by choice....I expressed that I want dark meat so I chose the 20 dollar box over the family meal.... went home had a breast and wing...the person was rude during our order and yes I should have checked but I still feel it was on purpose....I specifically didn't get the bucket because I wanted dark meat only....they need re training and someone needs to reach out and I will be returning in the morning.... just not ok

Ordered what I thought would be a great meal for my grands and got home to old and no flavor classic chicken. NEVER AGAIN.

Walked in and the restaurant smelled horrible. The biscuits were as hard as rock. Ordered two large sides one of red beans and rice the other was Mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese tasted like it had been sitting all day. The large sides turned out to be two small sides. Very disappointing

Order was barely warm some chicken tenders were cold. Made me wonder how safe it was to eat. Very disappointed as I don't eat out much & there is no excuse to serve food like that.

Every time you leave the drive-through or even down in and make sure you check your food because they don’t care what they give you I just ordered 12 garlic Parmesan boneless wings and they just gave me pain wings

Came here today after our soccer game. We placed our order. The younger associate was extremely nasty over the speaker while we ordered. When we pulled forward, my husband asked her about a deal they had posted. He just wanted more info. She states you cannot change your order at the window. He stated I’m not changing my order I’m just wanting more info about your new deal since it flashed across the screen so fast. She turned and walked off from the window. Someone else had to come help us. We canceled our order and headed somewhere else. Won’t get our business! Very rude and unprofessional with their customers!! Headquarters needs to retrain this location! I frequented this location even passing other locations. Needless to say I won’t return. Also careless attitudes may represent careless food preparation. Will never ever return. If hungry and in that area, I’d go to the gas station next door for a power bar to avoid such poor quality of service.

Customer service: 0/10 Food quality: 4/10 Cleanliness of store inside and outside: -10/10 PRICES ON THE MENU ARE NOT THE SAME WHEN YOURE FINALLY GIVEN A TOTAL!!! EVERYTHING ON THE MENU CAME OUT TO BE 3-5 DOLLARS MORE THAN ADVERTISED!!!! I see why Chic Fil A is opening up across the street. These individual Popeyes establishments are abusing their customers intelligence. I won't be coming here again.

I ordered 6PC wing and 3 PC Tender combos from Doordash and what arrived is chicken sandwich and fry. Really disappointed. Will never order again from Popeyes

I drove through this place last night. I’ve only been to Popeyes one other time. I got the eight piece chicken. I ordered half spicy half regular, it was all regular. The price per piece was 3 dollars. Two of the pieces were super small, not much bigger than a sauce packet. I asked for a bunch of ketchup, no hot sauce or honey, I bought a large fry. When I got home I had four ketchups, 15 hot sauces and 5 imitation honey packs. Maybe this is why they have to change for honey mustard, ranch and bbq sauce. They give the other sauce away to people that don’t want it. I threw the honey and hot sauce away. That was 20 packs. Wow 😮 what a waste. What a rip off place never go here! 40 dollars for two people to eat at fast food joint. NOPE!
