It was an enjoyable and unique experience, especially the fruit—it was very fresh, with a refreshing and pleasant taste. What’s great is that they don’t add any artificial flavorings; the taste of the fresh fruit is clearly noticeable. I had pancakes, and honestly, they were among the best I’ve ever had. Truly an experience I recommend and would repeat. All the items were excellent, and the service was extremely welcoming and kind.
Got the three piece tenders for a dollar from T-Mobile Tuesdays. It was white meat and crispy it was very very good I enjoyed it. And young lady that serve me at the window was really nice.
I came in this evening with my daughter and had amazing service, friendly & helpful staff and fresh food. Unis was very knowledgeable of the menu and with his help, we were able to get everything that we wanted on the menu & for only $17. I cannot remember the last time we ate out for less than $25 I was very impressed and wanted to say thank you and its appreciated.
First I have to say William the owners son has OUTSTANDING customer service!! This Popeyes is very clean and Well organized to say the least. THE SMELL of yummy food hits you when you walk in the door. THE CHICKEN IS FRESH and crispy!! If you love chicken this Popeyes beats KFC HAND DOWN! They have these STRAWBERRY biscuits that are boom! They taste like a biscuit strudel. YUMMY! I give this Popeyes a 10 out of 10! Great job Popeyes!! I will be back. No more kfc for me. Lol I'm addicted!!! Yummy, juicy, fresh !!!
I came here specifically to compare Raising Cane's with Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. I rate them the same. Raising Cane's pressure cooked chicken was juicier, but Popeyes had seven Great sauces, which were all better then canes.
Popeyes has gone downhill. This was my favorite chicken spot. Ordered a large 4 piece meal. They only gave one side with it. There is supposed to be 2. I had to order the other a la carte. Went through the drive thru. Normally cars are there. It was empty. I can see why. Got my chicken home and it was luke warm. Chicken seemed old. Very disappointed.
My drive thru service on August 18th was not the best and I hope that's not ongoing. When I made my order, I approached the window, paid and as I was handed my food I asked was there honey in the bag and the person at the window said yes and closed the window. I started looking in my bag and another person came to the window and said something like, "my time" and closed the window again but I was the only person in drive thru. I get that people hang around over in that area alot but it was day light and I am a PAYING customer.
Ordered food tenders were small they counted small pieces and smaller size fries tenders were kinda cool fries also biscuit wasn't as good either I usually eat at the one on stockton blvd witch is great all around but this location is lacking a lot .. bathroom was disgusting and this spot I won't return.
As of 3 weeks I’ve been a (new mind you) frequent customer, but the lack of transparency is a problem. My meals come with two sides (apparently), yet I’ve only been given one for every visit, I have payed for meals for family and friends also mind you. When I tried to address this with the manager, he was unhelpful and confused and blew it off completely. Combined with the constant 15-minute delays every time, it’s no longer worth the hassle. We should expect better, something is so off with this place. They probably have rats and don’t pay their staff enough for this too consistently happen. Disgraceful. I can see the hot rack they put on display and it has too much for the amount of orders. Sloppy and unhealthy for what it is
I LOVE Popeyes Chicken! We don't have one where I live. I was passing by in Sac on Watt and decided to bring some home. Imagine my disappointment when the biscuits were super stale, over salted, and crumbly and the chicken had a burnt flavor. It was really dark brown almost black instead of golden and was not really edible. $50 in the trash 😭 I won't be back; lesson learned.
They never have your order ready..you always have to go park. Twice I was told it would be about 8 minutes for my chicken, at a chicken restaurant. Last time I went I waited for it and got the fattiest chicken breasts I have ever encountered and received regular chicken strips instead of spicy. I work in a restaurant, it's not that hard to get it right. And they literally sell chicken, how can you always be out. Always. This is by far the worst location. I guess I can say at least the employees were nice and polite.
Not ok....I literally asked about the 10 dollar box....at first I asked about the 23.99 but it was supposed be mixed as explained...ok cool ...but the 10 dollar 2 piece or three strips were by choice....I expressed that I want dark meat so I chose the 20 dollar box over the family meal.... went home had a breast and wing...the person was rude during our order and yes I should have checked but I still feel it was on purpose....I specifically didn't get the bucket because I wanted dark meat only....they need re training and someone needs to reach out and I will be returning in the morning.... just not ok
Ordered what I thought would be a great meal for my grands and got home to old and no flavor classic chicken. NEVER AGAIN.
Walked in and the restaurant smelled horrible. The biscuits were as hard as rock. Ordered two large sides one of red beans and rice the other was Mac and cheese. The Mac and Cheese tasted like it had been sitting all day. The large sides turned out to be two small sides. Very disappointing
Order was barely warm some chicken tenders were cold. Made me wonder how safe it was to eat. Very disappointed as I don't eat out much & there is no excuse to serve food like that.
Every time you leave the drive-through or even down in and make sure you check your food because they don’t care what they give you I just ordered 12 garlic Parmesan boneless wings and they just gave me pain wings
Came here today after our soccer game. We placed our order. The younger associate was extremely nasty over the speaker while we ordered. When we pulled forward, my husband asked her about a deal they had posted. He just wanted more info. She states you cannot change your order at the window. He stated I’m not changing my order I’m just wanting more info about your new deal since it flashed across the screen so fast. She turned and walked off from the window. Someone else had to come help us. We canceled our order and headed somewhere else. Won’t get our business! Very rude and unprofessional with their customers!! Headquarters needs to retrain this location! I frequented this location even passing other locations. Needless to say I won’t return. Also careless attitudes may represent careless food preparation. Will never ever return. If hungry and in that area, I’d go to the gas station next door for a power bar to avoid such poor quality of service.
Customer service: 0/10 Food quality: 4/10 Cleanliness of store inside and outside: -10/10 PRICES ON THE MENU ARE NOT THE SAME WHEN YOURE FINALLY GIVEN A TOTAL!!! EVERYTHING ON THE MENU CAME OUT TO BE 3-5 DOLLARS MORE THAN ADVERTISED!!!! I see why Chic Fil A is opening up across the street. These individual Popeyes establishments are abusing their customers intelligence. I won't be coming here again.
I ordered 6PC wing and 3 PC Tender combos from Doordash and what arrived is chicken sandwich and fry. Really disappointed. Will never order again from Popeyes
I drove through this place last night. I’ve only been to Popeyes one other time. I got the eight piece chicken. I ordered half spicy half regular, it was all regular. The price per piece was 3 dollars. Two of the pieces were super small, not much bigger than a sauce packet. I asked for a bunch of ketchup, no hot sauce or honey, I bought a large fry. When I got home I had four ketchups, 15 hot sauces and 5 imitation honey packs. Maybe this is why they have to change for honey mustard, ranch and bbq sauce. They give the other sauce away to people that don’t want it. I threw the honey and hot sauce away. That was 20 packs. Wow 😮 what a waste. What a rip off place never go here! 40 dollars for two people to eat at fast food joint. NOPE!
