I only come to this location because the service by Adan and Zavierh is above and beyond. Will be telling my friends to come here. Very good.

Food was so yummy and filling. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Went out of her way to make sure that we and others had a good experience. Place was clean and pleasant as well.

I had the absolute best peanut butter mood. My boyfriend and I went on a date and I’ve been craving Jamba Juice for the longest. Ben was absolutely amazing and I had the best customer service. Ben was personable. The one thing is that this is the absolute hottest place ever I was dying of heat. The heater was on full blast. I couldn’t even stay inside the building. I had to go outside to wait for my Jamba Juice and even partway through ordering I had to run and step outside. It was so hot. Please for gosh sake turn the heat down. There’s no need for this. It is not snowing out and even if it was snowing, it’s still too hot. Please give Ben and Tamara I don’t know how they are this in this heat. I’m guessing the. i’m not sure if the heat is on or if the AC is broken but fix whatever it is. Ben and Tamara are sweeter than the peanut butter chocolate smoothie. I will be coming back just to see them. That’s how amazing they are. Give them raises. Also fix this AC, please oh my gosh please.

Ordered thru the app and picked up within the time frame. Smoothie was very good and not too watery but just right. Workers are chill and did a great job at making my smoothie.

I've been to this location twice, and both times the employees were all very kind and respectful. They made the smoothies to perfection and offered a free vitamin or protein add in. The peanut butter moo'd is my absolute guilty pleasure. They keep this location clean constantly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

I love this Jamba Juice I got a mango a go go a Made thick. They make it perfect each time and they are super fast. The manager Heather is super nice and she always makes sure I am taken care of. There is also a cashier that is very helpful and nice with purple hair. She’s amazing as well. If you ever need a boost take a stop here and they will make sure you get what you need and that is it perfect.

1st time since I've bought jamba juice in a long time but the man with glasses helped me out and he had such a patient and warm smile EVEN AT the end of the shift! I'll be most likely returning back Because of that! Thank you Jamba Product:1 LG protein berry workout With almond milk and add carrot juice You can't even taste the carrot juice but it's just a great way to get some more vitamins in it. I’ve been a Jamba Juice fan for over 20 years, and I was heartbroken when my local Studio City store closed down. I tried other breakfast options, but nothing could compare to a smoothie in the morning. That’s when I started coming to this North Hollywood location. It’s a bit of a drive, adding about 20-25 minutes to my morning commute, but it’s totally worth it! And let me tell you, Crystal is an amazing employee. She’s always smiling, her customer service is top-notch, and she genuinely cares about her customers. To be honest, I’m not a morning person, but she brightens up my day every morning with her positive energy! I hope this location stays open for a long time because I need my Jamba in the mornings! ❤️

Visited on a hot day and was pleasantly waited on quickly and nicely. Staff are caring and thorough as they prepare orders and serve customers. We were handed a paper menu besides the obvious large display in the shop that shows all items available. Loved this particular feature because large screens with so much information can be overwhelming depending on circumstances. It made decisions easier and frustration free.

I ordered over the phone so i couldnt leave feedback on the app and i don't want to call since their busy right now but these ladies were able to accommodate to my needs and were extremely nice about getting me the sandwich I wanted even if their system was having problems letting me add it to my order. Just felt really grateful that they were able to do everything right and they just seem really chill for the job pace. Really appreciate it and I'm sorry if I am being annoying I just really think when people do their job right in jobs that can be hard at times which I understand, i feel like going out of my way to show my appreciation. We all know Jamba, right? This location is really amazing, though. My son is on the spectrum and I have to go to great lengths to trick him into nutrition sometimes. Not only is the staff here extremely patient and helpful with my questions, almost all the staff have offered suggestions to make him enjoy the smoothies he gets. They always tell him to try it in store to make sure he likes them (which he always does) with the promise of making something different if he doesn't like it (which has yet to happen). They're all really great at this location and very appreciated!

Feel like I have FOOD POISONING- If I could rate zero stars I would. First of all I’ve been to a lot of Jamba Juices and order a medium size & always got it in the plastic Jamba Juice Cup on the Larger side since medium cups are out of stock. Now going to this location they have skinny paper cups. This upset me so much even after reading their little paper of inconvenience… why would I want to go there and receive a paper cup after spending like 6 bucks… secondly I didn’t even try the drink since it was obviously to go & boy was it sour! I order the new coffee drink with coconut since I’m highly allergic to other stuff & it was sour!!!! All night me and my sister had a sharp pain in our stomachs!!!! It Literally made us both SUPER SICK, I feel like I have FOOD POISONING from Jamba Juice… I should of knew when they put my drink into some carnival cup it was gonna be all bad!!!! When we ordered before it was sweet and it was not sweet at all!

I’ve gone to countless Jamba juices with the fundraiser card I got from my little brother and she would not enter the discount in to the system kept telling me that I had to go online when out of the dozen of times I’ve gone to Jamba Juice in Burbank , West Hollywood and here they did not give me any issues all they did was take the card had someone help them enter the code in and poke a hole. No, this manager would not honor the fundraiser card. Will be leaving a Better Business Bureau review.

Yay! $6 for a 2x2" breakfast sandwich with hard, chewy bread? $10 for a small smoothie that’s mostly ice? WHAT A JOKE!!!
