I was craving for pepperoni pizza after work. So I said why not have pizza for dinner. The cheese had a thick texture but it’s cheesy enough for you to taste the cheesiness. If it makes sense (?) the tomato and pepperoni portion was on point probably more than average from other pizza shops I’ve been to. I was looking forward to trying their wings but didn’t get the excitement to munch on chicken. I’ll be back for pt2 and update this review when I do 😋

I really love this place. The service is attentive and quick from all of my experiences, which have been frequent this year coincidentally. I always order 'The Daily' and not just because of the affordable price, but also since the pizza is really tasty. THE COOKIES are especially good as well... always grab two (2) of those ✌😁🤷‍♂️!!! I recently tried the pasta salads which was pretty good and there are also these really nice Italian desserts being offered lately- must try. All around great spot to grab something quick and reliable.

Order some! I’ve been going here for several years and the pizza doesn’t vary in its quality or taste, it’s consistent and always great flavor from the sauce, but you have to try it to know it’s unique taste. You can also get a free cheesy bread if you download their app!!! Great staff, great prices and a unique option of choices compared to most other pizza joints.

This place has such a positive environment, I love it! After my flight to LA, it was nice to be able to sit down in a bright, comfortable space. The employees were very friendly and made me feel welcome. It was also really cool seeing them make the pizza using fresh ingredients right in front of me. Everything was delicious!

Pizza was really good. We got the hot honey pepperoni. The wait was like 15 minutes, so not like fast food, but honestly it was worth the wait. The staff was also really nice and it was about 10pm.

Absolutely amazing pizza place! The pizzas are delicious and always fresh. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are incredibly kind and attentive. You can really tell that Edward, the owner, is a wonderful person and a great leader — it shows in how happy and professional the staff are. Everyone works as a team and provides excellent service. I would give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommended!

The pizza here really stands out to me because I can tell that the chefs take time to really season the food well. They don't just put ingredients together, they make your pizza fresh to order, and it's got actual flavor and seasoning, and good sauce, and DELICIOUS crust. I have always been treated like they're happy to take my order, I really like the staff here. The price is extremely fair for the amount of quality food you get. Keep up the great work!

Went in for business lunch the Pizza was very very good I have to say the Dough was cooked and tasted perfect. I had Chicken BBQ fantastic surprise surprise the have a great selection of over 20 beers on tap

The pizza is always delicious. The staff is always friendly. The prices are reasonable for the economy. The late hours are convenient. I just wish the rewards in the app actually worked at this location so I could redeem my points.

I eat here often and I usually have exceptional service and no issues. But today… I ordered a LARGE pizza, got home and it was tiny. I called to let her know she’d made the wrong size… and she told me that was the size and it just looked smaller because it was in an XL box. Well…. I measured the box to see.. a large is supposed to be 14” and our pizza was about 10”. So disappointed. I was also charged for a side dip which I’m not usually charged for… so idk what was going on today but really disappointed.

I really love ordering pizza here. I've been a customer for several years. I used to visit often, but after a short break, I see changes not for the better. 1. Hygiene. It's dirty at the workplace. 2. The company cuts costs on staff, and only one person works in the first half of the day. They can't keep up with cleaning, taking online orders, preparing pizza, monitoring cooking times, and serving customers simultaneously, causing frustratingly long wait times. 3. Previously, the appearance of ingredients was fresh, but in my last three visits, pineapples look as if they've been missing for a while. Chopped green onions look spoiled. Tomatoes look the same. Chicken has a plastic appearance and looks awful. Half of the herbs are dried out. I took a risk to buy pizza again because I really wanted to eat. The guy apologized a lot, explaining that he couldn't serve immediately as he was alone with all the work. He made me a pizza that looked good, but this time, I didn't like the taste. I would like the managers to pay attention to these points and improve the quality and efficiency of the staff because your pizza could be great. Don't be stingy; keep your business at a high level.

My family and I usually really love the quality of this pizza place. (Literally could come late night, and the staff and food were great.) But today that no longer will be a place we frequent. So you walk in and they make you use a kiosk to order, which is fine. (No more ordering while you watch them make the pizza). We ordered an XL, self published pizza, and we made it a combo with 3 wings and a drink. The wings came the size were great nice and big but a little on the burned side. But we ate them and they weren’t too bad. But man when the pizza came the crust was burned like black. Half the pizza was very burnt on the bottom and the top. The ingredients like the onions and olives were charred. I also noticed they used like Canadian Bacon instead of regular bacon. There was only one girl working and honestly I felt bad having to go and tell her the pizza was bad. She had giving me attitude for a side of ranch. Telling me I had to pay for it and I nicely told her I already did. If she would have just checked the order, she would have known I paid .75 cents for a side of ranch. My husband and I just made the best of it, but we noted we wouldn’t be coming back. To spend $40 dollars on a thin crust burnt pizza wasn’t worth it. We had to eat what we could and toss out the burnt crust. Quality has really come down. The food was bad and the vibes even worse. (Wish I would have taken photos).

Also, one of the cold stones workers out of uniform with hair down was going behind the counter and making herself stuff, pretty unsanitary. Can’t even rate the food because we didn’t want to wait longer for pizza that wasn’t completely burnt. Your team did not offer a refund, we asked for one and they obliged. They only offered to remake ours after we said we didn’t want burnt food, got the refund and started to leave. They also lied to us about other guests getting served before us.

Consumer service terrible and absolutely not acceptable speaks with customers as you did knowing you are not right. you are absolutely rude .

And we never received the pizza and the ice cream they say they sent the second time. They told us they were sending the pizza, but it never arrived and they stopped responding to us.

I lived a few blocks away for 6 years, and ordered here dozens of times for no other reason than it was a quick walk from my place. I never came back after 2024. It wasn't exactly one reason as a growing multitude of uniquely bad and needlessly annoying experiences. *Food: they bake the pizza just until the cheese melts, and then immediately toss it into the box. Most of the time, the pizza was still cold on the inside. There's not much more to be said there. *Atmosphere: They gutted out the restaurant years ago, tearing out beautiful leather booths and replace them with plastic tables and weird storage space. Eventually, that area became the ice cream shop, which now pulls in 99% of the foot traffic into that store. But for a while, this pizza place had a line every single night. Trivia Nights packed the place to the brim and there was a cool atmosphere. I watched that all disappear within 6 months, then dwindle into despair. Unfortunately, I moved to the area right about this time. *Ordering: I'm old school. I like to call ahead, place an order over the phone, and pick it up in 20 minutes. They were able to get that right exactly one time. The other 7 or 8 times, I arrived a few minutes after they said my order would be ready, and they hadn't even started. Too often I had the opportunity to watch the staff perform a little Blame Theater, chastising one another for not doing what they were supposed to. Honestly, nobody there was ever right more than twice in one week. I took to ordering online on their website, thinking that would be more reliable. Nope. Same problem. They always said they forgot, and then had to start it from scratch right there. So, of course, I have to go in and wait. I made that effort for this stupid place, where using 20th century technology is too futuristic of an expectation. By 2023, the few friendly employees were long gone, the lines were gone, and the place was constantly filthy. I was mostly just going to any of the other five pizza shops in walking distance by this point. But this one was open later, and so I would occasionally try it again. *Service: The loyal crowd this place once had, that would entertain even mediocre pizza slid away with the rise of extremely poor service. Every time I walked in, I had to wait for an employee to come out of their hiding hole in the back room to be served. A bell would have been a great solution, but I understand how any good ideas are a product of intellectualism that completely allude this company altogether. The very last time I went to this Pizza Press, I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order while the entire staff carried on lengthy conversations in the backroom. I watched no less than four employees pop their heads out from the doorway, look at me, then turn to continue their conversation. 15 minutes before someone slowly moseyed on over, dragging each foot and making little whiny noises with every step. I was already on my phone looking for the next place to walk to, and yet I waited a full minute for this person put on their plastic gloves at a glacial pace. I've seen slugs move like lightning compared to this they/them. By the time they stepped forward to finally acknowledge my presence, and sag their maw open, I lowered my phone, smiled at them and said, "No, thank you." I walked out and never came back. You're welcome for the feedback. Now, please close up shop so we can put something else in its place.
