I love chicken wings and was very excited to try this restaurant. Sadly, it was a very disappointing visit. The first clue was the menus at the hostess stand were all over the place. How hard is it to keep them in a nice stack? Before the food arrived I walked to the restroom to wash my hands. The floor is covered in food and trash. The bathroom was pretty disgusting in the both the men’s and women’s. If this is what it looks like for customers, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Our food came in a reasonably amount of time. My wings were horrible. They pretty much tasted like jerky. Very dry and overcooked. Our waiter kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for. I ordered my soda and then preceded to ask 2 more times before I got it. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I love BWW but…. We ordered online for pick up, they took over an hour to have our order ready, we walked around the mall to kill time, we never got an email saying that our order was ready for pick up. We decided to go check if our order was ready and it was but we still had to wait 10 more minutes because they were behind a lot of orders. Our fries were cold and hard and the chicken wings were cold too. We asked for 1 blue cheese and 3 ranch and they gave us 4 blue cheese and NO RANCH!!! P.s. if you’re looking to dine in here, they do ask for vaccine card. I recommend to go elsewhere.

On February 14, 2026, my friends and I decided to come here for a Galentine's gathering. That eneded up being a big mistake. The waiter ended up with did not seem like he wanted to be bothered with us at all. He only took a few orders on the side opposite me. I knew he was busy so, I patiently waited for him to take our orders. After waiting a long time, I even told him that I was ready to order, thinking that maybe somehow he thought that I was not ready. He just kept moving and not not respond, even though he was looking right at me. So, I waited some more and waited some more (so did the others who had not ordered). After about another 15-20 minutes had passed, I decided to tell him again that we were ready to order. He still had no response and we waited about another 15 or more minutes. By that time, I was fed up and spoke with the manager. She apologized and I told her that I wanted someone else to wait on us because he did not seem to want to do it. So, she sent Jason over. He was a bit better but, we still did not get the best service. I guess she was hopeful that the waiters would work it out or she just felt too busy to really care. Either way, it left a really bad impression with us and we wished that we had gone elsewhere. Next time we will go somewhere else and hopefully have a better experience. This was disappointing!

I came to have dinner with my kids and it took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks and another 20 min to place our order! The restaurant was pretty empty yet everything took so long! When we finally placed our order we were so hungry and anxious to get our food but even that took 45min and they forgot our sampler! Not a great place to go if you are hungry because they will have you wait a long time even if it’s empty 😒

Pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. First, the customer service was lacking. The food was terrible. The wings were dry and overcooked, even with sauce on them. The meat was tough and not juicy at all, like it had been sitting out for a WHILE. The fries were also dry, which made the whole meal feel low quality and not fresh. Overall, between the poor service and the dry food, it just wasn’t worth the visit. I expect better from a place known for wings, and this experience definitely missed the mark.

We had placed a large order at 3pm to be picked up at 6pm . Upon arriving, they were closed due to equipment issues. I wish they would have called the order placed online at least due to huge inconvenience it caused. I called the restaurant, and they answered but just mentioned they would provide a refund.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently. I visited around 11 PM, and noticed some alarming food safety practices. The manager with glasses was scrubbing the floors while also making food in the kitchen, even though the kitchen was still open and serving customers. When our first round of food came out, it was cold and had to be remade. Our server even mentioned that the manager had prepared the food, which made the situation even more concerning given what I had just seen. Within about 15 minutes of eating, both my friend and I became very sick and experienced diarrhea. This clearly points to issues with food handling and overall cleanliness. I’ve always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit left me questioning their food quality, hygiene, and management oversight. I hope corporate and local health authorities take a closer look at this location to ensure proper safety and sanitation practices are being followed.

Was very disappointed with this location...we went in at the start of Happy Hour and the first 3 most popular beers I chose, bottle or draft..they were out of...also..the bathrooms smelled horrible...the place was pretty much empty and the host sat is down 2 booths away from the bathroom doors. I thought the men's room was under construction...tiles missing, holes in the walls and the odor was intolerable. The worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever experienced. I am a regular at this establishment and was very disappointed.

Bad experience. It used to be better, but today my takeout order was horrible. I think they gave me a bad order. The fries were cold, they looked like they'd been stored, they were unsalted and tasteless. The wings also looked like they'd been reheated. Honestly, it's horrible. To think it used to be better, I'll never go back.

Unacceptable. Listen to the other reviews y’all! Wings and fries were nowhere near fresh - look old and like they were sitting out for some time. Whoever owns this establishment should know you are going to lose a lot of money if this is the level of service customers receive on a consistent basis. I won’t be returning to this location.

I very rarely give bad reviews, but this place is a joke. An almost empty restraunt, yet the wait is 20 to 30 minutes. Why is there a wait. Then, when you get seated, the service is terrible, and the time it takes to get your meal is excessive, and they were out of several things. Including onion rings, so we were unable to order the sampler appetizer because they said corporate doesn't allow substitutions. I usually love BWW, but this location is definitely not the location you want to come to. Save yourself the time.

This location is always horrible dine in and take out both suck. Fries always cold and instead of fresh fries they just re heat them, take forever to get service, food and drink. To go orders are never on time and again fries never fresh and poor food quality worst chicken tenders ever don’t recommend this location

We waited 27 minute for tables that were empty the entire time, and were empty even after we sat down for an hour. Then we get charged for samples without being told that there Is a charge if you want to sample a beer before ordering! Never heard of a place charging for a sample prior to ordering! (I SEE EVERYONE ELSE BEEN GIVING BAD REVIEWS AS WELL, MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK AT THESE) !!!
