They have been amazing. When I had an issue in the past, they resolved it. Food and customer service is absolutely amazing. I love this place!!
Can I just say yummm!? This was such a great place for breakfast. I had a breakfast burrito, mimosas, and French toast on my visit. Each was served pretty quickly and at a high quality. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. My burrito was savory and mildly sweet -and a heaping serving. Definitely recommend going early on in the day, as the wait can be a bit long after 10ish.
Monday before Thanksgiving and they were ready. Although I made reservations online if you come here early enough the line is not as long since their staff gets you in and out in no time. The staff was also very helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you Honeybaked Ham Northridge for a great experience. I recommend to make reservations and pick up a few days before Thanksgiving or Christmas or any major holidays.
Really like their breakfast. Get here early or be prepared for a long line. Edit: Have gotten the honey baked mini ham for 3 holidays in the last 2 years. Has always been amazing, and you can use the leftovers for sandwiches/fried rice etc for a couple days after and it still tastes great
All the meats are juicy and delicious. Had the kitchen sink to try all the meats and the lack of lettuce or anything else is easily made up by the great flavor of the meats. Wife had the breakfast burrito and it was huge and also great even as her breakfast the next day.
Got a Thanksgiving ham. Was great. If you want one, save yourself a 2 hour line and buy it ahead online. Pick up line was 2 minutes. Purchase now line was 2+ hours.
My family likes honey baked ham for special occasions. I find that if I pick up a smaller size like an 8 lb it is juicier and has more of that yummy sweet crust on the outside than the larger 9-10 lb hams. I have brought home a pint of their potato salad and nobody liked it. So I'll just stick to the ham for now on, it's really pricey but it's only a once in a while thing anyways and none of it goes to waste as it's always good for sandwiches the next day. This place is a restaurant, people seem to be enjoying their sandwiches and meals but I've never actually sat down to eat here.
Super easy to order and reserve ham, turkey and all them delicious sides! Total wait time...... less then the Peanuts theme song y'all! Staff smiling and really nice despite it being 8pm & 24hrs before Thanksgiving. Great experience overall. Have to say much better then Toluca Lake (sorry guys).
I eaten the most fabulous tomato soup in my life. It’s grate. Believe me. And for drink I order fresh orange juice, delicious too. I recommend this place. I went happy to continue my job
There is no better ham than the Honey Baked Ham. Our family has been eating Honey Baked Hams for decades now. The price is high but the ham is melt in your mouth good. Best thing I can tell you is don't wait until the last minute. There can be long lines and occasionally they will sell out. Call ahead, make your order and they will reserve you a ham so you don't miss out. Your family will love you if you serve a Honey Baked Ham this year!
I had the beef dip sandwich and my son had the Classic hamburger it was very good. Everybody that works here is great it was slow when we were there today but all employees were doing something from cleaning to helping with us. Very impressed. Would of taken a photo of food but to hungry gobbled it.
Never had one of these before. Hard to believe I know. Picked one up for Thanksgiving at some friends, and when I tried it I thought I'd died and gone to pig heaven. Best ham, or any other type of meat you want to compare it to actually, I've ever tried in my life. OMG... Why didn't someone hog tie me and drag me into this place sooner?! Major yum! For any occasion I'd recommend it. Not sure what else they offer, but they had me at ham. If everything else is half this good it should be the only place to go for holiday, or any other day's, meal. Seriously, just go!
The most efficient pick up service ever. I ordered a complete meal the day before Christmas Eve. I had to go into store for pickup. I went to parking lot 4 times the line was down Reseda Blvd. past the dealership. I finally had to bite the bullet and go. NO LIE. I was out in 15 min. The most efficient and fastest moving lines (about 12 of them) were going all at once. I was in awe. I should have just gone in first time. I was even able to park on Reseda Blvd. Plus the food especially the turkey was amazing. We ordered ham and turkey this year so I received a discount. It was the best experience all around. I will do this again! The staff was outstanding too! All the people in and out everyone was greeted and wished a sincere Happy Holidays!
Lovely little place to get breakfast or lunch. They only have a dozen tables or so, and they go fast, but for good reason - amazing breakfast food, delicious and fast, with really good portion sizes. Never left here disappointed. Be sure to arrive early though, those tables fill up fast! At least you can spend time shopping in the small food market they have as well.
If you have a craving for sweet ham, this is the place! Cozy dining area. Easy parking. I wish their hours were longer though. I had the Honeybaked Feast with generous slices of sweet Honeybaked ham with pineapple and hickory honey mustard, a Hawaiian King bread roll and a choice of one side. The best! Their French toast is made of Hawaiian Kings bread too. Amazing!
I always get the customary Honey Baked Ham sandwich.. had the Monte Cristo sliders.. coffee decent too.
Delicious breakfast. Had the omelette with bacon and ham, added avocado. Fresh squeezed OJ. Wait time was 45 minutes but like that they text you once your ready to be seated, so u can wait in the car.
Our food was delicious and had a beautiful presentation. The ham tastes so sweet and it seems as though the ingredients in each dish is excellently crafted to match this flavor profile. One thing I really liked was that there was about 5 different kinds of hot sauce to choose from at each table, including their own HoneyBaked Ham Habanero sauce which was quite spicy. They also have a mini market inside the place, which unfortunately does make the restaurant part a bit smaller, but also makes it unique and interesting. My only comment would be about the service. The staff were all attentive and generally positive, but a really friendly service would make this spot near perfect.
I've been a few times and I like it. The food is similar to comfort food and they do breakfast all day, which breakfast is my favorite so this is a plus. The staff was very helpful and patient with all my questions about the menu, and tastes, and preferences. Great customer service and food. It's made like a little restaurant or you can order from the side similar to a market. Today I got waffle breakfast with loaded hashbrowns, eggs, ham, a ham croquettes, and last time I got ribs, turkey, ham, French toast, hashbrowns, mashed potatoes, and salad. Everything is on the sweet side pretty much.
Great food! Breakfast treat, can’t have every day (cal). Service is quick better to come in weekdays. Less crowded.
We loved the breakfast portions and options . Also the waitress was really nice enough to cater our needs when we came in , I will be coming back again !!
This place by far serves one of the best breakfasts my bestie and I have ever had, we love coming here. Though I warn you the portions are humongous so don't eat the day before! We had the vegetable omelet which is mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, swiss cheese. We had fresh fruit instead of hash browns but their hash browns are amazing. And your choice of bread with the best jam. The people that work here are amazing! They work very hard and they are very attentive to your needs. They go the extra mile 110% to serve you.

I had an issue with a ham. Sandra reached out to me and immediately offered to replace it (which is incredibly generous in my opinion). The staff were very friendly, the wait time was very short, considering it was just a few days before Christmas. The only issue was the ham (and since the pandemic, they no longer open the wrapping to show you the ham any more) so I will just make sure to check them in the future (although, I've never had an issue prior to this). Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Northridge location for their prompt action and willingness to make sure I was happy.

Very good breakfast/lunch spot. I must have driven past this place hundreds of times before I finally tried it out. They get pretty busy so I try to get there early for breakfast. I love their breads and the breakfast potatoes are awesome! I had the turkey dinner for lunch and it was very good but I was not a fan of the stuffing (very mushy) All in all I'm fan. Beats most of the breakfast places in the area.
First time here. Been to other Honeybaked stores but not the Cafe ones. Best experience for my first time. Seating was easy , staff and service was friendly and very attentive, food was supper yummy and fresh. Even had leftovers. Can't wait to go back for their breakfast
Solid breakfast with pretty big portions especially if you like meat. No ones perfect enough to get 5 stars but if you want a quality cheap breakfast this is the spot to go. Came on a Sunday At 10 am and it wasn't to busy either. Would for sure some back again.
The food is good and the staff friendly. The macaroni and cheese has been my favorite so far, but I have only tried one other dish, their club sandwich, which was just simply okay. That being said, I have yet to try their Ham which I assume is their signature dish.
Very cramped space if eating there but the food was very good and service was fine! Recommend call ahead for to go orders!
Got the turkey with gravy and 2 sides. Yam souffle was delicious! Not too sweet and the yam chunks were nice and juicy. Not dry or hard. It also had almond slices. The sampler platter had ham but the pineapple jam on top was a tad too sweet. Service was a bit slow as we asked for another second to look at the menu then had to go find someone to take our order.
Food was great, but the customer service was bad our waiter took forever to came by, after we ask for our check she never came back to collect the money.

Firdt I had no clue this establishment was a restaurant so super excited to go. Food had great reviews however I was not impressed by it. I got the omelette sorta thing with applewood bacon but it was super sweet and couldn't finish it. Was able to try ham that they are famous for and yes that ham was delicious.
I placed an order the end of November for Christmas. I was given a smaller ham because they were sold out. They didn’t care I had a confirmation number. They were out of mash potatoes??? And had changed there sides to frozen in a box. Frozen gravy in a box? Not a good idea!!! Will rethink a 10 yr tradition for Christmas dinner next Year🤬
I drove all the way here from the West SFV mid day on a Weds to purchase ham and sides in preparation for the holiday. Even though the staff was helpful, it’s just too annoying to come here. Had I not earned the gift card I did, I wouldn’t have come ! It’s not worth lines out the door, and, playing bumper cars around the parking lot though! The side dishes are ok (I can make them cheaper and tastier at much less than the $26.99 they charge for 3). The ham was tasty too, but it’s not worth the headache of driving here or waiting in line or playing bumper cars. The crowd here evidently has nothing better to do around the holidays!
I think it was a joke, but it wasn't the orange juice for the price it's a robbery. We went there for that breakfast with French toast. They changed the bread, this new one is horrible.

The ham is what you expect. Delicious but the service is terrible. The employees at the registers are unfriendly & don't know anything about their products. On my last visit they tried to sell me on extra sides and jars of mustard. But when I asked what it was that's in the jar 2 of the girls shrugged their shoulders and just said "I don't know". One picked up the jar and started reading the label and told me "I think it's jelly but I'm not sure" I told her it says chutney on the jar but doesn't say what kind, the other girl says "that's weird, but if you buy 2 you get $5 off your order " That's not all that's wrong here, I've placed orders over the phone and "reserved" both turkey breasts and hams before only to arrive for pick up to find out they've sold out of one of the items. No phone call or email. I've ordered online as well only to find myself in the same situation. It's basically first come first serve. Also note- it's useless to place a reservation online during the holidays- they will not honor it when you pick up. Again 1st come 1st serve. Not worth the stress and the prices are very high. I ended up getting a ham at Walmart Easter morning that was twice as big as the ham they sold me and for half the price no one could tell it wasn't from honey baked ham. I honestly thought it was better so never again for this place.
Placed on online order to be ready by 11:00 am. Arrived 10 minutes later and the 2 salad and sandwich still were not ready. The young ladies who work here didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t ready and I was told to wait. It’s now 11:20 a.m., and I’m just now receiving my order. Honeybaked is slow; If you order online, give them at least 45 minutes to complete your order! After asking, I just got confirmation from one of the workers, that it’s better to call in and order instead of ordering online. No apology just here’s your food thank you. Have a nice day.
Ham was ok but not worth the one hour twenty minute wait. They need to put a warning on the website that even the prepaid line will take that long
This used to be our absolute favorite brunch spot; everything was so good and so tasty. It was consistently at the top of our list when we needed a good brunch moment. But since they got new owners, I feel the quality has gone way down. It’s clear they’ve changed the recipes in order to cut costs. The food is no longer that down home stuff your mom used to make, but instead watered down versions of what they used to be. I will say the service is still good - the workers seem to be the same, and they’re always nice. Sadly, we’ve only been once or twice since the ownership change - enough to learn it’s just not the same.
‼️ They are currently price gouging the day before Thanksgiving November 27, 2024‼️ I don't mind the 1 hour and 45 minutes wait but to be told they only have the bone in half ham that serves up to 13 people for about $150 is obviously price gouging. I don't need that much ham when my household only has 4 people for Thanksgiving dinner. In the past I was able to leave with the bone in half ham that serves up to 9 people and wait in line much later than I attempted today. It was 2PM when I got in line today and got the bad news. I've lined up around 4PM in the past the day before Thanksgiving. There is no way they ran out of ham that serves 9 people at 2PM in this inflation. The ham is expensive either way and I didn't mind paying the $91. Selling only a $150 ham at 2PM is price gouging. There is no other explanation.

I placed a prepaid HoneyBaked order more than a month in advance and selected a pickup window for the day before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, I expected an express line for prepaid orders, but was told to join the same line as everyone else. The line wrapped around the block and I waited in the cold for more than two hours, even though my order was already paid for and should have been ready during the window the store provided. HoneyBaked was not transparent about what the pickup process would involve. There was no notice warning customers that they might face a wait of over two hours despite prepaying. Once the payment is taken, customers are left with no choice but to stand in that line. It feels like you are stuck because you already paid and cannot simply walk away. All for some mediocre ham. This was their superbowl and they fumbled the game! If the store cannot handle this volume, it should limit how many orders are accepted per window. The lack of planning, overwhelmed staff, and poor communication created a very disappointing experience. This was not the level of service promised when the order was placed.
I pre ordered online and the person who’s assisting the lines did not specify that the Pre ordered and walk in lines will be on the same line I stayed in the Prepaid line, there is no sign outside the door and when I was closer to go inside I was told that I have to stay on the walkin line! I saw the sign about Pre-order and walk in inside the store. This is unacceptable and the store should make a better system 😕
Ordered a holiday meal online, the cashier that helped us was rude and refused to give me a different ham (the same weight) mind you they were not busy at all there was no lines. The one she gave us should’ve been used to sell by the slice. Not a happy customer.

The ownership change was probably the worst thing to happen to this place. The food quality has gone down since last year the portion sizes are a lot smaller and they try charging $4 for a side of sauce! That’s ridiculous! The waiters were very rude and gave unnecessary attitude.
Food is a plus so my husband said, server was great this really deserves a 5+ stars however when I went in I asked for my food without tomato and onion because I am allergic and I heard the people in the kitchen talking about how picky customers are it actually bothered them to keep onion and tomato out of a customers plate. They kept going on and on until the server went in and put an end to it she over heard them as well rushed in the kitchen and put them in their place asked them to do their job and do what is asked and not talk about it, she was bothered with their behaviour as well. I left there with an uneasy feeling I did not eat my food because I feared that the rotten people in the kitchen did something to my food. The owner of this restaurant needs better training for all their employees across!!!
Why would your website list you open until 6pm if you can't get food after 5pm? There is nothing on your website about the kitchen closing at 5pm. Ridiculous
Stay away! They changed their ordering system and employees are not properly trained. They runied our Thanksgiving. The general manager did not care and told me to go wait in a line that lasted 2 hours. Very poorly managed location. What a shame 10+ year customer.
Had been craving Honey Baked Ham for awhile.. So I was in the area, Northridge, and stopped in near closing time, for a Ham Dinner...😞So....disappointed. At home got this.. Dry overcooked ham, greasy mashed potatoes and spinach! For $11.! Could only take several bites😖 Now I don't feel so good! Ugh!

I’ll never come here again. What a disaster it is trying to buy a ham here even with a pre order confirmation. It’s just not worth it, they really need a far better system. It took me 1.5 hours to get my purchase two days before Thanksgiving.
