Panini Kabob Grill

Our server was prompt, the food was good and we were served quickly. We got 1 family style order, lentil soup and a side of hummus & pita. It was plenty of food for our family (the food is definitely kid friendly). We had Panini at other locations and have liked it, so were pretty excited to have one in the San Fernando Valley. Hopefully they bring one to Santa Clarita!

Was surprised by the low ratings. We came on a sunday during lunch. Got a plate and a panini sandwich everything was great. I can see why some reviews talked about staff being rude but thankfully we had Paula and she was very kind and welcoming. I saw other female staff looking annoyed and not having the same friendly atmosphere. The lentil soup and Caesar salad was great. Lastly as a mom bathrooms so are so important when determining if we are coming back and their bathrooms are great, clean, and have a baby changing station. My husband mentioned they also have a baby changing station in the mens. Alot of attention to detail for this restaurant which i appreciate, makes it worth the price. I think they even filter their water which makes their ice tea taste great. I normally dont give a 5 bc those types of restaurants are hard to come by and i normally do reviews to redirect people from going to places that imo were not worth it. But i would 100% be coming back here and even recommend to anyone who wants to have a sit down family meal in northridge. $45 for the two meals, 1 drink and a baklava.

Love this location! Great service from greeter and host for seating .The best part was Bella serving everyone with a smile and being very attentive to all her customers/tables. The manager appreciated my compliment. We enjoyed a very tasty meal with a great environment. AC

Very well established restaurant in terms of the recent opening/establishment. Crucial placement in the very center of the Sam Fernando Valley | Part of Los Angeles allowing distribution of customers, convenient location to be placed between the Canoga Park | Woodland Hills Branch & the Sherman Oaks | Van Nuys Branch. Plenty of seating options inside main restaurant, including 2 patios (1 inside mall near entrance, the 2nd patio currently or as of the moment | unsure if temporary, allowing for employee break accomodations). Diverse menu options with amazing delicacies, diverse flavors, & wholehearted deliciousness. Shoutout to the Panini Kabob Employee(s) Angel who has worked previously at Canoga Park Panini Kabob, & Sincerely goes above and beyond when meeting customer service, satisfaction, having the most friendly / amiable character/personality allowing everyone to feel welcome, supported, & acknowledged however & whenever possible. Additionally Maria, the co-worker to Angel also deserves a positive shoutout for her dedication & sincere support. In a overall sense this Panini Branch, deserves its chance & It feels culturally welcoming, traditional to reflecting family based cultures whether back home in Europe/Mediterranean & vice versa. Please keep up the awesome expectations & thank you for your awesome contribution to the whole of Los Angeles, California, & the glorious U.S.A.

Went there at 5 on a Saturday with 12 people. Staff was very accommodating and worked to get us 2 tables next to each other. Food was good. Panini steak sandwich was great. Overall happy with entire meal. We did the family platters as well. Came out to about $25 a person with tips. Pretty good.

Tried Panini Kabob Grill in the Northridge mall for the first time, and LOVED it! The variety of food is fabulous, service was fast (Jackie was amazing!), portions were huge, and a great value for how MUCH good food you get! So excited to have another favorite food place!

Been waiting for a clutch Persian spot to open on this end of the valley and Panini fits the bill. Yummy plates of food, the chicken was absolutely delicious, and amazing service wait for you! Stop by and give all their items a shot, they have pretty extensive menu.

I already knew that for any kabob place, if you order in person then it will take a while to cook because they don't make it until you place the order. So I put in my order online and got the beef koobideh kabob single dish. I got it with Caesar salad and basmati rice. I arrived early to the restaurant and they were in the process of making my order. The place is very nice and spacious. My order was ready at the time I pick on their website and I took it to the mall food court to eat it. The portion isn't really that much in my opinion. The kabob was cooked to medium rare but the color of my kabob didn't look like they grilled it. It looked to me like it was microwave or just heated because there were no grill mark on it. My dish was okay but I thought it lack a lot of flavor. Th customer service was good though.

Took 10 minutes for a bigger plate,Server had attitude made the salad wrong and didn’t say they had the food, they didn’t have straws early in the morning food was cold, didn’t put ice in the drinks and brought them half way,gave attitude to a 9 year old kid when he asked if it’s the same size plate

I have been to many PKGs and I have never experienced anything like this. Super disappointing.

We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food, only to find out (after my wife asked the servers) that they never even punched in our order. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff just pointed fingers at each other. What made it worse is that they didn’t even try to fix the mistake or input our order again. To top it off, the restaurant wasn’t even busy — there were plenty of vacant tables, so there was no excuse for the poor service. When my wife told them we were going to cancel, they showed no apology or concern at all. The service was careless and unprofessional, and the lack of basic courtesy made it worse. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place at all.

What can I not say about how bad everything is in this location, don't Oder delivery first off, not through anything. They don't pack food correctly. I had to come in the restaurant to get my food corrected the first time a manager was packing take out and deliveries. And Today New Year's Eve I waited 5 hrs to have a delivery to not get food at all. The excuses they come up with is they had taken more orders then they could handle. My uber had to let me know why my order wasn’t ready and how long I was going to had to wait to feed my house. It was the easiest thing to order since other locations are always open to give the best possible delivery and service. But Northridge location needs a better managers on top of who’s running all. If you can’t handle take out delivers don’t take them. I wouldn’t waste my time and money to ever order there. I seen how this location looks and bad atmosphere and really Bad service, respond to calls to making us as customers feel welcome is not the business here. In store is very dirty and no service to us customers. Don't go to this location waste of time and money!!!! Getting issues fixed is like “ we are bothering them” and go else where! Got the idea, and 2 times experience horribly. No positive outcome. They don’t care about us customers never spending my money here. I wouldn’t be writing but our orders were more than $120 twice and it’s just absurd what new restaurants locations do to ruin great food!

I had a surreal and uncomfortable experience while dining at the Northridge location. We were served two salads that came with our entrée orders, and while we were mid-bite, a food runner came over and confiscated them, stating that the portion was larger than what I was supposed to get. I’ve never had food taken from me while eating, especially due to a kitchen error. My girlfriend was mortified, and I was stunned. I asked our server what was going on, and she explained the same reasoning about the portion size. I didn’t care about the salads itself, I would’ve gladly paid extra if it was an issue. But the whole interaction didn’t make sense. Was that salad meant to go to someone else? Was the rest of my plate going to be recycled into it? If it wasn't going to be recycled into someone else's plate, its supposed to get thrown in the trash for food safety reasons. So they chose to have a salad go directly into the trash rather than either have us finish it on the house or have me pay the upcharge? The way it was handled left a lot of questions and ultimately ruined the evening. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was baffling and disrespectful. I hope no other guest has to feel this kind of embarrassment over something so small and easily fixable.
