I came here to do my fantasy football punishment, and my servers (especially Gicela) were extremely gracious and understanding in bringing my pancakes to me, even with the breakfast rush. Restrooms do need improvement though; one of the stalls doesn’t have a working lock in the men’s room, there isn’t a way to dry your hands, not completely stocked on toilet paper

Had a great experience at this IHOP! The staff was super friendly, and Heidi was awesome—really attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food came out hot and fresh, pancakes were fluffy, eggs cooked just right, and portions were solid. The place was clean and had a chill, comfortable feel. Service was quick but not rushed. Definitely one of the better IHOPs I’ve been to. Would totally come back.

After work I stop in and eat a couple of times a week. Mayra is always happy and smiling. Such a positive outlook and makes the customer feel comfortable. Takes my order right away. Food delivered to my table with a smile. This is the best of both worlds. Good food, Great Service.

This IHOP is fantastic! I just had breakfast here and it was one of the best I've ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly and the food came out fast and hot. The pancakes were unbelievably fluffy, and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and had a great, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a delicious and wonderful breakfast experience!

I recently visited this IHOPE restaurant and was truly impressed with the food. Every dish was flavorful, and delicious. You can definitely tell that care goes into the quality of the ingredients and preparation. I ordered some tip steak. It was delicious 🤤. That said, the service could use some improvement. While the staff was polite, there were noticeable delays and a lack of attentiveness that took away from the overall experience. We seen waiters passing my son and I over and over. With a little more organization and customer care, this place could easily be five stars. Overall, I would definitely return for the food and hope to see improvements in the service next time.

I am here at Ihop with my mom. We were greeted and everyone is very nice and professional. We ordered our coffee and was a disappointed that my mom coffee mug had lipstick 💄 💋 on the cup. The waitress was very apologetic and brought her a new cup. It is very important that you always check your cups. It's difficult to see the lipstick smudges on darker cups, but if you look closely you can see it. The food was good. Hashbrowns are better at Dennys, but everything else was good. The service was awesome. The hostess and waiter were very attentive and kind. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR COFFEE CUPS.

It finally re open. It looks beautiful inside. Very clean, contemporary and great details. Obviously everything is brand new. The staff is almost all the same. We finally went at a slow time and for sited right away. Order was taken right away to y but food took a while to come out. Our order wasn't 100% how we ordered but it was well cook and it tastes good. Usually the weekend is pack and expect long waits, parking lot can get as little hectic. Not what it used to be. Quality of food has decreased in the last few years and the service is poor.

DO NOT GO HERE, you will wait for 20 minutes before you get a drink, and when you finally get your order the waitress will never come back to check on you

Restrooms smell horrible, hash browns have a bad after taste, I ordered avacado toast. Bread is dry and avacado is not ripe at all. It is hard. Now I know why I do not like Ihop. Asked the waitress to please make our hashbrowns well done and it did not happen.

A side of 4 tiny sausages cost like 8 bucks. How? The price wasnt even on the menu for side dishes. The pancakes were mediocre at best. Tried the steak too and it tasted dry. Order of 2 special pancake combos, a milkshake, and a side of 4 tiny sausages came around 70 bucks, plus a tip (got great customer service at least), so around 85 bucks. Not coming back.

The server never checked on us—not once. No one asked if we wanted to order more food or if everything was okay. We had to flag down a passing server just to ask for water, but they never brought it. Ten minutes later, we asked our own server, but still, no water. After serving every other table, they finally brought us the check—but still no water. Only then could we request it again, and after the third request, we finally got it. In the end, we didn’t receive any water until more than 25 minutes after we finished our meal. A restaurant that doesn’t even serve water? That’s beyond shocking. I didn’t want to leave a tip at all, but since they at least brought the food, I reluctantly did. On top of that, I ordered over-medium eggs, but they served me over-easy eggs. When I pointed it out, they insisted they were right. Maybe they need to learn the definition of over-medium eggs—from ChatGPT, perhaps. This was an incredibly disappointing experience.
